Sir, i have been using reliance broadband from last 7 years but now i am fed up with your service.my user id its[protected] and my net connecting is not working from 8th of may when i call your customercare they say to wait for 24 hours but nothing happens.when i call at morning they say there is some network outage call at evening when i call at evening they say it will be solved till morning.every day i have to launch a new complaint but i did not get any result so do look into this matfer as soon as possible

    Hi. I had raised a complaint to Reliance broadband regarding my faulty internet connection on 23/03/2015 (complaint number[protected] dated 23/03/15). Even after following up continuously for the past 2 months the problem is not rectified. The billing is quarterly I have even paid advance bill for 3 months. This has been pathetic service from reliance broadband with alsolutely no regard to their customer.

        MY name is SHINOJ K G.My reliance broad band connection(cust id- ID[protected] was disconnected on[protected]. modem provided by reliance is not taken back yet and my refund of money is not given yet.I have called customer care so many times from 29/12/2014 for collectiong the modem nad refunding the money to me.but till date no action from customer care of reliance broadband.I have to get back around 750 rupees as the bill cycle was once in three months.pls find below communications from reliance. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from[protected]. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.             Hi, i am unable to disconnect my Reliance CDMA netconnect. my number is [protected]. i called customer care thrice, but everyone is saying that please go to reliance outlet and tell them to disconnect. but the persons or staff in reliance customer care in gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, wont bother about the customers who wants to disconnect. i purchase reliance net connect as per my wish, now i want to disconnect as per my wish. Then whats the problem in disconnecting the service? please let me know the process how to disconnect the service.

              My contact no. is [protected]. I sudden got a call from [protected] and they started tell me offers. after cut the call i got a sms from reliance. "Amount Charged for VAS One97 VP Subsc Rs:10.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:103.81" I am shocked. I haven't active this service then how could it start. Then i tried to contact reliance customer care complaint number at 198. But i couldn't contact they said you should try at *333. Then i called at *333 . At *333 same problem. they cut the call in the name of customer care executive. Then i dialed [protected]. At this number i called 15 minutes but they only said "our customer care executive is busy in another call they wil contact you in 5 minutes". But at last in 15 minutes calling from my main balance at [protected], i couldn't talk to their executive. I again lost my 5 Rs. from main balance. I want to solve my this problem soon, otherwise i have to go somewhere else. I want my all Rs. 15 back.

                Sir, I am holding a Mobile number: [protected] with name Vikas with your company. I am unable to get the MNP and UPC code while I am trying to port out the number, Its been more than a month that I am chasing for the solution. Need to know the exact reason of this failure. This is a clear case of customer dissatisfaction. I have already done complaints/ calls/ office visits many times but problem was never taken care by your team and even not responded. In fact, I was charged every time I sent a MO message for the request. Also, Need my balance back in my account which was deducted due to misbehaviour/not functioning of your system/process. Request you to please resolve the issue within 24 hours or I need to take help by marking this issue to TRAI. Looking forward for immediate resolution.

                  Dear Sir this is my fifth complaint for deactivated VAS service. Always it has deactivated and again activated VAS service and detected amount form my account with out any consent. My Mobile number is [protected]. I can't understand how I deactivated VAS service. Reliance company is clearly cheated with customer. My Previous compliant to reliance company is as - Your company is cheating with customers. I disappointed with your service. How I explain here. 1. I requested you on 30th April 2015 that deactivated my VAS. Your customer care officer Mr. Anil Shinde takes quick action and deactivated VAS service and refunded my deducted amount. I appreciated also him. 2. After that 06th and 7th of May 2015 again your company has deducted amount Rs. 20.00. How it is possible when VAS service is deactivated? I can’t understand? 3. Then I again send email for deactivated VAS service on 7th of May 2015. 4. On 8th of May (Time 2.21 pm) I received SMS from your company that my VAS service is deactivated, I was very happy for that. 5. But on 8th of may (Time 2.48) I received SMS from your company that Rs. 20.00 has deducted for VAS service, I surprised and shocked how it is possible after 30 minutes only, while it is deactivated. On the base of above facts it is proofed that your company cheating with costumer. I requested that kindly do needful action of your employee who working like that. I am customer of Reliance since 14 year. Kindly do action of my complaint otherwise I will change the company. It is my forth complaints for deactivated VAS service.                           UID :[protected] Complaint Made on 13-05-15 This is Mrs. Usharani from Chennai. We got the reliance connection after lot of issues just a month back (Apr 09th connection given but and made active on April 11th). Technical Assistance from Reliance end is the worst of it's kind and now we regret for surrendering BSNL because of Reliance. Coming to the issue, we made a complaint with customer care as the phone and broadband connection are totally dead. Was informed by the customer care that within24 hours the issues will be solved. During the follow-up call around 14/May : 1500 hrs only we were informed that the case was closed as the technical service person informed the "house is closed". Surprised by the status as our entire family including guests were very much at home and the customer care again registered the complaint..so another 24 hours. When contacted customer support around 2000 hrs were informed hat there was some server issues and no time line was given to us. My queries : 1. Why there are no such sms confirmation to the registered mobile number we are making a complaint? then why you people are asking for the mobile number? 2. Why didn't the support people called us when they attempted (actually no one vistied)? 3. Why the status is not updated to the customer? 4. When there is an internal server error why they have updated that the customer could not be reached (Home locked)? 5. Is your technical support is incompetent? 6. The line is down for more than 3 days then why the customer need to pay for the full month for your ineffective services of Reliance? 7. When asked an assistance from the sales guy (with whom we booked) we were told to contact customer care by him. So they are only for booking and to get the money. do they really know the sales and how to serve the customers? 8. What is your commitment to the customer when an issues is reported? (with in how many hours reliance is going to address the issues) if not what is the billing impact? 9. IS RELAINCE, REALLY A RELAIABLE SERVICE PROVIDER by HAVING SUCH A USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TECHNICAL END AND SALES END? I am sure that i will not get any resposne from your office as the way i am experiencing the services but creating the evidence for future legal assistance. (as your service is failed to serve me am activated my 3G mobile services of Airtel to send this Mail..) Shame on you people and Shame on your service. With no Regards Usharani Mallikeswaran

