    My name is Jagendra Shah. I am using the internet connection of Reliance Broadband for past 6 years. More often than not, it works reasonably satisfactory. However, when the connection is not working properly, it tests ones patience like anything. Resulting in complaint after complaint without long lasting solution. Even scrutinising the log of complaints lodged is tiring. A sample set is mentioned below for your ready reference. Frequent disconnection is a regular feature of the connection. As if this pain of disconnection and lodging complaints are not enough, a host of other pains are in queue; Stereo typed responses from virtual executives 24 hours waiting periods for any and all complaints Suppose we compile all complaints together, we may end up with perpetual waiting at customer end Closing of complaints without proper solution / intimation Holding phone line for periods beyond any justification and challenging the dignity of caller and displaying arrogance o[censored]pper tier executives who hide behind institutional procedures damaging interests of both customer as well as the company The reason for registering my complaint now is the incident that happened on May 18th, 2015. Complaint ID was[protected] in morning at 9:15. The conversation id for the complaint was [protected]. The person on call gave personal guarantee to call by 10:15 in morning on May 18th, 2015. I waited for more 10 minutes but there was no call from the person. Then I called again @ 10:30. At that time I talked to the Floor Supervisor after holding the phone for around 30 minutes. The conversation ID is [protected]. The issue was not resolved and was told to wait for 24 hours. At 6:30 I checked the status of my complaint which to my surprise was resolved without solving my problem. The executive was so adamant not to give the call to his senior. I was forced to take new complaint ID in[protected]. After waiting for almost 20 minutes the call was transferred to senior team leader Mr Ganesh Bhabad. He gave me his personal guarantee to give a call before 3 PM on May 19th, 2015. There was no conversation ID given for talking with the team leader. The connection again went off on June 16th, 2015 and the person with whom I was having conversation told me that the problem was on my end. But the technical person called me and told that the problem was on their side. They just blame it on customer without having proper knowledge. It has become so regular that I have stopped registering my complaints and have directly taken action against them by complaining to you and TRAI. The details of my complaints with their IDs are as follows: March 3rd, 2015:[protected] March 4th, 2015:[protected] March 8th, 2015:[protected] April 2nd, 2015:[protected] April 11th, 2015:[protected] April 16th, 2015:[protected] April 17th, 2015:[protected] April 29th, 2015:[protected] June 13th, 2015:[protected] June 16th, 2015: [protected] During this period of complaints there was call from Mr Pankaj Vaishnav who is Senior Executive on April 17th, 2015. He promised to call for feedback once the issue was solved. But neither the issue was solved nor he bothered to call and ask whether the issue was properly solved. I am fed up of the frequent problem faced by me and want you to take a serious action against them

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    Reliance has started making excuse that they are not able to contact me while I have received the call from their side the day after I registered the complaint. This just shows their attitude towards solving the consumer complaints. I have registered the complaint regarding non-working of Reliance Broadband service on June 29th, 2015. The Complaint number is[protected]. This issue has not been resolved as on July 3rd, 2015. The issue this time as per "them" is change of Fibre cables. Their executives are not able to say the date within which I can expect the issue will be resolved. They are not communicating the real problem and also not addressing the issues reported by customer in the right way.

      Respected Sir I am Chirag from Zirakpur (punjab) I have taken 4 connection from the Reliance technical agent Mr. Ganesh ([protected]) Address : Sco 316 green city Dhakoli Zirakpur. From the past 3 year I have not call customer but from the March, April, May, June These 4 month I call end number of time regarding the connectivity issue. Every day complaint have to log and the worst thing was that It was close automatically without confirming the customer wethere his Connection is working or not User Id:[protected] Chirag Gandhi When I call Ganesh for the waiver he always say call the Area Incharge Mr Suresh ([protected]) will do But this guy is full of attitude and In my words he is of no use If reliance wants to pay free salary then I am available for that Whenever I call him he discount the call or tell the thing that Let me check let me check and he do not call back. I do not receive the bill So my bill payment late and I request to waive off From the month of March my net mostly not worked in between there was the big issue of DSL link got disconnected automatically But nobody comes form the company or call that you log a complaint is your connected working or not NOTE: I am living in the Society With More then 1500 Families and I am the president of the Society.         Dear sir, One week before suddenly my STD calling card account became zero. I was having around Rs.600 in my balance. It was only recharged on 30th of May and it has 60 days validity.I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. No response from the customer care as they themselves dont know about this service. From outside they cannot check the balace in the STD caling card and only from mobile I have to dial *348. But when I dial, it says balance is zero and I am not able to make the call. My mobile no is[protected] post paid connection. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My previous complaint also was solved only through this consumer complaints. Kindly help me in this regard, Johnson Chennai

