​Hi Team, ​I am facing the issue of network coverage and voice breakage from last 3 month. I had complained this issue to customer but there is no response to my complaint​ till now. Still I am paying full rental every month. Now my concern is if I am paying properly then why I am not getting proper service, please resolve all issues and improvise the services. If not then please wearier for same. Below are Complain/Service request numbers those I made, please look into this. ​Hi Team,

I am facing the issue of network coverage, Voice breakage and call drop problem from last 3 month. I had complained this issue to Customer care and Appellate Authority but there is not positive response to my complaint​ till now. Still I am paying full rental every month.

So please solve our problem provide waiver off all month bills.

[protected] and [protected] of call regarding bill but i was not good coverage area. so i am not listen properly his voice. Regarding subject costumer care executive directly saying bad words (teri behan chod, teri maa ki choot etc.) i am very imbarished that behaviors i have going to port all my no. [protected], and [protected] shortly. please do needfull for service providors Reliance. i am also going to local consumer forum.

I have approach many time to senior operator also but unfruitful 4.         (1)Reliance customer care deducted Rs.42/- from my prepaid mobile balance account(mobile number is [protected]) . i have make call to Reliance customer they replied that they will refund your amount within 24 hour but they still does not refunded into my mobile balance. (2) Reliance customer has very bad habit that they being activated any scheme in my cell number without taking consent from me and deduct money from my cell number in name of activated scheme. it is requested that may kind refund my amount of Rs./42 and do not repeat such bad practice as done earlier.

          I am a really happy customer of Airtel - I use 3200 plan as broadband connection in home from airtel and similarly i was using for my phone but because of RELIANCE, so called truly unlimited plan i left Airtel and ported my phone to Reliance and now I can't even call 70% time there is no Network I can barely use "3G" Internet provided by Reliance Each and every person out there asked me not to port into reliance but the major reason was "Unlimited calling + Unlimited Data + 2 years rental" - According to the plan i am using if i pay 17000 - i don't have t pay anything for next 2 years, nothing for Internet and nothing for Voice and i was ready to do it but now i guess i should find a new service provider who can provide a similar plan or go back to Airtel. Anyone with better plan or tips let me know guys - any service provider in India can offer such a plan with better network connections ? Thanks Aarshit Mittal [protected]

            I'm using Reliance GSM mobile connection. I've around 80 rupees balance in my mobile account but suddenly my account balance became zero today morning. When I contacted customer care they said it was deducted due to mobile net usage. I do not use mobile net and never enabled mobile data but they did not believe me and said they could do nothing. Reliance GSM did this kind of things several times before but when I contacted customer care they refund the deducted amount. This time they blaming me and denying their fault. This is pure fraud by them. I want my balance back. My Number is - [protected]

              My reliance broadband is not working 12 hours a day from the past 10 days. Everyday my reliance connection doesn't work between 7 pm to 7 am. I have lodged numerous complaints with the customer care. The worst part is that they close the complaint without the issue being resolved even when I clearly mentioned not to close the ticket without my confirmation (They give excuse that ticket got auto resolved and they don't even bother to confirm me). The Complaints which I raised are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. One customer care executive (Imran), who raised the complaint number[protected] even lied to me and confirmed me that previous complaint which I opened hasn't been closed. He even opened another ticket and never bothered to give me the complaint id. I also asked him to mention in the previous ticket that I need a reliance technical support after 7 pm. I confirmed from another customer care support that he didn't even mention anything like this in my ticket. He also assured me a technical person will contact me within 24 hours, but its been more than 48 hrs and I am still waiting for the call. Many customer care even mentioned that since the issue is after 7 pm and reliance staff doesn't work after 7 pm they cant send a technical person after 7 pm. Which I feel is an absurd reason as I paid for services which should work 24 hrs and if they cant provide services after 7 pm, why they charged me for 24 hours services. My first complaint is that my connection is not working for half a day from past 10 days and even with numerous complaints no actions were taken. My second complaint is that there is no way besides calling a customer care to check the status of the complaint we raised. They don't even bother to send to call (or sms) when they close the complaint. We cant check the status of the complaint online and we don't even know what information customer care put in the complaint we raised

              I am sorry, I dont remember being called regarding the reliance broadband issue. The issue still exist but now instead of no internet connection from 7pm to 7am reliance broadband gets disconnect several times a day.

                My user id is[protected] . I made a complaint 3 weeks ago at your customer support regarding non-functioning of reliance broadband connection. Complaint number :[protected] . I was told the problem will be resolved within 2-3 business days but its now more than 20 days that my connection is not started. Executive in my area (Mr. Manish) is asking me to pay for "cable wire & chai pani " as according to him wire is broken & same is the case with everyone in their hierarchy . CORRUPT RELIANCE EXECUTIVES!! After all efforts, i decided to terminate reliance broadband services (complaint no. is[protected] & to refund my security deposit but after a week, i have no communication from Reliance despite numerous mails & calls to their pathetic customer care.                     My Subscriber ID is : Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] I had requested the termination of my broadband connection on 27th April 2015 via Customer Care. They had taken my request and request Id is Service Request ID[protected]. I was told that you will get a call within 2-3days for the confirmation of termination. They never call, I have been calling them for asking the status and they always come up saying that you request is still in progress. I have been sending mails to [protected]@relianceada.in also.Same reply from them as well. I had paid the bill for one month in advance, and I was supposed to get the refund for half month, but it's been 22 days since my request, and they even sent me the bill for the next month. They say that your request is registered, but not terminating, I had been tortured by customer care. Request you to help me in this matter, and help me to get my money refunded. Thanks a lot.

