Before 2 months later I was trying to make online payment from my VISA DEBIT CARD, but because of wrong OTP entered by me my card was blocked for online transaction. Please resolve this as soon as possible as I m facing lots of problem because of this.

    I want to stop vas ad pay gsm service on my reliance number [protected]. Which is started automatically. And charge of this service deducted daily automatically. I had tried many times by customer care but my service till now not stoped. Kindly I requesting u to close this service as soon as possible to save my account balance.

      I had sent a mail on 13th of July 2015 from my email for cancellation of my subject Reliance Datacard. However, I have received a bill for the month of July and August 2015 as well. Prior to my sending the email I had spoken to the customer call center in June 2015 and also informed them to cancel my datacard as I do not need the same. I certainly do not want to pay the July 2015 bill whatsoever. I also need Reliance Communciation to refund the money for un-utilised datacard but billed. Regards Hemalatha Viswanathan

        Frequently deducting 1/- from my account -[protected]. I am not sure what is happening. I never subscribed for VAS service. I complained many times about this but still amount is getting deducted for VAS . Because, it is very difficult to check how much amount is deducted towards VAS and other service without my approval(or subscription).

          This is with respect to the billing of the reliance netconnect data service number [protected]. As per the billing details the amount has been nearly 4000. I have been using reliance service since 5years and has never crossed the bill of 600. According to records on 24 March 2015 I have supposed to be downloaded nearly 2gb data on a single day( thats what the bill tells).I want to know in the internet speed reliance provides is it possible to download 2gb data ???????????Reliance employees have the patience to call and ask to pay the bill but they dont have the patience to clarify our issue. I want to know the website through which i have downloaded such huge data. Also it is not acceptable when they call us and use harassing words. especially on women!!!We have recieved numerous calls for paying the bill but NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE CALL TO SOLVE OUR ISSUE. April 24 2015 we have received the bill of 3000 and since April 25 2015 the datacard has not been used. But we have been recieiving the bill continously since 5months. Now we have recieved a mail that if we dont pay the bill we will be issued a legal notice.

            The complain is for My Reliance GSM no. [protected]. The number is in Roaming and when i returned my home after 2 days there is a activation of services without my knowledge and also the deduction of balance from main account they are deducting balance on daily basis now before that when i checked my balance, my balance was Rs. 36 but now it reached to Rs. 4 and when i try to reach customer care they are not even connecting me to the customer care executive..and when i talk to customer care executive they told me that there is a technical problem here so you should call after some time. Please take some action.. plz do inform me if some action will be taken on that complain .. contact no. [protected]

                Sir my name is Athul Kamal and i am using a new reliance gsm sim([protected]) and i have an 1.5 GB data for 3 months (for new connection).But now i tried to connect my net it didn't get connected.Unable to connect to the customer care I recharged for Rs 30 but still i am facing the problem and surprisingly my balance of rs 22 got deducted without any use of mine and when i checked my net balance it says no data balance in your account and now the customer service don't even receive my calls.

                  Hi, I have a sim based CDMA postpaid mobile connection from reliance. I am not able to make calls using this connection from Noida, Sector 19 - neither able to call 198 or any reliance customer care. I am writing to Reliance Appellateauthority and customer care on daily basis but they seem to be on leave with no response from them till now. [protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com I also have a compliant (SR number[protected] registered for the same. I am using a new handset HTC Desire 826 dual supported and suggested by reliance. I am paying bills on regular basis without being able to use the services. I have to go to some others sector to make calls causing lot many issues to me with no help or support from Reliance Communications.

                  Guys who are in dilemma ..please beware; say no to reliance CDMA connection at least in Noida ... services and plans being sold without any network coverage...you only get the bill and late fee fine on time if you dare to complain ..as I got today based on a plan that I was never able to use ... Please beware --- no customer care, no appellate, nothing to help you out ... my reliance CDMA number [protected] bears testimony to this... So please save yourself if you read this... and feel lucky.

                    I have been trying to get the hold of reliance communication Ltd where I can go ahead and submit my documents to get a new dsl connection from reliance as I was unable to find the store, I simply filled there form online but received no calls, then I tried calling them on their toll free number to get the things done, they even submitted the application one more time by going online the same way I did, but still got no response, I would have got another companies dsl instead of wasting my time with these guys to give me a call back, how so ever now I already got the mtnl company who can give me dsl, now I don't need their service and their help, there is no way to get the hold of these people and if you'll get one, that employee will have no idea about anything related to your concern, these guys kept me waiting for nothing for 5 says, I wonder if I had their broadband working with me and in the future because of some Internet problems how much struggles I was about to do to get the things straighten up. Bad service and these guys over the toll free number they are helping me out with one of the closed office which was shifted

                          I am facing the same problem i just purchased a new connection 2 weeks ago from R. Broadband and my plan is 1MBPS but all i am getting 3kbps - 10kbps My User ID is[protected] and i filed a complains for 5 to 6 times now all the call center/customer care guys saying we will solve your issue in 24 hours but then after 24 hours nothing changes since i got the connection i recall i receive only twice since i purchased the broadband service from Reliance, speed of 100-105/kbps and thats it and that is not even a full speed (i assumed the download/upload ratio is 1:8 so if my connection is 1mbps so my download/upload/streaming speed must be 128/kbps all the time) I think they are just saying for marketing all those ads and stuff this is actually fraud i change my ISP cause i thought Reliance is better and providing services cheap but no that's where i was wrong they are misleading everyone and i spend around 2150 Rs. for the new connection and now i am re-thinking about changing the ISP. and the guy who was connecting my connections said now you don't have to worry and our service is best out there you don't have to worry about anything and the way he pressure me to make purchase oh guys you have no idea... he calls me all the time and even i said i will purchase the service next month he was in my house after 2-3 days and now he even not even answering my phone... so this is how the brilliant minds works at Reliance huh! first they made you purchase it and let you dream about it and then you just called and called and no response just dry promises the tell you "It will be done" "this time it will be done surely we promise"now my 2000 Rs. they are gone and i am never gonna make it back and plus if this Reliance did not fix my issue then i have to move to another ISP so again i have to spend more money so Bravo Reliance Broadband you are clever about how to make company's name to the top you are just looting peoples money and clever tricks you got for sure...

