Sir I'm using reliance broadband service, my costumer ID is[protected] and I also paid my monthly bill of rs 1250, the service was suspended due to late payment and since that day I'm calling both the guys the one who installed it as well as in the company's toll free number[protected] and I havn't got any response from company, I also registered my complained to reliance 5-6 times from last 4 days and they were asking for one hour every time for making my complaint done. Today, I called both of them but none of their executive haven't answer my call and also not visited yet. So, kindly do something to have my service back and against the service provider.     Dear Sir Ref ; Customer Id :[protected] Sub : Disconnection of your broadband connection. Connection is in my name shiyas. Last 2 months am not getting the broadband connection and the land phone is not working last 8 months. I called your customer care regularly last 2 months to fix my problem every time they will give new complaint reference numbers. but my connection is not working yet. today[protected] am also called to your customer care. please take action to disconnect my connection. From the month april am not getting the broadband connection.but i got a bill of amount rs 785.40 on may. you can check my payment track i paid almost all bills on time also check with your back office about my problem. Am not going to pay any bill you issued after the month of april because the connection is not working and you please disconnect my broadband connection.         Yesterday I had recharged my mobile ([protected]) with 116, which offers 125mb 3g data and 100 talk time for 30 days. But I got 2gb data for 2 days where in your website the offer stated as above 125mb and 100 talktime. please refund my money. its a cheating with customer. The person with whom I talked, he told me that the offer has been changed, but my qestion is how a customer will know the changing in offer?? Before recharging I checked the offer in your website and rcom app also. Its very annoying that customer care is ignoring my complain. Thats why I am writing to you. Please solve this issue as i don't want this offer. Please refund the amount in my bank or give me that much amount as talktime. Note that I recharged 2 times so 116*2=232.           Sir. I am use reliance gsm network sir 4/6/15 I receive a data offer from reliance 12 rupee 1 GB data for 15 days . after message I recharge from 12 rupee after recharge I receive message also.but reliance gsm 400 rupees deduction in my account - when I ask them they say this amount deduction due to using data & say 1gb data only for 3 days although I receive message for 15 day, reliance froudly deduction my rupees plz take action against reliance & return my rupee.             Dear Sir, We have recharge my no [protected] with Rs.. 120+ 44 on 27.05.2015 but from the same date problem is coming that 120 deducted from reliance with in 2-3 hours of recharge and after that continue receiving complain no. only that is [protected] Date-01.06.2015 [protected] Date-07.06.2015 [protected] Date-09.06.2015 Finally send a message that your amount deducted in use of GPRS so its totally fraud done from reliance. On the date 11.06.2015 make a call to customer care 198 and their executive received and froward to senior at 6.38 PM and after 30 Min no no one can response of that call.                 Hi Consumer Complaint Forum Executives, I have been using a reliance gsm number([protected]) since year 2011. On Feb-7 2015, I request for migrating from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to pay the till date outstanding amount such that it can be done as per the migration procedure. Hence I paid Rs.538 and the number got converted into prepaid in few hours. On Feb-24 2015 I got 2 emails from reliance related to this number. First one stating that this month's CCSI(Credit Card Standing Instruction) amount is Rs.0 Dear Customer, Thank you for opting for Credit Card Standing Instruction (CCSI) facility for payment of your Reliance phone bills. This is to inform you that your Reliance bill is due and following are the details: Biller Name : Reliance Communications Ltd. Reliance No. Mobile No (RIM no) with STD code: [protected] Billing account number:[protected] Amount (Rs.) : 0.00 Due Date : 5th March 2015 Please note that this bill will be processed through CCSI subject to availability of free, clear and available limit in your Credit Card at the time of processing. For any assistance, please write to [protected]@billdesk.com Regards, BillDesk Customer Support Then in few minutes I got another email containing "Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected] A/c :[protected]" which has the following information... Relationship No. :[protected] Bill Period :[protected] to[protected] Bill Date : 15-Feb-15 Bill No. :[protected] Tariff Plan: RGSIMPLYUNLTD599N Name Credit Limit : 5000 Previous Dues: 1063.66 Payments: 1064.00 Adjustments: 0.00 Current Charges: 528.73 Total Amount Due: 528.00 Due Date: 05-Mar-15 Amount Payable After Due Date: 528.00 So, I thought Reliance is so good that after migration also it is sending me the last usage details. But I was wrong when they started calling and sending threatening emails that pay in 3 days or face Legal issues. I have been replying to emails that I have made payment before the migration. And it is not possible to migrate without clearing the till date outstanding as per the procedure. Even I said them to proceed with legal and I am ready to face it. Luckily : Email from reliance stating that CCSI of amount 0 is to be paid. Unluckily : I do not keep bills with me after one month. At every month end I go through the documents and destroy the unnecessary things. I felt it as unnecessary by seeing the amount zero in the CCSI email. Today again they have sent me an email stating it as auto-generated and do not reply. That states the following: Relationship No:[protected] RIM No: [protected] Amount Due: 528/- Dear Sir / Madam, As our privileged customer, you have used the telecommunication services provided by us. It is regrettable that despite reminders the payment of Rs.528 /- is still due in your account. You will appreciate that our obligation, as an operator, is to provide you with a network to make and receive calls. You, as a subscriber, are obliged to pay for the use of the network. By this notice we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues. Please make the payment, through DD / Pay Order, in favor of “RCIL[protected]” payable at Bangalore not later than 3 days of receipt of this notice. The payment of Service Charges may also be made at our authorized Web Worlds / Web World Express/to our visiting representative. For further clarification you may contact [protected]@[protected] Yours faithfully, Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd When I called the email mentioned number, she asked me to visit reliance outlet. Although I have already visited 1-2 times each month regarding the issue, I thought that this lady is trying to help me, so I left all work and reached there. She talked with the reliance outlet lady(of CMH road, Bangalore) something in Kannada which I did not understand. Later she told me that she would be sending executive to collect the cheque. When I asked her cheque is for what, I have already made the payment, she is saying that migration procedure takes more than a month, so you need to pay for that period. Then I asked her that the bill referred in email states the billing period is as per the usage and not for any extra days. Then she said that you are making stories I do not have time to listen to that. I work as a software engineer in a reputed MNC, and I do not feel Rs.528 is a big amount and make the payment right away. But, paying twice for the same service is not satisfying my mind. If this forum decides that I should pay, I shall pay it. Only reason I am a bit weak in the case is that I have not kept the bill. Whereas the strongest reason for not paying is that I have already paid and they have sent me email also stating Rs.0 in CCSI. And the number also got migrated. As per my understanding without paying it can never happen. But, now they are stating that it can happen. I am clueless.                   I just recharged my reliance mobile ( [protected] ) for Rs 95/- for 1GB of 3G data for 7 days. I only received about 700 MB instead. Trying numerous times to register a complaint on the 198 has been to no avail. What does reliance expect its customers to do when things don't work as promised ? Just suck it up ? This is ridiculous behavior for a company of their size/stature.

