I am a customer with User ID[protected]. We have been facing issue with Reliance Internet service since the time we have opted for this vendor. There are no internet services received almost every month for minimum 5-7 days. On logging a complaint, there is always some or the other excuse ready. If you can deliver what you promised, please refund our money back for the time we have been devoid of your services. And in case you cannot satisfy 1 customer, we would be forced to change our vendor as we are definitely not happy with the service.

Hi,

The contact number should already be there in your records. Our internet is still not working and has been 15 days since we have been able to access your services. Customer care is not supportive and clear in their answers. We don't want to pay for something you are not providing us. Please give us a proper solution to the problems we are facing with you guys.

      i am aman my reliance netconnect+ data card no [protected] i have recharged my data card with rs 999 plan in which i will get 20 gb of data in haryana but for past 2 days my data card is only connecting on the 1x mode and when i try hsd mode the connection bars are gone i called your customer care on[protected] at 7pm and the guy told me that there is some network issue going on and the problem will be resolved by 10 pm on the same day but it has not happened yet i am frustrated with the services of reliance because you guys are thugs you just take money from customers and dont provide the services that you promise please take immediate action on my problem my alternate no is [protected]

        hi Team, i am riasing this complaint after the fed up services given by your company, whenever i tried to contact your customer care team, they said sir this kind of complaint we are not handling as i was talking on 198 complaint number. last time i was called on 2nd July, your executive Priya, she dont know even your process how to hndled the customer, i asked to transfer the call to Senior, they call transfer to someone called Vikrant, he promissed me that sir you will get a call within24hrs from our it or backend team, but no one called me till date. now i am planning to switch to other provider but before i wanted to inform you that how your team are managing the customers.. worst service given by any provider i would say and also the customer case department. if you have any shame then please take any action on it.. other than do whatever you thing. my name:-Rajesh Ranjan contact number:- [protected]

          I had a balance of Rs 91/- yesterday night i.e. on 4th July 2015. However when i wake up in the morning, it was showing as Rs 42/- only. I talked to Customer Care for several times from 8 am to 8 pm on 5th July, but no one was ready o even lodge a complain, which includes Mr. Devraj and Ms. Priyanka. However in the evening, Mr Akash lodges a complaint vide Complaint No[protected], but dont know what complaint he lodged. Still my balance has not credited. Moreover, I had net Pack, but today as soon as I am using Net, my balance is deducting. This is not the first time. Earlier also so many times, my balance had been reduced. Should I change my operator?

            I recently activated the plan GP247 on my reliance number [protected]. The terms of the plan state that it allows "Unlimited free" Facebook, Whatsapp and Twitter. Despite this, data is regularly being deducted from by quota even though I only browse Facebook. Why is this happening ? A company like Reliance surely doesn't need to resort to false advertising.

              Dear sir I have recharged with Rs. 88 for plan voucher 88.But didn't got the benefit as it was a FRC. My question is that I have called customer care for a information on newly launched service FREE PAID. But the customer care executive didn't know about this service and he told it's not updated in their system. So he advised me to go for PV88 and immediately sent me a sms and told me that it's a good plan and it's running good in the market. So I immediately recharged through Paytm and got recharged with Rs. 0.01 only and no benefits. Then again I recalled customer care and then the other executive told me that it's a FRC pack and it's for new connections only. So what is the need of such customer service executives who don't know about their job and responsibilities. I request you to kindly refund my Rs 88.00 as soon as possible.                 Dear Sir/Madam, On 11th June 2015, I have raised one complaint, "Internet Connection Not Working"[protected]. On 12th June 2015, when i contacted customer Care, executive told, "Some network issues are there in whole south India, we will provide you waiver in your next bill". Without resolving the complaint, it was closed on 13th June 2015. On 14th June 2015, I called customer care to enquire regarding the status of complaint. From them I came to know that it was closed. Again they raised complaint on same issue[protected]. And Finally the Internet connection got available on 16th June 2015. Afterwards I got the internet bill without any waiver. I Called customer care again, the executive was not at all ready to take request for waiver. On 26th June 2015, again i contacted customer care, they took request for waiver[protected]. Today, 29th June 2015, I paid the whole bill. I got message from Reliance, "You are not eligible for waiver". When i enquired customer care regarding this they told since the issue was closed within 72 hrs, i am not eligible. But actually the Issue was resoved after more than 100hrs (11th June to 16th June). My understanding regarding this is to escape from SLA violation and avoid providiing waiver, the first complaint has been intentionally closed by some executive or technician or any other team. Please clarify regarding this and please approve my waiver on atleast next bill. Subscriber ID :[protected]

