Relaince has been deducting my phone balance regularly. When i call on 198, i get only automated voice response. I have tried calling on 198 many times in a day. But i did not get to talk to any customer representative. If i go to Customer care shop 9km away from my home, they say the server is down. After 2 days they dont refund the balance. What is solution to this problem.

    I have registered too many complains with the customer care service of reliance broadband too many times, but they just keep closing my complain without informing and without doing anything. This keeps happening every time. I have always frequent disconnection of network and and not getting any resolution. I have registered too many complains (total 4 within 7 days, all are closed automatically) and latest complain number is[protected]. I hope reliance take me seriously and resolve this issue. Now the connection has stopped working. Even I have registered the complain with Appellate Authority complain no[protected] and nothing has been done. Please people stop using Reliance Broadband as your Broadband service provider and start using other options like Airtel which are much better than it.

      Hi, On June, 07- 2015 I recharged my Mobile no '[protected]' with Rs. 24 which is type of tariff voucher for STD calls but the same not activated of worked when ever I make a STD calls. On same day I also recharged same no. with Rs. 50, but due to not working/activation of above STD pack my All balance was deducted as normal rate. I dial '198' more than 20 times for register complaints regarding to same but I am unable to connect/talk to any of Customer Care executive via IVR it's always disconnect call after saying ''Our Executive will answer you shortly". I am unable to talk any of 198 executive since 1 month. Now I almost tired from this so please help me asap.

        My name is Ashutosh Sharma I am using reliance GSM phone [protected], from last yesterday network connection is on and off. I cant dial a phone or receive any. I did complaint on Twitter got a caell also but still no resolution provided to me, I cant do any bank transitions because it require netsecure pin and to get netsecure pin via SMS my network services should be running, I am really frustrated with the services of reliance and it is causing me financial loss. I am stuck because of reliance network, please provide me resolution.

              Respected Sir, i am using a reliance from very long preiod of time. but i am sorry to say that the service provided by you now a days is very poor. on 7/6/15 at around 3:00 pm 10rs. is deducted from my no.               my story start from last month when 1st deduction was made by reliance communication. In these regards i have made a complaints SR No.[protected] that was sold. After few days again my balance was deduct by the reliance. I was trying to complaint on 198 but this service was not active on my number, I made the complaint through live chat they have been told me that my balance was deduct because of data charges, but I did not use data on my number. They deny to refund my balance which was near about Rs. 50/-.
              Again I have recharged my number [protected] with Rs. 70/- I got Rs. 80/- today when i trying to make a call its to my surprise the IVR service tell that you have insufficient balance. I tried to call 198 service but its not working as usual. Then I made my complaints through live chat the told me that my deduction was correct because I have used GPRS service on my number. I denied the same that I never used net on my above said number. But they usual they (reliance customer care) don' t agree with my complaints.
              Kindly take appropriate action against my complaints I ll be oblige you.

                I am owner of mobile number "[protected]" which had been ported from airtel to reliance. I am very much frustrated from Reliance Telecom. I am a reliance prepaid consumer. They deducted Rs.180 from my account balance for no reason. I am trying to call them on their costumer care number, but when I reach to talk to the consumer care executive. They simply disconnect the call. They did the same thing before but I ignored at that time. Now please help me because they are looting the money from a common man and not receiving the call after that. Also, their toll free number *333 or 198 is very complicated.                       Dear Sir/Madam, My reliance mobile number is [protected]. An amount of Rs 49 has been deducted from my reliance GSM no. [protected] as VAS ADPAY GSM on[protected] while I have not activated any such service. I tried to contact their customer care service, but to my surprise they have also blocked my customer service calling facility. This is the second time my money got deducted for this service. In the month of May same amount of money also got deducted from my account. Please look into this issue, deactivate this service and refund my money. Also tell me the reason why my customer care calling facility is blocked.

