Dear Sir, I am Debendra Nayak and despite of 10-20 complains to Reliance Broadband my problem is not resolved. The whole May 2015 month my net was not working properly, It was disconnecting every 15 mins and reconnecting every 15 mins. This problem was first half month 15days. And these 15days I have complained 10-20 times and my Complain was not resolved but the reliance company automatically send via sms that your problem is resolved . What kind of service is this. Then My connection went down/dead after 15th may, 2015. And after that I complained and send the request to terminated the Internet Service. And after a Hole may-june month my Internet was dead and I thought My connection is Terminated. Suddenly via Mail My Internet is terminated on 19th June, 2015, that means my internet termination request was not resolved and Bill was charged. I called Reliance customer they were not at all cooperative and said We can't Help and said 2 month of rebate/refund will not be done. My request is to look into this matter soon because the problem is from your side. The connection was dead due to non -payment of Reliance EDP to customer . they din't allow Electricity connection due to which customers like us suffer. Unnecessary 2 months of Bill is generated. And after Termination of Service on 19th June, 2015 they generated JUNE Bill till 22.06.2015. IS this a Joke . I am not paying a single money to this company because of them I wasted my hours and days. Also my security money request is not taken by these reliance broadband. Please look into this matter seriously and as soon as possible because I am really fed up from this company. Another Joke reliance did on 28/06/2015 they send me SR No.[protected] and said within 72 hours they will solve this problem and What a Joke they did, without callin me and asking the problem or telling me the solution that reliance did... They send me via sms that your Sr No. SR No.[protected] is been resolved... This what you did with customers and again you are repeating the same thing with me.
Don't Tell me you called me and my number was unreachable .. I gave 2 phone numbers and both are active.

This is my second time complain in consumer forum and still my problem is not resolved from reliance broadband.
After getting my connection terminated still this reliance broadband has not terminated my connection and charging unnecessary internet connection with late payment.
I am now helpless from whom should I seek help. I have complained many times and they said 2 month of money will be refunded/rebate from our side and still they are charging internet connection.
And what a supprise is this, That my internet connection is terminated from reliance EDP system from may month and the reliance customer are saying that my connection is still active, Now who fault is this and who is suffering.

Now On 18.08.2015 reliance customer called me and said please pay the outstanding money Rs836.00. I said my connection was terminated and why should I pay this amount. The Customer care told me your connection is still active and unless and until u will not clear the amount your bill is charged and connection cannot be terminated. I said what prove do you have if I pay the amount you will terminated because I don’t have faith anymore with these ’ peoples.
They said 15 days of payment is to been done as internet was active and you were using the internet, I said Ok I am ready to pay 15days of payment of May month Now the problem is they are charging Rs.420 for 15 days and the real amount was 625 full month half Rs.312.00.
And I can’t understand what type of calculation they are doing and looting money from me.
Please I request you to help me out, I am getting mental pressure due to your own fault and I am suffering from this thing. My days and time are unnecessary getting wasted. Please terminated my connection and make the final 15days Bill. And don’t call me again and again asking for payment.
I am again saying my reliance broadband is down from may month and Reliance Technician came and cut down the fibre optic cable on may end month which clear states that my connection is totally terminated and dead from reliance side.

    I've recharged my phone with Rs. 895 on 9th May 2015 which offers 10 Hrs of free talk time to other mobile networks. On 23rd June I checked remaining balance and found out 6 Hrs are remaining. On 25th June when I check the remaining talk time I see 4 Hrs 21 Mins remaining but I hardly talked 20 minutes to other mobiles during that period. Then I start to check remaining balance after every other mobile call I made. What I found out is simply unbelievable. They are deducting 3 Mins for every 20-40 sec duration calls, 6 Mins for 4 Min duration calls, 12 Mins for 9 Mins duration calls and so on. For the last three days I'm trying to contact Reliance customer care but they blocked before I launch any complaint. My mobile number is- [protected]. I demand at least 1 Hrs 30 Mins free talk time to other mobiles as compensation for wrongly deducting my free talk time. This number is surely much higher because I'm using this service for several months. There is no automatic notification after ending a call showing how many minutes of free talk time remains. I have to check manually after every call I made to see how many minutes were robbed by Reliance. There should be a proper notification of remaining fee minutes. Lastly, why on earth I was blocked from talking to customer care guys? Is this how Reliance treat their long time customers? Firstly robbing and then preventing them form making any complaint.

