Operator - Reliance Communication Service - Data service - Reliance Netconnect. Card Number[protected] Termination Request number[protected],[protected] Issue - Even after raising termination request twice for disconnecting the service, they still keeping the connection active and bill getting generated Desired resolution - Permanent termination of connection. No more bills to be send to my mailid. Complaint in detail Took reliance netconnect data card from Accenture office at Divyasree tech park at White field on mid of February 2015. The data card provided initially was faulty and we were not able to connect to internet. We returned the card next day and waited for almost 20 days in getting the new datacard. Bill was send for monthly usage and we requested complaint[protected] for a waver through the agent in Accenture( Request numbers - [protected], [protected]). These request were raised for 2 months of due to faulty card.We recieved bills for both months and expected the waver to happen and even after calling the customer service also waver was not granted. So we remitted all the pending amount and raised request for termination of the data card on 9th May[protected].Next day i got a call from Reliance back end team for activating a 2GB offer for 3 months. I said i am not interested in any plans and told to cancel the connection. Later on May 14th when i called the customer service, again they told the card is still in active status and 2GB plan is activated. I was shocked on hearing this. I never confirmed them on new data plan.Without my permission they have activated it. Again on 14th May i raised another request for termination[protected].And yesterday when i called them, they told that they called me back on 16th on which I agreed on activating the same 2GB plan, as they have convinced me in resolving the network issue which i was facing. A clear fabricated story.I never got any call for like that.Now when i call the customer service, they are not connecting to the next level for raising termination request.Keeping my phone on hold for 30 mins and disconnecting . I tried 3 -4 times in vain. I DON'T WANT RELIANCE SERVICE ANYMORE HELP ME OUT IN CLEARING THIS ISSUE .

    Internet pack of Rs.98/- activated without my consent since 14.06.2014 to 22.01.2015. I had called up on 22.01.2014 to deactivate the pack and pass the waiver but it had not been done. Again from 08.04.2015 internet pack of Rs.125/- has been activated i called up again on 24.05.2015 to deavtivate and pass the waiver. But only Rs.140/- has been deducted. The customer care is useless and giving an easy answer that they cant do anything of the previous errors and only one month ka waiver can be given.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I am still waiting for your reply in my case as i had mention that the Benefit of Plan 79 not Provided to customer (Ranjit [protected]) twice one on 22.05.2015 again 26.05.2015. In this case i had tried to connected to 198, *333 and toll free number along with Appeal Cell but no satisfactory action taken from your side. From few days call came form (RIM[protected] they give a complaint number and ask me give time for 2 days for settlement and further without any discussion or provide benefit they automatically close such complaint Number and told that the Benefit has been provided to you. But in original from 22.05.2015 no any benefit provided to me. If you provide me any benefit they why i again recharge on dated 29.05.2015 with Rs.69 (all local std call @30 Paisa Per minute).This is the proof that No any benefit provided till 29.05.2015. One option i had given to you in my earlier mail that please refund my money 79+79. but form your side i am totally disappointed and worry about such worst service this is totally deficiency in service and cover under Consumer Protection Act 1982 in which in case of deficiency of service aggrieved person may complaint under Consumer Forum. I am very serious about such matter from 22.05.2015 till today. Therefore you are requested to take necessary action refund Rs. 79+79 in my account. Thanks CS Ranjit Gupta [protected] New Delhi

          Before 2 month Reliance Internet not work properly, Many time i submitted complaint but they did not responded my problem. 29.05.2015 Reliance customer Service Registered my complain (Complain No.[protected] M.No- [protected]) & told me after 3 days my problem will be resolved but still now i faces that's problem.

            Network are not available from 2days.               Honorable sir, This is to inform you that a mobile tower is installed near my house in my houseat DOOR NO.70-2-170/4, Ramanayya Pet, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh- 533003. It is emitting hazardous EM radiations which is causing irritation, inflammation and itching on the skin. Researchers claim in their report that mobile tower radiation could lead to brain cancer, brain tumor. Regular usage of mobile phones could also lead to neurological disorder or disturbance. One of my street member could take and fixed one mobile tower on his land, he PNG know how it will affect human health and street members said to that person about mobile tower radiation and it impact on human health. He is not taking it seriously. We thought he is a careless person. So please remove that mobile tower from residential area. We request you to look into the matter and take immediate action.                         This email is regarding incorrect termination of my services on 01-Jun-2015. Mentioned below is the chronological order of this issue: • I had initially raised a termination request last year in the month of Dec-14 because of an outage in Pune-Kondhwa area which lasted for two months. • The Retention team called me and I had mentioned to the representative that the only reason I raised a termination request was because my internet connection would stop working 2 to 3 times every month, That day the call ended with me specifically telling the representative that DO NOT DISCONNECT MY SERVICES and I will pay my pending amount and continue with the services. • I started using the services again after that call and made my payments. • On 30th May my connection stopped working again and I had raised a ticket by calling the technical support team • Today when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor Vaibhav informed me that my services have been Terminated and that this was confirmed by the retention team on 22nd May. First of all when I had clearly mention to the retention team that I want to continue with my services, so why was this termination request still in process ? Second if I so wanted my services to get disconnected why would I even make my payments yesterday of INR 840. (Transaction ref #[protected] Third I have not received even a single call from anyone from the retention team and I did not ask anyone to cancel my services as it was mentioned in my account details. I need my account to get activated right away and I will not pay a single rupee for this fault of yours. This clearly indicates how inefficient you retention team to not understand what the customer really wanted. Please reply to all in this email. Regards, Shahzad Khan [protected]

