We purchased relience wi pod fro relience communication in chennai ... They said it ll give 14.7 mbps speed but its coming in kbps which is useless for my work now customer care not helping us without use they generate 1000 rs postpaid bill. So want money back for device.

    Hi my name is muskan one of the reliance customer. I m using this network from past 2-3 years. I prefer not to recharge my phone bcoz of reliance pathetic service nd practice to diduct balance from phone.i put the bal of rs150 recently nd again same issue came thy have diducted the entire amt. Now cust exe dont pick call.i want my money back or stop using it

    I do not prefer to give even 1 star because the service is so pathetic...infact they r not providing any service. Apart from internet which also doesnt work sometime. Network is poor. Most important thier practice to make money is illigle. As they are forcing user to change the network by proving completely unsatisfied service. I Suggest everyone to stop using this network. If my issue will not be resolved .

        Dear All, I am Deepti Chauhan having reliance GSM mobile no. [protected], I am strongly disappointed from your services as I have recharged this no. @ Rs. 100 approx few days back and not having any special service pack activated but still some VAS USSD kind of charges are getting deduct in every 3-4 days. Now, my balance has been reached at Rs.50 while I didn't made more than 2-3 calls. Why such kind of charges impose on me without having any special services?? I need the explanation as reliance is making fool o[censored]s by charging unnecessarily fees from my main balance. I am requesting to the admin person to pls look into the matter as I need my main balance back which has been deducted continuously in the name of VAS USSD charges.           User id[protected]. As per my plan is 2mbps but i am getting 1 mbps speed. I have also tested through Lan cable. And without any intimation complaint department is closing complaints so please take action so that i can get speed according to my plan on or before Monday, 3rd october . As i am very dissatisfied from reliance broadband service. I have complained 3-4 times to your customer service . These complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] .And there are two more complaint numbers . As this shows how important are customers for reliance . I dont want new complaint number again and again . Contact number is [protected]

              My Reliance Boradband Customer ID :[protected] registered in th name of Naveen Gubbala.I got this broadband connection from reliance with respect to my application in feb 2014 and made a payment of Rs. as advance.
              The problem started from the Jan 2015 and I don't even remember the number of times that I had called reliance customer care about the connectivity issue.Firstly is was faced with slowness in speed of internet. Though I have addressed the issue with customer care, there is no solutions for it. Later in the month of May the connection was completely not working. I have raised around 10 complaints every 3 days, But for my surprise customer care representatives use to close the complaint without any resolution, "stating issue has been resolved"
              Since my issue was not resolved in spite of raising several complaints, I have finally decided to cancel the connection and raised an cancellation request on 31st May 2015 and got update from customer care that retention team will terminate the connection in a week. Still then I used to get calls requesting me to pay the bill, though I have asked them to terminate the connection.
              One fine morning, I again received a call from customer care requesting me to pay the bill.
              Then I came to know that my termination request was not completed, and still my connection is in active state.From the month of May, till date I'm getting continuous calls to pay the bill, In spite of raising several connection termination requests.
              I use to inform the customer care that my connection got terminated in the Month of May believing that the service will be terminated in a week as told by customer care representatives.
              Mean while surprisingly i got a call from Delhi saying that legal action has been filled against me by reliance for not making the payment.
              Truth is that, all the payments have been made till the date I have used the connection.
              Since i got a call from delhi,
              to be on more safer side I again called the customer care and raised a termination request on 25th September 2015 to make sure that the connection will be terminated at least now with termination ID"[protected] ". It's about a week that i have raised the request to terminate, But yet the connection is not terminated.When I try to reach out customer care with the number I have registered the connection.
              My call is kept on hold/unattended. Alternatively.. I'm not receiving the call back from customer care.
              I would be like to take legal action on Reliance Communication, if the amount is not refunded which I have paid for the connection, though I have not used the connection With the request ID's to terminate the connection and call recordings of customer-care conversation.
              Hope I will get update from Reliance communication regarding my connection termination and Amount paid for connection, which I have not used.

                I made a recharge of rupee 594 on the month of feb 2015 and it was told to me that i will get reliance to reliance local free for one year unlimited, but from last few weeks i am unable to make any kind of calls.I made several complains via mail but there was no reply from thee side they are not at all supporting me and helping me in any way. i tried to call the customer care but i was failed to contact with them in any sense.

