my subscriber id is[protected] i have raised a complaint before 3 days in reliance customer they have said that ur issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but till now no action has been taken my area they have cut the cables also they didnt even consider to fix that i think of switching to another broadband providers

      Respected Authorities, I've a Wireline Broadband connection (4Mbps, Thunder 1099) User ID:[protected]. On 24th May 2015, due to fault in the DP Box, there was no ADSL Link. The problem was resolved on Tuesday, but i'm now getting less than 1Mbps (0.7Mbps). Complaint No.[protected]. Kindly reset my account's allotted speed plan from server end.

      Thank You for you quick response, I don't have an alternate number. My main number attached to my registration form is always available.
      A whole day has passed still no technician hasn't visited from your end. Followed the cable line to the DP Box, was surprised to see the condition of the DP Box, wire & infrastructure of reliance communications. Photos Attached

      After 2 days of good service again the same issue since 5th June 2015. Speed is horrible. Wire condition has gone worse can break any day. Got these replies from you local reliance representatives when asked for wire change. Local Office: "abhi aise hi chala lijiye, jab kuch problem ho toh bata dijiyega, reliance ke paas taar (wire) ki shortage hain" & on DP Box fault: :reliance ke paas new dp boxes hi nai hain, garmi itni pad rahi hain ki apne aap hi theek ho jayega, speed ka issue har jagah par hain".
      Stop giving these senseless & lame excuses my neighbour is getting full speeds on his 2mbps thunder plan from the same DP. How is that possible?

        I have recharged an amount of 225 on 13th May 15, since then daily my account balance has been deducted daily for the VAS charges which I am not aware of. Till date a total of 130 Rs has already been deducted from my account. I have already requested the cust care to deactivate the DND service and not to deduct any amount from my account, still they are deducting the balance unnecessarily which is very very annoying. I want my balance deducted for all the VAS deductions back into my account for my mobile no. [protected]. I am very much fedup now calling to cust care.

          Reliance Last reply from Reliance "Your complaint has been already registered with Service Request ID:[protected] on 22nd May 2015 at 12:38 PM. It would be resolved by 29th May 2015 at 1:00 PM.". Today is 30- May-2015 My problem is not yet resolved. Dear Grahak Sewa Reliance is doing false promises false commitments cheating and mental harassment with the customers. I have lodged my complaint against Reliance communications with 12 different platforms. I have also sent mail to Reliance customer care Reliance nodal officers Reliance appellate authority. I receive same reply every time " We have handed over case to the specific team they are looking this matter ". but they are not resolving my issue. Facts of the case are described below : 1) I have purchased a Reliance Wifi data card No.[protected] post paid connection from Maya communication, B5/59, Shop no. 4 and 5 Sector 4 Rohini, Delhi -85. 2) On 21 st April 2014 i have deposited advance of Rs. 500 Bill no. 2015 . They took nearly 1 week to deliver this data card. 3) Once i have received this data card, It had not been activated / connected. 4) Maya communication has taken back this data card and submitted this data card to service centre. 5) Now I have been visiting maya communication from last 1 month approx 40 times, but they confirmed me that dongle was dead on Arrival situation. 6) Now i want to terminate this connection (which is not yet started actually ) and want my money refund . 7) There is no sense in paying charges of Data card device Rs. 500 as well as monthly rental of Rs.600 when Reliance is not able to provide me services.           My internet connection is not working from 24th may night onwards. Made complaints on 25, 26, 27, 28 but they close the complaints without repairing the connection. When I made service termination request on 28 night they said they will call back in 2 days and confirm it. Its 31 now, 3 days, and no call. When I again call the customer care some arrogant lady pick up the phone and told me that my no was not reachable. When I asked about the number they called me on she gave me some random phone no. When I told her that this is not my phone number, she said this time we will call on this number in 2 days. In short they are just stretching the number of days to charge more from the customer. I have this connection some 12 days ago and this is how they provide service. Their technician even charged me 200 Rs extra while installation saying company provide only a fixed length of wire which he didn't told me while collecting cheque for the new connection. It seems reliance made it their business to give new connections to have installation amount and then if some problem occurs they did not repair it especially if it is prepaid customer like me. Shame on you Reliance communication. Have some morals.

