I got bill details for 2 reliance numbers for which there were no services in the month of nov. I tried contacting customer care but there was no response. Please stop cheating your customers and explain why have you generated bills when there was no services. You can call me on [protected] to discuss. If you provide valid details i am ready to pay the bill.
A customer support contact is least expected when you abruptly discontinue your services.

    From 2nd november 2017, mts dongle stopped working, till now i'm unable to connect to internet. But i have received bill for the connection which i could not use for the whole month. I have already sent a mail to reliance customer care stating all the details about the postpaid connection. But no response. An auto-generated email i received yesterday stating that i have to pay bill instantly.
    How can i pay for a connection which is useless and unusable?

    Rcom behaves unethically. Either it should give option for mts customer to port from mts to rcom or it should deactivate all the mts connection, so that bills are not generated.

      Dear sir / madam

      With reference to the above subject, would like to inform you that the m no [protected] belongs to me which was activated on 8th may, 2010 from davanagere. Initially the mobile was in postpaid and later got converted into prepaid connection. On 9th of nov, i received a msg from 1901 stating that my porting request was generated with code rx868238, and the validity was till 31st dec, 2017. As i was out of station couldnt visit for mnp. On 17th nov, 2017 when i went for porting the mobile number, for my surprise i was told that already the request is being processed.
      Then again i went realiance to check the details. I was told that the request is being received by airtel which is already being processed.
      I have all the proof that the said number belongs to me and i can give all the proofs for the same.

      On 18th nov i visited airtel at divyashree towers for mnp and completed all the formalities. Address verification is positive which was done on 19 th though it was sunday. I was told that it will be active within 7 working days. But till today it is not active. Am herewith attaching the following documents for your kind perusal :-
      1. Porting request - forged
      2, porting request to airtel on 16th nov, 2017
      3. Screenshot which shows that it belongs to me and my details.
      Kindly request you to look into this matter and help me in getting the said number activated in my name.

        Hi

        Since november connection has been giving me hard time related to speed and connectivity. Now since 1st dec 2017, its not working at all.

        None of the company is bothered about the customers. Neither did mts website is working.

        Now if i want to discontinue with my connection, i dont know whom to approach. And reliance guys are the first ones in hurry to send a bill me for not using the connection.

        This is just a day robbery, i'm sorry but i'm not going to pay a single penny to these companies who doesnt bother to revert to customers.

        My datacard number if any of the company mts/reliance wants to know is
        [protected], i want it to be deactivated immediately.

          My reliance no. [protected] chnaged to airtel. I dont know why i can check balance with this code *367# but i can't call anyone. Whenever i am calling someone call was not sent and than they were telling that this is not available on your no. Call costumer care. Call is not going to tht tollfree no.. Please change it to reliance again. I want my google account back and it is not signing in without this number. Please sir

          As the network of mts is overtaken by R com i am unable to reach the customer care with old customer care number and R com customer care number is also not resopnding to my call. I wanted new cusotmer care number of R com where a MTS user can contact as i wanted to cancel my connection as soon as possible.

            I am using reliance postpaid gsm service. From october last week 2017 i am not able to use the sim due to network failure. After query it was understood that reliance network has been stopped their service. If so what will the customers do with their connections.. If they want to shut down they must give a chance to port our sim to another network.. My reliance number is [protected].

              Hi,

              I have been using mts for the past 2 years. But from nov 1st, the connection is not working.. I have tried reacing mts customer care several time and also tried rcom customer care.. None of the numbers are working.. Also i am getting bills generated with no internet service provided to me.. This is absolutely cheating and i will not pay any bills going forward. Cancel my connection which is already dead.

                Sir my reliance gsm no karnataka region [protected] has been connected with so many scheme but i am unable to port it because i am not getting upcn code as there is no reliance network at vimannagar pune.                 I am in transferrable job and at present I am working at Vimannagar Pune.During my tenure at Yelanhaka Bangalore Karnataka I have purchased Reliance GSM SIM [protected] in the year 2009.Then in year 2014 I am shifted to Vimannagar Pune.At present I am unable to update my ADDHAR detail as I have linked this number with it.On 31 Oct I have recharged my sim [protected] online by my SBI credit card.Now when I went to any store at Pune they want UPCN code which I am not able to generate as there is no network coverage of Reliance.Thereore I request you to send my UPCN code to [protected]@gmail, com.I assure you that this SIM belongs to me and any query or verification regarding SIM I will reply by this email.My alternate Idea no is [protected].Kindly send UPCN code to my email so that I may be able to to amend my ADDHAR card details.

