mobile no: [protected] I'm Ahamed from Karaikal (puducherry) and I have reliance GSM above said number and his service is so bad (mainly tower problum), so for I want change my port and asked them my port number they did't give me each and every time when I had try my mobile SMS option I had recived v.ugly replay from there that's "The mobile number mentioned in port request does not match the mobile number from which request has been sent". Therefore. look in to the matter and try to get my port number at your earliest. My best of knowledge reliance always cheated people like this.

    I am having a Broadband+ USB Modem no. [protected].But I am not getting the speed as promised for, for last one month I am complaing but I didn't get any response nither They are solving my problem.After several complains([protected] dated 23rd may 2015) I came to know that my Broadband connection has been disconnected and they are tring to connect but till date it has not been connected.I even mail to concern authority but in vain, till today I didnot get any responce.I have already recharge of Rs 3001/- Which should get me 1 GB data for every month but I am not able to use it due to their connection problem. Please took this matter and solve it at the earliest.

      Dear sir With due respect i would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that due to high bill i have visited to reliance outlet and asked them to close our connection, they advised us to call 198 but we call them several time to close the account they does't take care, again we send mail with our registered id on dated 19 may, they (Reliance) does't reply, where as we have paid all the bill. Again we mail on 27th may with warning if they not close we shall go to consumer court, but they don't listen any. Again we have apply for MNP but they misguide us, so therefore you are requested to take a necessary step regarding the same, we do hope you will do needful.         I have bought are reliance wi-pod and using it in Bangalore, the maximum speed that I could get is mentioned as 14.7 MBPS, but I am getting only very less speed in range of 0.4 MBPS - 1.2 MBPS. I have contacted customer care regarding this, but the solution given by them is not useful. So I have posted about this issue in twitter, and the reliance technical team from Mumbai contacted me. The person who spoke with me was a lady and she was too harsh in her replies. She says though we mention it as 14.7 MBPS, the customers will get only 1MBPS which the average speed, if the customer is getting 1MBPS he/she should be happy with it. When asked why it has been promised to give 14.7 MBPS, she says we can't help it and that is a marketing strategy. So this is absolutely cheating people, I have past bitter experiences with Reliance. I didn't know that Reliance is such a cheating organisation. So I highly recommend who so ever reading this please, don't buy reliance data card or wi-pod. I lost my money which I paid to buy this and my monthly rentals are also been wasted.

              Dear Sir, I have a reliance GSM connection ([protected]) i purchase this number last 5 month back at the time of activation of my number i receive a vitrifaction call from reliance customer care and my cell number is working i only use this number for data connection. Last three days back (26th May 2015) My connection is block (Deactivated) with out any intimation on Saturday i was go to reliance store Sector-15 Noida he told me you was not receive a call from reliance customer care thats why your number is block by reliance i ask to executive why reliance customer care call me i already verify my all the details at the time of purchase of this number and on Saturday morning i recharge 177 Data recharge 3G pack.                 i have taken reliance broadband connection in pune about 2 weeks back. the cosumer id is[protected]. the connection worked fine for few days. but after a few days, problems started coming. it used to be down for few hours. but for past one week it has completely stopped working. i launched a complaint on 29/5/2015 with the complaint id[protected]. they said they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs, but nothing happenned. again i called on 30/5/15 and they again said a technician will visit in 24 hrs but nothing happenned, nobody called or visited my home. i waited for 2 days and now my patience is over. i have called again on 1/6/15 and the grievance id is[protected]. they are saying the as usual senteces that ur compliant is being closed without processing. Dear reliance members, i[censored] can’t give satisfactory service, why don’t u close down ur shops?? i once again request please resolve my problem within 24 hrs, else i ll be forced to take complaint to higher levels regarding your lethargy and pathetic grievance redressal system.my contact number is [protected].

                        I Have a netconnect + dongle bearing number [protected]. I have charged the dongle with the plan which I get 1 GB per month for life time. But Now the dongle does not connect in HSD mode. Already I talked to the officers twice. But still today they have not rectified that issue. It gets connected in 1X mode.                                 I am getting harassed by your employees who spoke to me in bad languages and attitudes and I am being given misleading falsifying statements since when I started using your service. None of their customer support employees tell their name or give technical support when I call them. They already cost me thousands of money due to their pathetic services. I am furious now on this matter and would like you to look in to this matter seriously before I proceed legally. Every month I am being charged more than Rs. 100 for unknown issues and though my previous issues were never solved. I was promised many things by your salesman at the time of booking but all seems fake and misleading. Iam using BIG TV from 2008.My set top box number is[protected].My recent one year pack ends on 9/6/2015.I have been requesting BIG TV for HD SETUP BOX from JAN 2015 THROUGH CC.But you people are telling all stories except providing be with a HD SETUP box.                                     Five times over the last month I have had balance deductions from my Reliance Prepaid sim card. Four out of these forceful charges were for "Value Added Services" to which I have been never subscribed, suffering a deduction of Rs.5 on each instance. The other time I was charged with Rs.1.50 for sending a SMS I never sent. Pertaining to these unethical and annoying practices from Reliance, I have had to call the customer care each time begging for my own money and complaining about these activities so that they do not happen again. Taking us customers for granted, though I have been refunded with the specific amount each time these swindling practices have not ceased from Reliance. Tired of this aggravated burglary, I have turned to the INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM to echo my complaints to the companys' head authorities, to oblige us taken-for-granted costumers and come to terms with this duping business and resolve such issues.

                                      I have been using Reliance internet services for more than one year. From past 2 weeks, i am getting problem of frequent disconnection, every 15 mins, the internet goes down for 30-35 seconds and starts working again.I wish my issue will be resolved as no proper solution is provided to date.                                         Customer ID[protected] My internet connection is not working from 24th may night onwards. Made complaints on 25, 26, 27, 28 but they close the complaints without repairing the connection. When I made service termination request on 28 night they said they will call back in 2 days and confirm it. Its 31 now, 3 days, and no call. When I again call the customer care some arrogant lady pick up the phone and told me that my no was not reachable. When I asked about the number they called me on she gave me some random phone no. When I told her that this is not my phone number, she said this time we will call on this number in 2 days. In short they are just stretching the number of days to charge more from the customer. I have this connection some 12 days ago and this is how they provide service. Their technician even charged me 200 Rs extra while installation saying company provide only a fixed length of wire which he didn't told me while collecting cheque for the new connection. It seems reliance made it their business to give new connections to have installation amount and then if some problem occurs they did not repair it especially if it is prepaid customer like me. Shame on you Reliance communication. Have some morals.
