Sir, I am a regular customer of reliance . I have been using for over 4yrs now. Every month I recharge my reliance no [protected] with Rs 177 net pack, which gives 3g speed net of 1gb valid for 30days and unlimited usage to facebook, whats app and twitter. This month also I recharged the same amount yesterday that is on 16.06.2015 at around 8.30 p.m . But the problem is whenever I am using facebook or whats app the balance is getting deducted from my data balance even when all other applications are remaining closed, even the android update is also closed. Sometimes it is deducting 10mb, sometimes 20mb for using facebook according to the duration o[censored]se . My handset is Samsung Galaxy Grand2. My question is as per your pack facebook and whats app is free but then why it is getting deducted? Earlier for several months I have been using this scheme of Rs177 but no such problem had ever occured . I have contacted your customer care over toll free no *333 but no fruitful solution has been provided except harassment as usual. (to be specific spoke to someone named "MD" as received in my message.) I would therefore request you to look into the problem at your earliest and provide a solution or do necessary from your end to solve the issue within 24 hours.     Hi, My mobile number is [protected], Yesterday at 8:42pm there was a deduction of 143rs and at 12:00am deduction of 14rs.II had a talk with your agent Mrs Archana on 198 and they told me that deduction is for data and you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had 1700mb net remaining in my acc, This has happened 4th tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days althoughv last tym 487 I got back within 24 hour so i want you to process it asap.and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as fourth tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap...       I took the postpaid connection from Krishna corporation, Ahmedabad (rn[protected]@myreliancemail.com), and still waiting for the service to be activated. I requested multiple times to Krishna Corporation, to do the address verification again and activate the mobile service of my no. [protected] I have been trying to reach reliance mobile store on mobile nos. [protected] and [protected], but they are not picking up the calls. I already submitted my Aadhar card as ID and Address proof. I sent requests to RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, but they are not responding and not resolving my complaint. Please take my complaint to the ombudsman and appellete authority, and help me getting my mobile service activated. Regards, Harshad Thakkar

            My reliance no is [protected]. I recharged with rs175 on 8th june which should give me unlimited (30gb) 2g data for 28 days but it got expired in a day only and all my data was lapsed... I tried contacting customer care but those men arent helping me and only saying me to wait... I am totally fed up with reliance services and thinking of porting to another operator and also going to suggest my friends and relatives to do so as their (reliance) service is just trash... I only want my 30gb 2g data with appropriate validity as soon as possible and dont make me do some serious stuff against you guys.

                  When i call to 198 they will say to me your document is not summit on our head-office, but i given all my document to him reliance exutive

                  After 3 day wait they said that ur bill pending rs233

                  What iz this. . . My persnol num iz not working till 4days what the are you doing.

                      I had never thought Reliance would be so poor in terms of service. Now 2 months have passed with respect to my old complain still no action(I have been promised to receive the cheque within next 15 days). More than 5 months have been passed since my connection terminated. Kindly refund my money (Rs 2021) immediately without any excuses that the case is elevated, prioritized and escalated.                         Hi, I am a Reliance Broadband fixed line customer. Landline No. [protected] Since 15th March 2015, there is a dead landline and no internet at my home. Raised complain with reliance but issue not resolved yet. What more surprising is even Reliance Appellate team always say the complaint is resolved but no one came anytime and they never asked for feedback and they don't even know who resolved the complaint. all they can say is its shown resolved in their system and thats all HELL OF A SERVICE. But they never forgot to call me for bill payment and always promise that you pay the bill they will fix the phone and will refund the amount for the fault period once problem is fixed. so I am paying bills for past 4 months. I am undergoing this financial loss & mental harassment for past 4 months But Enough is enough Today(17th June) I spoke with a person to disconnect the services if they are unable to fix and refund my money for the period again he gave me complaint no.[protected] and said retention team will contact This is a very pathetic situation where no one from Reliance Communication from Customer care has knowledge about to resolve the issue. I am into advance rental plan where I pay money first and later receive the service. But there is no quality in the service that Reliance Communication provides.                           Hi, I was your internet user my id was[protected]. I have given the connection termination request & I have got final termination on 3rd May 2015. The termination ID is[protected]. Till date no one is came to my house for the demounting the cable. Moreover, I got the bill of data usage which I have not used. I have raised the concern for waver & cable demounting. Meanwhile, I did lots of call to the customer care but your representative always had said that issue would be resolved in two days.                               Dear Team, This is for your information, that i am using my no-[protected] from[protected]. As a part of Reliance Communication it was corporate no and after leaving the organisation plan was not changed till 5 months. After 5 months plan was changed without any information, after that it was automatically converted to simple99 plan. I came to know this on[protected], when i received an sms that my usage is high but as i know that this plan is not of my use i asked the customer care executive to change my plan to 1299 unlimited. Plan was changed on[protected]:00HRS. Now my outgoing is barred due to high usage on[protected]. The usage is showing of Rs-2509/- for which i am not the responsible person. If this was conveyed to me that my plan is going to be changed than why i will wait for high usage, definitely i will switch to 1299 plan. So you are requested to look into this and support to resolve the issue. I am agree to pay the bill of Rs-600-700 which i usually pay when i have corporate plan and after that i will pay for my unlimited plan as i have already migrated to that plan. As i know that Reliance is providing good service and as i was a part of this organisation. I don't want to switch to any other provider. So please revert me as soon as possible. Already my outgoing and incoming is barred as i am in roaming so you can contact me on my alternate no [protected] or on the same mail Id that is [protected]@gmail.com.

