Dear sir, i requested for mnp of my reliance no-[protected] to idea on[protected] with the port no provided by reliance. The application was successfully processed on the same day but the same has not yet been released by reliance. 20 days have already passed away. Also, the incoming and outgoing call and sms facility has been stopped on the same day by reliance. What is the cause of this abnormal delay? I paid Rs.152on 3/11/2017 for my mobile no [protected] for the servicecs as offered by you but the services were not given reporting by porting to some else, kindly refund the same through same payment gateway as it is breach of contract

    Dear Team,

    This is with reference to my Reliance landline number[protected]Wireless). I had been using this number for official purpose from last eight years. But to our surprise, without any intimation, this number was disconnected by Reliance. As I was using this connection for official purpose, I was getting all the business calls on this number only. I have been bearing a great amount of loss in business after the disconnection of this number because this number was in circulation for all the business matters. I have visited Reliance Store, tried calling customer care but in vain as stores have been shut down and customer care numbers are also not available anymore.

    Its been more than 2 months, my landline number is not working but I am still receiving monthly bill of this number. I am not able to understand why should I pay the bill when connection is not there and number is not working. Request you to look into this matter on utmost priority and respond with the solution of this issue.

      I am a MTS Mblaze [protected] customer past 3 years. Since last month l am not getting proper Internet. Last month I tried to call the MTS customer care but all their numbers were disabled. This month I got bill from RCOM and still i unable to contact their customer support. I am not using it anymore but still getting the monthly bill. Need help to disconnect the connection.

          Reliance deposit amount of rs 2500 not refunded

          Respected sir

          As i got portability number on 6-nov-2017, i have ported my connection to other idea mobile connection and idea bill send from period 06-11-17 to 26-11-17.

          But your reliance bill also received dated till[protected] for the period of (27/10/17 to 26/11/17) while portability date is 06-11-17.

          I am a very old customer of reliance communication from the year 2001 and you have a deposit amount 2500. So i request you to please deduct correct bill amount period (27/10/17 to 05/11/17) from the deposit and refund the remaining amount as soon as possible.

            I am a mts mblaze customer from past 2 years. Since last month, i am not getting proper internet. Last month i tried to call the mts customer care but all their numbers were disabled.

            This month i got a bill from rcom and still i am unable to contact their customer support.

Now i found out that this company is no longer exists and i dont have any so called upsc code for port this number into any other service, neither any of the service center was open in the whole town. This number is very important to me.

                  I have a postpaid no. Since last month it is not working... As reliance has closed its operation i try to port it to another network but not get done bcoz of amount outstanding with reliance... I visited store but they are not helping me and saying ur outstanding amount is 646 somethibg around.. And u have to pay online... The question is why i need to pay for those monthly services which i havent get... Why i should pay for the month december too bcoz operation is terminated from 30th november... Though it is.. I tried to pay online through paytm.. Phone pe but it is not being done...

                    I had a mts postpaid datacard connection.
                    Account no: [protected]

                    I had requested for disconnection of the above mentioned data card to mts one month ago, since i was vaccating my rented house.
                    I stopped using the service altogether.
                    But today i am shocked to see the bill dated december 1, for rs.1485 from rcom.
                    I had tried to contact mts hundreds of times and had sent various emails telling them to close my account immediately as i am moving out.
                    Now this is the most unethical thing to do to a client giving them bills.

                    I want to close the connection, i inform to do this immediately as i am no more using this connection and has vacated my rented house and moved out of my given address.
                    I am not prepared to pay the bills, since it is not my fault that mts did not close my connection despite receiving my mails requesting to close my connection and cheated me and sold off everything to rcom and giving trouble to me.
                    I have sent many mails to rcom customer care and even appellate.
                    I am prepared to approach consumer court and give complaint againt these kind of frauds.
                    I now want rcom to close this account immediately and not to send me any more bills.

                      Im a mts mblaze user for past 1yr... Recently.. Exactly saying from last month onward my wifi connection is not working im not getting any internet... Even though i paid the bill... Nw recently i got aessage from rcom that i had to pay 935rs... I didt get it what that for... Im not getting any internet connection nor nothing..                         I have mts datacard with the number [protected] which has not worked for the past few days. All customer care numbers are not reachable. I am still getting the bills for the connection from rcom. Even though the internet was not working, i paid the bill thinking may be it will start working after paying but it has not helped the cause at all!!!

                        I want refund for the fraudulant money charged to me and the internet connection to be restored at the earliest.

                          My Reliance sim card got terminated last week . And all the customer care services have been shut by the company . I am unable to understand whom to contact on this . As all my Aadhar card, PAN card etc official documents are linked to this number which is now closed . Please help me getting out of this

                            I have an mts mblaze connection [protected] with an active 10gb plan. I wish to stop this connection with this month november 2017.

                            As all mts customer centers has closed, and the mts toll free [protected] is always busy, i do not know whom to request for this cancellation.

                            As mts connection is causing connection and usage issues since rcom mts merger, i am not able to check my balance or utilise or do not know whether i utilised the same as the websites are not loading. Rcom or mts has not taken any responsibility in informing mts customers about this. Now as i am not able to utilise my november data, i will not be paying my november 2017 bill.

                            Also please cancel my connection within november 2017 as i have no interest in continuing using the service provided by such an
                            Irresponsible provider.

                                I have not requested my port number. And reliance will stop providing service from 29 december 2017. I am now requesting my port number but didn't got it.                                     Plz note that i have mts account - [protected], and rcom - [protected].
                                    This is for usb dongle, which i had with mts, plz note that i have not been able to use it for last one month. Besides i wish to close it.

                                    Please let me know the procedure to close it. There is outstanding amount of 1179.
                                    I do not wish to pay for this service any more for service i cannot use.
                                    I have tried all means to contact by customer care numbers of mts and rcom.