                        Sir, I have a prepaid no [protected] (Reliance GSM) since 4-5years, on yesterday 07/06/2015 i received a massage on 02.23 pm amount charged for VAS & deducted my balance, when i was not use any VAS from starting, i was call to customer care he said you use r world service but how can it is possible i was not use any VAS from starting on this number. so do the needful.                           I have been using Reliance Broadband withuser ID :[protected] wire line connection since 1 year and i can say that i have been on the receiving end of some pretty service during these years. And my present case seems to clearly highlight the Lazy Attitude, Poor Service And Ignorant behaviour of theirs. The case is my Internet stopped working on 17th May 2015 and lodged a complaint regarding the issue on the same date and today is 8th June 2015 but still my connection is not working . The representatives of the Reliance Broadband kept me in the loop for 10 days by saying that they will rectify it by the next day. The people who look after my local circle i.e. Patparganj Reliance Office with persons like Harmeet, Ashu, Sagar and Anil the technician have irritated me to the core by not giving me proper information about my case and actually by not doing a thing to solve my issue. I want my case to rectified as soon as possible And 100% bill waiver for my next bill. My complaint ID 23314446. Reply ASAP.

                            Dear concerned, I am writing to let you know that I recently expressed my interest in buying a new reliance broadband connection for personal use. I called the broadband service customer care, who confirmed that my area (pin code: 713212) was available for new connections. I then filled an online form at http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wir_contactus.html. I was told that I would be contacted by a reliance sales person within the next 48 hours, who would then come visit me with a new connection. Everything was fine, and I was satisfied, until I realized that the reliance sales person never contacted me. There was no phone call, and no one visited my house. I expressed my concern to the Reliance Broadband Customer Care on at least 7 occassions, who each time guranteed me that I would get a call within 2-3 hours. However, I am still waiting for that call which never came! That being said, I have had a very positive experience with Reliance in the past, and I am sure that you will look into the problem and work to solve the issue. I am really interested in buying the new broadband connection, and I also have a fairly large cyber-cafe near my house who is also looking for a new connection, and is awaiting my opinion on Reliance Broadband to decide whether to buy it. I therefore hope that my complaint will be answered, and that I'll be provided with a new connection soon.                               Till date Reliance not yet resolved this issue. They trying to force for payment any how. Which is not at all accepted from the company like reliance, this the way they are doing business.

                                  Reliance pro 3 net connect - internet could not be connected I am using reliance net connect data card ([protected]). Internet is not getting connected. I get the message "The remote computer was terminated and could not respond". Connect failed. The same message is got every time I try to connect. Complaint has been registered on satuday (6-June-2015) complaint ID[protected]; Since I did not get get any call from your technical team about the issue ( executive said you will receive a call within 24 hrs), I had to give another complaint for the same problem(complaint ID[protected]. If the problem is not resolved by today evening(8th June, 2015), then I have to escalate the issue or stop using reliance data card further..                                     [protected] - Landline connection hasn't been provided yet, and they are demanding bill payment. Took a broadband connection as well, which is dead since day - 1. They gave me a second/third hand modem for that. Don't know where this company is going.

I am using 799 plan in which i get 10000 std minutes for reliance to reliance no for 28 days. but this plan is not working and i am unable to call on any std reliance no.                                         Dear concerned, I am writing to let you know that I recently expressed my interest in buying a new reliance broadband connection for personal use. I called the broadband service customer care, who confirmed that my area (pin code: 713212) was available for new connections. I then filled an online form at http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wir_contactus.html. I was told that I would be contacted by a reliance sales person within the next 48 hours, who would then come visit me with a new connection. Everything was fine, and I was satisfied, until I realized that the reliance sales person never contacted me. There was no phone call, and no one visited my house. I expressed my concern to the Reliance Broadband Customer Care on at least 7 occassions, who each time guranteed me that I would get a call within 2-3 hours. However, I am still waiting for that call which never came! That being said, I have had a very positive experience with Reliance in the past, and I am sure that you will look into the problem and work to solve the issue. I am really interested in buying the new broadband connection, and I also have a fairly large cyber-cafe near my house who is also looking for a new connection, and is awaiting my opinion on Reliance Broadband to decide whether to buy it. I therefore hope that my complaint will be answered, and that I'll be provided with a new connection soon.
