If you can do something for the better network than please do. Otherwise after three months i will port from reliance IDEA again. thank u...

    after giving validity of 6/12/2015 its again expire now. but is this.
    still no response from reliance after my first complaint he give back data pack validity but not data . still my data 9gb not giving by reliance. it so irresponsible work. its shame-full for reliance .

      An offer of Rs86 come to my phone for 2GB 3g internet for 5 days and I recharge my account with Rs 86 according to offer but no benefit is provided to me from yesterday 1 October 2015. I had call to your customer care so time.Sometime they say you never do such recharge and sometime they say you will get benefit in 2 hour and when I again call them they say server is down and you will get benefit in morning and in morning again call after 2 hour.Please do something your customer care service is very bad and also I lost my Rs 86 by recharging my account on realin. Such a waste of my time and money. If my problem does not resolve I want my account off.

        Dear team, my self roshan patne mob#[protected]. Few days before i have received one call from no#[protected] to port my sim from vodafone to reliance. Reliance is big brand so i was ready to do so. The told me our agent will come and collect your card for one day, next day he will return the card as well as new card. They havent ask any documents they send porting msg without telling me. They promised me that my no wont be block till the time new card wont activate by sending sms. Unfortunately i lost that sim so i cal for new sim now they are not answering my calls they block my network. Due to unavailibilty of contact no. I am suffering financial loss also. Kindly help me to get my number plz

            I had recharged with Rs. 86 on 30th Sep. 2015. In my no.[protected] But the data balance Is not yet credited.

            I called to the cust. care 4-5 times. At times they keep the call on mute or they disconnect the call by repeating a tag line for 10-12 times. Now I spoke to Ajay who responded. But could not help for some system issue.

              I have submitted documents to switch from Reliance to Airtel. Reliance has canceld my MNP.I have called them, Answered I accepted their offer to not switch . I have never accepted their offer. They are telling false statement. I want to switch my number. I have submitted tow times but rejected both times. Kindly resolve my problem.

                      I have raise one complaint[protected] on 24th Sep regarding my post paid network problem. I am not able to make or receive any call after 6 day customer care closed this case after saying it is resolved but ground reallity is that nothing was working. When I tried to contact customer care they simply said your issue is closed without checking with the consumer. Again I describe my issue and customer care again register one new case and told be that it will get resolved in 3 days .. today is 3rd day and still I issue is not resolved. When I tried to contact via Facebook and customer care email id I am not getting any answer. Such a bad services reliance is giving to post paid customer. How can be reliance so ignorant and other hand they are trying to invest some 10000 crore in digital India just to capture the market no matter what kind of services they are giving to existing customer.

                        I am constantly receiving fraud messages from [protected].The sms reads "I want to help the poor in your locality with million dollar fund that my ailing husband has left for me" Such numbers are fraud and are attempting to cheat common man. I would request the police to kindly register a complaint against this number and ensure that strict action is taken against people who want to cheat people. Please do the needful at the earliest as I am sure this number [protected] must be constantly used to send the same sms to many more numbers across the country. I request the concerned authority to take the strictest action against such numbers [protected] which aim to constantly harass and trouble the common man .

                          My customer ID is[protected]. I am using reliance services from last 6-8 months & this is the worst ISP i had ever seen. 1st I am complaining about the internet issue from the first day, and till today have not seen any any improvement in the service. Internet works for 2-10 mins then disconnect and then connects again. I have complaint many times regarding this issue but in vain. 2nd internet works only 5-6 hrs in 24 hrs. when I am going to check some urgent mails or for work on internet . I have to check whether internet is working or not. if not, i have only option for wait for another 1-2 hrs to connect and after next 15-30 mins again it disconnects. I have also complains about this issue, but no improvement. 3rd - When I complaint about any issue to the customer care executive, they only know how to generate ticket...nothing else. "Within 24 hrs you issue will be resolved.". this is the single line they are repeating again and again. The worst thing happens on that time when I got message your issue was resolved successfully whereas issue still persists. After that I started complaining with mentioning that "Please call me before closing the ticket" & the reply from customer care was "we have mention this thing in your ticket" but till today I didn't receive a single call before closing the ticket. Now I want to disconnect my services and on 3rd of September 2015 and I complain about the same and after 4-5 days when I check check my complaint status customer care said ..."we closed the ticket because our executive called you and call not answered" then again on 7th September 2015 I request the same for disconnection and with 2-3 days I receive 3-4 calls regarding the same "why you want to disconnect services". what the hell is going on, why calling 3-4 times regarding confirmation...but none disconnect the services...again I complaint the same in 16th of september and customer care said within next 8-10 days you connection will be disconnected...again I complaint the same on 29th september 2015 and customer care said again the same line "your all the complaints are under process and within next 8-10 days you connection will be disconnected" but till today i neither get any call regarding disconnection not my services disconnected...I even after that I got call which is "please pay your bill"...I am totally busted now. I don't have any option. Even all the customer care executives didn't know that how many maximum day required for disconnection...

