My number had been recharged even then it is not working what is the problem. Its been some days after recharge there is no signals and my number is unavailable when called from other numbers/people. I am unable to connect through people. It would be better i[censored] kindly look through this problem because i need this number to work urgently so please do the following.

    Postpaid service of relience company now has been stopped with any information. However the time of porting request is not being received from relience company.in add to bill of my relience company postpaid connection has been issued, but this service has already been stopped why so send a bill. Which is not understood. Request clarify if not the same to be fwd higher hq.

      Since smart service is being withdrawn, you sent me a message with an unique no. With the help of which i could easily change my service provider according to my choice keeping same old mobile number. However, by mistake, i have deleted that message and hence nobody is helping me to change to other service provider keeping the same mobile no.         Mera sim network nahi de raha hai agle 3days se so pls cheak them. Aur aap sab bahut laparwah ho agar nahi chalata hai to inform de do ki change kar lijiye service phir apana ham dekhenge kis me karna hai aur abhi mera nu suru hona chahiye nahi to fir kar dunga phir samjhane aur to aur paise dalne par bhi problem hoti hai call karne me liye network busy dikhta hai nahi hota hai to information dena chahiye yese kaise band kar dete ho aur koi care ka tumhare nu. Bhi nahi lagata ki koi complete n kar de.

          I am so frustrated with the extremely shoddy service reliance telecom offers. I was out of town and missed paying my postpaid number's bill within the stimulated period by 3 days and so i paid the amount plus a delay fee. My number is still out of service with no proper customer care contact point and the reliance service center in chennai has shut down. The so call customer care telephone numbers do not work properly. The ivr is faulty, does not let one connect with the customer care. I have sent out an email as well, but no response.

          This is horrible service and a complete let down! Shame on reliance for claiming to be a "leader" and not even getting the basics right!

            I have called to mts customer care for not having network connection from 1st november on 4th and 9th of november. They replied that within 48 hrs problem will be solved. But not yet solved. After that call not be connect with customer care. Rcom has sent me the november month bill for my mts data card. I have sent mail regarding network to rcom but no reply, customer care no also not reachable.

            Please discontinue my mts service immediately. The mail correspondence as follows:

              They have given port codes valid upto 12th nov. 2017. When porting out was done they we were not given clearances and the company is again asking us to pay the bill for a non existent service and also the amount claimed in the last bill was more than the scheme given to us. There is no office to clarify nor any appelate authority where you can complain. The least they could have done was to make all sims prepaid, which was the most ethical thing to do. They have cheated the public by closing down without any notice or reason.
              The losses thereon due to nonavailability of communication lines to both people and business is unparalleled. No office of theirs is working.
              We request you to take immediate action on this issue.

                Starting of november month, all of sudden my mts dongle had stopped working when i called mts customer care they re-directed me to reliance communication. Mts customer care has stopped its operation without any communication or notice. Now when i am calling reliance communication to help me with this situation and putting my mts dongle postpaid number i am getting response invalid entry or number and when i try to speak to customer care executive call just disconnects. Reliance communicaton are keep on sending me monthly bill without any service. Kindly stop/discontinue/cut my connection so i wont be receiving any further bills.

                  Reliance shut down my postpaid connection and are now rejecting my porting over to vodafone. They claim that there is an outstanding balance, which is absolutely incorrect. I have made payments over and above what was due - and they don’t even have any way left for me to generate a final bill. No customer service to contact, they don’t respond to emails on social media. No physical location open either. It is such a shame that they put customers through such nonsense. I regret having gone to reliance. Number is [protected].

                  I have not received any communication directly from Reliance, nor is there any sign of refund of my money that is still with them. However, my number was successfully ported out of their network.

                      Sir,

                      I am faithful customer but due to the network fluctuation, i have to face many problems.
                      Network always show blue in my router but i can't online work in national programme. There is probably most of days in a month these problems occurred, due to power cut in this area. That means no maintenance of tower in proper way.
                      I hope that you will take steps on my complaint as soon as possible.

                          I have not requested my port number. And reliance will stop providing service from 29 december 2017. I am now requesting my port number but didn't got it. All reliance customer care and service numbers i am trying to contact are not responding. Help me provide me my number as the due date was 29 december and services are stopped from now.                             The wireless landline connection no.3224712 has stopped working all of a sudden. Sometimes it starts on it's own and the other time it just gets switched off on it's own inspite of having full charge. The connecting wire is also loose.. So we tend to give difficulty in hearing. I wish to terminate this wireless landline connection. Kindly do the needful

                              My mts datacard nos. [protected] and [protected] have not been working since 1st week of november 2017. None of the customer nos. Of mts and rcom are working. I have received bills from rcom this month but still the customercare numbers and the email id given in the bill are not working. I think it is a joke and highly unprofesional to send the bill without providing the services. I urgently want to discconect my both the conections. After getting the information of reliance mobile service going to be discontinued, i went to reliance bill payment office & made a payment of rs 580/- in cash & applied for porting of service provider. But reliance is such a waste service provider that they are not releasing us and are still charging us without their services being provided. Kindly help us with the same.

                                      I am writing this mail to you after trying my level best to get solution for my issue but in the end i don't have any option except this,
                                      I was using my reliance sim by the number [protected] which i purchased in the year 2016, on 8th nov 2017 i received a message by saying that i have to port my number because reliance sim will stop working in uttarpradesh (West) after 31st december 2017, that message was also having a port code, after that my sim lost it's signals,
                                      I was busy at that time because of my projects so after 10 days i went to the nearest shop to port this number but they told that my number and it's services has been terminated and the port code has been expired,
                                      Now you guys tell me that what is the solution of this cheating?
                                      When you clearly mentioned that i have time to get it done till 31st december17 so how dare you to terminate the services of my number.
                                      That number i was using for my bank services as well, my work has been stuck because i am not able to receive otp for my transaction.
                                      I want to request you that please at least allow me to port my number into some other network so that i ll be able to do my pending work.

                                        My mts datacard no is [protected]. I was not able to use internet from last october. I have paid the bill rs825 on[protected], even then i was not able to browse. I came to know mts have benn acquired to rcom. And even got message from rcom to upgrade to 4g. I want to disconnect the connection. I tried to reach customer care, toll free no.. None of them even connect the call. I went to the shop from where i purchased and came to know all mts shops have been closed without any notice.

                                        Now i got a new bill of rcom dated[protected] for rs472. My mts datacard was dead for more than 1 month and i got billl from rcom for not using internet. How come this. If some one answered at customercare/tollfree i would have disconnected the connection last month itself.

                                        I have no interest in continuing service with irresponsible provider. So please disconnect my connection after my nov bill. I am not paying rcom bill dated[protected] for rs472, which i didnt use & rcom/mts service was dead during this period.
