My user id is[protected] . I made a complaint 3 weeks ago at your customer support regarding non-functioning of reliance broadband connection. Complaint number :[protected] . I was told the problem will be resolved within 2-3 business days but its now more than 20 days that my connection is not started. Executive in my area (Mr. Manish) is asking me to pay for "cable wire & chai pani " as according to him wire is broken & same is the case with everyone in their hierarchy . CORRUPT RELIANCE EXECUTIVES!! After all efforts, i decided to terminate reliance broadband services (complaint no. is[protected] & to refund my security deposit but after a week, i have no communication from Reliance despite numerous mails & calls to their pathetic customer care. I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE AS THEIR SERVICE ARE PATHETIC & EMPLOYEES ARE CORRUPT & CROOKS!! Regards, Ravi, Jaipur, [protected]

Worst service continue from Reliance, no one took a note of my complaint. I asked to terminate my connection, they have not entertained so far.


Again I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE AS THEIR SERVICE ARE PATHETIC!!! Better go for BSNL or Airtel etc but NOT RELIANCE!!!
These have marked my complaint as "Resolved" where as in reality my Internet is still not working & they have also taken my complaint of terminating the connection.

I urge everyone to avoid reliance broadband services because of their pathetic service.

    More than 8 years i am using mobile no - +91- [protected], Reliance, New Delhi, It got Register failed in last few days. I called Reliance customer care at 198 and they said my documents need to be submitted again as reliance lost information in updating their databases and then mobile number will be activated again as soon as i submit the document. I Submitted my photo and id proof same day and visited reliance outlet more than 4 times. But they are saying that the number is cancelled. Why am i getting these wrong information and misleading. Privileged customers should not get such problems. Its very inconvenient. We dont buy numbers every month for new offers. Reliance should understand. hope it will be activated at the earliest

    How much time it will take to activate the sim?
    I hope it dont take long.

    Meanwhile i hope Reliance wont issue it on someone else name.

    There is no such huge problem. The number belongs to me and i am only asking to activate it.
    Hope it will get activate soon as possible.

    If required of any police verification, do let me know. because i need it to get activated earliest.

      Hi, I am using Reliance Pro3 dongle(no. [protected]). Last month i was not able to use the internet due to Reliance network issue, when i asked customer care they told that you will be getting waiver for the bill. So i raised a complain for that and now in complain they have mentioned that there will be no waiver for this. I just want to know what type of cheating is this and this is something like monopoly like whether you use or not and whether our fault or not, if you have bought the dongle means you have to pay the bill. When i asked customer care they are not able to explain me properly and not talking properly with a customer. Is this the type of service you are providing.         Dear Sir/ Madam, My EPF claim is still pending for the past four years and on query to my previous company RCOM they clear their stand by saying that the case is with EPF office Bandra. Despite of many communications with the Bandra office, nothing is heard ( it has been a one way communication...they never replied). My EPF number is MHBAN[protected].

          got a sms to my mobile no [protected] from reliance official that in the recharge of 177 i will get 1gb 3g data and unlimited whatsapp, twitter and facebook for 21 days. so i recharged on 2nd may, i got sms that recharge of 177 has been done enjoy 1gb 3g data and unlimited whatsapp facebook twitter for 21 days. but when i check my data bal it shows 500mb only and it got finished within 3 days i used only 500mb and since now i cant surf internet even not fb twitter and whatsapp which should work as said unlimited fb twitter facebook. i tried to complaint customer care but they always said that they cant help me as the server is busy or they have some technical issue, i am getting these excuses from last two weeks and now i am unable to talk to customer care as the call will be auto disconnect when i choose to talk customer care. after that i got another sms that in 18rs you will get 5gb data for 28 days i recharged but i got only 120mb for a day validity so this was second time i dint got benefit which was supposed. plz solve my issue. thanx. my contact no is [protected]