For last 2-3 days I regularly called your customer care but service not deactivated and then yesterday I wrote the e-mail to rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com, netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but there is no response from there side.                                 Dear Sir, My name is Vikas Rajput and I was using the Reliance connection details for which have been listed below: MDN : [protected] Recovery agency has fetched my frequently dialled number (FDN) from the records and started giving the threatening calls my family members. Instead for giving the details on the issue I was projected as criminal in front of them. Had they called me or illustrate the exact issue someone must have paid the amount, but they gone beyond all the limits of decency and misbehaved with my family members. This whole episode resulted a chaos in my family and my reputation has gone for toss. I was made an object of ridicule for just few hundred bucks. Inspite of my assurance that I will make the payment and I did made the payment on committed time but calls were never stopped. Calls were made on every numbers. This is not acceptable. Below mentioned are the details of the recovery agency Mobile no. [protected] Agent Name : Ms. Kalpana. This lady also claimed that she is called from the Patiala house and she is a criminal lawyer. Would request you to initiate necessary action such agencies so that they cannot harrass customer like us. Also I demand compensation from Reliance and Agency to Devalue me. It is being deducted some time Rs, 5/-, and RS 3 from my balance at alternate days as several VAS packs (as VAS USSD S Talk Pack, VAS TechZone VP Su, VAS One97, VAS USSD etc) services. Till today Rs.48/- has been deducted from my balance and I have tired of trying to talk to Reliance Customer Care but not succeeded. To deactivate any VAS packs I messaged STOP at 155223 but got reply of not subscribed any VAS Packs. I have conformed not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though It is being deducted the money periodically, several times from my balance …so my question is For what purpose you are deducting the money? It is requested to stop deducting balance. Please return my deducted balance. Not only give option to talk to customer care executive but also make talk to them. Please not compel to your customer to go to consumer court.

                                        My name is Anil and I am unfortunately a reliance WIMAX user (subscriber id[protected] I have lodged a complaint on 10/5/2015 with Reliance WIMAX customer care that the broadband stopped working on 9/5/2015, complaint number is[protected]. After 2 days I received a message stating that the issue is resolved, but no one visited my place and of course the issue was not resolved. I have called again and lodged another complaint[protected] they said they will again work and resolve the issue. Now the date is 14th May and no response from these disgusting company, every day I have been following up with them everyday and all they have to say is sorry we will fix it by tomorrow. Today I spoke to their customer care and first they transferred my call to specific WIMAX department where I was on hold for 45 minutes but no one answered. I called again and they say that the department is closed and usually they close at 11:00pm but I dont know how everyday I used to speak with someone in their team after 11:00pm that too without getting transferred. Anyways, now my concern is when will my broadband work? I am paying 2000 rupees a month for their pathetic service and this is was I get? I know that RELIANCE has always been a worse company to be associated with and I just dont understand how Mr.Anil Amabni is shameless and doesnt care about the complaints about this company. Can someone get this resolved soon or should I expect that I am again not going to get a response from the useless customer care of yours and live with the fact that Reliance is DISGUSTING?
