Its been a month installing reliance broadband wireline connection at my place, and on receipt of bill, which in fact sent to me just 1 day before due date, and upon having word with customer care, came to know that the plan which I opted on 1st day of installation was not updated on the system and some different combo plan of 750 was applied, however land line connection was not installed on the day of installation and company personnel...

Its first day of postpaid reliance connection[protected] with Service Request ID:[protected] and service is very poor. Need to rethink whether I should continue with the service or not in future. I was being directed to call at 59059 and after verification I was being said that my number will be activated in 2 hours.and after repeated calls and mails and their fake promises of resuming the service in next 2 hours and so on its been 2 days now....

Sir, my postpaid no [protected] has been deactivated by Reliance on dated 27.06.2015 with reason "Negative address- House locked found". I want to complaint that above reason is wrong, RIL has make false report and deactivate my no. No body has gone to my given address for varification. I request you to plz look into it and activate my number. as I hv allready submited the required document in local web world at Chas, Bokaro....

Dear Sir, I am a current user of reliance 3 data card chennai. I have paid a monthly unlimited amount of 797 for 30 days but after 3 days of my usage, the datacard stopped working. when i called to customer care they told that there is a network issue in my area and it will take 90-120 days to resolve. I asked them to solve my problem by refunding the money or extend the validity till the network issue get solved. but they are not replying...

Hi I purchased a new sim mob. No. [protected] on 13/04/15 and I got a balance of rs70 with 300mb data/month for 3 months. I never make a voice call or message from this sim but when I checked my balance today reliance deducted 64rs from my main balance and it was showing 6rs balance.
