Dear Subscriber, We have filled so many complaints regarding our internet connection.We are facing this issue since last 20 days and so far we have filled 5 complaints but didn't get any response from your end. On the other hand, whenever we try to contact to customer care, we faced a lot of problems and they always used to say that they will come definitely tomorrow to resolve the issue.But till now, no one came to resolve our issue. We have 4 connection in our building and was planning to increase the number of connection at my home.But after looking at your attitude towards our issue, I don't think so to keep these 4 connections further in future. The main issue is that the main wire which is connected to my building has been broken down so that's the reason, we are not able to connect our internet. This is your responsibility to resolve this issue.Its been long time that I have been complaining but your attitude towards us is so much disappointed.Please look into the issue and reply me as soon as possible, otherwise I will remove all your connection from my home.       I m using netconnect+ for which payment done for monthly billing on 6 june 2015 and till date no payment updated in system, i think promoters want to eat out harden earned mony by normal consumers, after 6 days of payment done i called up customer care people and they are saying it will take more time to them to search for payment payment paid at their authorized store name as om sai enterprisesenterprises minal arcade nal stop eranwdwane pune

        I have a reliance mobile no [protected] since last 6 yrs. There is a deduction of Rs 1 on a daily basis . i am trying to call customer care but not able to contact them. Pls provide me the reason why there is deduction. If there is any plan activated on my no. Then pls close it i am fed up with your worst service and your costomer care.

          I, Mrs.Sudeep Jha with a Reliance mobile no.[protected] recharged for Rs.55 on 2/6/2015.Today l found approx Rs.25 deducted from balance which is wrong. l had been recharging for Rs.55 full talktime for last so many years.As l was not informed before about the change of scheme kindly refund the deducted amount & put me back to the old scheme.                 SO we will say totaly time and money waste with Reliance. I am not happy with you.

                What will be use Reliance data card for me ??????????????

                    Facts of the case are described below : 1) I have purchased a Reliance Wifi data card [protected]post paid connection from Maya communication, B5/59, Shop no. 4 and 5 Sector 4 Rohini, Delhi -85. 2) On 21 st April 2014 i have deposited advance of Rs. 500 Bill no. 2015 . They took nearly 1 week to deliver this data card. 3) Once i have received this data card, It had not been activated / connected. 4) Maya communication has taken back this data card and submitted this data card to service centre. 5) Now I have been visiting maya communication from last 1 month approx 40 times, but they confirmed me that dongle was dead on Arrival situation. 6) Now i want to terminate this connection (which is not yet started actually ) and want my money refund . 7) There is no sense in paying charges of Data card device Rs. 500 as well as monthly rental of Rs.600 when Reliance is not able to provide me services. But company denied to refund charges of device and waive off the monthly rental.

                    I have also submitted this complaint earlier also . this complaint has not been resolved yet .

                    But reliance communications marked it as resolved.

                    Govt should black list these types of companies to perform their operations in India .

                    I am surprised to see there are so many complaints against reliance but company is not listening .

                    Reliance is just busy in making money from inncocent customers.

                            i am saraswati devi having reliance Gsm my number [protected] i recharged on 2-jun-2015 for Rs 50, 100, 110 .total 260 amount recharged. when i make call on 9-6-2015 there is no balance when i call *333 he says that we dont hav any data more then a day.                               Dear Sir/Madam, i have reliance GSM prepaid mob.in which i recharged on rs.68, R-R free on 3/6/15, rs.75 for 9000 free STD n local sec again rs.75 for 9000 free STD n local sec on 4/6/15 same day, then 10 talk time on 5/6/15, then 150 rs main blc on 7/6/15. i have not used all those recharged full but still my blance is deducting from my no. and all the customer care are not responding to filing my complaint. so kindly see my problem. after recharging for all free and STD min. why my main blc is deducting.

                                I am using Reliance Broadband connection. That connection is stopped working on middle of April 2015. I was already informed Reliance Broadband costumer care for that, but still ssue is not resolved yet. But I am getting total outstanding amount Rs.866.65 This is already informed Reliance Broadband on email but they are not accepting fact. I want to reverse this amount as early as possible.                                     I have been using Reliance Datacard since last 5 years...I went to this Reliance Store situated next to Bata Showroom on Arey road. My datacard wasn, t working properly. when asked for the service center they said they don, t know. Two ladies sitting carried tons of attitude on their shoulders. Pls. Reliance try and keep some good educated executives at your stores and not such uneducated executives. Its a request...unfortunately i had to change my service. Now I am happy...

                                      i have a reliance 3 dongle i am using this connection in punjab. suddenly i got problem in my net-connect network. i complained on customer care my complain no is[protected] dated 27 may after 10 day when my problem not resovled i called customer care again then they took another complained no.[protected] dated 7 june. it's been 12 day still i am getting same problem. now they are saying it will take 90-120 days.

                                        I have been using Reliance CDMA mobile from 2004. Recently I am facing issues with coverage and also not getting any good handset for a reasonable price. So, I decided to move to Reliance GSM, but they did not release my number. Again now trying to move to Airtel, still they are troubling me. Please help me to get rid of this stupid guys.

                                        this issue is resolved now. Thanks for forwarding the complaint to Reliance Communications.
                                        It is serious issue with reliance CDMA. I came to know even from Airtel people
                                        I have been using Reliance CDMA mobile from 2004. Recently I am facing
                                        issues with coverage and also not getting any good handset for a
                                        reasonable price. So, I decided to move to Reliance GSM, but they did
                                        not release my number. Again now trying to move to Airtel, still they
