Reliance has the worst customer care among all service providers. I have been trying to get my complaint solved since one month but no one has the requisite knowledge or expertise to solve the same. The customer care people do not know anything and keep asking the same questions. There is no facility for Marathi or English. The only language you can communicate with is in Hindi though the IVR says there are language options. I switched from Airtel to Reliance a month back under MNP number portability because the person at Reliance Stores at S.V. Road, Goregaon (West) told me that I would be getting 1 GB 3G internet data (unlimited 2G thereafter) at Rs. 350 per month. However, I never got to use the 3G network due to network issues and moreover was charged in full for whatever little 2G internet usage I did. I got a bill of Rs. 690/- and now no one is listening or resolving the complaint. I also bought a Wipod dongle which boasts of speed upto 14mbps. However, the actual speed that you are given is hardly 800 kbps with connectivity issues each time. Reliance does not give you what it commits. CUSTOMER CARE AT RELIANCE IS PATHETIC AND WORST. NEVER GO FOR RELIANCE. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR MNP CUSTOMERS I CAN IMAGINE THE PLIGHT OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS! AIRTEL IS MUCH MUCH BETTER!

I did use your link...Thanks. My outgoing calls have been discontinued even though the due date is 1st September, 2015. Nice way of resolving complaints! I can't switch back to Airtel as I can do that only after three months and I highly regret that! Btw, my complaint still remains unresolved!

Sir,

Kindly refer to the trailing mails to customer care.I bought a Reliance Wi-pod dongle on approx date 22/7/2015. On
the same day I also did MNP for my Airtel sim to Reliance
as the person in the stores told me that I would get 1000 minutes
and 1 GB 3g data free (2g unlimited thereafter)Right from activation stage I have been harasssed by your customer care department as they took time to activate the card. I NEVER GOT THE PROMISED 3G INTERNET ON MY MOBILE AND SPEED OF 14.7 MBPS ON THE DONGLE. THEY CHARGED RS. 1500 FOR THE DONGLE!Then to my shock I got a bill of Rs. 690 for my mobileOn
enquiries I got to know that the scheme freedom 350 has been closed and
hence I was charged for the 2G INTERNET that I used (3G WAS NEVER
ACTIVATED!). Also, My outgoing calls were stopped even though the due date for bill had not arrived.I
made repeated requests to the store manager and customer care. The
stores manager Mr. Luv Kush kept promising that he will do the needful
but till date the wrong bill amount has not been reversed though finally
after one and half months of visits the plan has been finally changed.
However I am still not getting 3G SPEED.I paid Rs. 350 even though I did not get 3G speed / internet.The reliance dongle gives an average speed of 500 to 800 Kbps against promised speed of 14.7 mbps.
To my surprise I have also got an invoice of Rs. 464/- for a 299 pan
that I took in which I can use 2 GB per month. The usage shows exceeding
2 GB when in fact for years I have been using HATHWAY (1 GB PER MONTH
AT 1 MBPS SPEED) AND MY USAGE HAS NEVER EXCEEDED 1 GB. You may check my
bills.I had a horrible experience with Reliance
customer care who speak only Hindi. (There is no English customer care
even though the IVR says so)The following are the complaint numbers:[protected]/8/[protected]/8/2015236672021236827270236864721 24/8/[protected]/9/2015I have also attached a copy of the online chat with reliance helpline for dongle speed issue. You may check the same.

I FEEL HARRASSED AND WISH TO RETURN THE SIM AND DONGLE AND CLAIM A REFUND
OF THE BILL AMOUNT PAID, FORGET COMPENSATION FOR THE HARASSEMENT BY
RELIANCE STORES AND CUSTOMER CARE. I DESERVE A REFUND AS I HAVE NOT GOT
ANY PROMISED BENEFITS BUT HAVE ONLY FACED HARRASSMENT DUE TO LACK OF SERVICES.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

IT HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT RELIANCE! AIRTEL AND HATHWAY WERE MUCH MUCH BETTER. THEY DO NOT CHEAT CUSTOMERS!!!

