I made a payment of Rs 700 against CDMA mobile no. [protected].I paid it through Paytm.
Reliance communications says that they are unable to track the payment. Paytm says they checked
with Reliance and that the Reliance customer care had provided a reference no. saying that they did
receive a payment of 700 rs. However, Reliance has debarred my brother from making calls. They keep calling
him fro payment and keep harassing by sending sms as well. I have attached the payment receipt. Below you
can find the emails I have exchanged with Reliance and Paytm. Please help me in this matter.
The Reliance no. [protected] belongs to my Cousin brother Amanatullah.