            I have complaint about it no. of times but you didn't take any action. Yesterday again you detected 60 rupees from my account when I was using net ... ya ya ya I know now you would say its bcz of net use but i checked and found that still i had 836MB in my account. If you again delete my account then how can I contact you, now dont say that I should call from any other reliance gsm number... no body has reliance around me...so better to solve my problem rather than excuses.             I already written above in my complaint when you had detected rupee from my account I still had 825MB of data that time. and u still send me the same reply that "Dear Reliance CustomerDATA WAS LAPSRED DUE TO VALIDITY EXPIRE.
            Are you kidding me, , , dude have you read my complaint carefully or not... I had 825MB of data ...

            Instead of giving me such foolish reason that I already mentioned it on my complaint above before your reply...

            You can call me on my same number mentioned above...

            And if you can't give my money back then shut you customer care and have tea and samosa of my money...enjoy

              Reliance Communications is a Big Fraud in the Internet Market- Giving Horrible Services to Prepaid Customers. Hello Sir, My name is Rahul Gupta a reliance netconnect+ customer with datacard number : [protected] Delhi region. Since I had done my last recharge of Rs.797 I am continuously facing problems with my Internet connection . Since it is a 3G connection and i suppose to get 3.1 MBPS speed which is definitely not happening in my case, it's been days I am unable to use my reliance Datacard due to poor or no connectivity most of the time . I have launched complaints regarding the same at reliance customer care, but haven't gotten resolution till date. Details of complaint is as follows : Complaint No.[protected], Complaint No.[protected], Complaint No. 23387176. None of the above complaints got resolved and as a result, I am still unable to use my internet connection. Kindly refund my money because i am facing problem since i did my last recharge of Rs.797 and tried to inform you by launching complaints but didn't get any support. I received a call from the Sales Department of Reliance Communications, one of the employees of Reliance Communications asked me to do more and more recharge instead of solving my internet connectivity and speed related issue. I am still unable to use my prepaid Reliance Netconnect+ connection when i call their customer care number every time they launch new complaint and ask me to call after 4 days. They are simply wasting my time like they wasted my Rs.797. I request you to take strict action against Reliance Communications and ask them to refund my money.. This is the New Complaint Number[protected] they gave it to me now.. This is the proof that Reliance Communications is doing Fraud in the Internet Market. Before doing recharge I called to their customer care number and asked if there is any network related issue in my residential area and they confirmed that there is no network issue in my residential area.. Since i did my recharge i am not able to use that connection.. It repeatedly shows error The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed.. Please take strict action against reliance communications and ask them to refund my money as soon as possible. I want refund of my money that i paid to Reliance Communications against their Garbage Netconnect+ Internet Connection. They are simply wasting & playing with my time and money. First of all there is no support from their technical team till date. Their Customer care team are wasting my time by launching new complaints against same connectivity and speed related issues. This is the New Complaint Number[protected] they provided me to waste my more time. Either Reliance Communications Do not have Technical Team or They are simply wasting my time. I DEMAND My Refund From Reliance Communications against their Poor, Third Class & Worst Netconnect+ Internet Connection Product. Kindly Refund MY Money And STOP WASTING MY TIME.               This is the latest Status of my Reliance Netconnect+ Internet Connection. In fact, now the limit of my patience is getting crossed. Check out in the screen shots the latest condition of my prepaid Internet connection and kindly refund my money back into my bank account as soon as possible. You guys are simply wasting my time and doing nothing you can see in the screen shots that the same problem is there with my Internet connection.
              Now, stop wasting my time and kindly refund my money back, There are many other brands available in the market that actually knows much better the value of customer's hard earned money and valuable time than you do.

