    I have been using reliance number [protected] for last 6 months and didn't faced much issue before this scam happened from company. Sales team from Reliance called me up and offered that you can get a new sim as a privileged customer on paying 100rs. The plan they offered on new number was that Roaming would be free and inter calling on both numbers would be free with no limitations. I confirmed this again from the executive who came at my residence to deliver the sim. Again same thing was confirmed customer care team and they said yes inter calling is free as well as roaming. But when the bill has been raised surprising they have charged all the calls that were made between these two numbers which they claimed were free. Now I had a word with supervisor Atul from Reliance customer care team and he said yes they were suppose to be free but we need additional details such as dealer details and executive name all to file a complaint. I'm not sure where did this dealer and executive came in picture. It was a direct sales call from Reliance and executive was sent at my residential address so how can I confirm these things. When I said this then Mr. Atul simply hang up the call. This is worst service I have ever dealt. I would be further humiliating Reliance brand over all in media and social networking webiste about the fake services they are offering to customers.

      I recharged my reliance prepaid no [protected] by rs198 on 16 may 2015 according to company's 3G data plan and offer. I got 1 Gb 3G data but didn't got the offer data. I was told that the offer will be credited into your account within 3 days. After 3 days there was nothing like this. So I reported a complaint on 20 may 2015 at customer care and the executive said that the problem will be resolved in next one day. I waited for the next day but the result was same. So I tried to call again but I was blocked. So I tried call on 21 may 2015 by another number and the executive told again that the complaint is in queue and also said that it will be resolved within 2 hours. But the problem was same. Next I called customer care on 23 may 2015. But the executives said that it is still in queue. I asked the reason but didn't get the exact reply. Really wrost service by Reliance Communications and mind torture by executives. Avinash kumar [protected]

      Ever wrost and fraud service as well as offers by reliance. I am not going with reliance anymore and will suggest everybody not to go with reliance. Still I didn't get the solution of my problem after 24 days and my data balance's validity is ending after 4 days.

      Such a nice joke by reliance.

        i have purchase reliance datacard with Plan(unlimited -5 GB, post 5GB(144kbps)). at april 2015 i had faced issue while connecting. at the time i called frequently to customer support and ask that the issue. but they dont consider as a complaint because of their internal issue..and i submit the datacard to service center. but they now called me to pay entire amount for data usage without wavering.. i have mentally disappointed with the reliance service and they didnt response to a costomer.

          my reliance datacard number is [protected]. I recharged my datacard with 797 truly unlimited plan on[protected]. i got HSD speed till 10Gb only after that i couldn't connect with HSD mode when tried using hybrid mode i am not getting speed not more than 10Kbps.               Give SCREEN Flash messages and cut Balances, OK switch is a common switch and if something is on screen, then each customer first press OK without reading, because so many customer can’t’ be not read English, they do not know what is this. If PRESS OK the RELINCE CO. CUT Rs.3 and more. And they have so many, This type of cheating. Please CLOSE the same. And no facility of customer care executive on 198 by voice call.

                I am reliance gsm user but often it happens that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care, but no response from there. Two times my balance has been debited. 1st on 22/05/2015 before debit I have about Rs.47 and after debit Rs.26. 2nd on 23/05/2015 Rs. 20 has been debited without any request of service activation

                  I am again writing with regards to the incorrect balance deduction hat was made yesterday on 22nd May. I have 799 unlimited plan and with 30 mins aviabale to call on other network 20 rupees were deducted from the main balance. I called the customer care and reported when 5 rupeees was deducted. Again whole day i faced the balance dedcution issue and reached upto 20 rupees and i had to stop calling. I don't understand whats the use of customer recharging with this pack if he cannot make use of it. On the top your company has severe control issues and follow illegal practices of makinf money. I see you or the higher managers have no control in keeping hold of these issues. hence i will escalate this to the next level. On 19th they charged for some VAS service and got refunded immediately. On 22nd they deducted 20 rupees from the main balance (SR[protected] and i raised this withe floor manager but even he was not convincing he asks me to wait for 24 hours, but whatsthe point if my validity was to expire on 22nd itself and i cannot make calls. Please get curb on the control issues and have the refund proceessed. Rather i should claim higher amount for giving unnecessary trouble to the customers. Regards, Sanket

                    My user id is[protected] . I made a complaint 3 weeks ago at RELIANCE customer support regarding non-functioning of reliance broadband connection. Complaint number :[protected] . I was told the problem will be resolved within 2-3 business days but its now more than 30 days that my connection is not started. Executive in my area (Mr. Manish) is asking me to pay for "cable wire & chai pani " as according to him wire is broken & same is the case with everyone in their hierarchy . CORRUPT RELIANCE EXECUTIVES!! After all efforts, i decided to terminate reliance broadband services (complaint no. is[protected] & to refund my security deposit but after a week, i have no communication from Reliance despite numerous mails & calls to the team of !                         I got a data plan activation request in my non smart phone in which I am using my reliance gsm sim, and suddenly 51 rs has been deducted from my account. I haven't called neither sent any sms to the customer care for such activation. I want my deducted amount back immediately.

