Hi my name is sushil and i was ported my vodafone prepaid no in relaince cdma postpaid with thier truly unlimited plan of rental rs 650/- pr month but first problem i have face for number activation, when my relaince no was activate then after 2 days of the number was baared from rcom side without any intimation and i have requested and call thier many times but no recived any single response from thier end and after 20 days they activated my number but problem still continue they will give me rs 9840/- wrong bill in just for 10 days using number and after again barred my number. According to my plan of rs 650/- which is truly unlimited that bill was tottaly worng so please take this request in high priorty other wise rcomin further i will never trust in rcom and also tell to other person for your this bad activities.

what the hell is going in Relaince telecom,

I have received a call from a lady meenakshi([protected]) saying she is calling from Delhi tees hazari Court and i have not paid the bill for reliance services, the number she told me that i have not paid the bill is still having due date and saying you have to take lawyer and have to come to court. in tomorrow...

i need a urgent call from rcom side other wise i have 53 reliance coorporate postpaid number and i will closed all the number in tomorrow EOD.

    Hello sir, my name is Ravi sing, mobile no [protected], I had a balance of talk time Rs 116 and 2.60 mb of data in my account upto 9.12 am, 23 august 2015 . At 9.12 am 24 aug 2015 I recieved a message that i have a talk time balance of Rs 116.147 and 2.49 mb of data balance in my account, In between 10.00am to 11.00 am i used a internet for some seconds, and turned off my data card, and than suddenly i saw my talk time balance turned to ZERO, Everything gone in a sec ? where are all my balances ? Kindly solve my problem today at the earliest. and please refund all the balances which was wrongly deducted. Thank you

      I am using a Sim of reliance comm. in [protected]. I have lodged a complaint to customer care of Reliance communications on 13th of August, 2015 as Rs. 30/- was abruptly deducted from my cell balance on 12th of august, 2015. On 13th I received a message from the company that my usage was correctly charged. Responding to it I immediately requested the statement of outgoing calls including the duration of each call. Without sending the desired statement they have again reduced my balance of Rs. 10/- on 17th of this month and later Rs. 4/- on 21st of this month bringing my balance to 0.022 leaving no opportunity even to give a missed call. I recorded everyday’s usage and therefore, I got strong grounds to defend my case. I did not recharge it because I want to check the truthfulness of the organization. It is the cheap trick they are playing be reducing the balance without the knowledge of the customer in order to go for early recharge. This is the unscrupulous activity the organization is taking up to improve their resources. By offering lesser prices for calls by introducing various tariffs and in order to pool up their resources this unscrupulous activity is being taken up. This month I lost Rs. 44/- by the treacherousness of the esteemed organization. I request that this complaint may be registered as petition and necessary action may be initiated for the unlawful activities of the organization causing mental and physical agony to the complainant..       It is not that what you have been informed and you have satisfied with their response. It is also your concern to furnish the information to the customer at least to prove himself that he is wrong. It is not only create a congenial atmosphere between the customer and the company it enhances the trust on your esteemed organization. I have requested to furnish the details of outgoing calls on 12th of August, 2015 to check the list I got with me. Similarly another posting was also made in the same forum for the sudden disappearance of Rs. 30/- from the outstanding pre-paid balance bringing down to Zero. This goes on continuing unless you stick on to statutory procedure in congruence or consistency with transparency. It is not that I wanted to compensate, I need how the deduction of Rs. 44/- was made from my balance? I think you would respond to it.

        Respected Sir/Madam, I have had applied for a new registration of Reliance Broadband connection 3 months ago. Despite my numerous daily calls to their toll free numbers and me sending progressive e-mails to their customer care unit, I am not being given even a single phone call from their executives or service man. I don't know why it is so lethargic and irresponsible when all i want is a new broadband connection.Despite being the country's highest revenue maker, providing a profoundly imperfect service of this stature is surely and most characteristically a shame for the entire nation. Its profoundly crazy and hats off to you guys for being so very laden with perfection. I hope that my new broadband connection request will not be fulfilled for eternity...Please don't try to break my aforesaid resolution!!!

          Hi, Myself Somnath Guha Neogi.My mobile number is [protected].Yesterday(21/08/2015) my balance was something around 90+ Rs but today(22/08/2015) when I tried to call someone I found insufficient balance to complete a local call even. I have checked my online account which shows I have 0.06 Rs left in my account. These sudden deductions are getting pretty much regular for Reliance GSM customer and I don't know how many times I have launch such complaints against Reliance to stop these cheating. Please help me in conveying this message to the concerned departments of Reliance so that they can take appropriate action and refund my balance.

