I never submit documents again at reliance world because i a already 3 times submit new caf with docuumentents in 1 month.
Your service is very dull and not faitfaithful no one can uunderstand the customer problem

    Before 2 days I bought reliance data card pro 3 form Vadodara ellorapark branch but my data card is not working in pc so since last two days i was request to there employ please send to any employee to my home just waking distance form branch but they told that we have no employee for data card so To my knowledge all these rim communication people are frauds they are not given properly service so please help me for that

          My number is Reliance No. [protected], I have surrendered my connection on March 31st in reliance retail store, My service id number is :[protected] and another id is[protected],[protected] and final one is[protected] I have lost my business using reliance netconnection, Which is very poor in network even I have reliance tower in my home near. I made many complaints none of them are taken care, Finally they asked as go to egmore service center, I went there, But they said there is a problem in reliance side, Device is working good. Equally customer care said, there is no connection problem in our side please check with service center. I was totally fed up and already lost my business, Also I had suggested my friends to buy a reliance net connection, But they are also complaining reliance and me requested for the surrender. I did cancellation and call the reliance customer care, Consultant says you have to pay the amount 320 only, There will not be any bill to you hereafter, Even I paid 320 without using the datacard. Now I am getting a bill from reliance and asked me to pay 2058/-, This is totally unfair and unacceptable. So treat this mail as urgent priority and get it voided. This is creating unwanted mental illness, even I am in worried lost my business. Looking for your reply. Thanks Shanmugam

            My internet connection is not working from past 7 days and there is no action from your side even after repeated complaints. I decided to terminate my connection. Also note my bill is due on 29-May-15 and I am not going to pay this bill. See my details below.                 Hello, I have already deactivate my number by paying outstanding amount of Rs1171 on 17/03/2015. They said that your connection will be terminated within 24-48 hours but I received the bill for next month then again I visited and they said some reliance staff visited your place before termination and you said him that you want to continue your service so we didn't deactivated but no one really came why I change my decision when I have requested them to close my account. They said ok we will terminate this month & you don't even have to pay for this bill generated. Now again this month that is may I again received the bill now this time when I called them to ask about it they said we have already told you to lodge a complain in our Patna head office. But I really don't have enough time to visit them then I mailed them & they said me to pay my outstanding amount then they will terminate my services. So please tell me what should I do now.                       Me and my brother from the day we using reliance sim card and services there was continous reducing balance without using any service. its now irritating that every time we recharge our balance and after that day balance start reducing and when we call them then they will give no response, sometimes they return back the amount, but form this contex i also wanna say that when we call then whats the use off it, calling to them also take charge. And not only me my friends also facing these problems. please response on this matter.we are not rich like amabani's people. thank you.

                        Dear Team, This is with reference to my complaint raised on 16th May 2015 - SR No.[protected]. Complaint: ​Submitted Name change papers along with sufficient supporting documents wrt id proofs on 2-May2-15. ​Name to be changed from Abhishek Jain to Priyanka BaidStore - PG CommunicationStore executive - Mr NaveenStore Manager - Was not availableVisited store again on 16-May-2015 and was very rudely informed by the store executive that he needs additional marriage certificate as proof. Do not really understand the concept of silently watching things around for 15 long days in case of additional document requirement. Also, if such document was required, why werent we informed at the forst stage when the documents were submitted. Also, when Legal rent document along with photo id proof and photos were submitted, why do you actually require a document proof. (Had it been a transfer not between a husband and wife, how would you substantiate with other documents). Raised a complaint via call center (SR number reference cited above) - 16-May-2015 Got a complaint resolution message on 18-May-2015 I really dont know what has beenr esolved since the number is still in the same name without any resolution. Is it just that you close your complaints for the sake of it without customer satisfaction?? Received call for bill payment - 23-May-2015 Can get 2 calls per day for bill payment, but no response in case of customer service (Hard fact) Note: Please understand that I was requesting the name transfer because I had to get the bills reimbursed from my Company (It was for official purpose) ​I had just been moved from Hyderabad to Delhi and due to lack of my local id proofs, I had to get the number on my Husband's name. Poor case of service I would say in totality.It has been a compulsion to get only Reliance connection, otherwise would have never run across stores 5 times in a month and called call center regularly for service resolution.                           Ref: Reliance data card connection (MDN # [protected]) (CAF #[protected] 1. Termination request for above mentioned data card has been raised on 7th Feb 2015 under Service Request No.[protected] as I have upgraded to Reliance Pro3 service for higher speed 2. Full and final settlement of above data card connection has been made on 25th Feb 2015 via online 3. But the connection was not disconnected on time and I continued receiving bill payment reminders. Hence I contacted customer care on 20th March to check the status of SR No[protected]. They quoted technical reasons and raised a new termination request (Service Request No.[protected] on the same day i.e. 20th March 2015. 4. Further to this, customer service center has raised one more request (Service Request No.[protected] on 23rd March 2015 for waiving off the pending amount upon my request as I have already made the final settlement. 5. I am trying to contact customer care to know the status of above 3 requests but did not get any response. I am getting pending payment reminders through messages asking me to contact specific person in customer care. I spoke to PATEL(Mobile No: [protected]) and was informed that I can IGNORE the messages and other communications related to pending dues. 6. Current status of data card is in TERMINATED state as per the information I got wide Interaction ID: [protected] on 5th May at 8.50 PM. I got a mail from Reliance Legal instructing me settle the matter out of court. Since I have already made the final payment and I am not receiving any response on above three service requests, I am not willing to accept the Invitation to Conciliation as per provisions of Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 sent by Reliance Legal.                           This issue has been resolved now by Reliance Communications. I was notified by Mr. Bajrang Kadam from Reliance Communications that all bills generated after termination are completely waived off. I believe I will not receive any payment reminders going forward.

                                    Sir, With reference to your bill no[protected] and[protected] these are unvaluable bills that are send from your company . As I had already surrender my postpaid no with relationship no[protected] and my no is [protected] since august 2014 but till now I have received unexpected bills . I have complaint in your said customer care outlet fortune tower Bhubaneswar. But their response doesn't satisfied me. And I had also completed the formalities regarding your postpaid sim surrender but till now my security amount not be refund.

                                      The main complain is i can't call to customer care no.s like 198, *333 and others no. Every time i calling its saying me that roots are busy. My no is [protected] And the 2nd complain I recherged my no. with 95rs. which is a 3G recherge but my phn netwrk is very slow since last 2 days... Plz fix these problems
