My reliance no is-[protected]  from ur reliance gsm company send me a massege that if i recharged my no rs.56 i got unlimitade 2g net for 28days. i recharged my ac rs.56 on 24/8/2015.but i dont get my fecelity. i call reliance customer care but thay dont help me even they give wrong information that they take a complain &give me this no.[protected]. but when i call next time they say that no complain provide my number. then they again give me a complain no[protected]. please resolve my problame

      I have lodged a complaint against the company on[protected]. Neither the amount unscrupulously deducted was updated nor any one has contacted to know my complaint. But I received a massage stating that my SR was processed and n another message there were no wrong deductions. The day wise messages are framed under for your information. It is unfortunate to mention here that none has consulted from reliance communication. I received a massage in my cell on[protected] in the following manner: At: 12.24 P.M. on[protected] "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service request No. is[protected]. Your request will be resolved in the next 6 Hours." At 4.14 P.M. On[protected] "Dear customer, your SR No. 23690743. 1has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance." At 9-40 A.M. on[protected] “Dear reliance customer as per details checked in system no wrong deduction found in customer account” At 4-09 PM on[protected] " Dear Reliance Customer, please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request reply Yes else NO (toll free) I baffled to see these massages as none has consulted me from l Reliance and the amount treacherously deducted was not updated but I received the above two messages. This is a nasty experience with this Reliance I have ever had with any service provider. I have sent a request on[protected] for furnishing me the details of outgoing calls dated[protected], on which day huge amount was abruptly deducted, with duration so that to verify with my list if I was wrong. Since they did not send as I requested I had to file complaints with various agencies on[protected]. On the subsequent day what I received was the above shown. How my claim is justified now? Shall I approach the news Papers to wash their dirty linen in Public? Proceeding legally for damages. I do not find any support from you, where I could see only forwarding of the complaints to the concerned as a postman’s job. I do not find any usefulness in lodging complaints in your forum. Could you let me know what is the help from your website an aggrieved gets except postman service? What do I do now, when such a big giant is openly deceiving public?

        In the month of May 2015 I called Reliance customer service to disconnect my account. I was told it would be done and that I would get a call verifying the same. Also that I will require to pay the bill for that bill cycle. I agreed and paid the bill for May as well as June 2015 since I had received a bill and thought it must be the last (which it wasnt and Ive paid for a extra month). I did not receive any verification calls nor did it occur to me to check since neither is it my job nor did it even occur to me. Then I received a bill for the month of July 2015. I called them and they put me through several people to whom I repeated the story over and over. I even spoke to the senior manager she but didn’t accept that i had requested the cancellation of my account either. I asked them to refer to the recorded phone conversation to which she replied that yes there was a call in May but is was cut off midway! This is a lie and it was hard to believe that she would say this to me. Then she said she was going to disconnect the account this time. I said I was not going to pay the bill because of their blunder. It was a very unpleasant conversation and experience. After a few days I received a call asking me the reason why I wanted to disconnect and offering other deals. I told them the reason. The calls didn’t stop, for days I would receive so called 'verifying' calls and kept asking me the reason, with more offers. Finally they claimed that the account had been disconnected. Since then I have been receiving phone calls every other day sometimes 2 or 3 times a day asking for bill payment for the month of July. I am appalled that this is happening. Then I started getting a series of smses threatening to take legal action against me if I didn’t pay up! Now I’m being sent emails from some advocate asking me to settle amicably or come to Pune court on the 28th! To top it all Ive just received a bill for the month of August! This company is incompetent and this is a case of harassment. Please make this stop. When I called them again they said that my no was not listed anymore and did not know what advice to give me. I will not be made a victim of this goddamned company. I hope to be supported through this horrible harassment that Im being subjected to. Awaiting to hear from you at the earliest. Ms. T.           Hello There, I want to draw your attention towards a big SCAM that has been played by reliance WI POD DSA and its agents. they sold me this data card saying that it will give you a guaranteed speed of 4MBPS in Unitech Infospace, gurgaon. after activation it gave me the slowest speeds on any internet connection i ever seen and that too in multiple locations tested. like sec 21, sec 23 and New palam vihar 3 in Gurgaon. Can anybody look in to this and action on this ASAP. let me tell you there are atleast 10--12 data cards which have been purchased by my colleagues in my company all facing the issue if not solved, everybody will through your data cards and it will be a big reputational loss for reliance which already struggling in the market badly.               From a last few months Im using my pre paid [protected] number . The company has activated value added services, without any request and they are deducting money without our knowledge. Today, i have seen the activation message for services, , even when i have stopped all value added services 3 weeks ago directly after talking with costumer care representative. This is going on for last several months . When i called back, they claimed that it was activated after receiving a message/SMS from me. But since morning no body has used the mobile other than me, i came to know about their lie and caught them red handed. will be returned to my account which was deducted for VAS services. But, I want back all my deducted money in last month which was deducted fraudulantly after activating the services by the company representatives themselves. Thanking you in anticipation.                   Dear Sir, in my reliance mobile([protected]) so many times unfortunately activated screen VAS messages and spot the amout charged for yesterday 6 rupees VAS charges.and yesterday Rs 6/- deducted from my account. i tried many time to deactivate this service customarcare *333 but still this is not deactivate. i have cont...lst 2 years reliance service.already this service DND Block.it was a worest service. always VAS pack amout charged on26.08.15. iam not activated any vas packs but company activated vas packs amount deducated.it was a worest customarcare centre agents. please advise what we will do.