My net pack validity is supposed to be till today midnight but reliance gsm deducted my money 55 rs from main balance unethically. its been 3 hours i have been trying to call 198. i have not been given any solution.                               My data card number [protected](now disconnected). For 3.1 Mbps 40 GB, Area Kalyan Dombivli- Lodha Heaven. I was not able to even browse, forget about video streaming, from last 3 and half months. Then I have applied for permanent disconnection on 24/05/2015. They closed the complain without informing me giving technical reasons. I again applied for disconnection on 28/05/2015. I have paid Rs 1599 in excess to them, due to electronic payment through bank. Without using the net for about 3 months, they are applying rentals of Rs 999. At the time of disconnection my Rs 477 is with them. They are clueless from where I ll get my money back. I have also complained to their appellate authority also but they don't feel like replying. Even e mail address of their appellate authority mumbai division is incorrect (spelling mistake or don't know deliberate mistake).I am attaching screen shots for the same. Finally I closed my connection and took Reliance Pro 3, advance rental plan. My number for Pro 3 advanced rental plan is [protected]. Again I have complained for Pro 3 speed issue on 28/04/2015. Till now on 21/05/2015 my complain is not solved (atleast this time till date they have not closed the complain). Here are my tips to all of you based on my experience: 1) Always take a demo at your place before taking connection.(I have to go to their gallery 4 times and personally took the demo person to my home on my own vehicle). 2) Never ask for disconnection, they may promise to solve your long standing problem in 6 hours??? But just promise...Instead ask them to make the connection pre-paid. 3) If your net is not working ask for waiver. If it is not working for more than 3 months, ask for converting to pre-paid, as they don't give waiver for 4th month. 4) Always get the things in writing from their gallery, it ll help you in future. 5) Never go for advanced rental plans, instead go for pre-paid. If speed is good in your area later convert it to post-paid. 6) Try to change your plan/data card number every year, as they give attractive plans for new customers. Hope it helps.

                                Hi, I don't have a complaint against Reliance Communications but against one of their subscriber who has been making lewd calls to my wife for well over a week now. The caller threatens to distribute her number to in order to harass her. I had called him to explain that I will lodge a complaint with the police but it didn't make him stop. I request the Reliance Communication staff to help me in this matter.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam I recharged my mob([protected]) on date 21/05/2015 Rs 36. But I did not get the recharge value. I called the customer care and talke to mrs Nazia . She told me that there was no any recharge offer on Rs 36 in your mobile. Before recharging my mob I checked on *121# and viewed this offer on 21/05/2015. Please do action.                                     Dear Sir, I Sumit Kumar Sinha, Mob no.[protected] is your regular subscriber but fron previous some month i always face a problem because of generate bill amount because of that i contact with your constomer executive usha on 15/04/15 she give me a number on that number i connect with your secreteriat officer Manish Sinha on 15/04/15 at 02:16 p.m by indian time.On that day he accept that "ok sir my company has charged you more amount because your 1 GB DATA PACK is activated on your no. but you have deactive this data pack according to our record but because of some technical problem this pack shows on your no. and because of this you have charged more Rs/-716, which will waived in your next bill amount" and give me refrence ID of Complain [protected].after conversation with your i became satisfied but when new bill comes on my mobile than i socked, there was no any waived amount in this bill than after again i talked with your officer Rakesh Suryamani on dated 08/05/15 at 03:45 p.m by indian time but i again SOCKED he told me there is no any complain mention in our record regarding this so you have to pay all generate bill. Therefor pls check ur details or call convesation recording of given dates and solve it as soon as possible.

                                        They are frauds. I had recharged my reliance sim, but the amount was not credited. Called customer svc and also contacted cutmr svc on I've chat with all the details and paymet ref. Their custmr svc personnel een confirmed the bal in my ac, but still I did not recieve the credit. After trying to contact again, no response. I even have the screen shots of the whole chat. Never trust this company. They get the credit and still do not resolve the issues. Don't know how many lakh subsribers they goof everyday.