                              I have taken a reliance broadband connection of download speed of 1 Mbps speed 3 months back. But since the start I was not getting speed as expected. A maximum download speed of 30 kbps. So I lodged a complaint with the customer care. But the issue was still there even after complaining a number of times. Finally I did not pay the bill of Rs. 739 last month for which my connection was disconnected. I called the customer care and they mentioned that my issue has been solved and I will be able to get expected speed after I pay my bill for sure. Now last month even after I paid my bill, my connection was not there. I called them, mailed them almost daily and everytime I get the response that it will be resolved soon, as they have lodged a complain with high priority. But it is not yet. It has been a month and I am still following up with them. Can I get my security installation money back if they can not resolve this.

                                  Dear Sir, I worked with Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd. in one of its web world in Kerala. The store was closed somewhere in mid. Subsequently, I resigned. My PF withdrawal application was first submitted in July, 2014. The same was returned by PF office due to some minor mistake. The forms was not submitted with proper checking by the Reliance office in Kochi. I corrected the PF form and resubmitted it in August, 2014. But later on, I was told that the form is misplaced and asked to submit it again. The new form along with all supporting documents was submitted on 2nd August, 2015. But till date, the form has not been submitted to the Vash PF Office. This shows their unprofessionalism and inefficiency of the staff. Please guide me what should I do now.

                                    Hi Team, I purchased the Reliance Pro3 data card in the month of Dec'2014, which after activation it was not able to use it due to very less speed of 10-30 kbps. I was working from home those days as my baby was premature born. Hence company allowed me to work from home using any dongle in home.                                     I have the Soft copy of email which I have sent to their COMAppellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com. Every where I mentioned and I got only one response on same for making the payment only. They are not subjected to ask for payment untill a issue get resolved.

                                    Now they are sending me a legal notice through SMS to attend a case on 29th Aug'15 for MDN [protected] Accc[protected] for Rs. 1750 with Case no. 25607.


                                    Even though I have cleared them everything that time that if nobody will resolve the issue I will not going to pay any bill generated for the forcefully keeping dongle of no use as said and mentioned in advertisement area.


                                    Need help on this, so that I will get this issue resolved.
                                    It is of no use now as i have also marked that time in the email too to disconnect the Services then why I will pay. Its long time back matter closed. I don't want to use the service of viered dongle of reliance. I happy with my photon...
                                    I have not used the same as what was required. It is like a car without stearing and car is standing in home. It doesn't mean anything now. I did the same as reliance did with me. Hence chapter should be closed that time only. Stated all the concern in my every email sent to ur customer care and appellate authority too.
                                    How can u say this that everything is valid..why issue was not resolved why nobody responded on my issues. Why i didn't got any support when i really need that time. Why i will pay when i didn't got the speed as mentioned by reliance every where. It is postpaid connection it doesn't mean that after activation it is mandatory to pay the bill eventhough service will rely or not. You guys missed your responsibilities why i will suffer. Now i will raise the same in consumer court. As i am bugged with reliance cheating, lying and harassment.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, this is again embarrassing for me to write this that after several complaints from me for getting the e-bill for my postpaid no [protected] (jammu), i.e. on 5th, 12th & 14th august-15 on customer care by mail, on j&k appellate by mail & online complaint on this site respectively i had received a call from RONAK from[protected] on 16th august-15 & she assured me for the e-bill & also she told me not to pay late payment charges as they didn't send the e-bill before due date which was 7th of august-15. After that I received my e-bill on 17th august & I immediately paid the charges of Rs.372 for the month of july-15 through net banking. Now I received my new e-bill for the month august-15 on 23rd august which includes the late payment charges for my last bill which I am not liable to pay. On asking on198(customer care) the replied that there will be no changes on this bill & you have to pay the late payment charges. I ask her to file the complaint against this for which they send me the complaint request no[protected]. This is simply an example of miscommunications of action taken on customer complaints by such a big organisation. I really frustrated by subscribing the postpaid no from last two months which I never by using AIRTEL postpaid no from last 6 years. So I request you to send me the me e-bill by doing correction before the last date of payment, till I am not going to pay the bill. Regards Prasad Kadwe [protected](jammu)J&K

                                        From a last few months Im using my pre paid [protected] number . The company has activated value added services, without any request and they are deducting money without our knowledge. Today, i have seen the activation message for services, , even when i have stopped all value added services 3 weeks ago directly after talking with costumer care representative. This is going on for last several months . When i called back, they claimed that it was activated after receiving a message/SMS from me. But since morning no body has used the mobile other than me, i came to know about their lie and caught them red handed. will be returned to my account which was deducted for VAS services. But, I want back all my deducted money in last month which was deducted fraudulantly after activating the services by the company representatives themselves. Thanking you in anticipation.
