Dear Sir, I have taken 5 telephone connections with the broadband on April 9th, Since I took the conncection till today telephones never worked and broadband never functioned well, it works for 5 minutes and then disconnected for long hours. Even though it is working, speed is not there and stuck always. We have raised the complaint several times on phone to your customer care, the operation Manager directly but there was no result. Most of the times your Manager doesnt attend the mobile, ([protected]). We have asked your people, we are not satisfied with service and connections so please disconnect all the lines with the 5 lines. Nobody turn to our site, Telephones never worked since they install and we are not at all satisfied with the internet connection. Please discontinue the service with immediate effect. We dont need your entire service. [protected]

        Dear sir/mam, i had recharged worth rs. 19 from reliance communication website and you can see still it shows the call rates against this recharge but i am facing extra call charges even after the recharge. When i talked to customer care executive he told me that this plan does not exit anymore but still the website is showing this. These reliance communications are just like rogues and befooling customers by showing something on their webpage and acting something else. Pls direct them to put my number on original call rates as i was unaware of the hike in call rates.

              I hv ported my number-[protected] from idea to reliance 10 days back. My number has been ported bt its nt in operation. Though I hv done all the process required by reliance bt no avail. My number is temporarily out of service since 05/06/15. U can imagine my suffering due to ur negligence. I m going to file a harassment case against u. Worst service provider u r. Shame on u. Either start my number or port back to idea.

                Reliance Pro 3 Network issues - Worst service I had purchased Reliance Pro 3 and they promised to give a good speed. But we have never seen better speed. All the work goes on hold just because of this worst service. This is the worst network ever used. Reliance is worst network and would request you never ever buy products from reliance (Biggest Chor Company) They just pull in the customers and then fool them. Reliance just wants to gather money (to gift wife and children expensive gifts) from us and we get fools with their false commitments. We even logged complaints but they were of no use as they commit us to solve the issue but it is never done. Data Card No :[protected] We bought this product from Jitubhai (Reliance Web Gorai) [protected] and still get no help from him even after complaining n number of times. I hope this reaches their officials and take strict actions to improve their services. I am also willing to take back my complaint if they seriously work upon this and get this resolved. As per the telephonic conversation with prashant in customer care it was discussed that you are going to replace the defected piece. But your dealer Mr Yogesh (Phone care services pvt limited) was asking for money to get it solved. Why they hell should i pay more money for the defected piece. The service is getting worsed day by day. I am grading reliance as the worst company and its products as very cheap. I am really shocked to see that how easily you closed the complain without even asking back to us. We still are unsatisfied with your service. By writing this complain, I am taking my whole time to help all those who may become prey to your fake services of reliance pro 3. I would also like to mention one incident while talking to their customer care. His name was Firoz and when asked for issue resolution he asked me to stay on line and they went away, He made me stay there for approx 45 minutes and with all lost hopes I had to hang off. Really worst customer care. Please read all things before buying any reliance products. I have made a mistake to choose reliance.                     Dear sir, i am Poonam Malviya using Reliance network with mobile no-[protected] since last 4yr previously it was prepaid no. and on from 25th of may my services got convert into post paid but from 25th may till now i have used this post paid no. for 2 days only because of verification person's wrong feedback. on first verification nobody came, and put false remark on portal. after my complaint the person has come on 3rd of June asked for document we have shown his original cheque book of Mr. sanjay with photo copy of other document which were available at home at that time then he asked to come on 4th June to see original but not came and put wrong remark again. after my 2nd complaint he came on 5th, then Mr. sanjay were present at home and he had shown all original document which we have submitted after he came out from site a call came to us from a land line no.-[protected], then a person on other side asked Mr sanjay to show his bank statement online in next visit. if he wants to see online statement why didn't he asked at same time why phone call came after his visit? is it possible for every working person to available at home every time? then again put a wrong remark on portal. my phone in nighter prepaid nor postpaid now. my incoming and outgoing both are blocked now. with the worst experience i am suffering as a old reliance customer. please solve this as soon as possible eals convert it in prepaid. eals i am no more interested with reliance. thanking you Poonam malviya ph-[protected]

                      I have got 149rs Reliance to Reliance plan from retention team but when i have received the bill the charges were there under the bill i have complaint on customer care but no one helped i dropped a mail to Mr. Ambani after that the waiver was done was just of 89rs which is not at all correct now i am doing the mail on the same id's but no response is there from any member of reliance communication

I have visited the Reliance Mobile store and paid all the bills and paid extra money for converion time, submitted all the required documents and spoke to the retention team from store phone took request id "[protected]" and they told me it will be converted within 3 working days. But is has been more than 7 working still no progress. I have called the customercare atleast 100 times but no action taken, also visited the store they say to check with customer care. Please terminate my connection immedialy or convert it into prepaid.                               hi, here i wanna address an issue regarding the Reliance net connect. i paid my bill of 336 rupees towards Reliance net connect of my number [protected], through paytm wallet first. the result is that the payment is failed, but as per paytm transactions they are saying that they have refunded to my icici account, but not refunded. at the same time i have paid the bill through mobikwik wallet, the money is deducted and i didn't get any confirmation from the reliance net connect whether the payment is successful or not. so, please respond to this compliant and help me inthis regard.                                   My Subscriber ID is :[protected]. I had paid for the below connection on 15th May 2015 and after follow up and escalations my connection was installed on 27th May 2015, however it did not work due to some technical problem. I have been calling the local sales and technical teams since 27th May and I registered my complaint at the customer care as well, however my internet connection is still not working. Kindly assist in getting the issue fixed or help me in getting my money back as it seems like this connection will never work.

                                    In my reliance gsm number [protected] sms service is not working. I have already complaint number of times to customer care and also reliance Web store. I am planning to send complaint to nodal officer and if it still doesn't get resolved will certainly reach to consumer court.

                                      In my mobile I am unable to send sums, my reliance prepaid gsm number is [protected]. I have called customer care several times and visited Webstore as well but no luck. I have some other tasks so unable to do more follow ups but in worst situation will certainly go to consumer court as well as will first escalate to nodal officer before approaching court. Want to retain my number else wouldn't have worried a out it. Regards, Ashish Nayyar

                                        My number [protected] Last 3 June 2015 I am recharge 175 2g internet validity 28 days Second I am recharge 97 3g internet validity 30 days This recharge after my 2g internet validity only one day show So I am calling reliance 198 customer calling Customer care make my completed say 3 day solved my problem So 3 day customer send message updates your number So next day lose my 175 rupees And very sad for reliance service