      Dear all, Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience. I recharged my number [protected] on 24th august, 2015 at 9.36 am online of Rs.500 I got full talktime. I had got an offer o[censored]nlimited 3g data in Rs.447 in that message it was written in that message to check offer at*129# then I go to *129# where I selected the unlimited data option in which the same(unlimited 3 g data in 447) is written and also mentioned that reply 1 to subscribe the service. I replied 1 and after that I got message from 52811 in which it is written that “congratulation! 3G447 has been successfully activated on your phone. thank you. reliance”, after that my remaining balance is 53 and after the conformation message I tried to use my facebook but it was not working properly and I disabled my net after that I checked my balance its remaining only Rs.30 after that I tried to call someone but I got reply from you that “insufficient balance” but I had Rs.30 in my account after that I called you up regarding my problems I tried to call 198 but they never respond pathetic customer care service I have ever seen. I tried to call *333 and I had conversation with neha she didn’t respond me properly she is not aware about anything and even she did not able to understand my problem after disconnecting the call I checked my balance it shows Rs.0.60. I was shocked and again I called *333 and I had conversation with one of your colleague and he told me that there was some error in our system so I cannot check the status I told him to transfer my call to the senior authority but he disconnect my call. You guys are not giving any value to the customer you are making fun of customer’s feeling. Your team is not aware about how to handle a customer please educate them. you are making fool of customers. When the matter is not solved in telephonic conversation I visited your store at Dwarka sec 10 personally where I had meet MR.RAVI to whom I explained the issue and shows all the messages. He acknowledge the issue and gave assurance me to raise complained regarding the issue and he gave me a number [protected] to do follow up but when I called him no. is switched off. I recharged my account Rs. 500 and there is no information about my balance where it had been gone in an hour. I don’t have data and other balance in my phone right now. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible I am sending you attachment of all the messages that I had received. if I don’t get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours, then, As an end customer, I will take up further actions .If I don’t get resolution I will took it to the consumer court so please do not take it lightly and I will going to share it on social network. Till date i have calculated this and saw around 105 rupees been deducted so far.our Boss, this is hard earned money and don't try to make profits by charging customers for services which they have not asked to activate. This is a serious problem with Reliance and the co is following unethical business policy. Customers are recharging to make calls not for your guys to deduct money and silently sent messages.         HI Mr Ajay, I haven't received my 156 rupees deduction and i was told it will be resolved by 26th nov, but there is no response yet. i have raised this with appelate authority and they have given me a request no[protected] and was told that i will get my money back by 26th yet no response, please refund my money ASAP.

              I requested for ported out a number ([protected]) from reliance to airtel on 12th June 2015 but it still not getting done from reliance side as they claimed we already done it but airtel said we didn't get any request from reliance as we don't have any problem if it comes in airtel as it generates our revenue. It's about 2 months they both play this blame game and I am suffering a lot just because of this I cannot operate my credit card as my number is linked with it, it is 8 years old number, Kindly help me in this matter.

                  Sir my name is Bishal paul and i am using a reliance gsm sim([protected]) and i recharged it on 23 rd aug for a net pack of rs 91 ( 1 gb 3g data/ 10 days validity ) but later when i tried to connect my net b it didn't get connected. So i called the customer care they said that my validity of the sim has expired and told me to recharge with rs 12 and rs 10 and said that everything would be fine.which i did the next day i.e 24 aug 15 but still i am facing the problem and to my surprise my balance of rs 15.80 got deducted without any use of mine and when i checked my net balance it says no data balance in your account and after repeated complaint to cusomer care nothing has been solved and now the customer service don't even receive my calls.

                    Respected Sir, My name is N.murali Krishna, I am frustrated with the kind of service being provided by reliance I have been using Reliance Data card since two years. Recently I have get it recharged with Lifetime validity plan(Getting 1GB data every month) worth Rs.3001/-.After that it worked for 1 month and later faced some issues and called up Customer care and shocked about the news that the "Record does not exists". I have recently enquired with customer care, its showing some other name like RAMESH). I have all the details at the time of purchasing the data card. Although I have complained too many times but no result. I'll be very thankful if you will just sort out by problems as soon as possible.

                      Respected Sir, I am frustrated with the kind of service being provided by reliance such as slow 3g service, network problem. This is my second sim and I am totally disappointed by your service. Although I have complained too many times but no result.                           My self is Suril Patel. I have reliance wire line broadband connection at my home. My User Id is[protected].