                    This is the problem, they never get in touch with me, Reliance does not want to discontinue my connection for whatsoever reason, this is mischievous act from Reliance, Reliance is cheating me, I have sent many mails to [protected]@relianceada.in and have been calling on daily basis. They always say the same things that we will process your request very soon, They have even sent me the bill for next month, This is really frustating..Please do help me, I want to get rid of this asap, otherwise I would need to take it to the court.

                      Hi, Reliance broadband is not terminating my broadband connection, I had paid the bills in advance, and after repeatedly requesting for termination, they are reluctant to disconnection my services and not refunding my money.whenever I call customer care or send an email, I always get a reply from them that my request is still in progress.It's been 22days but they are not doing this. I'm supposed to get refund money which i paid in advance. Please help.

                      Again, wrong info is provided by Reliance here, I have never been satisfied with their answers, it's been many months they are still reluctant to refund my money. I have given up the hope now. I'm not sure what Reliance means here by saying that they have satisfied me, that's totally absurd and the highest level of their hypocritical behavior.

                          Dear Sir, Every Time RCOM deduct 5 INR from my balance(Phone No-[protected]) in the name of Esaymobil and other stupid VAS without my Concern from last 2 month and when ever i call there VAS De-activation no 155223, i got pre recorded answer that "Dear Costumer there is no VAS services is activated on your no" ([protected]), some time they even deduct 3 INR if my balance is less then in my account, when ever i call there Costumer-Care No 198 for register Complain or try to talk to the concern Costumer-Care person instead i got pre-recorded massage for offers and they Disconnect my call, i was trying many time from many day same thing is happening and today they really Irritate me by Deducting 20 INR from my balance, again no one is there to listen my complain and only same Pre-recorded Massage, i am really upset and frustrated by this Unprofessional and cheating behavior of RCOM people Please help me out and save me from this organised thieves Reliance Communication(RCOM) otherwise either i have to deactivate my no-[protected] or port my no to other Operator.                               Dear Sir/Madam, I am living in Gujarat Jamnagar. Address as below: - Defence Colony, Near Digjam Wollen Mill, Airforce Station-1 Road, Jamnagar 361006 There are two mobile towers nearby my home, one is just 300 mtrs away and another is just 1.5 km away. Then also I'm facing lot of network issue. Lot of network fluctuation and I'm not able to make a call for just 2 minute from inside my home.                               I have reliance CDMA mobile no-[protected] in which i
                              facing a network problem as call disconnect continuously
                              in 10 to 15 second.


                              This network issue is continuously from 19th may . I
                              logged complaint in reliance customer care. They give me
                              TAT for 72 hrs. After the TAT issue is not resolved, i
                              again on 26th may called in appellate authority they
                              again forwarded the issue (Mail/ Complaint) with 72 hrs
                              TAT. A reliance agent came up on 29th may to check my
                              mobile & sim card, he advise me to change mobile phone &
                              sim card, after that i change both equipment but issue
                              is still not resolved.


                              Due to this issued my mobile bill has gone up. My
                              concern is that why i bear the burden of bill, whereas
                              totally mistake/ fault of reliance. Nobody ready to
                              listen anything they threat me to close your number if
                              you will not pay your total bill.


                              So, i request with authority please help me out and kindly arrange waiver for charge which was in between issue period.

                                Hello, I have an issue regarding verification process of reliance communications. I have recently bought a wi-fi doongle cdma and gave all the required documents to the person authorized, but there was some issue with the verification due to that my connection has been cut out. Actualy, my current address is changed recently and in the document there is a different address which is of my mother's address. But they declined my verification that I am not residing at that address, I also provided my current address's electricity bill at the time of submission of document, but they have feeded the address as mentioned on my driving licence which is of my permanent address. Now, my wi-fi has been disconnected and they are not ready to listen, I requested them to verify my current address, but they ask me to verify at the old address only, Sir, this is the very serious issue and needs your kind attention. Please check and do the needful.                                   They told me that they will call me once they solve this problem but its 2 month over still they not solve my problem

                                  I'm also a Marathi. I repeatedly called Reliance customer support and asked them to speak only Marathi, but they refused to do so. It seems they are not interested to serve services in the official language of the State where-in they are earning money.

                                    I have raised a request to end/close the Reliance netconnect service. My reliance net connect number is [protected]. I have raised the termination request on 7th May 2015(the customer care person informed me that it will be taken care in 7 working days). But I still get repeated calls from Reliance netconnect team to pay the bills. I did not receive any call from Reliance Netconnect call for confirmation of the termination request as promised within 7 working days(Cyna raised the ticket for closure).                                       I live in the city called Kottayam, Kerala and for some reason wireline internet is no more available at our place. And even when it was provided we didn't have goods plans like Thunder 1099 (I checked the site and only Freedom 999 is area specific and thunder 1099 is nationwide) and was instead provided with plans that came with ridiculous prices. i want to know why the service was ceased and if you plans to restart it with Thunder 1099.
