One day a Reliance agent came to my office for some sale purpose, he offered me a good plan to move from tatadocmo to reliance, somehow I convinced by his offer, I gave him my voter id card of haryana because my permanent address is in haryana so for obvious he asked for the local address, I told him that I am living on rent here and I recently moved to a new address in mohali, then he said please give your previous tatadocomo bill, I told him that the address on that bill is not where I m living now but he didn't pay attention to this (as he is in hurry to make his sale) after a one day number activated successfully, but after one day I got a message that my outgoing is barred due to negative address verification,
I called that agent and asked him about it, he told me that this is my mistake, then I said ok sorry for that now what, he said give me your document again for re-verification, so I did the same and gave him current address proof, verification gonne negative again, and this happens three times in a row and I am struggling to contact him now, I gave him whatever document he asked, now my situation become worst, I stuck in between cant go anywhere, my business is suffering due to this, my incoming and outgoing both are barred, now I am looking the way to consumer court, and I have all proof of that whole process, I made a huge mistake by trusting Reliance .
