Hi, My Broadband Internet connection is not working since last 26 days. Each and every day I am calling everyday to reliance customer care but unable to resolve this issue and also not transferring my call to supervisor. When i have forced to support guys then once or twice they had transferred the call to supervisor and supervisor did the false commitment. They give given the deadline of last Friday and said your net will be working since Friday while it is not happening till now. Now they are saying you can give the request to terminate the connection when I have asked if I will give the request for termination then I will get my installation charges return they told me not. My concern is how my broadband connection issue will resolve. If you answer is, It will not resolve then How I will get my installation charge back. I have worst experience with reliance. Well, they are fraud indeed. I am one of the oldest customers of reliance broadband and I had convinced several of my friends to get reliance broadband, but their service started falling down since 2012. Its getting worse day by day.
Mahesh, dude, I suggest you, you should buy another broadband and forget about the reliance bradband. they are just going to reply you like robots.
Reliance customer care: Your issue will be resolved in next 24 hours.

    My balance, which was Rs 90, was deducted to nil automatically without any information or justification. I found it on 23rd may morning. My number is [protected]. Since then I tried several times calling to customer care but they never be reached. Only computerised voice keeps on coming. Exactly same thing was happened 10 days back where they dedkcted my Rs 111. This time Rs 90. Therefore I reauest you to kindly help remit my balance or give me explanation for deduction.     After posting the complaint here, I got the call of the customer care within next 24 hours. They took cognizance of my compaint and resolved it in next 24 hours. my number got creditted with the amount which was deducted by them. I thank this forum and Reliance for resolving the Issue.

      Dear sir. i am awtar kishan having reliance broadband in my home been a real mess. I hv given all the documents on1st april but they added my connection after two months.besides more than100 calls and several office visits. my connection worked only for one day and then i was blocked. they are telling your bill for two months is pending. I want my all money back with interest of 2 % per months. All the staff members are so iritating dont know how to behave.and even spells abusive words. All the time they say lie and hv different story to tell. i dont want the connection.i want my money back as soon as possible. My username.             After checking the Reliance broadband(wired) plans available in Trinvandrum on Reliance website, I had contacted the Reliance agent named VISHNU (Phn no: [protected]) and he came to my house with the required forms. But this agent mentioned that the installation charge is Rs 799 and not the amount (Rs 599) mentioned on Reliance website. He asked me to provide cheque for the payment and promised to install the broadband connection within a day or two. I had provided him with my ID proof, passport size photograph asnd a cheque of Rs 799. But the next day this person informed me that an additional amount of Rs800 is required for installation (I couldn't understand for what was the purpose of providing cheque of Rs799 earlier as intallation charge). Due to the over charging, I decided to not to proceed with Reliance broadband connection. Hence I asked the agent not to process the connection request and had asked him to returm back the documents and cheque I had given him. Now this person has been playing around for last few days saying that he would return it today and then later he says he submitted it to Reliance office and asked me to collect from there etc. With ultimate frustration I went to Relaince office and reported this issue. The officer at Reliance, contacted this irresponsible agent and asked him to return the documents to me. But till now he is giving vague reasons like he would return it the next day and then when I call him the next day he says he is on leave etc. Such employees are tarnishing the reputation of Reliance. Now I am very much concerned why this person is not returing my Photo, address proof and the cheque. I request that suitable action be taken against this. Being a female I am more concerned about the security of the documents (Photo, address proof etc).

            Well, every complaint has this same reply posted underneath. However, waiting to know how well customer service team would resolve this issue. It would not take weeks or months since my ultimate need is to get back my passport size photograph, address proof and the cheque that I had handed over to the agent. I would definitely confirm in this forum if it happens.
            Reliance cant be relied upon.. No one contacted me from their customer service team and still the irresponsible agent is gone with my documents. No wonder..only FRAUDS can work for these kind of FRAUD companies. I have now decided to file a complaint against them in Police..lets see how long the agent can keep hiding with my documents.

              Reliance Communications is Looting Customers And Nobody is Doing Anything About It. Hello Sir, , My name is Rahul Gupta a reliance netconnect+ customer with datacard number : [protected] Delhi region. Since I had done my last recharge of Rs.797 I am continuously facing problems with my Internet connection . Since it is a 3G connection and i suppose to get 3.1 MBPS speed which is definitely not happening in my case, Its been days i am unable to use my reliance datacard due to poor or no connectivity most of the time . I have launched complaints regarding the same at reliance customer care but didn't got resolution till date. Details of complaint is as follows : Complaint No.[protected] None of the above complaints got resolved and as a result i am still unable to use my internet connection. Kindly refund my money because i am facing problem since i did my last recharge of Rs.797 and tried to inform you by launching complaints but didn't got any support.               Hello Sir, I received a call from Sales Department of Reliance Communications, one of the employee of Reliance Communications asked me to do more and more recharge instead of solving my internet connectivity and speed related issue. I am still unable to use my prepaid Reliance Netconnect+ connection when i call their customer care number every time they launch new complaint and ask me to call after 4 days. They are simply wasting my time like they wasted my Rs.797. I request you to take strict action against Reliance Communications and ask them to refund my money.. This is the New Complaint Number[protected] they gave it to me now.. This is the proof that Reliance Communications is doing Fraud in the Internet Market. Before doing recharge I called to their customer care number and asked if there is any network related issue in my residential area and they confirmed that there is no network issue in my residential area.. Since i did my recharge i am not able to use that connection.. it repeatedly showing error The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed.. Please take strict action against reliance communications and ask them to refund my money as soon as possible.