                              Thanks for responding but your team is trying my number that is already barred. I am in roaming location. Therefore incoming is also blocked. I have only data plan by they can contact me on my mail Id or can enable my service till we have some solution/disxussion for this.

                              I am really thankful to you as there was no reply for a single mail. But from your end this happens for a couple of time.
                              However, I am in roaming and and can"t wait for several days. I have already purchased another sim from different operator and if there is no output till tomorrow than I don't have any option other than termination.
                              I was there with Reliance from Last 6 years and even after I left the organization, I want to continue the services. Just because it's services but now if they don't want to provide even a minimum discount of 1500/- than there is no profit to being a part of Reliance family.

                              Now my number is reachable (i, e. [protected]), but still problem is unresolved. Today i got a sms that as per reference to my SR NO[protected], waiver of Rs-265.68 will reflect in my next bill. When i called to the customer care executive, she told me that this reference no is wrong and she will create new complaint . I am very much surprised that there is no clarification regarding my issue. I got SMS for which if discuss i with customer care they told that this is something wrong information.

                              Again i would like to say that my over due is approx 2500/- and a waiver of Rs-265 is given to me.
                              Pl support me if you really want and give me a proper communication via mail, which can be also cross checked if required. Also i can pay upto 7000/- for the overall my dues. The PLAN that i am having from 14/06/2015 is the actual and i am agreed to pay for that according the plan 1299/-.

                                i had terminated my previous reliance net connect number due to default committed by agent and plan not activated properly, i had to pay triple the sum of amount. My current concern is with the fresh connection of reliance that was activated on 14 march number [protected], every time i was given a complaint number but no one ever calls me to know the details of my issue, i make complaints and receive mails that we are in process and complaint would be resolved soon. the issue is that i had paid for three months advance rental but still i was being charged the bill after numerous efforts the bill was rectified but still not reflecting on my number and i have also made fresh payment in DSM mobiles ashiyana but same has not been updated though they claimed to update payment of 800 on 16/6/2015 within 15 minutes if these people work uselessly then why have you opened a store there, while they cannot perform their duties smoothly and yes they even don't give any payment slip they say we will receive message but if payment not updated how will one receive message. this is not the way how professionals work

                                      I recharged my reliance phone number [protected] on 11 June-15 with RS 649 for a 3G data pack. The recharge was successful but I didn't get the benefit till now. I am supposed to get 7.5 GB 3G data for 90 days but I didn't get anything. I lodged a complaint on 13-June-15 with local reliance customer service centre, the complaint id is "[protected]" and they promised me that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours, however I have received no feedback or solution to the complaint I made. Moreover they have blocklisted my number I guess, so I'm unable to make any new queries or lodge any new complaints. So my humble request is to please look in this matter and provide any immediate solution. Either refund the money or provide me the 7.5 GB 3G data. Contact me here- [protected]

                                        Person Concerned, From last one month reliance charged me continuous deduction from my account by saying amount charged for VAS service activation. sometimes twice in a day. Every time i get a message of deduction, i write to their customer care and they waive my money in a day or two.
