An amount of Rs 21 has been deducted from my reliance GSM prepaid no : [protected] as VAS ADPAY GSM on 1st July 2015 without opting for any such services.Please refund my amount. This is not the first time they have done it, and they don't seem to care .

    I purchased Reliance Wi-Pod from Reliance executive, who visited my home on 29th June 2015, by paying Rs 1200.00 and submitting Id proof and address proof copies along with photograph. Name of the executive is Randhir Singh (Mob - [protected]) and he promised that the services will be activated same day. Within minutes I received a call from his manager Ambuj Kumar (Mob - [protected]) who reiterated the same. When services did not start in the evening, I tried contacting Ambuj by calling him. I called him 10 times. However, he did not answer any of my calls or revert. Then I called Randhir who called back after some time to mention that he was late in submitting the documents and so the services will get activated next day. Again, nothing happened. On 1st July 2015, I made repeat attempts to contact Ambuj who gave me a number ([protected]) and asked to contact it to get the services activated. I tried even that but nothing happened. I confirmed the same to him and he asked to try few more times. I did that too. Finally, after 12 - 15 failed attempts I called him again wherein he assured to confirm everything in next few minutes. He has neither called back or nor even answering my calls ever since. I tried contacting Randhir who again promised to revert in next few minutes. He too has not been answering or reverting my calls since then. Finally, feeling cheated and frustrated, I tried reliance customer care on[protected]. But they too simply heard my complaint, confirmed some details and disconnected my call without providing any resolution. I don't know who else to contact, hence submitting my complaint here. As he is 86 yrs old and he is also suffering from heart problems.         Hi, I had purchased an HTC 816 CDMA mobile set with advance rental plan for 2 years( enclosed the order). At time of purchase, company made commitment for uninterrupted services, but ever since all i have faced is problems of call drop, disconnection after every 1 minute whether it is outgoing call or incoming call. This is irrespective of whether I call a land line or a mobile and on-net or off-net.I have experienced this at least for the past several months, and every time I have called up the Customer Care they have not been able to explain this nor they have not been able to explain any network congestion as well that could cause this. It is totally f'd up and irritating when you have a postpaid corporate connection, then also. 1. Half the time, the call will not be dialed at all... 2. Call drop at 1 minute. Please resolve the problem at the earliest or else i'll be filing up a complaint against your fraudulent commitments and poor services in Consumer Forum. Reply Awaited!!! Ranbeer Chauhan

          Hi! This is with reference to my reliance GSM number [protected] which I am currently using in Delhi NCR, specifically in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad). I have been using this number for a few months now in a dual sim Moto E phone which has another Vodafone (Delhi NCR) sim in it. However, of late I have been facing many issues such as call drops, cross connections & notably, when others are calling me, the number is said busy even though I am not using the phone or at most surfing internet on it. The intensity of the problem of cross connections & number being busy has increased multifold over the last few days and as you can imagine is highly frustrating & irritating and has resulted in me missing many important call with not even a single missed call reflecting on my phone. Please advise the reason for this & arrange to rectify this with immediate effect and confirm the timeline by which this can be resolved. If not, please let me know so that I may switch to some other service provider as these problems are creating a lot of miscommunication professionally. Best Regards, Arnab Roy

            I recharged with Rs 100 for reliance mobile mdn-[protected] got talk time of Rs86 with unlimited validity in my account but after non usage for 60 days.The amount is deducted away by reliance without any appropriate justification Please refund Rs 86 to my mobile balance

