    Dera Sir/Mam, I am Devendra yadav my Reliance GCM mob.- [protected].I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 250/- and got 250/- as balanced but after some while i had checked my account balanced it was RS. 66 (03- Jun-2015) means to say Rs. 184/- has been detected by reliance without doing any call, SMS and internet. And while i called at there call center they told me balanced has been detected due to GPRS uses but i have remaining 3 MB data Uses of last recharge.       Hi, My Reliance Netconnect number is: [protected] In the month of december 2014 I decided to change my Reliance Netconnect postpaid plan for 299 where I can use upto 2mbs and If i exceed the usage by bill will be capped for the payment of 799 and then the usage will be unlimited ( For which I have a proof of E chat conversation with the agent). Relaince agent activated incorrect plan for me which was for 3600 advance rental plan and then after a month I am requested to pay 3600 as a advance rental plan. I waited for almost 5 months for the reliance team to change my bill as I dont wanted to cancellation of connection. Everytime time the Reliance person on call will promise to check with the billing team and revert but this did not happen and bill was never changed. For my loyalty towards Reliance they filled a case against me in civil court and which I got to know today. Today I got a call from Priyanka who is demanding me to pay the bill by 4 0 clock if not she will put my name in black list as I did not raise a cancellation when I was only asking for the bill change from Reliance. Terrible response from the Reliance company and the civil court advisor Priyanka to blame a loyal customer of Reliance for not making the payment. I will take this higher and post this everywhere in Social Media for cheating me and will make everyone aware of the service given by Reliance.

For he taken rs 300 and provided me the acknowledgement and told me I will give u a Sim on second day ., but after four days still he has not provided the Sim, not submitted the money, not communicated to me as well as not recd. My call. It hampers reliance repo as well as service and serving as well.                   I am using a Reliance Net connect post paid - [protected] for the last three/ four years. Even though full range is there, the speed is very low. Hence I am unable to access the internet/ download any data by using this USB net connect of reliance. It even takes 20 minutes to open an e-mail. The complaints to customer care has also shown no result, as they never rectified the issue. It is grateful to inform that Reliance is good enough in taking only the monthly post paid bill of this usb net connect, as they not even attend my repeated complaints. My contact no is [protected]

                        Dear Team, My 3G plans for number [protected] are not working in Kolkata circle for the last 3months.It has been several times that I have called the Customer Care Services they told there has been a technical issue and this technical issue is continuing for months I want to say how come is the technical issue that you cant solve it for months.I am paying the price of 3G plans, I want a smoother service, only in Kolkata circle my 3G plans do not work, it works for other places like Durgapur.                           I have purchased a wipod in 3000 rupees, numbered [protected]. As per the information by the executive it should be free for three months and then after 999 per month. I had confirmed the same with one of the Reliance executive during welcome call received on 22nd May. But Now I received a bill of 289 rupees, and when I tried communicating with the sales person they are saying pay the bill as it is in the monthly plan not in the ARP plan.                           I have purchased relaince wipod for 1200 in the month of september. they took nearly 10 days to activate. for the first four days the speed came around 50-100kbs. i was shocked that they said 14.5 mb speed which is equal to 14500kb but am not even getting 100kb . after 5 days the issue started the speed not even reaching 10kb. i had no idea raised several complaints. somedays even it wont connect but it rarely connects and am now getting rarely the speed of 35kb.. at maximum. i totally frustated . recently i raised 2 more complaints regarding no network and speed but still there is no response . my relaince id no-[protected]. thought of filing case in the court. its totally fraud company cheating people money. i will wait for 2 more days and thought of filing case .

                                I lost my Reliance data card. Requested for disconnecting my reliance data card No. [protected], postpaid. Talking to customer service executive, they are not raising request id for termination and asking to visit near by store. Visited near by store, they are asking request id generated by customer service executive to execute my request. They are simply playing with genuine consumers who want to complete termination procedure properly. I paid the amount Rs. 1120 (latest outstanding amount) and requested again. But, same way they are teasing the customer. This episode consumed my important work hours in office and created lot of frustration on Brand Reliance. I am paying the bill for my lost card.                                     My reliance CDMA ( netconnect+) no.is [protected]. I am facing network issue from last one month. I have lodged complaint(No.[protected] with customer care on 6 April and continuously following that complaint with appeleate authority too. Till date they are saying that they are working on my complaint. From last one month I am not able to use my reliance broadband+ for which I have already paid. Today is last date of the validity period of the data usage.Today when I contacted customer care they say that you do recharge today itself for carry forward of your remaining unused data. I ask them already you take one month to resolve my complaint and know u suggested me to do one more recharge and again money stucks with you. When I ask them what about my last recharge amount and the remaining internet data which I don't able to use because of network issue they didn't reply on it and refuses to compensate.                                       My mother uses the number [protected]. She was travelling from 2nd May 2015 to 22nd May 2015. I activated national roaming and called the customer care to activate the roaming pack of 75 (on 2nd May). They confirmed activation on phone but never activated it!!! However, when I receive the bill all the incoming calls are charged when on roaming. I called to deactivate the roaming pack on 22nd May. Rather they activated it now!!! On followup on the email, I only get the reply that the bill is correct and that roaming pack is applied in the next bill. Concern 1: Why was the roaming pack was not activated? Why is such activation not intimated through SMS/email or visible on the user account? Concern 2: Why was the pack activated when the request was to deactivate it?

                                        Hello Sir/Ma'am One day a Reliance agent came to my office for some sale purpose, he offered me a good plan to move from tatadocmo to reliance, somehow I convinced by his offer, I gave him my voter id card of haryana because my permanent address is in haryana so for obvious he asked for the local address, I told him that I am living on rent here and I recently moved to a new address in mohali, then he said please give your previous tatadocomo bill, I told him that the address on that bill is not where I m living now but he didn't pay attention to this (as he is in hurry to make his sale) after a one day number activated successfully, but after one day I got a message that my outgoing is barred due to negative address verification, I called that agent and asked him about it, he told me that this is my mistake, then I said ok sorry for that now what, he said give me your document again for re-verification, so I did the same and gave him current address proof, verification gonne negative again, and this happens three times in a row and I am struggling to contact him now, I gave him whatever document he asked, now my situation become worst, I stuck in between cant go anywhere, my business is suffering due to this, my incoming and outgoing both are barred, now I am looking the way to consumer court, and I have all proof of that whole process, I made a huge mistake by trusting Reliance . Please help if anybody can. My barred No. is[protected] My alternate no. is [protected]
