Last night i have balance of Rs.18 but early morning i have 0.020 balance.. I just use net for 3 minute.. I cal three times 198 but no exexutive responce and cal to *333 and executiv said.. There is no balance deduction from our end.. So please refund my balance.. Even before this u cut my balanc 2 times.. 45rup & 37rup But this tym i cant accept ths.. So refund my balance. i already mailed you from my id ([protected]@gmail) in morning regarding deduction of balance from my reliance number [protected].. but still you did not reply.. so refund my deducted balance ASAP. Thankyou.

    सर मेरा नम्बर [protected] है। मने ये नया नम्बर लिया है इसमें मने frc 61 का रिचार्ज किया था इस प्लान में r - r 5 पैसा लोकल और 25 पैसा एसटीडी 6 month के लिए मिला था पर सिर्फ ३ दिन बाद ही मेरे कॉल रेट्स बदल गए और अधिक पैसे चार्ज होने लगे. So please help me out from this trouble. And return my money as well.

        I am not able to place call from my relaince gsm numebr [protected].I got IVR error message "Please recharge your account.I checked for accoutn balance .I had balance for 70 rupees.But later the customer care agent called me in reply to mail saying that ur account has no balance and thats the reason u r not able toplace call. i dont know how the account balance is deducted and if i ask that customer care agent she sadi she will register a complaint.But till now there is no repsonse from them .My money is not reimbursed to my account.Instead it shows a zero balance.please provide refund of the amount which is deducted from my account

            On 19/6/15 i have visited the guptas for dinner.Situated at 25, shakespear sarani, kolkata-700017.They have charged me rs-920 as per attached invoice.When i asked them that what service tax they are charging.They told me that previous one as because new menu not printed. I request a refund of excess service tax and compensation.

                Its been a month installing reliance broadband wireline connection at my place, and on receipt of bill, which in fact sent to me just 1 day before due date, and upon having word with customer care, came to know that the plan which I opted on 1st day of installation was not updated on the system and some different combo plan of 750 was applied, however land line connection was not installed on the day of installation and company personnel did not mention about any such thing on the day of installation. After all this, I had a word with customer care for resolution of this mistake and they shared the compliant reference number[protected] for braking the combo plan and applying the correct plan. They asked for some charges for doing so. Which according to me should not be levied as mistake has happened from your end. Issue is still unresolved. I am highly irate with this installation process. I wanted to install Thunder 699 ( Yearly plan ) by paying 1yr payment in advance. However plan applied to me is Combo 750. Request urgent resolution of this dispute without any further follow ups. Will appreciate timely response. Login ID[protected] Thanks.

                  Its first day of postpaid reliance connection[protected] with Service Request ID:[protected] and service is very poor. Need to rethink whether I should continue with the service or not in future. I was being directed to call at 59059 and after verification I was being said that my number will be activated in 2 hours.and after repeated calls and mails and their fake promises of resuming the service in next 2 hours and so on its been 2 days now. I am really irritated with their fake promises and their service. I have even mailed to head customer service delhi region and still there is no response from their. I want to file a complaint and take action for fraud use of their services and taking deposit in name of that.

I have paid a monthly unlimited amount of 797 for 30 days but after 3 days of my usage, the datacard stopped working. when i called to customer care they told that there is a network issue in my area and it will take 90-120 days to resolve.                             Respected sir I am using reliance post paid sim last 8month but i want to closed this no. [protected] name Dharmendra kumar and submite application on 12may 2015 at kalka harayana reliance mobile store but my no not closed and then again submite application in reliance comunication canter Baddi Himanchal pradesh on 23jun 2015 but till date company not closed my no. And my number outgoing and incoming closed from 8may 2015 and company generate new bill from last two month and i have also cleared all bill which we have which we have used so please help me reliance do not closed my sim

                              Hi I purchased a new sim mob. No. [protected] on 13/04/15 and I got a balance of rs70 with 300mb data/month for 3 months. I never make a voice call or message from this sim but when I checked my balance today reliance deducted 64rs from my main balance and it was showing 6rs balance. When I contacted the customer care executive they refused to refund my balance. This was shocking experience with reliance service. So kindly refund my balance so that I should continue with reliance. Sandeep kumar

                                  I have purchased Reliance Pro3 on date 22/06/2015. first he gives me device and said that it will start with the day period. On second day, it works on mobile. As the plan device work on 5 wifi system or device. But it is not working on any other device. when i complain to the customer care for 2 to 3 days. They said there is problem in technical fault. It resolve in three days. After I call again and again but there is no result.on 27 june i get complain no.[protected]. I speek to lady and she said to check speed of device. But the device the company said 14.7mbps speed and 14 gb downlaod. the device even not open a website to check the speed. I contacted several times to your customer care personal but he refused to get back my recharge amount.                                         Hi i run internet on a tata docomo dongle (3g) with a reliance sim in it.The Number on which i recharge for internet usage is -[protected]. i usually by a coupon for recharge the plan is-500mb 3g data for 3 days. My problem is a follows: i)When i click connect the internet connects then just for a second after connecting it gives 350-450 kbps upload speed and just after a second it starts giving 0.00kbps download speed and the download speed is in the neighborhood of 0.70-20kbps.I guess the minimum 3g speed is not the one I'm getting.I've observed that sometimes RARELY when I download something it download in the speed for what i am paying (that is 3g) it (sometimes) download very fast . no matter it is video or photos etc. And I've also observed that while surfing videos on YouTube (only on YouTube) (according to my observation, not sure) the speed rises . while surfing other thing on web like social sites or others. the speed is below 200kbps. So my "JUUGAAD" These days is to first run a video on YouTube so that my internet gives some speed. ii) As I've said earlier my plan is only valid for three days and data is only 500mb.The big problem is that the internet don't connect i need to waste at least 30 min. of mine and click 20-20 times on connect that it will connect. So I am not god to peacefully wait i close my PC AND WALK AWAY WITH ANGER.. AND THAT'S HOW MY PLAN IS WASTED. iii)My speed test on speedtest.net (given in the photo) says i am getting 3g ..??? how is this??? i have proofs (photos below) to make sure i am not getting 3g.. PLEASE HELP BY THE WAY i have also taken photo of my internet speed while typing this question (below)