                          Since last week (21st August 2015) my broadband connection is not working. I talked to customer care regarding the same and they opened ticket (ticket no[protected] but still there is no action from Reliance communication.

                          Since Last two months, This is 3rd instance that my Net is not working. Previous two times, I had to do lots of follow up to fix my issue. It seems that company is not interested in providing permanent solution for this issue. They don't care customer issue.

                          This is really frustrating me and now I decided to disconnect reliance broadband service if the current problem will not get resolved in next 24 hours.

                          Hope they understand value of customer service and will take necessary action on urgent basis and fix my internet connection issue.

                              This shows how irresponsible they are..not even contacted me just text me that your problem is resolved.Im Attaching the Screenshot of the messages.

                                I have been using Reliance Broadband Internet connection since past year. Since the past 2 months, the connection has not been working and I have sent n number of mails to no avail. I have also asked for waiver of fees since it has not been working which they have not responded to. After growing frustrated with the service, I asked for cancellation of the service which they noted down but have not yet cancelled it yet and now they are charging me for the past 2 months. This is not acceptable.

                                    I checked my special offer at *129# it shows 1 gb data 30 days validity at 15rs but when i recharged with 15 rs i got 150 mb data and 3 days validity. I called customer care theice but no response. They disconnected call in between the call.

                                      My name is Maneesh Garg. I provided my documents to Reliance Mobile Store, Sector 21, Gurgaon to port my Vodafone no. [protected] to Reliance CDMA post-paid. It's been almost 40-50 days​ but​ my number is not activated yet. My address was already verified earlier. I called at *228 to activate the number 5 times but the operator said that my number could not be activated. Then I dialed 59059, but with no luck. ​​I tried to contact Reliance Store, sector 21, Gurgaon and Customer Care over 198 and [protected]. I must say that I am very disappointed and frustrated by the treatment given to a new customer. Reliance store would not pick up any call, no matter you call them 100 times. And Customer Care is even worst. First of all it's most difficult part to find out the option to talk to operator and if you reached there by mistake they would put my call on hold for 10 minutes and then cut the phone deliberately without providing any appropriate solution​ (you can check that I called twice to customer care from my other Reliance GSM number on ​August 23, 2015). This has happened many times now and I am completely fed up by calling them and wasting my time again & ​again. I request you to not activate my number now as this was the biggest mistake of choosing reliance over any other mobile service provider. Please consider this email as final request and I will not be liable to pay any bill if my number is activated today or afterwards. I will have to move to consumer court now if I receive any bill from Reliance for my number [protected]​ and please activate my Vodafone number again​. Please also confirm this over my email [protected]@gmail.com. I have provided my alternate contact no. and other details by sending the same email to [protected]@relianceada.com, and [protected]@relianceada.com on August 23, 2015.

                                      The issue is still pending. I have dialed that number so many times. Customer Care executive calls and asks me to remove my sim and reinsert and then dia *228 but when I do the same it says "your number could not be activated" At least re-activate my Vodafone number again if you cannot activate this number in Reliance. The issue is pending since 2 months now and there is no one in Reliance to bother and ask if the complaint was resolved or not. It's the worst support service I have ever encountered in my lifetime.

                                        I am using a Sim of reliance comm. in [protected]. I have lodged a complaint to customer care of Reliance communications on 13th of August, 2015 as Rs. 30/- was abruptly deducted from my cell balance on 12th of august, 2015. On 13th I received a message from the company that my usage was correctly charged. Responding to it I immediately requested the statement of outgoing calls including the duration of each call. Without sending the desired statement they have again reduced my balance of Rs. 10/- on 17th of this month and later Rs. 4/- on 21st of this month bringing my balance to 0.022 leaving no opportunity even to give a missed call. I recorded everyday’s usage and therefore, I got strong grounds to defend my case. I did not recharge it because I want to check the truthfulness of the organization. It is the cheap trick they are playing be reducing the balance without the knowledge of the customer in order to go for early recharge. This is the unscrupulous activity the organization is taking up to improve their resources. By offering lesser prices for calls by introducing various tariffs and in order to pool up their resources this unscrupulous activity is being taken up. This month I lost Rs. 44/- by the treacherousness of the esteemed organization. I request that this complaint may be registered as petition and necessary action may be initiated for the unlawful activities of the organization causing mental and physical agony to the complainant.
