The worst ever service I have ever seen, my name is Anitha and my data card number is [protected], I am a working woman and took this datacard to avail Work from home option during my maternity period. After taking the connection it worked for a week and stopped working. To all my surprise, they said the dongle has the complaint, we need to take to Reliance web store but there is no adequate information. We need to take laptop with us to service centre to check the dongle, I have no clue of the persons who use desktops, do they need to carry their CPUs along with system.
Atlast after a series of calls with agents, customer care members, outlet managers our dongle was taken by them for replacement. I paid my bill for 15 days Rs.263 odd, after we don't have the dongle with us.
And finally we got the new replaced one and it also not working, and in the meantime we have got a bill of Rs.568/- to pay. What a miracle dongle with the Reliance people and whatever given to us is not working and we have got our bill.
In the meantime my husband went back and forth to reliance outlets and had series of calls with customer care. But no use. Whenever we call and explaining our problem (sometimes it nearly took more than halfen hour for each call with customer care), they will say it simply it starts working in an halfen hour, next time four hours.
We are vexed with the service and the response we got, finally we are asking for cancellation but they are not doing it. Please terminate this service and spare us for god's sake.
And we got to know they are so many customers having the same problem for deactivation of the service.

Finally after continuous calling to these executives and your call centre and sending repeat smses, I got my service activated today.
But I must say that it has been a harrowing experience for me.