                    I had a Reliance 3G Dongle ([protected]), I had requested multiple times on the phone to cancel my account and I would pay the balance online. I had hardly used the service post 15th Mar 2015 and for the last two months from 15th April 2015 till date (12-June-2015) I have not used a single byte of data Everytime I called up the call center they would tell me that they cannot take any such request and I had to walk down to the nearest gallery and only then can this be done Now I am being charged for services which I have not used. I have got a bill on 7th June for 2 months usage even after that I had discontinued the service on 25th May 2015. They should not have charged me for the remainder of the days The appellete body is equally ineficient and now they are saying that since they dont have any case logged for me I have to pay the money. I would request someone to pull up my call logs and see the agents whom I had spoke to and why did he not log any update on what I was calling for. This is Reliance Call center goo[censored]p Please guide me on how I can sue Reliance and have my money refunded for the last 3 months and for the hassles they have given me

                            I had contacted reliance customer care on Tuesday around 11o clock to provide new connection and people in reliance call center said within 48 hours a person from technical team will contact...still no one from technical team contacted and Customer care people dont no how to talk.my contact number [protected] the customer care people are saying the team will contact whenever I call on[protected]...they said feasibility is there in my area

Service Request No.[protected] everytime i get a reply that "we are working so plz wait" but still nothing has been done. This is really painful and pathetic from reliance part. Today i had a discussion with Mr. Vikas, TSE, Although he talked nicely but still i feel you people are taking the complaint unseriously. please solve it at the earliest and give my my full speed of 3.1 mbps for which i paid 1500 rs for 3 months. now they have replied that it has been solved, they even didn't discuss/called with me. Even now while i trying to connect, it is showing a message thatremote connection has terminated and signal suddenly goes down to zero. please help -- Regards Dhiraj Mittal [protected]

                                    I wish to formally log my complaint, after failure at the following fronts: 1. Rcom helpdesk 2. Reliance Center Aundh 3. Relance Appellate Aundh Issue: My releiance Netconnect device (No.[protected]), stopped working in January 2015. After being charged for February, I approached the Reliance Center Aundh for help. I was advised that the device is damaged, and that I will have to pay for a new replacement. The appellate authority waived off the outstanding amount given the unusability of the said device (Ticket #[protected]. Note - No one advised me of the procedure to stop the subscription at that time. From April, I started getting reminder calls for payment. Obviously, I will not make any sort of payment for a device which is lying idle. and I have vehemently stated the same. I have even approached appellate authority without any help. An amount is 1800/- is not very huge and unpayable. But the atttitude and principle here is just not right. Expecting some help/response

                                      Few days back, i called customer care and asked them to block the sim because the phone was lost. They said it will be blocked within 3 hours. I called the number again and it was ringing. So, i called the customer care again and they said they blocked the outgoing calls. They said they can't do anything about the incoming call. If they can't block the number, how am I supposed to stop the important and confidential incoming calls?? Is this the kind of security you provide to your customers?

                                        I received a message from reliance " kya aap apna 177 ka 3G recharge karana bhul gaye hai to aaj hi recharge kare or paaye 1GB 3G Data, unlimted Whatsapp, FB, Twitter+1GB EXTRA Data 30 din ke liye " . but after recharge I didn''t get the promised data, get only 1GB data with 21 days vaildity now i am trying to contact customer care but did not get any proper response.
