      Sir, my reliance no. is [protected], since last month there has been constant deduction of my main balance in name of some value added services. Everytime i recharge my balance is deducted in small amounts such as Rs. 3, 5, 10 regularly till my balance is nil. I tried contacting with the customer care a couple of times but call was disconnected every tym without any response. It has become really annoying due to such constant deductions as at the time of emergencies to make a call i find my balance insufficient. Kindly look into the matter. I too have the screenshots of the messages as a proof for their constant deductions. Help me out with a solution. Thank you

        When national MNP was launched I have ported my tata docomo chandigarh no.[protected] to reliance postpaid connection in kanpur (UP) as they offered me 50% discount in 899 unlimited plan.My no started on 2-8-15 and I recieved first bill on 11-8-15 in which all calls during 2-8-15 to 8-8-15 was charged as per roaming charges while I was in kanpur only during this period.same day I called to customer care official regarding this false charges, then he assured me that I will get another bill after correction.but i get nothing.on 29-8-15 i called every possible person in rcom but no solution found.

          I am a GSM user of BSNL bearing mobile no [protected]. One of reliance executive advice me to port my number to RELIANCE CDMA . For that I have generated a UPC and with all necessary documents I ran to Royal infocom reliance store, Damana then went to an other reliance store Baya Baba math, near Nicopark chhak . Both stores sales personnels advice to take post paid connections, once again I called to customer care reliance the customer-care executive advice to visit main store at Fortune Tower Bhubaneswar. Again I visited Fortune tower store with all necessary documents but once again I faced the same problem as earlier. I would like to bring to your notice that if there is no option for porting to prepaid CDMA why customer care and reliance personnel advice to do the same. They made me run from one store to other for which I mentally disturbed. Reliance simply making people fool. I pray TRAI to stop such dual standard of reliance and take necessary action for misguiding common people. Thank u .

              I did recharge on wrong number by mistake, but when I am calling to reliance customer care number on[protected] I wait for 20 minutes on the call, there was no reply, a automated call taking, please wait for 3 minutes, this continues for 20 minutes and no call received at all . this is very very frustrating . Very very poor service by reliance My vodaPhone no from whichj I was calling - [protected] reliance no - customare care[protected] and wrong number on whichI I did recharge - [protected] correct number on which I have to recharge - [protected] Paytm Cash Transaction No[protected] NB Transaction No 70578292

                I have recharged full talk time 400 INR voucher to my reliance number-[protected]. but got 347 INR in my account.so currently my total balance 384.why I got less amount when I have recharged a full talk time 400 rs voucher.I tried to call customer care many times but could not talk to any person and reliance is silently disconnecting the call without any notice.what is this non seance.I am unsatisfied with this kind of service.

                  Dear Sir/ Ma'am, What kind of customer service you have in your company? Is it less efficient to solve any problem or it's your regular practice to torment customer just delaying the process and killing time of customers spent on calling the customer care? I requested for the termination on 25th July with interaction ID[protected]. The service was supposed to be suspended as per your company norms after 7 days. But it didn't happen. I called on 7th August inquiring about the progress and got the answer that it would be terminated directly as per rule of after 15 days. No termination, even after 15 days. Not even single call, mail or message from your side. But you people are so efficient in sending the mail regarding billing and pending bill. But ridiculously you miss to mail us for our issues. Then one executive named S. Santosh, he filed a termination request on 13 th Aug with termination, ID:[protected] and interaction id: [protected]. As promised by the second time, there is no termination till now. In between I got the bill of full month and I am so shocked to see that I got the usage of 273 Mb. But I didn’t even touch the dongle from 15th July and how come I could use it as it was in barred mode. But you people so amazing that without connecting also the dongle itself, you got my usage. Holy carp! Anyway the bill was not the issue but the usage it was showing it was ridiculous. As promised by S. Santosh from the back hand team, they would adjust the bill as I am supposed to pay the bill of 7 days only and requested me to tell the front desk people to transfer the call to the help desk for bill adjustment. But after bill generation, when I called the front desk they told me that there is no option to transfer the call to help desk now. So what is the solution then? After two times termination request if you can't process the request and what am I supposed to do ? You need money as donation or anything else. It should be clear. Please stop all this nonsense. Stop torturing the customers with your inefficient executives. For your information, I have been a customer of Reliance netconnect for 4 and half years. Why your company is lagging behind in terms of service. Look, there are other network providers and their customer service are so free flow. You will get message after every call and within 24 hours they will call you back to know whether your issue is resolved or not. Why not yours? If you don't believe me then I have recordings of all conversations that I had your so called efficient customer executives. Please I need my service terminated with immediate effect without any lame excuses. Few interactions among several others, find the details below.                     Dear Person concerned, On 28/08/2015 two deduction occured from my account for VAS activation of Rs. 10 and Rs. 5 respectively. Please waive the charge. This kind of deduction is happening from last few months. I am requesting you to stop these asap otherwise i have to go to TRAI with all complaints i submitted on your portal as well as on mails.                       My prepaid balance drop by almost 173 Rs on 28th July. I called customer care 198 and they told balance will be refunded in next 48 hours.but refund us not yet done. I called again then they are saying not able see status having system issue. Not even fileing compliment. Please look into this. This the 2nd time balance cut down in month. Very disappointed.                         Dear Subscriber, I would like to share my views regarding your network issue, technical issues and finally which I am suffering from i.e call connection to other person number. From so long time, I am facing the issue when somebody(STD call person) try to contact with me, then the call is forwarding to this number ([protected]). More then 50 times, I tried to contact with your customer care number but all the time there was some network issue or either there was some technical issues. I am highly unsatisfied with your services, Please take a quick action because I am facing the same issue for last 4-5 months . I don't think that any vendor want to break their bonding with their loyal and old customer, and I just want to know would you like that your long term customer stop taking your services in future, definitely not. So, Please Re-think on my concerns and resolve the issue as same issue already got delayed from so long time so please resolve it out as soon as possible .                           This is regarding a broadband connection in the area Narangi baugh road near wadiya college, Pune, Maharashtra by Reliance Broadband. Its been more than 10 months we are trying to reach out you guys but still we are not able to catch up you guys and reliance Team is not responding for mails also The whole problem is that we required a internet broadband connection in our area and the operator has assured us that we will be getting the internet connection within 2 days then we have made payment of Rs . 1800 via cash to the operator dated on 10th sep 2014 the CAF No - [protected]. But after 2 days the operator has replied that providing connection in my society has some issue . So we have asked for refund of money . But till now we haven't got any confirmation from their side. . Every time we used to get answer from them is that yes we will get back to you soon . Its really not a good sign from a brand name like Reliance communication that instead of so many mails they are not responding. So we hope to get the refund as well as assistance from your side . Please do needful for this issue ASAP.                             On 21.07.15, while online charging my Reliance prepaid data card [protected], first I tried with Rs. 999/- plan and my SB account [protected] with HDFC account was debited but I got transaction failure message. So again I tried with Rs. 797 plan and my account was debited and I got receipt also. But my Rs.999/- transaction is not yet reversed even now.