          Hi Team, I have a Reliance phone and with it an broadband connection, from 1st June 2015 my Reliance is DEAD and my Internet connection is completely down, the "ADSL" lights keep on blinking on the router which directly stats that the internet connection is not working, on daily bases i have raised complaints to get this issue resolved but till date the issue stands still and the complaints which i raise get closed without any resolution, also multiple times i have asked to update on the ticket to mark it as "Closed" only when confirmed by the customer and also to give me a call for confirmation, but sadly this has not happened and i have to raise tickets daily, can you let me know as how have to degraded to this level, i do not see any customer satisfaction level at all, also i had sent multiple emails to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but i haven't received a single response on the same.               I had reliance broadband connection. My consumer number is[protected] My internet connection was not working since january 5, 2015 against which I had launched a complaint. Even after repeated follow ups the connection was not restored I launched a complaint for termination and it was terminated in March. During this period my connection was not working but I am still being charged for it. I keep getting repeated calls to asking me to pay the bill else serious action will be taken against me. When I kept telling the customer care to terminate my connection they did not do that assuring me that in the least possible time my connection will be restored. They keep me waiting and keep increasing my bill. Then finally they terminate it and then keep calling me up telling to clear the dues. Today I got a call from the billing center. That lady spoke so rudely and asked me to pay the bill and told me why you are creating such a big issue for such a small amount. Is this the way they treat the customers? Why should I pay the bill when the connection was not at all working?

                  We 4JB Automation and Power controls Pvt Ltd took a reliance land-line connection but from the very date of installation itself the phone is not working (till this date), we have registered complaints so many times but all was in vain, we paid the bill without using the phone .We lost so many clients because of this issue and we cannot tolerate this anymore.Please provide the necessary and immediate help.

                    CYSD-Plan Project, Karanjia is an Integrated Tribal Development project of CYSD (Centre for Youth & Social Development) working in Saharapada Block of Keonjhar and Thakurmunda Block of Mayurbhanj District of Odisha since 1995. Community empowerment, livelihood promotion, Watershed development, Local Self-governance, Micro-Finance, Primary education and Primary Health care are the main activities under taken by the project. Data processing & analysis is a mandatory for the organization which fetches information to state Govt., Central Govt. & outside of the country. For accomplishing above programme, Net connection is highly required. The project has broad band connection (BSNL) for above purposes. For emergency requirement project procured data card of Reliance Company bearing Nos.1- [protected] & [protected](3G) for Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Odisha project. But matter of concern is that, since last 1 & half years Reliance tower is not functioning at Karanjia town of Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. Our office is situated only 500 mtrs far from the tower. During the time of power cut, there is no provision of generator to make tower functional. Several times we lodged our complain on the matter, but matter of concern is that no action has been taken by Reliance company. On dated 13th September 2014, 21st October 2014 & 20th December 2014 we had requested to disconnect our net connection (3G) bearing no [protected] & [protected]. But no action has been taken by the company. On the last letter we had requested to disconnect it and also mentioned to pay last payment up to 05.01.2015, after that CYSD-Plan project will not responsible for further claim. They have received our complain letter with seal & signature at Fortune Tower Office of Reliance Company, Bhubaneswar. After that the company didn’t responded to my request & continues to send the bill by mail. Ten times I had visit to the office situated at Fortune tower, Bhubaneswar where we had purchased the data card, but could not get any solution. Presently we have regularly deposit our payment for another connection in the same office bearing No [protected]. Reliance Company harassed us without giving service they charged payment. Immediate action is expected from higher level officials to address the issue.We can produce all the documents & letters if it is required.                       I have 1 mb / s plane i think i take this connection at lase 3 or 4 months but till today i don't remember when i can use my internet every time when i try to use internet it have ip problem or modem problem or any other problem (S) .

