No action till now.
I am still not able to use my prepaid mobile number [protected] in my office area, at 39 strand road. , 2 nd floor, room no 56, kolkata - 700001. My official complain was lodged on 9th june 2015, and had received a confirmation message later stating complain no[protected], and it was also written there that complain will be resolved in next 3 days, which ar over, but unfortunately the problem persist.
I am suffering a huge loss in my business due to your this network problem, kindly inform me who will bear this loss due to delay from your technical team end.
Escalate my mail to your seniors.

Dear sir
I have a mobile prepaid connection of reliance gsm no [protected], i am not getting mobile network in my office that is situated at below address -
39 strand road
2nd floor, room no 56
Kolkata - 1
If i travel a distance away say approx 500 mtrs from my office i get all connections. Other people in my office are also facing the same problem.
Kindly resolve the issue as it is very serious for me, as without the mobile my business is being hampered.