              Dear sir Greetings of the day. Sir i loged a comlaint regarding erratic network at kamothe on 29 Apr 2015 at 1002 hrs & comp no.[protected] saying ur comp will be sorted out in next 3 days i kept my petience till 6 may i did not get any info on the subject niether the prob was solved. Then i called the CC agn & got reply it will be solved we have fwfd it to tech team. Agn i call cc on 8 may & got same reply like popat as above. On 15 may i called cc agn the same popat reply. Today i called agn cc same reply as above. Sir tell me who will monitor the tech team that whether they have solved the problem or not. I used to charge rs. 177 net pack for 28 days this it was reduced to 21 days on top of that the network is not available. Will reliance refund me or extend my today's expiry date to next 21 days since u have not provided the services. Looking fwd for ur favourable decision. Thanks & regards Rajender Singh mob no.                 Dear Reliance Communications, I am writing to complain about my complaint id[protected]regarding my Rs.482 data pack wrong expiry date problem) which already got processed on 5 may 2015 but still I didn't get my data with proper expiry date back. Another complaint with complaint id - 2665136 was lodged on that date so that it can be resolved properly but still the same as usual, as if you don't want to pay any heed to any of my complaint. Though I received this message on 5 may 2015 - 'Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance.' but still that same data balance is showing (attached screenshot as proof). So, is this message a joke to me? Due to this now, I am really fed up with you as so many days had passed but still I am without your internet even though I paid such a huge amount for your data pack. My reliance number is [protected] of kolkata. So, I please kindly request you to solve this matter in 1-2 days or else I am going to try every other option in this country to defame you everywhere and to get my money back as this amount (Rs.482) is really huge for me (as I am only a normal student) and also burn your sim in front of everybody. As you are such a big and trusted company so I hope to get favourable service from you and I may not regret my decision to buy data pack of such a huge amount from you. Thank you for consideration.                 I received a message yesterday that my complaint with id[protected] had been processed & also today a received a message related to the deduction but still I didn't get my data pack back even after more than 10 days. I guess I would never get it now, maybe because of any useless system fault of yours.


                So, if that so then now I request you to refund my money back or else consumer forum will be my next option for sure. I am also attaching one screenshot of my Rs.482 recharge, which I did via paytm (as an evidence that I did the recharge successfully.) & also attaching a screenshot of my data balance. Thank you for consideration.

I had Complaint Many times To customer Care but always get 1 day excuse some time 2 days excuse that my internet will work. I was fed up totally by there words so i then contact Appellate authority . They promise me too that in next 4 days my internet will get start work. since today i daily call them but the result still the same fake commitments tomorrow Please wait 2 days.ETC ETC.. Even after I mail to [protected]@relianceada.com they just replied me once that my complaint is registered after it there is no mail or any status of my complaint been mailed.. o Yes i got one mail.. From Reliance after it Guess what they asking for.. Your next month bill is generated please Pay the Advance Rental for uninterrupted service. WOW Reliance You won I loose.. Seriously never ever Experience Such bad Experience in my life ..

I have only [protected] personal number.. please dont give lame excuses.. and still its 21st may since 4 may my internet is dead... No one is here who give me the reason.
                      Poor poor service by reliance Till today no call recieve No internet connection fix.. its goin to be around one month No solution made for my connection.. bills are only coming from them

                        Sir, This is regarding the forceful issue of the postpaid sim with number [protected], issued by RELIANCE SALES EXECUTIVE- ANKUR AGARWAL, saying that he would be losing his job if he doesn't complete his target of 16 post paid connection to the company in a month. The Sale Executive approached me at my residence and begged for the documents and photo so that a postpaid connection could be activated on the name of me that is AMRINDER SINGH BAL and the entire amount would be paid by the sales executive and the same would be using the sim card as the activation amount is paid by the executive. further after one month of this episode I received the reliance and I went to the Manas bhavan, JABALPUR Reliance Office and threw my temper tantrums on the above mention Sales Executive. He consoled me and said that he will manage the bill and further you don't bother about anything. After again 1 month I gain received the bill and handed over 1 application for the disconnection of the post paid number . After all this no action was taken by Reliance Office, and I am forced submit the complain online so that I will not be held responsible for the above mention post paid connection till date and future.                           hi I recharged my 2g net on may 9 and i got validity for 38 days. at that time my internet validity was 4 june 2015, and fight now in my mobile showing 17 may 2015, i don't know why this problem has happened and costumer care also not able to give me satisfied answer kindly help me out to this problem. i am attaching the validity message .

                              I am Reliance Prepaid Customer with my Mobile No. [protected]. On 15th May 2015, I had unexpectedly received a SMS from you stating that Rs. 30.00 has been charged for VAS Shemaroo VP sevices. I would like to tell you that I had not applied for the said services. I had been calling the Customer Care since last 2 days, however, even after holding the phone for as long as 35 minutes, your customer care representative had not attended my call. Today, when I finally could get to your representative, he informed me that the said has to be informed within 24 Hours and now we are helpless and cannot do anything. I mean, this is ridiculous, first activating any uncalled for services, charging the customer, not attending the calls for 24 hours and then informing that complaint should have been filled in 24 Hours. I am really dissatisfied with the services being received by me. In past also, the same thing has happened with me. However, this time I am in no mood to let you take my hard earned money so easily. I request you to refund the entire amount within 24 hours or else I will have to take further steps and register an appeal. Hoping for a favourable reply. Swapnil.

                                Firstly, i have not subscribed for indiatimes vpack. Secondly after unsubscription using 121 or 155223. My phone no. is [protected]. Till now, it has cut more than 100 Rs for sure, if possible you can check my phone details from phone companies. I really wish if i could get a refund. But most important is to unsubscribe it forever.