              Hello, Attached screen shots are the current status of my Reliance Internet connection, How can you and your technical team lie in the open public forum. I also went to your Reliance store and found that there is no problem with the device and the store manager told me that there is a technical problem with my Internet connection. I immediately contacted your Phone No 198. They could not give any reply. You are requested to send my Account for the month of May, 2015, so that I may understand the deduction you are making from my Account. This time no information is yet made.                       The connection is not working at all even after so many reminder mails and calls.The answer to every call is "your issue will get resolve by today, we have escalated it to higher level"..Can anyone tell me what is the HIGHER level and what services are being offered ??? I even raised many Trouble tickets online and what response i get is "Your service request no :CNM[protected] for Frequent Disconnection is closed If your are still facing the same issue, kindly let us know so that we can book the new FT." The tickets are closed without any solution ! Please help to to either resolve this issue or how to terminate the connection and get the refund back asap as it is hampering my daily activities.                       The broadband is working now.I must say there was no effect of all the mails and phone calls on the customer care number[protected] and email id([protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com ) !! The complaint was taken yesterday through this consumer complaint forum and instant action has been taken .

                        Reliance Mobile No:[protected] got three Bills till date from 14th mar 15 - 144 - relationship no:[protected] for 144 INR[protected] 2nd Bill: 14th April 15 - for 326(Invoice:[protected] 3rd Bill: 14th May[protected]Invoice:[protected] Past two months bill are fruad bills the card was not used at all and the charges were levied like anything i disputed for april bill hence i didnt pay it later i paid after due date of 02nd may so next bill of 14th may they charged 100 rupees as late fee. now I went to gallery today to close this account as on 29th May 2015 and they said I have unbilled ammount of 232 INR which i have already paid in cash One thing is strange to understand here how do i get billed when the card is not used at all the sim card is not in any of the cell phone but still getting bills for no reason this is utter fraud on the part of reliance communcation initiall in the month of march they took 300 INR as deposit and now they are telling they will giv this back only after 90days which is another fraud how do you keep any customers deposit for more than 6 months and not pay him anything additional as interest when you repay and why u have to pay after 90 days of closing the account. and why cant you adjust your unbilled oustnading of 232 (which again i dont how it came to 232) and took cash from me instead.

I had called and complained them on 7th, 9th, 10th regarding the same to help and restore the service as internet was not working. Request details are as below. Request Number Date Time Purpose [protected] May 7, 2015 8:45 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service [protected] May 9, 2015 10:15 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service [protected] May 10, 2015 10:15 AM Internet Service Not working, asked for help to restore Service After repeaded requests to help and restore the service, no response or action was provided from Reliance broadband. So, at the end, I had the request for termination of the Services submitted on 11th May 2015. Request Number Date Time Purpose [protected] May 11, 2015 5:30 AM Disconnect Service as its not working for more than 5 Days After 10-12 days We received a call from Reliance to reconsider if we can continue service, to which we told them services are not at all working, and we want to disconnect the service. After that I have received a Bill for Whole Month of May, for almost whole month service was not even working. Also, we had submitted the request for Disconnection of service on 11th. Now, I had repeatedly communicated with Reliance customer care to correct the bill and charge only for the period when service was available and remove the charges from Bill after I had asked them to disconnect the service. We are not getting any proper response and bill corrected from Reliance broadband and they are asking us to pay complete bill. Please help what we can do in this case, I dont want to pay for the Whole month and willing to pay for the period when service was available. Thanks, Amit

