the worst thing i am facing from last three days. i had a 3g plan activated on no. [protected]. company deduct my balance alway by starting unwanted service. from last three days net was also not working . i had recharged twice still internet not working. i went to reliance communication office the said go to reliance store. from morning 10 am am standing outside the store ans store is still close. very frustating moment am facing. not even the customer care executives are helping. i send sms for interent setting three times. company revert me back by sms that your handset is not listed. if my handset is not listed then how am using 3g from last 1 yr. please help to solve the issue

    I am a reliance broadband user for last 6 months in lucknow with customer id..[protected].. The net connection is very unreliable. Eg from last week there hasnot been a single second i have got net connection at home. When i call customer care they say its a problem from hrlead office at delhi. I have contacted the office at delhi n they show no effort for suport. Even i am lodging this complaint from my airtel netpack on mobile.. But even i miss bill by 1 sec they charge extra for non payment of bill. It seems like i pay for being subscribed to reliance broadband .. Not for using their services because it hardly works.

    Today i noticed the white box ( 4 feet tall) u guys install in an area is missing . i tried calling the guy from reliance who used to have the key of box, but he is not picking up customers call. It has been 8 days without net me being a lawyer have lots of mails to work with.. I dont have the time to get a new connection right now.. But i do have time to submit a 5 page draft in consumer court then let court sought out the issue n compensation...n negligence of your people who dont pick up the calls makes u vicariously liable too..

      Dear sir, I am using Reliance post paid connection and my no is[protected]. Sir, I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. Recently also I had issue in the STD calling card and later it was solved through this forum. Now again, the balance in my account was suddenly became zero. I had around 600 rupees in my balance and it was recharged on 31st or 30th May and the recharged amount was 650/-.and it has 60 days validity. I did not use that much money from my account. I had to check my balance by dialing *348 and to make a call I have to add *375 before any number. I Tried to call customer care and its not connecting properly and no response.         Dear Sir, It is really very tough to express my bad experience with great reliable service provider-RELIANCE l, atleast for me over the period of more than 12 years. My other 3 postpaid Number I want to port Any other Network My name is Punam sharma and having an airtel connection with the number [protected] for office use. I think I got the connection around 15 days back. That time I was very perticular about the number 1142 and I purchase My choice number On June 02/06/2015 evening I went to Chandigarh Reliance outlet and applied for the prepaid number . I was told by office staff and Reliance custumer care that within 48 hours process would be done. On the same day I got prepaid sim and also I submit all my documents But even after 15 days no activation had been done after visitng every day to the same Reliance office. Then I lodged a complaint on[protected] with custumer care. After that Your office staff Swap My Sim :- [protected] And give new sim and ask me The Number is Activated after 4 hours My sim Number :[protected] but the problem would Not be solved Even on 9th June 2015 there was no activation, Sim is not Activated No Network in My prepaid Sim. Again I called up cust care. They clearly told me that, the connection is Activated But Your Validation is Pending But I have no Network Sim Cards So how Can I Done My Validation, so I Go again to you Reliance l Office And your office staff Ask me We send you case to Relaince Head office and the problem resolve by Head office And informe you by call on your alternate mobile number But I have no confirmation Call or Email by Reliance head office I Request to you please activate my number ;- [protected] in Prepaid Network my Number is Not Working From 16 Days I got so many Lose in my business deals I request to please Make my Fress Complaint And activate my number Now it is Tuesday.             Last Complaint ID[protected] I have been using Reliance Broadband for 2 years, my main purpose for using Broadband is Gaming and Important Office Work, but due to frequent disconnection issues, I have been facing many problems and delays. Nearby people having Broadband from the same Cisco DPC are facing the same problem. I have been complaining to Reliance Customer Care daily for a few weeks, but there is no resolution provided to me. Also, no Local Reliance Engineers have ever given me a visit, neither I get any call from Local Reliance Broadband Team. When I try to check the status of my Complaint ID, the status is always closed. But the problem persists and I guess, who closes my Complaint without informing/visiting me or solving the issue. I hope I will be given a solution to my problem soon.

                        Hi Team, I am sorry to disturb you with my minuscule issue with my new reliance broadband connection. But I thought you might be able to direct me in the right direction. I have purchased a new reliance broadband connection.The original plan was 749/- for a 2MBPS line. I have paid approximately 749 + 14% service tax + 800 installation charges. Initially I was told I would be getting a Wifi router along with the connection. But to my amazement I did not get one. Only a fixed line router. After which I arranged for a good wifi router and approached the local dealer who had set up the initial connection. To which they were initially incapable of installing the device. Upon my repeated requests they have now agreed to set it up, but it would cost me another Rs 450/- which is not very ethical per me. I have approached the customer care for reliance twice and they have given me the response that they are not responsible for the wifi router(my lastest complain ref no.[protected] Paying the amount does not sound very ethical to me. I had given complain to your customer care executive and told him about my deduction of my main balance, and he had entered the complain and also told me that the MONEY will be refunded to my Account balance within 24 HOURS.                               Dear RCOM I've Purchased Reliance Dongle on 3rd of May and as per the Prev Plan i got Reliance3 HSD validity for 90 days, unlimited data. On June 8th the Dongle has stopped working(frequent disconnection every 10 seconds), and despite my numerous complaints to CCE/NOC of RCOM, they have not resolved my issue. Dongle number [protected].                                 Dear sir, I wanted to change my service provider from Airtel to Reliance. My sim no [protected] . As a result I went to nearest reliance communication centre where I paid Rs 70 for SIM card. They said the sim will be activated after 7 days but now it's more than one month and till now I submitted my documents 2 times and everytime they are saying this tym it will be activated but I am running almost every week to their shop but nothing happening. May be they using my document to forge things. I appreciate the company looks into the matter seriously. The name of shop is Ganpati Communications, Patna city, Patna.

                                  This is regarding the reliance pro 3 dongle which I bought on 5th June 2015. I made a complain on 11th June and I have been visiting the reliance office since the last 3 days. My problem is not getting resolved and upon that the employees have starting ignoring and misbehaving. I haven't been provided any alternative to my problem and each day I visit the office I am been told to give 1 day again. I hope someone reads it and brings up some solution.                                         This is a second complaint. For the first complaint, some Ms.Menon called and told that they will issue cheque by June beginning. Still no signs of check. I asked her to commit her words on an email, but that didnt happen. First complaint #[protected] (Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] Reliance broadband said they will issue a refund of ( postpaid deposit )1001 Rs by April 15 after I opted for disconnection of broadband due to pathetic service. I lodged complaint to disconnect service on February 4. But they forced me to pay bills till March. They took 60 days to disconnect when their SLA was 15 days to diconnect. I sent atleast 4 reminder emails after April 15 asking for refund status. They simply are ignoring. If I call their customer care number - waiting time is 15 minutes.( obviously - customer care will be always busy due to the dismal service they provide) My recommendation is clear: Never go for Reliance broadband internet.

                                        Even after repeated emails and calls, Reliance is ignoring to give refund amount.
                                        You really need bad publicity to make you mend your ways.

                                        If I delay payment by few days, you make agents/criminals/fake lawyers to call and threaten with RI jail. What a waste..!