On your website "http://www.rcom.co.in/" the validity for this package is showing 28 days, when I activate this skim I got only 7 days of validity.                       I got bill for current month on August 17. I found excess billing of Rs 9.20. it can be noted here that my free limit is 700 minutes and my calls are even below this limit. This calls are from my home circle. Also, my 700 minutes are not consumed its only 640 minutes. Please rectify n send me revised bill. I sent my complaint to Customer care, billing department, nodal office, maharahstra appelletes and all. but no reply from any of them since past 10 days and due date is coming near. There are lot of problem of call drops in reliance. Be Aware. please do not go for this company. regards

                        Hello, i had already complianed my issue many times regarding wrong information given by the reliance customer care, relaince website and msg forwarded by the reliance. but reliance is not taking this issue on pririty basis, then i am moving to the higher authority and honrauble court with only rs 136 issue. this is the small amount, but people should know how reliance is cheating the customer blindly, and afterwards telling WHATEVER Y CAN DO IT, DO IT. after this i am forwarding this issue to the higher authority and relaince must have to reply overthere. thank you

According to a offer on *129# 1gb data for 30 days at rs 74 ..i recharged for rs 74 (21 aug) but i got 500 mb with 7 days validity I complained this 2 customer care with complaint id [protected] aug 2015) and it is 27th aug today and i m calling the customer care continously and it is not fixed Now m also not able to call the customer care and i also mailed them regarding this problem

                            I am using the Reliance pre-paid mobile service for more than 10 years now via my mobile number [protected]. I had also procured another number about 3 years back I.e. [protected] which was activated on my Apple CDMA I phone 4 which I was using for quite some time now. In May 2015 last week, I decided to change my handset and shift my old number ([protected]) on the apple handset. I approached the Reliance Communication Outlet near Dwarka Mod (Delhi) to get my number shifted and a new SIM made for my existing new number. The new was given to me at a charge of INR 100 which was activated instantly. Furthermore I was told that my number will be shifted to the apple handset within next 48hours. I waited for 3 days for my Apple phone to get activated but that didn't happen. Then I approached the outlet for the reason of non-activation, to my surprise I was told that my phone has been deactivated and the number cannot be transferred onto that. It was surprising as I was using the same handset with the same network till a few days back. I then approached 2 different outlets one in Mahabir Enclave (old palam road, Delhi) and second your Old Ranjit Singh Hotel office in Cannaught Place (Delhi). Both of them stated the same thing that the error has been done by the Dwarka mod outlet vendor wherein he has put your phone under lost mode which has resulting it being blocked. My Apple I-phone CDMA had been rendered useless due to this mistake of a Reliance Communication outlet. The phone details are as below MEID number: A100001AFEB20C Serial Number: C35F5E2ZDDP7 I did get a call from reliance office in Mumbai about 1 month back and she took all details from me but nothing is done after that. I am still unable to use both phones. The only option I can see now is to port out of Reliance and approach consumer court for the harassment that I have been subjected to by reliance communication.

                              This is the second major outage i have faced within one year apart from numerous minor outages. This is the worst service I've used so far. This whole month my broadband is not working and most of the time it is the problem of wire. Also I do not have time to lodge conplaints and keep track of those numbers for waiver request which you are not going to entertain anyway. It is your duty to keep track of those things and provide us with the waiver for the number of days connection was not used. maybe I'll just disconmect the connection by not paying the bill and keep all your instruments with me as a collateral for the security deposit I made.                                   I have been reliance customer for the past 10 years and of late the Reliance Customers have resorted to cheap tricks and selling their data to other net work. Idea people are calling and asking me to change to their network. Is this the way Reliance Taking care of the Customers Data. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can walk into the reliance and take the Customers data sheet and numbers?