Again Reliance has deucted illegally my Rs 45/- yesterday and customer executive is just saying ""sorry! Sorry!"" instead registering complaint.My previous complaint of same nature is yet unresolved.They have even no courtesy to reply to e mails sent by customers.I never activated any VAS.tEXT OF MY sms of yesterday is as under:- RM-Reliance Fri Oct 02 18:13:12 IST 2015 Amount Charged for VAS ADPAY GSM Rs:45.00 Current Main Balance : Rs:99.95 I see no forum except you to redress my grievance. Thx Pl make out some solution. I am frustrated and I am thinking of switching to other service provider. I also deacivated all VAS if any from net from my account.But still this happened.                           Respected Sir/madam I Have reliance Smart sim having No [protected]. Deducted Rs 1 as VAS Hangama (As Per SMS) on 02.10.15 at 10:50 pm & Rs. 3 as VAS Hungama(as per sms ) on 03.10.15 at 2:57 am. When I Tried to call Customer care no 198/*333 I not to get any option / bottom (assign by company) to communicate customer care executive. Its happen not only this time, I unable to communicate customer care Representative more than one month.                             There is a service called 'VAS ADPAY GSM' getting activated in my phone again and again due to which my balance got deducted 3 times from last month. Dated : 1) 19 sept 2015 (balance deducted 24) 2) 28 sept 2015 (balance deducted 12) 3) 02 oct 2015 (balance deducted 30) I never activated this service from my side. For the first time on 19sept your customer service operator refunded my balance stating this service is deactivated and I will never face this problem again. But, again on 28 sept this service got renewed for no reason and my complaint was registered stating my service will be deactivated and balance will get refund. Complaint No :[protected] I got a message stating my balance is posted in my account and service is deactivated, Again on 2nd october the service got renewed and my balance got deducted. This time your customer care operator is denying to refund my balance i.e. got deducted from your side. If this will going to happen again and again I have to switch to other service providers.                                   I bought RELIANCE 3 (normal dongle) [donle number:-[protected] CONTACT NUMBER_[protected]] on 23sep...but my service deactivated on 30sep...customer care executive told me to resubmit my documents again... I submitted proof on same day...store executive told that my service will be activated on evening...from 30 sep im visting daily to reliance store but he just ignoring me and telling lies...is this the happy service you provide to us :/ :( From past 4 days im not getting my net service active... My bill generation date is 5th oct how could pay bill without using it...when i complainted customer service says that my service is active... If really my proofs were FAKE why you guys activated dongle for just one week??? For getting bills huh???...so i decided to deactivate my dongle and get rid of this problem I hope you understood my problem Please provide me a solution As soon as possible

                                    I am using Reliance since more than 2 Years, in starting 3G Speed was very good i was getting more than 8 Mbps on my cell phone but by the time 3G prices hike and speed reduce. I recharge my cell no which is [protected] with 3G Data Rs. 649 Plan. I need 3G data for very important work. but when i started to use it, its speed was below than 250 Kbps and speed was braking in many times and reducing it to 250 to 0Kb. For its solution when i called customer care number there person was arguing with me on phone. Now i want to know if i am spending my precious time and money on your network then can i aspect good service from you or not? or should i change your network.

                                      O date 30t sep 2015 reliane mobie dedcton my main balance rs 63/- than i call customer care for what resion they deduct my balance . Than he said to me that i used net data. Than i say to him that i have net balance in my mobie so how can you deduct my balance than he checked properly and accept rieliance wrong deduction. He give me coplaint sr no[protected]. And said to me balance will be refund after 24 hr. And they refund my 63 rs. On 1st oct 2015 morning. But when i again used my mobile at 3.00 to 4.00 pm on 1st oct 2015 than again they deduct my balance s 72/- & 350 mb data from my mobile sim. And now customer care not ready to listing anything.

                                        For the last two months I am having trouble in connecting the internet on my mobile which has Reliance as the service provider.Each day the connectivity goes off for 6 to 8 hours irrespective of the area, That is if the mobile is placed at a specific location, the internet will work for 4 hours and them will not work for the next 6 hours!!! Can I know why is this happening???? This has not been resolved for the last 2 months. Network issues cannot last that long. RELIANCE shall I change my service provider????SHALL I