                    I am Sankar B from Chennai. My Mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com I have bought new reliance data card from Reliance Chennai Porur Branch. The Data card number [protected] and data plan NCPLUSPRO3_999_40GB on 27th May 2015. This data card type support max speed 14.7Mbs. I have requested them my requirements is minimum 2.5Mbs Speed due to my trading job. They said you will get avg speed more than 6Mbs Speed based that i have bought this data card. The data card was activated on same day. i was start using this card on same day. I have realized the speed very slow my charts not opening then i have checked the speed test using some free speed test sites. I got shocked the speed not even 600Kbs speed. I have called the customer care on 28th May. They said as new device it will take 24hrs to get max speed like that they said. the i was waiting for 2 more days. There is no improvement in speed. Again i called to customer-care service and informed the current speed status then they took complaint and they said it will be resolve within 48Hrs. Almost 10 days over no response from them. Now they are generated the bill they are asking me to pay the bill. They are asking 2G internet cost at the cost of 3G service. I am trader i have lost the trade around Rs 2.0 lac because their wrong product and service. now they cut the service without any notification. I want complaint to consumer court.                       I currently run a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication. I had a major issue where in I literally had no working connection for the duration of a month during the Jan - Feb period, and after numerous calls and series of complaints it was rectified only in February. I had requested them to extend this one month period to compensate for the one month that i had no working connection. To this there was no response. The issue at hand is however another matter. I travel quite a lot and i just reached back home today morning from my travel to the United States, only to find that my connection had been suspended. When i spoke to a customer care executive at 5.30am (i made the call immediately after i reached home from the airport), i was told that i had not paid the bill amount and so the connection has been suspended. I was shocked. He told me the connection has been suspended since 27th June 2015. I pay the bill on a half yearly basis and the prepaid bill amount i had paid for was for the period starting from 10th Jan 2015 upto 9th July 2015. On further questioning they state they cannot access the previous bill and that they only have access to the latest bill and that my connection was suspended because my credit amount had been exceeded. This is outrageous. The new bill i received was dated on 28th June and its for the period of 10th July 2015 to 9th Jan 2016 (this is clearly stated in the bill). Also the due date for the bill is 15th July. What i do not understand is on what basis did they disconnect my connection and why was i not informed on this earlier and before disconnection? The previous bill amount was paid in full. I have attached a copy of the old bill period and paid receipt and also the new bill period. Reliance Communications is becoming more money oriented, not that they weren't before, but this time they are trying to push customers to pay more. The customer care executives were very rude over the phone and not one were wiling to understand the situation and work out the issue accordingly. I have lost all interest in this service provider. I had stuck with using their services even after a many people had suggested i discard the connection because of the poor service. I will no longer pursue this connection unless this is rectified in 1 day.

                      The concerns have been addressed? By who? One of your customer service executives contacted me and told me the case was closed and all the person did was ask me if my connection was working. He did nothing to rectify the issue, but instead asked me to escalate it in the social media. Reliance Communications disconnected my connection without prior notice and without a valid reason stated above. I was in dire need for the use of the net access so i was forced to pay the next bill as obtaining a new connection will require days for activation.

                      I still have the following issues,

                      1. Even after paying the bill, the connection is as sloppy as ever. If I have a working connection for a few minutes, i wont have a connection for the next so many minutes. This disconnects me from my online live connections and causes a huge hindrance.

                      2. Since the 5th, i have placed numerous complaints with reliance regarding this issue. However, each complaint keeps getting closed without any proper rectification what-so-ever.

                      3. I was not compensated for the 1 month there was no connection. Back in Jan-Feb 2015, the connection was not working at all, in fact i could not even obtain the reliance log-in page, such was the status of the connection during this period. i had paid for a full 6 months back in January. I need a compensation for this issue and i have waited so long with no response from Reliance end.

                      4. My connection was disconnected on 27th June onwards without any prior notice or valid reason. I had already paid the bill for the period from 10th Jan 2015 up to 9th July 2015. Then why was my connection disconnected stating unpaid bills? I had to pay the bill for the period from 10th July 2015 to 9th Jan 2016 for the connection to work again. I need a valid compensation for this issue as well.

                      So far from everything i have had to deal with, i understand that, Reliance Communications does not value customers and customer service, instead all they value is the money. They do not provide maintenance of their network and they do not provide a good enough customer service experience.