                  Hi, Accont No:[protected] Mobile No: [protected] I am being sent legal notices even after paying all my dues after asking for a discontinuation of services which was not done and I was billed. Raised this issue with your customer support team and collection team number of times and was promised that it will be taken care of. However NOTHING has been done so far. I lost the device and wanted to discontinue the service. I called Reliance customer support on 15th Nov 14 to inform about the same. I was asked to pay 1050 for the connection to be discontinued which I did. Receipt No: AMIP63625240 Payment Date & Time: 15/11/2014 11:34:33 Amount: 1050 I however got number of calls and emails from Reliance regarding the due and informed them about the above and was told that it will be taken care of. I have also raised a complaint about the same (Complaint No:[protected] and was again told that it will be taken care of. Had number of telephonic conversations and mail exchanges with the Collection Agent MANJUNATH @ [protected], who also promised that this case will be closed and I will not get such calls and emails, but did NOTHING. I also approached the Reliance Store (Jaynagar) on 24th Jun 15 regarding the same, where I was again promised by Mr Ravi @ [protected] / [protected] that this issue will be closed and I will be informed about the same the very next day, which has not been done till date. This is nothing short of HARASSMENT of a honest customer and I am going to file a Harassment Case in District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum – Bangalore Urban and demand for Compensation for all the inconvenience caused.                     The worst ever service I have ever seen, my name is Anitha and my data card number is [protected], I am a working woman and took this datacard to avail Work from home option during my maternity period. After taking the connection it worked for a week and stopped working. To all my surprise, they said the dongle has the complaint, we need to take to Reliance web store but there is no adequate information. We need to take laptop with us to service centre to check the dongle, I have no clue of the persons who use desktops, do they need to carry their CPUs along with system. Atlast after a series of calls with agents, customer care members, outlet managers our dongle was taken by them for replacement. I paid my bill for 15 days Rs.263 odd, after we don't have the dongle with us. And finally we got the new replaced one and it also not working, and in the meantime we have got a bill of Rs.568/- to pay. What a miracle dongle with the Reliance people and whatever given to us is not working and we have got our bill. In the meantime my husband went back and forth to reliance outlets and had series of calls with customer care. But no use. Whenever we call and explaining our problem (sometimes it nearly took more than halfen hour for each call with customer care), they will say it simply it starts working in an halfen hour, next time four hours. We are vexed with the service and the response we got, finally we are asking for cancellation but they are not doing it. Please terminate this service and spare us for god's sake. And we got to know they are so many customers having the same problem for deactivation of the service.

                    We haven't received any call for our issue resolution, we are getting calls for fee payment for the tenure for which we never used the dongle because of various reasons such as it is with customer care and after it's not connecting at all.

                    However now we want the termination of service, no need to fix the issue for us. We are no longer interested in this service and not ready to feel the pain again.

                    Please terminate the service.

As I have already spoke to your Customer care Executive, their concern officer and Finally in Appellate Authority. I get the same response, "We don't have any recharge option of Rs. 26 for Roaming". Now I am attaching a Photo of your Promotional Recharge offers. This Posters are available at many of retailers/recharge outlets. If you don't have such recharge pack then why you are Printing it in your Poster. and Mind well, This Offer poster is valid for the month of June - 2015. I am hopeful to get Positive response from your side and look into this matter.

My plan last date is 21.05.2015 and your customer outlet baroda location request drawn in 22.05.2015 told your customer care department and told me today my plan activated 02.06.2015 how is this possible. I have all ready pay bill on time to time and this bill today sent after i have talk to customer care i have no bill for may month after they send bill and say duplicate bill.

                            Hi, My Reliance internet data card is misplaced on 21/03/2015. So tried contacting the customers ervice in madhapur, kondapur & chandanagar branch. Finally after visiting once again the kondapur branch said that i shud contact the customer care on phone not the branches to stop the services of teh data card. Finally the customer care people lodged few complaints and said they wud waiver any at pending for the delay due to branches miscommunication in delay of reporting. Asked me to pay the outstanding amt of 673.04. I paid teh amt immediately called the customer care again.so said in 15 working days i would get a call from the customer care people for verification and teh account wud be deactivated. I got teh calls for restarting the account...i asked them i am not interested so close the account they said it wud be done. But later i am getting messeges every month that amt is increased and i crossed the due date. Please solve my issue

I have e-recharged 69 rupees R To R unlimited calling pack on[protected] with 4+1 days validity(1 day extra validity, offer given by telecom company and i have also received offer message).                                 There has been a deduction of Rs.8 from my balance on number ([protected]) on the name of VAS Service. I checked using the number 155223 (STOP) and it confirmed me that I'm not subscribed to any VAS Packs. These were two deductions: 25/06/2015 (Rs.3- VAS USSD Service) and 30/06/2015 (Rs.5- ShotFormatsGSM). I want the amount to be credited back to my total balance ASAP!

                                  I have been using reliance for past couple of months, and I was happy with its services as it had been providing good 3g internet speed at low cost. But last month i went for the 3g data pack of Rs255 which gives 2gb 3g data from then on my internet speed has gone down tremendously even now after changing my 3g data pack the issue is not solved.                                       Dear all I am your customer since 2007 and got many offers from different telecom for better plan and shifting but I never did that. Recently I got the call for converting my number to postpaid from prepaid and I agreed for that. One executive came for collecting the document and money and I handed over my pan card copy and 200 rupees to him.I told him to hold my application because I was traveling my native and he was not sure for roaming charges.Once I am back Itried calling that number and same is coming disconnected temporary. I called your 198 number on 20/06/2015 and got more irresponsible experience when your executive said she has registered a complain and there is no complain registered.
