Hello, My reliance broadband subs ID is[protected] Registered in the name of Ashish Birajdar). There is no net connection for the last 15 days (wef 8th June 2015 till date). Even after following up daily with customer care[protected] there is no response from them. They register a compliant and close it automatically within 24 hrs, without even taking confirmation from us whether it is resolved or not. And everytime we call, they again register a new compliant no. and assures that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs.This is happening in almost every month from last december. Seriously, it has become an irritation for us now.

    I posted a complaint just yesterday of horrible experiences I have with their useless services and naive customer care and again faced the blunt of their third class pathetic services as did a recharge of 99/- through paytm for which the amount is deducted from my bank account and they confirmed recharge successful but was not processed by reliance only a sms your request could not be processed came and that's it so simple for them to bug a customer of his money and I know all though I have written the mail to them including appellate but neither they will reply nor they will heed.

      My name is Manasi. I am right now in USA. i applied for disconnecting my Reliance postpaid internet a month back. My dad physically submitted all the docs a month back to Pune office after paying all the dues. I am still getting the bills. why have u not yet disconnected it. Also i was told i have to call online to disconnect it. whereas such a big company has no provision fro global calling. I was told my customer care i CANNOT CALL FROM USA. What kind of hopeless customer care does Reliance have?i will not be paying anymore bills. I need a closure on this case by Reliance. My reliance postpaid no is [protected]

            Activated data packs on my no [protected] on 24/06/15, and from that time it lost services due to technical issues at their end so I couldn't able to use my data packs I wrote a number of complaint mail to customer care as well appellate but no reply or action taken from their end eventually at around 9 pm it connected to the network but still internet was not workable so i called 198 and a I'll mannered unprofessional rude person replied in a aggressive manner and said it will be restored only after 10 pm due to some back end problem i asked him to register a complaint and get my money refunded as i couldn't use my data due to their fault he simply refused in a aggressive manner and laughed out i asked his name he gave a wrong name pinku which shows that they themselves are aware that they are wrong and unethical so the don't give out their real names and after that internet starts only at around 11 pm only an hour prior to pack expiry this is not the first my bitter experience with reliance they have this tendency to bug the customer I am reporting same to TRAI also see if they can do something.

              I have a Reliance wired broadband connection with sub ID[protected]. I had registered a request for disconnection[protected] on 2nd of June because of poor connection quality and it is not completed yet after almost a month. This is just to make you aware and request to speed up the process so that it won't exceed the next bill date which is July 11. I have not used the line for the past month and still end up paying the rental for the month of June. Please don't make it go beyond next bill date. Thanks, Jomon

              Yesterday I got the bill for July with FULL RENTAL in the morning. Then in the evening I got disconnection information email, which says "Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from[protected]. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

              Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement."!

              They stopped the rental, but no mention of disconnecting the line. What is "unbilled usage" once you disconnect?

              The equipment mentioned here is non-existent. They just dropped a network cable from the terrace of my building to my balcony at the time of starting the service. I replied saying that there was no equipment supplied. Now today morning I got a similar email with equipment cost increased to 1500!

              All these after almost 50 days since I registered for disconnection. It looks like nothing is happening even after I started this thread here. I never got a call after I mentioned my numbers here... Is there anyone to take care of these complaints here?

                I am Varun Singh and my Broadband id is[protected]. I am using Reliance Broadband from last 1+ Yr and from last few months service they are providing is not Pathetic. I pay timely bill and in a month almost week or 2 week my connection no works. Reliance has provided information of Local Area Engineer whose name is Manoj ([protected]) everytime when i called him first he answer the call and then after calling him again and again everyday he dont answer any calls and not resolved my issue either. Pathetic service.

                      Hi Team, It's been more than 10 days am trying to contact to reliance customer care, the IVR is asking about the product number / mobile number. Though am providing the same, but it's telling invalid entry. Hence am not able to apply for changing the same from Postpaid to Prepaid.                         I use my reliance number [protected] since 3 months.But one week ago reliance company disconnect my sim without reason and then i contact with reliance customer care, they say that i have documents error and i would to go nearest reliance outlet for resubmiting my documents.Five days ago I must went reliance outlet for resubmit my documents to reactivate my sim.But they can not help me because reliance company do not take my documents.This sim has 240 main balance and 110 promo balance(validity 26 june).I seem reliance company cheat with me.I mail to reliance official mail id many times but they do not reply my mail.Please sir/madam help me and stop them to cheat with anyone.I want to reactivation my sim.If my sim do not reactivate i want to take action against reliance company.My contact number is [protected].

                            I had applied for conversion of my No [protected] from CDMA to GSM on 11th June 15 at Reliance Webworld, Borivali West alongwith all required documents. However, neither the same had been converted, nor anyone is replying. 100 times I called on customer care, my staff visited to webworld for several time, but there is no clue whether the same will be converted into GSM or not? The most surprisingly, no customer executive is ready to lodge a complaint. Moreover, they are not permitting to talk to any senior personnel. In case of insisting, they just put call on hold for indefinite time. One more modus operandi adopted by customercare executive, if my call connected to postpaid, they simply said it is prepaid no, therefore you have to lodge complaint with prepaid department, if my call connected to prepaid department, they say you have requested for postpaid hence you have to lodge complaint with postpaid department. Sometimes they said, you have called on 198, for complaint you have to call *333, while in case of calling at *333, they said your no is prepaid, so call at 198. On 16th June, after exchange of hot arguments, customer executive lodge my complaint vide Complaint No[protected] for non conversion of CDMA into GSM. However, when I tried to find the status of said complaint, it was a shock for me, as complaint registered by executive was for not getting my call in prepaid department. I am a practicing Chartered Accountant, and this is the only no I given to all my clients. now, I dont have CDMA handset so my business is suffering adversely. I am still into dilemma whether my no will get converted into GSM or not. Also dont know how to lodge my complaint and where? I also sent two mails at [protected]@relianceada.com on 22nd June and 23rd June 15, but there is no response till now. Can anyone suggest me the remedy of my problem?