                            I have a Vodafone postpaid number and on 17th march 2015, Tuesday, when i was making a payment to pay my bill through Mobikwik App, i paid it to reliance communications by mistake. but since i have a Vodafone number payment should be cancelled, but rather it was processed and my money was deducted and a payment was made to reliance. the amount was 550 rupees. the very next day when i went to the reliance communications head office, the customer service provider told me that the money would be refunded within 45 days by cheque or by draft. but until now, i have not received any amount by any means. again 2 months later, i went to the reliance communications head-office, an they told me that you can get your amount transferred to any other reliance postpaid number but when i told them to do so they told me to come back again tomorrow since the servers are not working. so i went there next day also and then they told me that it is not possible and you cannot get your amount back. i even talked to the reliance customer care and the also told me that the amount should be credited back to you . but it's been more than 7 months and i have not received any amount by any means. i am also attaching a screenshot of my phone which clearly shows that payment was made to reliance on 17th march. i want the refund of my money and also they should pay me more than double for the time i have wasted and for the inconvenience that i had during all this period. thank you

                                Data card purchased (A.K associates t nagar) on 28.03.2015. Got malfunctioned in 15 days went to authorized service center referred by Reliance mobile store. Service center (Cell tech, egmore) promised delivery within 7 working days but got repaired after 25 days only nearly. Within these days I got calls from reliance that I need to pay the 1st month bill amout. I said “I haven’t used data card gave it to service center”. And they said, pay atleast Rs.300 to avoid suspension. Then I paid the amount and waited. As I cannot afford to pay without using data card to the fullest so approached mobile store. They said, “Waiver can be made with service job sheet. Hence got some service proof and gave it to mobile store. They said waiver request sent and wait. And they promised will get back within 5 days”. And they asked me not to use data card till get solution. No response from them till now, even after repeated contact. Actually they neglected my issue by not raising waiver request. Even I went directly and approached. They actually made request (that too doubtful/not made actually) on that day only I mean after my 1st visit. And somehow I got waiver request proof with complaint no. Note: they made notebook entry also. I tried to contact the store using telephone numbers but it’s all dead. I was really upset and did online search about the store address got some contacts from Haier service website with that address. After repeated contact, a person telling “now the mobile store is closed, shifted, changed to somewhere” and another time the same person (may have worked in the old store) telling “Im not working there”. See I’m an outstation and I got health issues I can’t go and approach appropriate every time directly. I ever have seen such a poorest network in my life. Because of your negligence, you have dragged me all these days. Now lost my data card (terminated), not even used for 1 month with fully. If your device worked, properly, serviced in time and if you had responded earlier, I would not have been dragged all these days.

                                Tragedy is not yet finished; I used to make calls to customer care, and ask the status, complaint request and all. They are telling, we are not the right person, we cannot check (are we living in a stone age?) and asked me contact the mobile store or outlet but the beauty is mobile store is vanished. Till now I don’t have answer for my 1st waiver request. Now legal notice from pondicherry office came. I was so upset. They demanded me to pay amount for the correct usage. Then I paid the said amount Rs.1200/- with so much of struggle/agony for my usage by going directly and contacting complaint cell of Reliance communications, haddows road, nungambakkam. I met complaint cell officer too, told all bad incidents happened but all in vain. She is also telling no we don’t deal your issue contact the pondicherry branch. And I came to know that no complaint made by the mobile store from her. And you know I asked for No objection from them when I pay the amount. She said “no contact pondicherry office’”. Now for the rest amount i.e. unused charges for unused months, pondicherry legal office also said “we have made request, wait for sometime” I asked waiver mail or any proof for the request. But they said, no we don’t provide proof” second time I was disappointed with another fake promise from you. And I waited 2nd time for the waiver without proof blindly.

                                And I also asked compension too from pondicherry legal office by reactivating my datacard and giving my unused data (remaining data), with extending days according to the service period. And finally, clearance from you. Now he is also not attending phone calls, no solution so far, going for personal work, 24 hours busy. He gave alternative pondi number. He is also not responding me. What do you think of a customer? Even at times, they are shouting at customers. No politeness at all. Is this a way to treat customer (poor, desperate)? Keep in mind, we are not borrower. We believe your network choosing but you? Consumers have right to be heard.

                                Okay, now tragedy reboots with another demand notice from advocate from Chennai branch without checking technical details on behalf of Reliance communications, nungambakkam. And I contact the particular advocate. He is not accepting saying “you have to pay the amount”. He is also asking the proof of waiver request. But the pondicerry legal office is not giving proof what should I do? I made so much research, who is proper authority? Whom should I contact? Who could I believe? Whom to approach? Who would give solution? and all. Even I contacted Mumbai head office, said the issue. No response from them also. I finally, got appellate authority contact from online. Contacted, they also got complaint and said “get back in 7 days”. No calls so far. I called them again they are telling “complaint is still in processing” wait. Wait Wait Wait! How long? life long or what? I really don’t know what the hell is happening. No transparency at all. No one is responding properly. You have put me into mental agony. Because of you I lost my money, energy, precious time, health and all. If this harassment still continues I think I’ll have to take my issue to the consumer court. Where I hope I get clearance and even compensation for loss (because of your negligence) too.

                                One thing I tell (assure) you, even we can escape from laws (by some influence) but from GOD or Positive energy? Sure, nobody can…

                                  Dear consumer forum -Sir/Madam, On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack, I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate. I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance. it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation. but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you. it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation.                                     I had charge an top up for Rs 200 on dated 29/09/2015 and when i saw the balance on datd 30/09/2015 morning the balance was 0. when i gave a call to customer care they replied me that i had use an data whole for which the balance is deductes. when i said the data was not used at all they were not ready to listen me. i need an help. lets cee whether the site is helping me to get my money back. at last but not the least if i will not get my money back i will port my number to other operator