                            I want to buy reliance data so i made a query online on rcom.co.in After few days an agent from reliance called me and said he will come to home give the demo of data card and if it will work then i could purchase. So he came and i tried it and it worked so as requested i paid amount Rs 2200 he gave me Reliance pro 3 data card. It was working for 2 days and from 3rd day it stopped working i called him he said it is under activation and it will start working in 2 hours. But when i checked after 2 hours it was not connecting so i called him back he did not picked up my call and its been 15 days he is not picking up my call. I called him with various number he picks up the call and says it will activate in 2, 3 hours but i never connects and then he does not picks up my call. As per the situation i can say that person came from reliance was a thief that is working in reliance and steeling money. If you say that person was not from reliance then i could confirm that. When i call him an IVR speech says that number i am calling is an reliance agent with his name. I want my money back else i will have to FIR against that person and reliance.                               Dear Sir/Mam, It is to inform you that recently I had a very bad experience in both the reliance store in siliguri, West bengal. My problem was I have got a pre paid connection sim which i have been using since many years bearing number [protected], as the sim was not working showing no regestration network, I have move to the store for a solution but instead of the solution got the answer from the customer executive that I have to convert the prepaid connection to post paid, and also told taht there is no prepaid sim available.                                     I am having a reliance prepaid connection since last 10 years on same number [protected]. I was using non sim based mobile handset. 2 days back on dated 27-May-2015 accidentally my mobile was damage and stopped working. There was no sim card, so I visited Reliance mobile store at Navi Mumbai, Kalamboli, Chanchal telecom. They told you can get your number on a new sim card, but it will require your address proof, identity proof and 2 photos. Which I gave them my adhaar card, pan card, electricity bill copy. But they told they want my old address proofs, which was mentioned in there record. That was my office address, they asked a nationalized bank cheque book copy. My company salary account is in a private bank. I asked them to change address in their record. But they told, they are not having system to change address for prepaid mobile. Then they insisted me to convert my number to postpaid mobile. Though I had no choice, I was ready to convert my number from prepaid to postpaid. That time they did not told me about my remaining balance amount. There was 216 Rs available in my number. They asked me to come after 24 hours. Again I visited there on date 28-May-2015, but my number was not working. They told we initiating your request you can come after 15 minutes. I was there more than 1/2 hour, then they gave me new SIM card, which was not working and told me, it will start working either 1-2 hour or tomorrow morning. Then I asked for my remaining balance amount (216 Rs), they replied it will laps. My requirement was just to port my number on a new sim card. But I am changing my number from prepaid to postpaid, I am loosing my remaining balance amount. Still my number not working after several followup with pathetic Chanchal telecom. Here are my questions to Reliance communication 1. Why you do not have a system to change address for prepaid mobiles? 2. How can some one stay on same place? 3.                                       Reliance number [protected] Sir, Ref. Complaint reg.Reliance GSM Mobile number [protected], Rs.1 and Rs.30 - deduction made on 24/04/15 and 25/04/15- SMS rec. Immediately Complaint made through Reliance stores, Shivaranjani, Ahmed bad whom I showed the SMS. It was assured the amount will be paid back within 24 hours. Reply received from custmer care - As per concerned dept no deduction is made, so - Problem is resolved. I opposed and send the details of SMS. Five correspondences were made. The only changes 4 times Complaint number and admitted ultimately that deduction was for VAS and Caller Tune for which I never sent any consent. They also denied to return the amount back - Why? - Not explained. I was tired because they were rounding me like a bull of a "Ghani". Then I sent them mail - I consider it as a illegal and forceful deduction from your part. Rs.31 is not a matter, I protest your policy and feel pity for this action which can not be expected from a renowned concern like Reliance Communication. But you should assure me no such deduction should be made from my Account in future. Then they replied that they found that Vas is active. and directed the procedure how to stop vas for which I never asked for.. Sir, I find in this page that same complaints are made by others. So I like to mention this case. According to me they should not only refund back Rs.31 to my Account, they should pay a penalty of Rs.1000/, so that such forceful illegal deduction will be stopped..I saved all the correspondences which are the proof how they make a customer a "Bull of a Ghani'. I installed my broadband connection on[protected] but from june 2013 i am facing frequent disconnection, dsl problem etc.i have called so many times to customer care on[protected] but till now i have not got any permanent solution from Reliance Wireline Broadband. i have also send mails to the customer care & appellate authority but every time they reply just one line "we will solve the issue in 24 hrs & on top-priority".i have all the details of compalint made from Jan 2014 uptill now. if Reliance would given me free broadband connection i would have adjusted but because as i am paying the company every month on time its my right to get the service properly.cant the company notice that so many complaints are made from myside they should solve the problem of the coustomer. Reliance Wireline Broadband enginers dont even tell where the problem is.company just keeps on closing my complaints.every month every 3 to 4 days i have to make complaints, should i do my personal work or keep on contacting coustomer care for the broadband problems. if i am paying 765rs every month its my right to get proper service.                                         as i told lets see for how much time the net works so again i am facing frequent disconnection problem.i cant understand why cant u provide Permanent Solution to us.your billing department is very fast we get bills on time but when service comes Reliance is very bad.i hope i get a final solution or else i have to move to a higher authority.