                            It is a matter of great regret and surprise that behavior of reliance staff is so shameful and irresponsible. inspite of my complaints, still they are just making me fool and wasting my time.

                            Yesterday I got call from reliance, they compelled me to visit webworld to collect new sim, it informed me that its already activated but when I insert in mobile, there is no network.

                            I got msg that your complaint is successfully resolved but for me its the same situation.

                            I had paid more than 3 lacs as my bill to reliance so far, if they behave to highly paid customer in such a way, one can imagine how they could behave others.

                            I believe after lodging my complaint here, they consider my request for conversion to gsm and now just they want to time pass. Now I will get a call again saying ur problem will be resolved within 4 days which is absolutely unacceptable. But we as consumer have no choice but have to accept. If its our loss, they are not concerned about it.
                            It is a matter o[censored]tmost surprise that on 26th June, 2015 I got a call from Reliance and it was informed to me that there was an error in old SIM so you collect new SIM which is lying with Mr. Anil Vishvakarma (Mob No [protected]) and this SIM is already activated.

                            However, It has been informed to me yesterday i.e. on 29th June 2015, after several follow up that your SIM has been converted to prepaid on 6th June 2015, hence it can not be converted into GSM for 3 months.

                            If it is the case, why they said on 26th that your SIM is ready?? Why they put me under so much pain? why they did not inform me while applied for prepaid while they know that I am going to convert the same in GSM, which I informed at the time of applying for prepaid and the fact I also took a new GSM SIM on same day.

                            It is showing that Reliance must invest little amount to train its staff and also to teach them some ethics so they do not lie to customers.

                            I will definitely change my operator now, as it was the worst experience to deal with Reliance Staff. They are just prompt to call for payment of Bills even before due dates.

                                  Sir I m Dr. Brindavathy, Asst prof. I am using this reliance data card since 2009. my internet card no. is [protected] . I have paid all my dues promptly till now. I have paid the bill Rs. 805, In reliance Center at Tindivanam on April 29th. But continuously I am getting phone calls Chennai and Trichy division. The spot where we have paid is also not responding . From May onwards I dont get any Internet service. But they are asking to pay the bill. How can I pay without any Service and there is no reply for my paid bill for the month of April also. Sir Kindly clear it. or Disconnect my service or Please change it into prepaid model with wifi Awaiting for your reply. Kindy do the needy

                                      I had applied for a Reliance Broadband internet connection to be installed at my residence on June 8, 2015. A representative committed that the installation would be done within 3 working days and took all documents from me and a cheque of Rs. 2, 050 (this has been debited from my account already) against charges for the new connection. I was promised the installation immediately after a verification call (which I did receive the next day), however, neither anybody from Reliance has contacted me for the installation thereafter nor is the representative responding to any calls. I wrote to a complaint to the customer care as well ([protected]@relianceada.com) and they replied saying that the complaint will be resolved on "priority". This promise has lapsed, too, and the matter still languishes. The acknowledgement receipt of the cheque I gave mentions my Application Numbe as [protected]. This is simply outrageous and I would like a refund of the money I have already paid against the connection.

                                        Hello sir, This mail is regarding the closing of my account. I would like to inform you that I had submitted a mobile no. closing application form along with the payment (due till the date of closing) to close my mobile no. [protected] at Ekta Communication. Shop no.2. Devi Palace, Opp Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon-122001 on 5th Feb 2015. I do have the payment receipt of that. They assured me that my no. would be closed once the application is processed. I had done all the formalities from my end. Within few days of submitting the closing form, I got a call from one of the Reliance customer care executives asking about the reason of closing my account and also suggested me a plan of 99 INR rental a month. I told him that if you really have such a plan, then I could think about continuing with the services because 99 INR per month could be affordable. I kept checking my online account for my active plan, but I didn’t find any update there; So, I initiated a chat using your chat facility and explained each and everything there. I did this chatting 2 or 3 times and asked about my plan details. But every time the executive at the other end told me that they will soon let me know about the plan details. But finally one day they told me that the plan of 99 INR per month doesn't even exist. I asked the executive that if you don't have such plan, then why you guys share the fake information over the phone just to retain the customers. On this, he replied, Sir, we don't have any such plan, I don't know why our executive gave this information to you. I had received the payment receipt for the payment I made on 5th Feb 15 for closing my account. You could have pulled my no. closing application detail, you could have also checked the recorded calls which your executives make to your customers, and you could have also checked the chat records which were initiated from my account before filing the case against me. I just want to know that if you guys have all the information in your systems which could be easily accessed then why your executives kept calling me all these past months and forced me to narrate this whole thing to them instead of checking their records. You guys kept increasing my dues and now I start getting calls from some lawyers about some legal notice. What the hell is this? Is this the service you provide to your customers? You should monitor the records properly and shouldn't misguide the customers and most of all you should listen to the customer when they try to discuss their problem. Your customer support is pathetic; your executives misguide the customers and later hesitate to take the responsibility. One more thing I want to say that " I don't have any problem to pay my exact dues (If found any) but I won't pay even a single penny which is charged because of the poor performance of your employees. Hope you try to understand my situation and come with a good solution. Thanks
