Never thought Reliance would function poorly this way. Now 6 months have passed and no more excuses from your end. Kindly refund my money (Rs 3364) immediately as I have given you more than enough time for my refund. I am hearing same excuses that my case is elevated, prioritized and escalated. Since Nov 2014 end, I am waiting patiently and do not want to wait anymore.     Due to company's fault or misunderstanding my reliance mobile number [protected] which was ported from reliance was recently deactivated without any notification. due to this i am facing great amount of trouble as i am unable to connect with my contacts. please look into the matter as early as possible. i'll be very grateful for this.

      Dear Sir, Ref: My UPC code No. RM457131 Dt. 29.5.15 My Mobile No. [protected] With reference to above No. It is bring to you notice that, On 7 times visiting to your Ambernath (E) Gallaery i.e. on 12.6.15, Mr. Amar singh told me that I have to submit new forms and earlier form was rejected. The reason behind for rejecting my request, what was exactly. First time I visited : told you have a multiple so your request will be fulfilled then also we sent mail for re-considered tomorrow, IInd Day: the same was under process it will be considered tomorrow IIIrd: Your application will not be considered due to amount outstanding against your name : How much amount that was also not disclosed. After passing some time and told that it was in the name of Some Kiran lingam dues pending. We will send a mail and your request will be processed. In between two day Mr. Amar Sing was absent for 2 days and some young lady handled and told she call back you. But no call was received by me, In the same way 6days passed on 7th day i.e. 12.6.15 I went to your gallery, and asked Mr. Amar Singh about the status of my request: He told me that your form was rejected and you have to submit new forms for consideration. When I insisted for reason he told that, his superiors informed that form was rejected. (Upperwale ne bole tumhara form reject hua, my kutch nahi kar sakta. Tume naya form submit karna hai). He also don’t know what exact reason for rejection, and he is not interested to know and convenience the customer . Just he want tell upper wale reject kiya my kya kar sakta hu. In this I want to say that: 1. I want to convert my CDMA to GSM was it possible, I am not asking for new connection or New number nor changing my service provider. 2. On 7 occasions visiting your gallery, the result was – Rejection. 3. No such intimation received by mail or by SMS. 4. When you can send porting request by ID sms then why you cannot send rejection message sms with valid reason. 5. When My forms were rejected then return back to me all documents. 6. Without returning my old documents. Insisting to submit new documents for converting to CDMA to GSM. 7. Visited Reliance gallery Ambernath (E) on 7 day regularly, the time was wasted. 8. No Proper communication from the representative was present. 9. Every time they is to tell come tomorrow your problem will be resolved.         Dear Subscriber, I emailed you on 13th June, 2015.But problem is still pending as there no resolution from your side.A person came from reliance to our home and told us that he will come on Monday ( 15J June, 2015) along with the wire as he was not provided by the company.Please provide hime the wire so that he could resolve our internet connection.On monday, he didn't came and we tried calling to customer care but no one picked up our call. I think you people have blocked our number.I think you people have become so stubborn that you are not ready to help us. If you didnt resolve our issue by today, then we will remove all your wires and throw out of our house.It been long time we are pleading you and asking to resolve our issue but I think you are least care about your customer.           I have recharged my mobile as per the following 32 rs voucher available on-line. As per the online voucher, it will have 30 days validity. After the recharge, I got a message like my recharge was successful and the validity will be 15 days. How the validity get reduced after the recharge and this is totally misleading. I have a call with Customer care guy Aniyan and he says like this is my mistake and got reduced the validity some time back.But still in online says like this 32 rs voucher will have 30 days vailidity. This was totally misleading and I need 30 days validity on my 32 rs voucher or cash back. Kindly do the needful ASAP. My receipt id is AMIR72258543.

            I am a reliance 3g subscriber ([protected]) who has opted for post paid 40 GB unlimited plan at 999 rs monthly.It was more shocking therefore to find today that to my horror I discovered that I have been charged with an amount of 18, 494.I had called the customer service immedeatly and asked the reason for this .He explained that there is charge for every additional mb/gb we use after the allotted 40 GB.I had clearly read in the company website that after 40 gb the speed of 3.1 mbps/sec will drop down to 144 kbps/sec and there we wont be incurring any additional charge after that.Is there some one who can look into this because this is pure cheating at its best .What is the use of faking promises in the websites when you are least bound to keep it. Below is the plan specifics. Moreover the store I had purchased the dongle from assured me that the bill in any worst case wont exceed 1200 rs with service tax as well.I am really sad more than anger at the turn of such devastating events .Below is the plan detail and link to the particular web page. 40 GB unlimited 999 Upto 40 GB Unlimited usage @ 144 kbps beyond 40 GB http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wireless_internet.html

              Dear Sir/Madam, My Reliance Broadband Internet Id is[protected]. Since May 26th my internet connection is not working. I had lodged complaint (No.[protected] in the customer care center on 30/05/2015 and finding no solution with them I had lodged complaint (No.[protected] with the Appellate Authority on 06/06/2015. However, till date the issue remains unresolved. You can verify that I had recharged my account on 29th May from outside so that my account remains activated because absence of connection for so long was unexpected. In the past also there have been problems for a spell of two/three days which were resolved on complaint. Please do the needful. Hope to get justice here!! Regards, Nanda

                      I went to nearest reliance shop and I have raised the request to make my dongle data card prepaid from postpaid. I have raised the query 3 weeks back and still I see my card is postpaid. My billing cycle is from 11 to 11the of every month. Now my next billing cycle has been started. My dongle number is [protected] and its name of my brother Pratap. I am not using the dongle now and will not going to pay this cycles amount as I am not using the same.                           My main balance deduct without any reason from mobile number [protected] . Customer care said by mistake your balance deduct they will return within 24 hours but still not get. My request number is[protected]. But again when i called today mr. rajan said cause of gprs deduction . but i still have 1.67 mb data after duduction. before finish i recharge again. Are reliance fake. return my money back as soon as possible.