                  I am complaining about deactivation. I had an internet connection with mts. No. [protected]. I requested deactivation of this account. There was no response from you yet. Please deactivate my account. I dont want rcom internet. Kantilal k surti activation and remove my accou mts merge with rcom as you know, without informing me. No choice was given to me if i wanted to transfer to rcom. This was wrong on your part.. I will not pay the bill. Please cancel it since i have not been able to use the mts dongle about the time you took over mts

                    My mts dongle [protected] is not working from 3/11/2017 due to merger of mts to rcom. On 29/11/2017 rcom send me monthly bill of 1485/- but i have not used rcom service also not port my number to rcom. All the customer care number of mts and rcom not working also not given reply of mail. So please trai check this matter and instruct to rcom to roll back all bills also delete the account.

                      I have mts datacard, apparently now the mts merger with reliance has happened so i'm sire no one would bother to resolve my query. Still i pen it down here

                      I didnt get any message from mts before the merger and about the merger, since november connection has been giving me hard time related to speed and connectivity. Now since 1st dec 2017, its not working at all.

                      What a smooth transition, i must say. None of the company is bothered about the customers. Neither did mts website is working nor they sent any sms or call telling me what to do.

                      Nor even reliance has bothered to revert to my query sent on [protected]@relianceada.com.

                      Simply wow... Now if i want to discontinue with my connection, i dont know whom to approach. And reliance guys are the first ones in hurry to send a bill me for not using the connection.

                      I'm sorry but i'm not going to pay a single penny to these companies who doesnt bother to revert to customers.

                        I lost my sim card of no. [protected] which is reliance number, i don't know how i lost but is now being used by someone, when i checked on whatsapp (As shown in photo) i don't know who he is, but my friend saved my number long time before thus providing some information o[censored]sing my sim by someone.
                        So please deactivate the above mentioned number as soon as possible

                          I'm unable to get the unique porting number.
                          Tried multiple times, but no luck.

                          Whenever i try to send port request to 1900, not getting any response back.

                          Even my incoming and outgoing calls and incoming messages not working.

                          Only thing working is outgoing messages, tested by sending sms to other numbers

                          Please help me out with this issue, my number is years old

                            I was mts dongle postpaid customer. My mts dongle no is [protected]since last 1.5 months internet service is totally closed. I contact mts customer care but cassette says that mts is now rcom network. Plz contact rcom. I received bill of 683 rs and 825 rs from rcom. I contact rcom customer care 3033333, and[protected] but cassette says that type your 10 digit datacard no. But when i typed my mts dongle no then cassette says that sorry invalid no. Now i don't know to whom should i contact. How close my mts dongle postpaid connection or how to stop them to send me the bill. Please help me.

                              I am an existing customer of mts postpaid data connectopn (3g) from thiruvananthapuram, kerala which stopped working for more than a month. I tried contacting mts customer care and mts appellate for termination of the connection but i am only getting a message to contact rcom for further assistance though i am getting monthly ebills.

                              I tried reaching rcom for assistance (For termination) but the ivr itself was not able to identify my mts number.

                              I request you to kindly make necessary instructions to terminate my mts data connection. My mts number is [protected]. I do not have any plans to continue this connection or port this connection to any service provider.

                              An early action from rcom/mts end is appreciated.

                                I am not getting internet after mts has been migrated to rcom. It is already been a month i am not using this internet but paying the bills, hope this will be resolved within a week i want to exit to other network without paying bill for this month.
                                This migration is very bad, this should be done at the back end without disturbing the customers.

                                      Hi, i already paid the entire postpaid bill for the month of october-2017 but still received mail from them where they have sent the complete bill for the month of november.
                                      I have already ported my number in airtel on 12th of nov, 2017.
                                      I have also mailed customer care to disconnect my services as i was going to port my number due to their closure of services.

                                      I also sent reminder emails to the customer care informing that i will not pay any bills in future as i am not using the service.

                                      Their customer care number is still not connecting for over 1 month now, neither they are reverting on mails.
                                      Now sure what to do, whether to pay the bill or not. Would have made the payment if they would have sent the bill on pro-rata basis as i was not on reliance network for the whole month.

First time when i buy this sim card i paid rs.50, 000/- diposit in reliance co.. Now this line is permantently close and i paid my total bill no other outstanding in bill but company not refund my deposit. So plz help me to how i can refund my deposit amount rs.. 50, 000/-