                              I recharged my reliance netconnect hi speed 1x data card no [protected] (nine three one eight eight nine six three two four) with rs 444 for an unlimited plan as mentioned on the website. But even after 6 days of recharge it is unable to connect to internet. When i call the customer care they say ur balance is negative. I tried to recharge 16 times from different places with different amounts online and offline as well. But it fails everytime. Now when i call cutomer care they doesnt provide a solution instead they blame me that i should had recherged the card with a top up before recharging with internet pack. I am going to file a case in consumer court for fraud by reliance communications :-Manish sharma [protected]

                                  My name is Abhishek kumar, I have done recharge of Rs 251 (all network free call) on 23rd August then I have done recharge of Rs 30, then after getting my successful recharge msg I started my call then I find that my main balance is deducting, as I have done rchrg of 251 in which all network call free then why my balance is deducted? Then I call several times but your customer care not responded... Today the same problem has done...my balance was again deducted. So please return my full 30 rs recharge amount otherwise I have to register a complain to CONSUMER COURT for my complain. It's a humble request to you please return my full money as I am a student...                                     This is really annoying. Reliance has got the worst customer service. They don''t know how to talk, how to respond and how to handle their customers. I have been having problems with my connection since 5 days. It''s something related to the wires, the wires have been cut or stolen and the technician says that it can''t be fixed and to get it fixed, we must pay a big sum to buy the wires. The wires ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT MINE. All I keep hearing from your customer service is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused", "A complaint has been already registered", "Your issue will be rectified soon". Seriously, your customer service is the most pathetic service ever and the guy who ACTUALLY gets my issue resolved deserve an award. And how did you actually dare to e-mail me with my monthly bill? Do you actually expect to be paid by me when my internet is not even working? So, just tell me whether my issue will be resolved within a max of 72 hours or should I move on to another company? Please don''t reply with the same thing I keep hearing from your customer service and provide me with either a refund or an ACTUAL FIXING of my issue.. Reliance user id:[protected]

                                      मै हरीराम अहिरवार आई डी नम्बर[protected] है माकान का पता 67 ए-सेक्टर, अवधपुरी भोपाल यह सिकायत करना चाहता हू कि विगत एक माह से टोल फ्री नम्बर[protected] में 28 जुलाई 2015 से 28 अगस्त 2015 तक निरंतर श्िाकायत कर रहा हूं किन्तु आज दिनांक तक मेरी श्िाकायत में कोई सुनवाई नहीं की गई है जिससे मै आपकी सेवाओंं से काफी असंतुष्ट हूं और मुझे खेद व्यक्त करते हुए यह कहना पड रहा है कि आपकी कंपनी का काम नितांत गैर-जिम्मेदाराना है, ग्राहकों से केवल आश्वासन देकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन कर लिया जाता है अतर अनुरोध है कि तत्काल नेट का कनेक्शन सुधरवाने का कष्ट करें, अन्यथा मुझे न्यायालय की शरण में जाना पडेगा

                                        have been reliance customer for the past 10 years and of late the Reliance Customers have resorted to cheap tricks and selling their data to other net work. Docomo people are calling and asking me to change to their network. Is this the way Reliance Taking care of the Customers Data. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can walk into the reliance and take the Customers data sheet and numbers?

                                        I think reliance is not able to pay salaries for their staff and franchisee so they are doing such kind of cheap work and unethical work by selling the customers data
