Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
What kind of customer service you have in your company? Is it less efficient to solve any problem or it's your regular practice to torment customer just delaying the process and killing time of customers spent on calling the customer care?
I requested for the termination on 25th July with interaction ID[protected]. The service was supposed to be suspended as per your company norms after 7 days. But it didn't happen.
I called on 7th August inquiring about the progress and got the answer that it would be terminated directly as per rule of after 15 days. No termination, even after 15 days. Not even single call, mail or message from your side. But you people are so efficient in sending the mail regarding billing and pending bill. But ridiculously you miss to mail us for our issues.
Then one executive named S. Santosh, he filed a termination request on 13 th Aug with termination, ID:[protected] and interaction id: [protected]. As promised by the second time, there is no termination till now.
In between I got the bill of full month and I am so shocked to see that I got the usage of 273 Mb. But I didn’t even touch the dongle from 15th July and how come I could use it as it was in barred mode. But you people so amazing that without connecting also the dongle itself, you got my usage. Holy carp!
Anyway the bill was not the issue but the usage it was showing it was ridiculous. As promised by S. Santosh from the back hand team, they would adjust the bill as I am supposed to pay the bill of 7 days only and requested me to tell the front desk people to transfer the call to the help desk for bill adjustment. But after bill generation, when I called the front desk they told me that there is no option to transfer the call to help desk now.
So what is the solution then? After two times termination request if you can't process the request and what am I supposed to do ?
You need money as donation or anything else. It should be clear. Please stop all this nonsense. Stop torturing the customers with your inefficient executives.
For your information, I have been a customer of Reliance netconnect for 4 and half years.
Why your company is lagging behind in terms of service. Look, there are other network providers and their customer service are so free flow. You will get message after every call and within 24 hours they will call you back to know whether your issue is resolved or not. Why not yours?
If you don't believe me then I have recordings of all conversations that I had your so called efficient customer executives.
Please I need my service terminated with immediate effect without any lame excuses.

but got 347 INR in my account.so currently my total balance 384.why I got less amount when I have recharged a full talk time 400 rs voucher.I tried to call customer care many times but could not talk to any person and reliance is silently disconnecting the call without any notice.what is this non sense.I am unsatisfied with this kind of service.