    Today at 3pm Reliance give me a service request number (which is[protected] through massage and informed me that my issue will be solved within 6 Hrs. Then at 4-30 pm they again massaged and informed that my serial number is processed. Till now there is no sign of solving my issue. Is this another false promise by Reliance?
    Reliance is denying my claim. They are refusing to compensate the 1 Hr 30 Mins talk time which is wrongly deducted.
    Everyone can reach me with that number except reliance care. They can send me massages but unable to call. At this moment [protected] is my sole mobile number and the issue is far from resolved.

          A worst customer service, very slow speed, irresponsible behavior of the staff members etc... I have so much complains about this India's leading telecommunication system. I bought connection in the condition to get enough speed, but I never got it, on the same day of installation I spoke to the sales guy, he told me that just give us two days as the server is down for some time. Even after two days I didn't get the speed up to the mark, and again I tried to call that sales guy he is just not receiving my phone. I must attach the name of those cheaters sales guys as below : 1). Nilesh Thakor (door sales guy) 2). Mr. Nayan (boss of Nilesh, don't know the designation) Both of cheaters are not receiving my calls now. Also I got number of the branch in ahmedabad, and call there, but all of they are so busy, nobody is picking up my phone. Sometime the line was busy, it means someone was there, but don't know why they were not picking up my cell only? So only the option is to call customer care. They told me that I would not get refund of installation cost as well as of 10 days due to our policy. So I am now helpless in this. The purpose to post this comment is to make you guys aware that don't even use reliance service for the broadband at least and if Reliance has quick resolution team who will read this post and can help me out in this case. I am still continue to try to talk with nodal officer of reliance, but what the hell is this? He is also not picking up my cell.

            As I didn't activated any vas pack.charges is deducting from my balance.and this not the first time I suffer from this problem from many time .the costumer care also help me .They don't make me talk to the executive.I want my deduction amount Rs11 back in my balance as soon as possible. They also provide no for deactivation of pack but not worthy.

              Hello, I sent this issue few days ago regarding the wrongful billing of a terminated account, but didn’t received any reply from reliance. Here I am forwarding the issue again. I requested reliance to terminate my phone and broadband connection for subscriber id[protected] from January onwards. After numerous requests Reliance finally took a step and terminated my account. At the time of account termination I got call from Reliance customer care to pay for the last pending due and unbilled usage. Which I paid online at that time. I have payment receipts for the same. After the payment my request was accepted. I got confirmation call from Reliance that my account has been terminated. And I got Acceptance mail from Reliance as well, stating that my rental is stopped from 5th March onwards and My account has been terminated from 15th March onwards. I’ve attached the Reliance acceptance letters as proof here. Now suddenly from last month I am getting calls from Reliance that my bill for the month of May and June are pending for the same subscriber id and my connection is active! I am wondering why there is such blunder happening from Reliance when my connection rental was stopped from 5th March, my account was clearly terminated and since then I’ve never used the same id. I might also state that the connection wire was also got disconnected from my residence by some reliance employee. This seems like some lousy mistake from the billing department where someone has clearly forgot to complete the cancellation process from Reliance side and the bills are keep generating. I am mentioning here that after stating this issue number of times, I am still getting calls from Reliance to pay these alleged bills, which I am not liable to pay. As they are generated wrongfully, when my connection was supposed to be terminated and rental should’ve been stopped. Or else someone is illegally using this id for their gain. In any manner, I am not liable to pay this due amount. So kindly take right action against the responsible person and stop harassing me. Please refer the attached Reliance Acceptance Letter for the account cancelation confirmation.                     My name is Nandita and my Reliance No is [protected]. Yesterday I recharged mobile worth Rs 197 of 1.25 GB 3G Data. Today morning when I checked the data was showing 0 MB. Even I did not used internet. This is 4th time when Reliance Communication deducted my whole data. When talked to customer care they are replying with satisfactory answer.

                      According to Reliance Media Release where it is claimed that "RCOM also has appropriate ICR arrangements to ensure uninterrupted quality service to its customers across all circles" I tried to connect using APN-smartnet at Aircel 3G n/w Chennai using Reliance 3G Bihar Jharkhand simcard but internet is not working, webpage does not open. PFB the screenshot. I informed higher management and FB team. RCOM donot care about it.They say that there is no issue. They are ignoring the problem. This network internet connectivity issue happens only on 3G partner network like Aircel 3G network at Chennai, Vijaywada and Tata Docomo 3G network at Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli but works fine on Reliance 3G network at Bihar, Kolkata, West Bengal.

                      This is regarding the internet connectivity issue only when I am using Reliance 3G on Aircel, Tata Docomo Network.

