Dear reliance,
I am writing this mail to you after trying my level best to get solution for my issue but in the end i don't have any option except this,
I was using my reliance sim by the number [protected] which i purchased in the year 2016, on 8th nov 2017 i received a message by saying that i have to port my number because reliance sim will stop working in uttarpradesh (West) after 31st december 2017, that message was also having a port code, after that my sim lost it's signals,
I was busy at that time because of my projects so after 10 days i went to the nearest shop to port this number but they told that my number and it's services has been terminated and the port code has been expired,
Now you guys tell me that what is the solution of this cheating?
When you clearly mentioned that i have time to get it done till 31st december17 so how dare you to terminate the services of my number.
That number i was using for my bank services as well, my work has been stuck because i am not able to receive otp for my transaction.
I want to request you that please at least allow me to port my number into some other network so that i ll be able to do my pending work.