            I prefer rechrge of 57 ..wer i get 47rs talktym nd 50mb 3g wid validity of 1mnth..but yestrdy i dint got 47talktym nd wen i checked my balance i got 2g net pack.instead of 3g...wtf is dis..nd i just used minimum 5 To 6 Six times facebook since yesterday.nd now my mb is 00, wt d hell is dis., pllz solve my problem.or else i will change my company nd tell others about ur poor service

              Due to the theft of my mobile phone no [protected] having a SIM card of reliance, I requested the reliance co. Customer care no. on 21/08/2015 to block the services of this mobile no . Immediately but till today the same has not been blocked/ stopped. Therefore, again requested through your forum to pl. pay heed to my request at onceby blocking the same. Any misuse of this number shall be the entire responsibility of reliance co. Sincerely Ghanshyam Misra
              Reliance communications has not blocked the SIM CARD of my mobile phone no. [protected] CDMA till date in spite of request at their customer care number on dated 21/08/2015 . And also with your forum as above on 22/01/2015. Since it is very very difficult to contact them, this forum is again requested to take up the matter immediately with them for blocking my SIM card of mob. No. [protected] cdma on urgent basis.

              Till this date reliance communications has not blocked my SIM card of my mobile no. [protected], inspite of request through your forum as well as on customer care number as stated in complaint on 22/08/2015. Since my mobile has been stollen on 21/08/2015, therefore again requested to kindly approach them and get my SIM card blocked immediately to avoid the misuse of same .

                  Respected sir, I have converted my airtail number in reliance post paid through port on request of one reliance executive Mr. Hitesh bhide. My number is close from 2 days but reliance company have not started service and previous airtail company service is also deactivated. I have submitted pan card adhar card in proof of my name (Nityanand tripathi) and titwala address. Customer care told me that my name is not matching with their system. So pls inform what to do to get my old number

                      4-5 month before I had buy reliance SIM of Rs10500. Starting 2 month it work OK types but after that it doest work I had complain and two time Reliance executive visited but nothing happen.and many time in customer support 4 days before I complain but today i did't get any response now today I call then they are saying that we cant do any its not our problem.                       no response till now
                      4-5 month before I had buy reliance SIM (zero plan)of Rs10500. Starting 2 month internet work OK types but after that it doest work I had complain and two time Reliance executive visited but nothing happen.and many time in customer support they drop call at middle talk which really make feel that i have wrong desision when i buyed an rel sim 7 days before I complain they said within 72 hrs excutive will visit but today i did't get any response now today I call then they are saying that we cant do any its not our problem. Plz take some action

Last 3-4 days, my balance per deduct and when i file complaint then, my balance will refund within a 24 hours and next day again my balance deduct...so, I very very disappointed of reliance gsm service...please resolve my problem..

                          I m Ur valuable cutomer last 8 years but till 20 to 30 days no network signal coming in mobile so i want to port this no into another operator. I live at hasanpur Bazar of Hasanpur Block Of samastipur Distt bihar. pls rectify problem otherwise i switch another operator and u loose a old customer. my mobile no [protected]. pls rectify and confimed.

                            Sir, i nitin jain ([protected]) have register a complaint against one of your executive on 10Aug, i have pasted the confermation mail below for refference..( Service Request ID:[protected] on August 10, 2015 at 12:54 PM .).. they assure me to resolve my issue in 48 hrs... but they didnt do anything... after that i had mail to appellate authority and also register my complaint on call on 19/8/15... my complaint number is[protected]... i talked with ISHRAT, and she assure that my complaint will be resolved by 21/8/15. but nothing was done... i call back on 21/8/15 SONI SAROJ she also commit to resolve it within 24 hrs... but my issue remain unsolved... the executive of appellate say that they are the last chain of authority a customer can reach... if the appellate higher authority behave like this how will the complaints of customer will be resolved...???? because of this issue i had to bear loss of Rs3000/=... and all know now one gonna repay this... i request you to look in this matter and resolve my problem soon... but now i want the free benifits of 3G for now to next 28 days... because the paln is about to expire now

It's a big reason Reliance loosing customers by MNP..Everyone knows that Reliance is the biggest looser No-1 Looser in MNP from Automatic VAS activation..All companies adding new suscriber by Reliance is the only one who are Loosing customers day by day..I was also a Reliance customer but i left from your network because i was also facing ths type of automatic VAS activation problem..I request to u to please solve ths problem ..My contact no is [protected] ( Paras Dua).

Please refer to below mail. l had port my airtel number ([protected]) to reliance post paid connection dated 13.06.2015.But after one day later of activation my outgoing call are made blocked by reliance as i do not submitted my correct id proofs(as per reliance customer care). Again i submitted copy of my votar id on reliance store(Shastri nagar delhi) dated 20.06.2015.On that time reliance customer care executive assured me that post verification of my address my number will by activate with in 3 working days. It almost 3 month passes away but still no one is came on my address for verification and my number is also deactivated by reliance. Please let me know where is my fault ?? My alternative number for contact is [protected].Please call me between 13:00 to 14:00. My address is C-502 block-c JJ colony savda nangloi delhi 110081.copy of votar id already submitted on reliance store. Request to you please activate my number ASAP.