                      I receive sms that issue is resolved but issue still persist. Still my internet does not work in 3G mode in AIrcel N/W.

                      For your information, I use Idea simcard in Vodafone N/W, my internet works perfectly fine.

                      The reason is the dns server does not respond to any website.Please find the screenshot attached below.

                      This is nothing to do with aircel 3g network, the problem is in DHCP server and DNS Server. I used nslookup and traceroute command to diagnose the exact problem. But none of the command work.

                      Please forward the complaint to appropriate networking team.

                      Dear subscriber, Please donot use RCOM Bihar simcard, as their service is poor and issue never gets resolved.

                      I never face such 3g problems in my Reliance tamilnadu simcard using aircel n/w and internet works perfectly fine on it.Stupid RCOM bihar customer care never wants to identify the root cause and simply close the incident without even review it.

                        I had recharged my dongle SIM with Rs.492.00 Plan for 3GB of 3G DATA. on 22/06/2015 at 20:32:28. Receipt no. is AMIR72486823. But only 1.5 GB data was received. I Immediately called to 198 from my mob no. [protected] that I had only received 1.5GB instead of 3GB data, the lady on the other side told me that I would receive the remaining data in within 24 hours. Today i.e 26.06.2015 I again called198 and told about the aforesaid, I was told that you should have lodged the complain within 3 days and that they have no record that I had called them earlier.                           my mobile number is [protected] i am no getting any incoming call on my this number [protected] since date 25/6/15 . change sim other mob. but problem is same. I can do out going call but incoming call is barred, aslo can't make a call to customer care this number. i have called many times on the customer care but call is not connecting by my phone to the customer care .i have just chose customer care option call is end. please solve this problem kamlesh kapar

                            I have done a mnp in reliance CDMA and mnp succesfully done 20\6\2015 but customer can not do any outgoing and incoming call because this number is not pairing in reliance cus. NO.[protected].I have complaint many time reliace employes like anurag goyal [clusterhead] [protected], ajeet jain [prepaid lead] [protected] and anurag bharadwaj [teraiorary manager] [protected], Neerj ji [T.M] [protected] & marukth shah [sales head] but they not solve my problem & sales head swiched off his cell i have calling last 3 or 4 days but his cell always swiched off. so plz solved my problem.

                              Reliance Pro3 Speed - 0.3 Mbps Reliance Pro3 (Nagpur) MDN: [protected] Plan: Postpaid 999 I got cheated by reliance with their false promise of high speed minimum 3 Mbps(Official is 4 Mbps) (future - 14.7Mbps) internet with Pro3 Data card. We paid Rs.1600 for the dongle, 10 days back. Speed is less than 0.3Mbps. Signal shows 4bars with pro3. I have raised multiple complaints, but there is no improvement. The salesman demonstrated better speed with sample dongle, but the one which was provided doesn't work at all. Pro3 is wasting my time and money. I strongly recommend not to opt for this Pathetic service by reliance. Please advise me on how to cancel this account properly to avoid monthly bill generation and get back atleast a large part of the dongle cost.

                              We informed the support personnel the same and called the salesperson's manager, but there has been no resolution yet.

                                Reliance is a big big froud company. They often make me in trouble. Now this time problem is i am unable to get incoming call/sms. I don''t know why this happening. May be call barring activated on my no. automatically. i can’t get incoming calls and messages. Please please solve this it''s very important i am missing important calls.                                   Yesterday i had recharged my Reliance GSM Ci\ontact no [protected] with Rs. 197 and got 1.25 GB Data for 28 dazz. Today in morning i checked the data showing is 0.00 MB. Whole data is deducted without using. I dnt understand how data is deducted without using. I used data only for using watsapp. how 1200 MB data is deducted by only using watsapp. Really a big thief reliance is. Daily Reliance is cheating peoples. Customer care no is never reachable. Plz return my data as soon as possible

                                    I bought reliance pro 3 dongle a week back ( june, 20 ) because I was promised a speed of 14.7 Mbps ( max ) and a min speed of 4mbps.. but according to the current scenario, I'm getting a speed of 0- 15 Kbps. The dongle was sold by Mr. Ambuj ( contact no. [protected]) I complained the customer care a number of times but no action has been taken. I request the company to provide me a respectable speed or I'm willing to return their dongle, and the refund of Rs. 1299 should be provided . My pro 3 dongle number is : [protected] and contact number is : [protected], available on whatsApp on : [protected].. Kindly look into the matter.
