I am using a reliance sim with [protected] no. I have got in for mumbai location now i am transferred in banglore but the sim card is not activating inspite of reinserting the many times. I am not able to use this sim card now.

After facing the abouve issue i planned for mnp to airtel but when i am contacting to airtel they are saying reliance is not responding for mnp and this is why the request in in pending.

Just after posting the complaint they have send me an bill without any action of the sim card.they have charged extra 100 rupees for late payment when everytime i have made the payment intime .i have send them email also regarding this but they are not replying .I am unable to call to the customer care also.
Please check the attached bill copy with extra amount.

As they are not. Replying me in the mail .so i decided to pay the total amount of bill as there is no other way to get rid off this false bill.

    I am having mts data card which has been stopped working last month. As the mts is acquired by you, but what is the solution for existing mts users?

    We are not able to migrate our mts data card to reliance. Now reliance communication has sent us the bill for the month and asking us to pay the bill.

    When i tried contact customer care numbers given in the bill, all nos are invalid/not working.

    Kindly provide transparent solution to migrate to other network or deactivate our connection so that no further bills can be generated by you.

          I have been using the mobile no [protected] more then 10 years due to some work related journey my no is temporary not in use but it has sufficient balance & for your knowledge i'm that time also using this as a whatsapp no.
          So please help me to reactivate my no at any cost necessary.
          Without any information it was terminated by reliance communication.

          I had owned an MTS WiFi dongle and I stopped using it about 2 months back . I even payed the last months bill eventhough I didn’t use it. Now I received an SMS from reliance saying I have a bill due of 1221 I am not willing to pay that as I have not used the service and I wish to disconnect the service . What should I do?
          The reliance has fraudly ported the mobile number to some other 3rd party without sending any upsc, they have cheated the primary customer and making illegal activities of selling the fancy numbers

            I am running from pillar to post from past almost 1 month for obtaining the porting code so that i am able to port my rcom mobile number [protected] since the services have been stopped by the company, and the worst part is, they have done on immediate basis. Inspite of my best efforts nothing could be achieved till now. They have even shut down the customer care numbers. Why is the consumer harassed every time and nothing happens to these top officials of such companies. My alternate number is[protected].

              After the merger, my mts wifi (Mdn: [protected]) is not working and the mts site has a message to contact rcom without any email id. The customer care of mts has a recorded message asking to contact rcom, without any contact details.

              Rcom customer care never gets connected to solve the issue. I even tried to contact rcom customer care via email, twitter still there is no reply.

              I need to de-activate the services and there is no proper channel to escalate the issue. I have already received a november month bill to pay for the wifi services even the payment link too is not working. And number mentioned in the bill to are not working properly.

                The postpaid bill for reliance number was paid twice. One transaction was completed through freecharge on 8th nov-2017 and other transaction was fulfilled by the bank partner (Hdfc) on 13th-nov-2017 (Transaction#: chtx148296).

                Already couple of mails with required details have been sent to [protected]@relianceada.com, but no response has been received.

                Please look into this issue asap and process the refund of the bill on priority basis.

                  This is with reference to the subject mentioned above.

                  Kindly note that we are regular customer of reliance from past 12 years, with the below mentioned numbers at/post: belgaum state karnataka.

                  5.[protected]

                  We were billed under the name of s. C. Enterpises and we have cleared the bills regularly to your dealer sachi enterprises belgaum. But suddenly your company has stopped giving services and all your dealer outlets have got closed. All the above mentioned numbers were transferred to various networks by port except [protected].

                  I mr. Tanveer jahagirdar is using this number and had requested to port with airtel in sept 2017. But the request was rejected due to outstanding with the donor operator. Though we had not used services of reliance but still we had cleared the outstanding in oct 2017 via cheque no.000018 amounting to rs.800 on 24/10/2017 of andhra bank. All the numbers were ported to airtel and we are paying the bill to airtel from november. But still only my number [protected] was not released by reliance.

                  In november i tried porting my number to idea again idea cellular ltd told that this number has an outstanding balance. Though i had not used services of reliance but still i cleared the outstanding in nov 2017 via pay tm amounting to rs.850 on 28/11/2017. Refer receipt no. Pmt[protected].

                  Still my number is not released by reliance for porting. I request you to kindly give me the reasons for this as my incoming/outgoing/sms services are suspended without any intimation from past 2 months. I have been clearing the bills without any usage.

                  I request you to please release my number and also provide me with the statement of accounts.

                  Lastly note that if my issues are not cleared in time i will be initiating legal action against the company.

                  I hope you will do the needful and oblige.

                      I had a reliance number [protected] earlier which i have successfully ported to vodafone.
                      Now reliance is asking for final payment of rupees 240.
                      We are ready to pay but
                      Reliance's all web world stores have shut down. I tried through online but website doesn't take me to payment gateway.
                      Now reliance is saying non payment may affect my current service provider.
                      I would request to telephone regulatory authority of india to look into the matter and order reliance to make some arrangement for payment online or whatever.

I have ported this number three times even though there has not been processed, also i have done all formalities from the side of me please consider this problem and solve the problem as far as possible.

                            My mts dongle [protected] is not working from 1/11/2017 due to merger of mts to rcom. On 29/11/2017 rcom send me monthly bill of 1179/- but i not used rcom service also not port my number to rcom. All the customer care number of mts and rcom not working also not given reply of mail. So please trai check this matter and instruct to rcom to roll back all bills also delete the account.
                            Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            It is 100% true to my MTS Datacard and I also expect the same (roll back the bill and deletion of my account)

                            Same happened here. Even not using the MTS service since NOV2017 they have sent me the bill. tried to reach to helpdesk to terminate account but no one pick up the phone. Also the dongle device became useless and they are not going refund the money for it.

                              After the merger, my mts wifi ([protected]) is not working and the mts site has a message to contact rcom without any email id. The customer care of mts has a recorded msg to again contact rcom, without any contact details.

                              Rcom customer care never gets connected to solve the issue.

                              I need to de-activate the services and there is no proper channel to escalate the issue. I have already received a nov month bill to pay for the wifi services.

                                I am currently on reliance communication network and want to port to vodaphone.
                                Also when i am trying to request a new upc code, every time i am provided with same upc code which is showing as invalid while porting to vodaphone.

                                  Firstly, they have suddenly withdrawn services without any prior notice. Secondly, they did a scam o[censored]nknown order by offering data plan [data ki azaadi] 1gb/day (2g data) for 1 year + core talktime of rs. 56.32 @ rs. 70. Even previous to this sms, my reliance sim was showing intermittent signal loss (Long periods of no signal than with signal). Then, within few days of recharging with rs. 70, i found my total balance to be zero. My last balance check showed rs. 104.980. I am wondering how much the reliance earned through this data ki azaadi offer and then wiping out the balance from all reliance subscribers.

                                  With no balance and no signal (Connectivity), it is impossible to request for upc code.

                                  Now i came across a news that they have sent upc codes to all customers. But i have not received any code. I wish to have the port code so that i am able to keep the same number.

                                      Since reliance is shutting down its network, i tried to port to airtel as this number is associated with my bank accounts and adhar.
                                      But i came to know from airtel that reliance is not releasing my number so they are unable to complete the process. I tried to port again, it failed again.

                                      Please tell me why they are not releasing my number, when they are shutting down the network. Now because of that i am unable to do any online transaction from two of my bank accounts.