                      Many time i register complains vie mail - chat - call they tell me we register complain an it will solve in 24 hover but after 3 months it's not working.

                      I have reliance connection in my office in same area but that connection is working fine every time, so what is problem in my connection ?

                      I can't understand same provider connection in same area but one have many problems and one working fine?

                      When i contact chat and tell him give me local office contact details so they answer me

                          I had applied for a new Reliance Broadband connection 1 week earlier. I had applied through a the person named Atul Londhe([protected]) who work for Reliance. I handed over all my documents to him and he assured that he would set up the connection in 3 days. After 3 days he directed me to another person called Prashant([protected]) who works for Reliance as well. Prashant was responsible for setting up my new connection. I called him 4 days back and he assured that he would set up my connection on that day itself. He didn't do anything on that day and on calling him the other day, he said that he would set up the connection the next day. Still nothing happened. Everyday I gave him a call, he said the same thing. Now both of them don't answer my call. I am literally frustrated and annoyed by this behavior. Amount for the connection has already got deducted and nothing has been done yet. Those two guys are playing around with me and haven't done anything yet. I have lost all my faith on Reliance. I need strict action to be taken against them and need my new connection ASAP.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am Navjot. Approx 80 - 90 Rs. deducted from my account on Saturday (20 June 2015). On 19th June first Reliance deducted money, after i lodged complaint on 20 june 2015 on 198 they refund me it back. But on 20th June Afternoon Reliance again deducted money from my account. My mobile number is [protected] (Punjab Circle). From saturday i could not reach with customer care 198, [protected] and[protected]. IVR automatically cut my call whever i made. Please tell how i connect with customer care and Refund my money back.

                                sir, i have a reliance customer no. [protected] and i found that my balance is nil today. yesterday my balance was Rs.120 and a plan of Rs 296 was also activated on 25.06.2015 and 3g data plan also activated by recharge for Rs. 197 on 25.05.2015 and it is valid till 22.06.2015 and but today i got massage that i have nil balance, how it is possible. sir, i have to call in reliance customer care for 5 times but it is replied that server is down. it is shown to cheating with customer. sir i want to look into the matter and solve the problem. thanks. anand kumar, [protected]

                                  I have a Netconnect (Data Card) of Reliance via no. [protected]. Against which I made a complain (No.[protected] on dated June 12th 2015) to their affiliated officer, that I have not received bill for the month of May 2015 and I can't pay without having a bill copy. Before making this complain I have called many times to Customer care of Reliance but every time I got the same revert that sir you will receive Bill shortly. But when I didn't received bill I made this complain to Higher level. They also replied me that this complain will resolved with in 7 days. But after following up with them too, so far the issue is not resolved and they have disconnected the services of same number. here now I am again charged for the duration for which they have discontinued the services in June month bill, due to not paying the bill for month of May 2015 for which I have made a complain.

                                    Now Registering Complaint, we will see how you people resolve this. Billing Address updated nearly 3 months ago, But not receiving my bills even though address is updated from your end. And you are telling that "IT HAS DELIVERED FROM OUR END", but Am not getting. You are not providing courier details to track. How can we resolve this? That bloody 'Rajidashabana' is not giving proper response through CHAT.

                                      I recharged Rs 100/ on 15.6.15 and the balance was over Rs 170/ that date. On 21.6.15 the balance was around Rs 145/- Today on 22.6.15 my balance is shown as one paise. Mota... i have been using reliance gsm sim for a year now... and now its showing R.. roaming when in local area... actually it shows roaming only at my home but as soon as i get out of my buillding it becomes normal... but charges me high at home... plz solve this.. the coustomer care is always busy... if this continues for a long tym i will have to unfortunatley abide ur services my mob no is.
