I have data and talktime balance of rs 2200 and not getting signal from last 9 months to use that balance. But problem is that now company is stopping all services to customers. Nobody is attaining any calls or replying any mail from last one month. There is no customer support who can help me. Even if i have to port that number then also i will not get back my balance. So i have just lost that much rupees. Such a big company is doing such careless thing. I visited gallery for this matter and seen many such people are complaining same problem. So this matter must be looked into for better public awareness.

Since last month the data card is not working and i want to close it with immediate effect. I am not paying the last month bill because the data card did not work for this period.

      First of all i was an mts service user. Reliance communication merges
      Operations without even informing the existing customers.
      Secondly your service after the merge is so poor that even the whats
      App (Lightest app on play store) messages do not get delivered
      Further your customer support is so deficient that i tried all the
      Possible ways to contact you but they either do not work.

      This is the summary of my attempts to deactivate my account — (See

      1. On 20th nov'17 i mailed mts support to deactivate (I didn't knew

      1st dec (Since i did'nt receive any response)

      Today i've received ebill amounts to 1600, whereas my ;postpaid plan

      Should i pay extra?
      Or is it that you will assign any random post paid plan without even

      The bottom line is, i want the deactivation of my account and i want

        I have registered requested for portability of rcom no. [protected] on 30/10/2017 in jio. The request has not been cleared yet by rcom neither it is allowing us to register again for portability. Everytime we are trying to generate new porting code, we are receiving a message in return that your port out request is already under process. Please clarify how much time does it take to clear one porting request. I have already registered a complaint on national consumer helpline under complaint no. 526733.

          Dear sir/madam!

          I am having mts data card which has been stopped working last month. As the mts is acquired by you, but what is the solution for existing mts users?

          We are not able to migrate our mts data card to reliance. Now reliance communication has sent us the bill for the month and asking us to pay the bill.

          When i tried contact customer care numbers given in the bill, all nos are invalid/not working.

          Kindly provide transparent solution to migrate to other network or deactivate our connection so that no further bills can be generated by you.

            Hello,

            We came to know that mts is merger with reliance communication.

            It is very unfortunate that neither mts nor reliance communication approach their customer for such changes.

            Mts data card is not working since last almost two months.

            We went to mts helpdesk in ahmedabad, they told that the would not able to help any more since mts merger with reliance communication and not getting support from reliance comm. Also informed that there are no any shop / help desk of reliance communication in ahmedabad, gujarat hence you will not able to get services.

            We search for reliance authorised help desk in ahmedabad on the reliance communication website. We found there approx 30 outlets over the website... We approach almost 10 outlets, they all said reliance communication company is closed and they will not support any more for reliance and mts as well. Some of the outlets are very rude, behave like we are beggars and asks for service for mts & reliance.

            Since we were using mts data card since last 3-4 years, we wish to lets change from mts to reliance with best option.

            Now, we don't want any more connection from mts / reliance.

            Please guide us how to close out post paid connection of mts.

              It's been more than 6months mts was not working i have closed that account. Now you ppl are sending me bill for closed account. Not able to contact both the customer care mts nor rcom. I have sent sevaral mails and tweets so far no reply.

              First inform customer regarding the merging. Without porting from mts to rcom how can you send bill as rcom.

              Since you ppl opting out of cdma.

                Mts merger with rcom has caused service outage on my mts mblaze wifi internet connection. From the day the service stopped i have been trying to get in touch with customer service through the numbers listed on rcom website as mts customer service number automated recording asks to get in touch with rcom. But, rcom numbers never connected to any human and it plays around all automated messages and disconnects automatically. I have sent an email to [protected]@relianceada.com on nov 24 and till date no response. On dec 2, i received an email from billing department asking to pay rs. 1179. Why should i pay for something i could not use and no means of getting in touch with customer service. This is very pathetic and sounds like a scam. I don't know for how many months this will continue and my billing statement will be piling-up. Need some help here to stop/deactivate my account first for the mts/rcom number [protected] with account number [protected]. More over, there is loss in productive due to the outage and i am paying additional money to my cellphone provider due to internet usage as rcom service on my wifi dongle is not available.

                  My mts mblaze datacard stopped working in oct. I have been trying to contact the mts and rcom for reporting the issue and to cancel the connection.
                  But, after sending several emails to rcom about the cancellation request and also even after sending emails to the escalation contact nodal officer email id, i am not getting even a single response. But, they are just generating the bills and sending the bills.

