I am MTS customer, not able to contact the reliance customer care please provide the customer care number so that i can discuss on my MTS data card.

Please let me know i[censored] require any other information.

MTS( Sistema Shyam Telecom Ltd) has been acquired by Reliance Communications, as i am holding the MTS data card i wanted to contact the customer care of Reliance Communications to discuss on the MTS data card whether i need to close this account or do you have any other option.

      I’m using mts blaze for past 2 year suddenly it stopped working from sep 28 itself. After try lot to connect with customers care but i didt get it. Now bill send from rcommunication for mts blaze connection. I’m nt getting tower for past 2 months. Now i need to pay amt for nt using device. Number one fraudulent work from reliance network. I need to disconnect my connection. Postpaid [protected]. I need my deposit amt back. Evidence that i call customer care and email forward to disconnect

      I’m using MT blaze post paid ( [protected]) usb for long period of time . It got disconnect sep 28 stopped it function entirely . So I left it move on . Suddenly Received e-mail from Reliance communication that ebill generate for ur device [protected] . Number one fraudulent work from reliance generate bill for Nt giving network for 2 month and generate bill for Nt access device . So I try to contact customer care from reliance communications. Response is Nt use . So I email to customer of mts because they give email id in ebill . Attach calling image and email I complain . Pls take action against these fraud company .

        I am an old prepaid subscriber of reliance mdn [protected]. I am trying to port out as company is discontinuing services but i am my number not getting mnp upc code. It give different errors and says to try later. I tried calling customer care also but in vain. So it is requested to help me and get the port code generated immiedately so i can port out, kindly provide other senior persons mail addresses and contact no. Also so i can escalate the complaint, manpreet singh [protected]

        As the company is going to shut down please its a humble request to get the solution done

        I have tried with other code but it says uoc code mismatch

          My gsm number [protected] got ported out on 14/11/2017 because of bulk closure from your side. Now i want to ported into bsnl but i could not do it as u already assigned that number to someone else. I could not able to get my number.

            My mts mblaze datacard is not working from november. Tried to call customer service but it says to contact reliance communication customer service.
            Reliance communication customer service number is invalid.
            I have already paid my postpaid datacard bill still it is not workin.
            Can you please provide the proper customer care number so that we can approach them to resolve this problem

              Dear sirs,

              We would like to point out the following issues:
              1. our scheme plan for post-paid connection was 299 plus tax. You have raised a bill for rs.469.00 last and it was paid so that porting out could be done. We have no way of protesting or conveying dissatisfaction of your non-existent services. not to add the feeling of being cheated by your company.
              2. the porting codes were given for a very short period and we have come to understand that it was rejected for non-payment of dues. this is adding to our feeling cheated by such a big company.
              3. we have no method of either countering or cross-verifying since none of your customer-care service is functioning anywhere in india.
              4. if your company had a plan to close down operations it would have been greatly helpful if you had converted our lines to pre-paid. This would have avoided all confusions and allowed your customers to easily port-out to some other company.
              5. it is regrettable that a company with your capability is bullying its customers for small money even after closing down operations without informing two months back.

              Kindly allow us to port-out without malice or cheating us of our rights to get good service which was paid for. kindly confirm and tell us whether you will be returning our deposit amount considering the fact that you no longer run mobile operations anymore.

The reliance gallery at koparkairane navi mumbai has been closed since then. I wanted to know the process of how to get my security deposit and extra paid bill amount. Please look into the matter.                 I have complained about 2weeks back also but there is no redressal
                For last 24 days I miss running from pillar to post to get my reliance prepaid mobile ported but unable to get code due to lack of nrtwork
                But of no avail
                And the company NY has not come up with any solutiin

                  As you know your service is near to close
                  So i went to nearest reliance communication store kharghar sector 7
                  They told me i[censored] want to port in any company you have to pay 100 rs and additional minimum amount recharge 178 after do process they told it will start new sim in 7 days
                  After new service i mean new telecom service start. I think now they do reacharge of 178 but after 5 days still no reacharge done by them
                  They just chited people they not reacharge after port

                      Reliance gsm company has cheated customers all india. They has shutdown there services of 2g and 3g mobile networks and we have lost huge mobile and internet balances. The last date of closing is 30nov 2017 but company has closed their services now. It is not fair as all india customers will suffer. Company is a big cheater. What will be the action taken by the government.
                      Sir we want our remaining mobile and internet balance. Please do something...

                        I am a customer of reliance telecommunications bearing number [protected].
                        There is no network in my number from last 3-4 weeks, i have tried to port my number to another operator but it got rejected due to incorrect upc code.
                        Since i am not getting any network coverage in my area, i am not able to generate upc code for my number also i didn't receive upc code from rcom.

                        Please help me to resolve my issue. Kindly provide me the upc code so that i can port it to another network. I used this number for all my purposes from last 5-6 years. I tried every possible option to port it but it's getting rejected due to upc code only not sure whether reliance is not releasing the number or is there anyother issue.

                        I am really feeling frustrated due to this problem.

                          I am using reliance no. [protected], from last 8 years. This is a corporate number purchased by me while i was working with reliance life insurance.

                          From last 2-3 weeks i have received port request from the reliance to switch the services to other service provider. Company itself sending port code: crd88536. While porting with airtel. They now asking letterhead of the company. I visited my office which was situated at narain manzil, barakhmba road, c. P. New delhi but it was closed.

                          Kindly provide me the solution.

                          I was a former employee of RTL.My PF number given was MH/43275/20027478 but it is not showing and hence I am unable to transfer or withdraw PF amount.Please help. PF withdrawal or transfer not done as PF number not correct.

                            We have balance in my account, the service provider reliance communications not giving services.Pl intimate what about my balance have in reliance communications SIM.The services given to aircel by reliance communications is not providing the services.

                                After paying the postpaid number bill for the month of october-2017 on the billing date itself i have mailed customer care to disconnect my services as i no more wanted to use them. I also told them that sim for that number is being discarded since it is not being used. But i never got any confirmation mail from them.

                                I have also sent 3 mails as a reminder to the customer care informing you that i will not be going to pay any bills in future since i am not using the service. But still today i got bill from them.

                                When tried to reach them on customer care number the same has been kept with a recording that for emergency purpose this service has been closed. This is now more than a month.

                                    I had paid rs.2100 on oct month 16th 2017. Actual my rental amount is rs.900. Still my connection not working tried to reach customer care with appellate department but no calls are connected after multiple call up.

                                    Sent email to customercare with appellate department but no use

                                    Though email was requested to disconnected my line (Oct 23) but no one response back. Still they are generating bills unwanted

                                    I need to disconnect my line and return my advance amount asap.

                                      Its worst company. Never suggest to anyone. I have reliance postpaid no due to network issues am not able to port this no. And it's not working from last 1 months it's very important no. They have sent me monthly bill also.