                        In fact i have received an email from Reliance Broadband( email id: [protected]@relianceada.com) who have not even bothered to READ my email becasue my email clearly states that my service were TERMINATED without my approval also i have clearly mentioned to the RETENTION TEAM ( DO NOT DISCONNECT MY SERVICES) when they had called in the month of APRIL they have only responded by writing this:


                        "As checked in the system your service has been cancelled from our end on 01.06.2015. "

                        Please do not write unless my services are activated, if you cannot do that please give me the direct link to OMBUDS of Reliance Communications.

                            I have experienced the worst service ever in my life. From 30 days of a month, I hardly use 10 days of my internet. And when I am going to ask for the waiver company says that your net should keep shut down upto 72hrs continously for waiver. They rectify my problem after 24 hrs for 10-12 hrs and again i got the same problem and again I need to submit the complain.                               My subscriber id:[protected] My internet stopped working since 11th May, 2015 due to login issues. I have raised many complaints, they say it will be resolved in 24hrs but there is no solution for the same. After repeated failures, I requested to terminate the services on 20th May, 2015. I was supposed to receive confirmation call in next 48 hours but I didn't hear anything from them. I have been calling repeatedly but there is no solution to the same. It is being difficult to get in contact and resolve the matter majorly because a) Its nearly impossible to talk to customer care guys b) When you ask turnaround time, straight forward answer is within 24 hours c) After 24 hrs, our RIT team is working and will arrange a call back d) There is no call back from them e) They have no piece of information and act as handicapped. f) They do not provide any alternate contact point g) Their records are not updated and not sure of where there offices are located. h) They assume if people don't chase them, complain is resolved. It is a terrible experience and being difficult to get out of it

                                I have one GSM prepaid number, Ahmedabad Gujarat. Before two months ago, I requested for first time extra charges cutting complaint as i was getting this problem from one month before of this complaint but i ignored now this time it was enough, in the response of this complaint i didn't get any solution then i make one more complaint and the result was, they paid me extra charges amount with some extra offers to me, i appreciated for this. Offer was 30 paisa/min call charges and night calls (11PM to 6AM) free for six months for all over india, my call charges rate became according to service but night calling, they didn't provide me any service and when i call them at toll free number to customer care they said that yeah you have 6 months of night calling free but we don't know why it is not activating, i am new here i don't know( answers). When i asked to them to transfer call to your senior they put me on hold for a long time and cut call after hold, Just reddiculous. After all this process happens three to four time now it seems that they blocked my number or else i don't know they never respond to my number and suffering from bad service by RELIANCE.

                                  I have purchased and activated Reliance 3 yesterday -06/1, since purchase it is not working. Showing full range but speed send/receive speed -0-0 and I am bit frustrated with this as I have received faulty device. I have submitted complaint[protected] for the same but as of now nothing has happened. Because of this Issue I am losing my lot of important work. If reliance really take care the customer and need business, can somebody check this Issue on critical priority otherwise I will throw this card in garbage and purchase another.

                                  I believe Reliance is making fool to the peoples, they onlysale the garbage products and not care about the after sales service.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
                                  If you purchase the reliance Internet then I am sure youwould have done biggest mistake which cannot recovered.
                                  Now it’s 3 days I have purchase reliance Internet dongle and theday I have purchased I have put written complaints but the Reliance doesn’t shownmortality to resolve this Issue. I have been told Issue will be resolved in 3days but that is just a process to pass time. They don’t take care or giveimportance to any other’s work.
                                  I have taken several follow ups but no use; their pathetic customerservice doesn’t know how to tackle Issues. And they don’t have proper mechanism to resolve the issue as they don’twant to provide any service.
                                  I would suggest if anybody is planning to purchase theinternet then even don’t look for reliance as option as it brings pain andfrustration.
                                  After reading this feedback also I am not sure whether relianceguys will show any humanity to resolve this Issue. If not I will give this newsto local new paper.

                                  I think Reliance Communications doesn’t want to resolve the Issue, they just want to pass the time so that frustrated customer stop following with Reliance Communications as there is no use.In future I will make
                                  sure that I will not purchase any of Reliance Communications product
                                  also I will suggest others not to purchase as Reliance Communications is making
                                  fool to peoples.

                                      till yesterday night my sim was working properly with full network in it, but today morning my reliance gsm sim was turned off, its not showing any network connection, i tried to insert it in other devices also, still no network is been detected in it. i cant understand how suddenly my sim got disconnected. i need to open my sim as soon as possible so please look through my problem. my reliance no.-[protected] other contact no.[protected]

                                        My number is [protected]. Iam thankful to the team that my previous complaint was solved. But that solution was only temporary, today 01-june-2015 again my balance got deducted and automaticaly activated VAS pack without any intimation. As uasual when i spoke to customer executive they replied same like before " system upgradation is going on call us later". Again and again I have to give complain about unnecessary deduction. Iam totally unhappy. I think its better to deactivate this sim and never use reliance in future. Thank you reliance for your service of deducting balance.