                            Dear sir/madam, I am sending the e mail which mailed to reliance customer care but did not get any reply. Hi All, There is a limit of harassing a customer. Yesterday I mailed you regarding a problem which needee immediate action resolution. But you people do not bother to help your customers. I believe it will not bothers you if one customers leaves you. I have 4 complaints. 1.I had recharged with Rs.149.00 on 8.06.15 which is valid for 28 days and it gives 3GB 2G data. And then just for a trial I usef your ussd service to try your 3G which is valid for 1 day. And when I checked my data validity, both the 2G and 3G valid for 13.06.15. How is it possible? 2.When I called up your customer care first of all Mr.Manish received my call and tried to give me a crap by saying his system is not working, then i asked him to transfer the call to the senior. Mr senior Salim Beg came on the line. He was sleeping while in the office. He refused to lodge my complaint and when i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he clearly told me that supervisors and managers are only available from mondays to fridays. Wow!!! Again a crap. In a call center supervisors and manager are not available on sat and sun. When I pressurized him then he transferred the call to so call team leader mr Wasim received and disconnected the call. Then again I called up you customer care and asked your executive to transfer the call to supervisor then Mr Rahul received my call and he also disconnected the call. Is this the way help your customers. I want a complaint number against these three guys. 3.I checked your website yesterday and I recharged with Rs.116 which should provide 100 rs talktime and 125MB 2G data for 30 days but instead of that I got 2GB 3G data. Is it my fault if your website is not updated????? 4.When I having 3G data balance I should get 3G speed but from yesterday I am not getting the speed and today is the expiring date, then how will I finish the 3G data. Stop making the customers fool. I want 4 complaints numbers for these 4 concerns. Name-Ganesh Bej Ph number-[protected]

                              Hi, I have taken a post paid connection in lucknow from kapoorthala reliance mobile store after payment staff assure me the number will started with in 2 hr. The service not start after 3 hr, so i call they reply due to some system update ur no will started at morning. Next morning i dail 59059 and verification done, but services not stared. Thereafter at 11 am i call the store personal, he reply the same after 2 hr ur services will resume, bu services not resume till 4 pm, so i call again and he reply again in next 2 hr ur services resume, thus i wait. I try to call on 7 pm but the services yet not start, while i make a call voice msg "kindly contact customer care", thus i call 198 customer care person say do the verification again. I call again on 59059 for verification, the person reply ur verification already done. Therefore i call again on 198 and explain all facts, the executive say sir our system is under update process so kindly call after some time. I ask for how much time, he reply only after some, so i end the call. Now i call the reliance mobile store, Kapoorthala on his no ([protected]). He didn't pic my phone and reply with sms pls wait. Thus i wail for his reverse call for 1/2 an hr. and thereafter i call again, now he is not picking up my phone. I try 3 or 4 times bu same result. I have one another no. of customer care [protected], given by store customer care representative, when i go for post paid connection. So i think to call him now for support. As phone ring start, he cut the phone immediately. I understand that the customer care personal of reliance mobile store is also not responding. This is so unresponsive behaviour from reliance customer care and reliance mobile store staff. The services of reliance mobile is so pathetic. I think to withdraw my postpaid connection request as services start with null.

                                I Anupam vishwakarma, Jabalpur your subscriber no. [protected] For more than 5 yrs. Has plan of rs.99 and rs. 99 For reliance to reliance. But plan has been changee from company end without customer consent. So I changed the plan in Feb rs. 299 For 750 min. and reliance to reliance at mobile store, Madan Mahal, Jabalpur but company was failed to changed the plan with immediate effect. In addition to it company charged rs.299 for plan and rs.199 for reliance to reliance pack both in the bill for 3 months.and company executive said plan was effected from 20 april. In this episode I am innocent and paying the bill every months without fail. So I have utmost request you, please waive my bill for 3 months which is over charged or double charged by company end.                                       my relaince netconnect + no. - [protected] i had been using 8gbday10gbngt plan @500 rs. earlier, but i request reliance by using live chat option in reliance website. So now my plan is changed according tomy request to 5gb unlimited plan @599, but my speed is recieve under as my previous plan which is 256kbps. I requested again by liv chat to correct this...but they not resolve my prob. I used this plan before 2-3 times may be, and i got average of 1 mbps speed, so i know this plan is effective. But now i'm getting less than 200 kbps speed...which is as per my previous plan Live chat agents do not listen to my problem...i chatted with Rajidashabana, and all he's saying that, "your plan is 5gb of 3.1 mbps speed...and the averege speed is200 kbps". if i they provide only 200 kbps speed avergly, why they keep saying its a 3.1 mbps plan

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I requested for July'15 bill on mail last 9 days regularly to your customer executive, but they told that he have sent the same. I told Dharmendra that 14th August is my last due date of bill, then I requested for transfer that call to his senior but he also not provided the above request. Kindly see the same and resolve it, this is the third time which I am facing this type of problem. If the same problem will occur in next month, I cannot pay the bill and disconnect the connection.