Please find below the mail sent my me on 8th of April 2015 to "[protected]@relianceada.com" and to "rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com" =============================================================== Hi Team, I requested for a broadband connection and with regards to that, a guy named Rehan came to my place on 17th March 2015. He took Rs 2100 for the activation of my broadband which includes the free installation. He was supposed to install in 2-4 days as mentioned by him, however now I am trying to connect with him and he is either ignoring my calls or he answers and says he will come but he is not coming. His contact numbers: +91-[protected], +91-[protected]. My CAF number is: [protected]. He also took my personal documents and I am really worried about my money and documents. Please let me know the status and when will my broadband be installed, if it cannot be done I would request you to return my money and documents. I have already tried contacting the customer care and never got any callback, let me know the status else I will have to take some legal actions. In one of the mails I got a reply that they will initiate the refund but not sure what on this earth is stopping them to do so. People are freaking careless and no one is taking responsibility. Such an unpleasant experience.Why somebody isn't providing me an ETA. I get a response only when I send an email to them.If I remain silent no one gets in touch with me.They are sending me the same generic email for time and again, only the signature differs.I must say this is very unprofessional.Extremely disappointed.The most unpleasant experience with a telecom company I ever had.                         Thanks!...But in spite of giving some meaningful reply you guys are saying the same thing again and again that you have forwarded the concern/looking into it.

                        It's been three months and still you are in the process of forwarding the complaint.

                                    I have not received the bill/e-bill for the broadband connection I am using, I have received phone calls from the customer representative asking me to submit the bill amount however on sharing the issue (bill not received) received response like 'we regret for the inconvenience caused, kindly confirm your email id, we would send you the soft copy or e-bill'. Also, today at 12:30 PM I received the call from them for the second time and they gave me the same assurance. I just don't understand how much time it takes to send the bill via email?                                         We bought wifi-pod on 17th June. after activation we used it for 3 days and We have raised many compliants for checking network connection in my area but still no one has came. We want to return the REL Wi-POD. Please tell me whether it will be rectified before billing date or not. Problems are: disconnecting automatically after sometime and showing LIMITED access. Very slow speed not even 1 MBPS. Every one is escaping to solve this issue. we talked to Live chat, mailed and customer care number .. all the options tried no one came up with solution. but now the billing date came, they are telling your 5GB plan data is very less that is why your not getting speed. If it is the case why it is not happend when there is data.we got answer from nearest store like we are not responsible, talk to customer care.                                         From Last few years I am a customer of Reliance. From April 2016 onwards my internet is not working .I already paid Rs.1370/ dated 04.04.2016 and my next bill date is 17.07.2016. In April Firstly they barred my connection without my knowledge and they send one bill amount of Rs.1577.12( whereas I had already paid up to July. Then I lodged a complaint and they said that it is reliance’s technical mistake, reliance will resolve it shortly. Then onwards I don't have net connection. Several time I called Reliance customer care and also informed physically to reliance outlet (SURRIA AGENCIES, Pondicherry). But till date it’s not solved. Always reliance people assured us it will be solved. But NO RESULT. So On 2nd July 2016 I had informed Reliance customer care to disconnect my connection permanently, and they told me that they will call me within 24hrs. but nobody called. Again I called Reliance customer care on 03rd July but they disconnected my call. Then I called reliance customer service on 06th July they gave me the complaint ID.No[protected] and said they will call me within 48hrs. On 09th July customer care called me and again they are telling same story, insisting us to take 4G connection.
                                        On ( 13.07.16) again reliance customer care called me to take 4G connection, then I called again Reliance Customer care and they told me I have to pay Rs.686/ charge for this month ( Verbally they told). And on 21.07.16 they msg and also mail me to pay Rs.686 within 5th August’16. But my question is, why should I have to pay again? They have not given their service for the last 3months whereas I already paid for that. And again they are asking money for the terminal ...!!! ???
                                        For this incident myself and my family lost our money and mental peace also. My daughter being in 11th standard has failed to submit several assignments. Sadly, Reliance failed to fulfill the basic necessity of providing net connection and instead they harassed me with their futile calls. Please disconnect my connection permanently otherwise I have to go to Consumer court (I have no other choice).

                                        This is regarding the Reliance Wi-pod connection which I got last year and this year I was forcibly made to move onto 4g as they were not going to provide the services on the CDMA dongle that I had brought. I was also promised that I would be continuing the same plan on my new Wi-pod. But that never happened. And on their own whims and fancies they have switched my plan, but I was told the bill will be same as the CDMA connected Wi-pod.

                                        After getting the dongle it was not functioning for 15 days and on calling the customer care do not have the courtesy to listen to the problem and then resolve it. Hence I have stopped using the dongle and switched over to other network.Now Reliance Service Provider has threatened me to proceed against me with legal action.

                                        I am not ready to pay the bill to the extent that the service provider as demanded. I am willing to pay the bill for 15 days (proportionately) only as I have used your services (Approx Rs. 575.00). Just giving me a bill of 3530 for the service which I have not used is not the way you demand money from the people. People will pay for the service what we have used, we are not here to pay just randomly.