                  I am not able to get proper service and not even able contact customer care to get any response from rcom on my several cancellation requests even after several followups emails.

                  Today also i recieved a bill generated by rcom. None of the customer care numbers mentioned in the bill also works.

                  This is a very big cheating to customers by rcomwho have been using mts from several years.

                  Raising this consumer complaint to get this issue addressed.

                  Any updates on this issue to help close the connection and to stop getting bills generated without giving any internet service by RCOM ?

                    My mts data connection stopped working on nov 2017, contacted multiple times via ph and email but got no resolution. Sent cancellation request... Got no response. Mts got acquired by rcom. Sent emails to both mts and rcom customer service and also appellate authority. Still no reply. Yet i am being billed for the data card every month even though i have not used it for 2 months and got no service. They simply want money and for that they can go to any length. Rcom does not care about the customers. What i am facing for the last 2 months is both funny and frustrating... Please help me to cancel connection

                      We are also facing the same issue. Without using datacard of mts for the last two months we got the bill from reliancee. My datacard [protected].

                        Sir, i have reliance mobile no [protected] which voice service has been blocked by reliance. Where as still i have rs 200/- mobile recharge. Pls start the voice service of said mobile at the earliest. This no is of karnataka state and presently i m in anders pradesh, for last 20 days company has deactivated my no without informing me. I m trying to contact company but no response i got till date.

                          I am using mts mblaze internet dongle more than 3 years. So far i have been paying my bill promptly before the due date.
                          But on 31 oct 2017 suddenly they stopped their service without any prior notice or intimation. I thought it might be a technical issue. I called customer care but the number was not working.
                          I tried to reach mts showrooms but all the showrooms in my city were closed.
                          No intimation in website or any other means. Only after 5 -6 days one of my friend doubtfully told me that the company was closed.

                          My dongle was no longer working. And i tried to contact customer care via various other means to close my connection. But no way.

                          Now i got a message from reliance communication (Rcom) that mts is merged with rcom. And i tried to contact rcom customer care but all their customer service numbers were also not working. Since rcom has also closed their mobile network service on the same month. Rcom showrooms and retail outlets were also closed.

                          Without contacting them how can i close my connection?
                          They are sending me repeated emails with the past 2 months bill.
                          Without using their service why should i pay them.
                          And if i ignore this they will send me the next month bill too.

                          This is a postpaid bill and if i don't pay these bills they will reduce my cibil score and hence in future i won't get any bank loans. What kind of rule is this?

                          Rcom mobile and mts has stopped their service without any prior notice. So legally we have to ask penalty to them.

                          I am not ready to pay for the service which i have not used. I just want to close this connection (Account) which is already closed by the network provider.

                              As the reliance stopped signals abruptly from[protected] to my reliance prepaid gsm sim 4g bearing mobike no's. [protected] and [protected] and could not get messages and calls from my claims being advocate, i request you to send me the port out portability numbers and code to them to my gmail is "sankar. [protected]@gmail.com" immediately and i did not receive any message to the said numbers till date. No signals are shown till date. I sent emails to customercare and gsm.                                 I have purchase reliance gsm sim about 3 year ago in the name kishan lal prajapat. Now reliance came with notification that it will not provide 3g /4g services so you have to port your reliance sim. So i went porting center for port of reliance. They tell me your sim which having m. No [protected] already port in airtel. So anyone is using my sim having no [protected], i called him he is from kota having name ramkishor is have my mobile no [protected]. He refused to give that sim.in that situtation i went to airtel center they tell me you have to give us 1000 for getting that no & that sim will postpaid. You have to pay monthly charges. So i request plz provide my m. No [protected] without any chrges & i request you to take suitable action against airtel so in future such a ancident could not be happen. Now you can call me for help [protected].

                                  As per your advise through sms message for porting due to reliance gms service closure, later my mobile service also discontinued on 10.11.2017, but bill is generated upto 25.11.2017.
                                  Kindly close my account for mobile no [protected] as i switched to airtel service.
                                  It is your fault that you are closing your unit. Why should i bear loss? Like payment with service. Billing without providing service is cheating.

                                      I am unable to connect to internet using my postpaid data card for the last 2 days. Tried reaching mts customer got informed that mts is now reliance communication [ surprise: not prior notice], searched reliance comm customer care no, but none would connect me to an agent using mts data card no.

                                      Using the data card for the last 5 yrs, mts was a good company. Very poor service by reliance. Is there anyway i get the issue fixed or at least reach customer care for direction to resolve the issue.