              Hello Sir, I want refund of my money that i paid to Reliance Communications against their Garbage Netconnect+ Internet Connection. They are simply wasting & playing with my time and money. First of all there is no support from their technical team till date. Their Customer care team are wasting my time by launching new complaints against same connectivity and speed related issues.                 I am unable to send sms from my phone. To activate this, i called customer care and gave a complaint to resolve this. I am calling them every day to get the status but each time they did not gave proper response and the way they respond is rash. They least bothered about customers. Again, we have only one service to give complaints is 198 . If we try to follow the instructions give by ivr and try to contact with support guy, finally ivr give response like, thanks for calling reliance and disconnect the call. What a worst serivce it is. It again waste of time and useless. Pleaese take proper action on this kind services

                  Ialready registerd a complaint reagarding network problem in my locality ( vill -Dularpur, Ps -Punpun, Po-Lakhanpur- Dist-Patna State-Bihar pin -804453) on this siteand my complaint id was 1048390 . But after few days more horrible situation arised we again not receving signal from[protected].Now we are not receving signal for half an hour in a day . We hardly receive signal on roof top I couldnot understand the reason of it becuase when signal comes in CDMA set signal strenth is full but at the same time there is no signal in GSM RELIANCE NUMBER.and some time its reverse situation is created.Another horible things hapeen if there is signal then it goes off fully as soon as power comes or power goes off in my locality and it takes several hour to resume the signal once again. If there is signal in CDMA numer then most of the time signal in GSM number goes off for very few minutes it happen that signal is proper in CDMA as well as in GSM number. Since it is a rural area so power comes and goes off after a little interval of time This situation tales that that problem is not so big but your technical team does mot want to solve it .Since I am the user of both your CDMA and GSM connection and various user of your company in my loacality have lost faith in your company that you will solve this problem because more than 1month had passed and there is no improvement in the situation even it becomes worse for us .Also your 198 representative provide satisfactory answer .They just say it will be resolved soon but from last 1 month there soon does not come.The situation becomes so worse that people in my locality have lost their hope that Reliance will short out this problem.                       I made a payment of Rs 700 against CDMA mobile no. [protected].I paid it through Paytm. Reliance communications says that they are unable to track the payment. Paytm says they checked with Reliance and that the Reliance customer care had provided a reference no. saying that they did receive a payment of 700 rs. However, Reliance has debarred my brother from making calls. They keep calling him fro payment and keep harassing by sending sms as well. I have attached the payment receipt.                         Hi, I am Ravindra Chaudhari, mobile no.-[protected] Reliance GSM service provider. I have recharged of INR 70 on 24/05/2015 at 10:56 am & received message of full talktime. I have made few calls. But today afternoon on 25/05/2015 when I checked balance in my account there is only Rs 0.08. So I wanted to know that how reliance people deducted my money from my account. I have already registered for DND services. So why they deducted my main balance? when i called to 198 nobody is there to register my complain. So please register a case against reliance gsm service provider.

                          HI, This is Prashant. My Reliance Netconnect 2G internet dongle no is : [protected]. Service Terimnation Request ID:[protected] I cancelled this connection 4-5 months back but still iam getting the bill every month. I was getting a call from Reliance care since 4-5 months asking about the reason for cancelling the connection.I told iam not using.iam having another broadband.I told them that bill is getting generated.They told it will be closed but still iam getting the bill. Before 80 rs was coming then last month the bill came around 250.Then it came 920. After going to Reliance Z.R Communications store in Marathahalli, Bangalore also there were no improvements.That service guy wont even bother to respond to my questions and behave rashly. Still i thought its ok and paid the bill and told them to cancel the connection as soon as possible. I got a mail from reliance that connection will be terminated within 7 days . I thought it was closed.But again i got a bill of 562 Rs.Are you people kidding with me or not. Please look into the issue and cancel the connection as soon as possible.I wont pay this bill

                              Here, i am also facing the same issue. I felt like reliance is the worst service in the world and they least bothered about customers.
                              By blocking the sms services, they playing bussines tricks.

                              I am calling from past 1month, support people are not responding properly and they not yet resolved my issue.

                                    Dear Sir, We have purchased Wifi dongle for Reliance Pro 3 from Mr Mohammed (Shri Sai asso, Bhavani Peth, Pune).The plan shown & actual received is far diiferent. Now both the company & the agency sold are not helping to resolve the issue. Following mail is marked to reliance on 25th april 2015, still not resolved the issue they are just saying they will resolve. Mail: The plan told had following features: Unlimited, uncapped internet at 14.7 Mbps (Practically 1-6 Mbps) Rs 3600 for dongle (Pro 3 device)+ 3 months free use After 3 months Rs 999+ ST per month for above data 5 devices connectivity When We used within 2 days we received a sms that my data usage is over & the speed is decreased to 144 kbps.
