Reliance communications has been deducting unnecessary balance from my main balance. I have been trying from a long time the customer care number. But it never responds. Kindly do solve my problem or provide me any other customer care number.

      Dear Sir, My problem solution has remained short lived. Again VAS charge for India times V Pak is being done from 8th May onwards, after reversal of earlier charges again Rs.35 has been deducted from my pre-paid balance amount. My cheers are no more there. I am highly disturbed with R.Com customer care in effective resolution of my complaint. Kindly take serious note of this and ask the company to do the needful ASAP.       No Action done on my complaint, and deduction of VAS charges still continue, from 6th May 15, onwards, despite your SMS
      confirmation of deactivation of all VAS packages from my number. Till today more than Rs.50 has been deducted again from
      my pre-paid balance charges. Will there be any permanent Solution to this problem from Reliance Communication ? Or shall
      I have to take matter to Consumer Court and / or TRAI ? Request your action ASAP to reduce my harassment, and bring
      back peace to my mind.

        I registered my complain on 7th April, 2015. Complaint number being[protected]. Even after 35 days of registering the complaint, my connection is still not discontinued. I have repeatedly called and mailed you people but of no use. I have always a reply that your complain has been escalated. The bills are getting piled up even without using the connection from last 2 months.

          I have been using reliance broadband connection in chennai for almost a year.. The connection does not work for 15-20 days a month. They have the worst customer support, when you call them for complaints, they ask you many idiotic questions before taking the complaint. After that they will put you on hold for 2-3 min and provide the complaint number. In spite of shouting at them and taking severe steps, they never seem to bother. Worst people, worst attitude and they do not care about customer satisfaction.
          am from mumbai and my connection is down frm last 15 days...till date no sign of working...talked to cc...talked to appellete officers...talked to floor managers...wasted many hours in it...yet nothing...everytime i come to know complaint is closed so register a new one...and in 15 days i had launched almost 8-10 complaints coz they close everytime without resolving...taking reliance bb is just a nightmare and one never know when it shall go down for hours...days or forever

            Dear concerned, I am using reliance facility for last 6 years no-[protected] but presently i am very much disappointed with the present level of service reliance is offering. For instance on 8 th may at 3.35 am one VAS 'Technozone'has been activated and deducted Rs20 from my account without any request.When tried to contact customer care executive to deactivate the service and refund the deducted amount they responded very pathetically and confirmed their inability for the same.This is example of only one instance of several, same has occured on 18th february also. With such type of bad practice it has been very disappointing from an indian company like reliance with whom our emotions are attached.With this I have decided to move out of reliance with heavy heart for other options if my deducted amount is not refunded on urgent basis and such kind of practice is not being stopped.               today again Rs.5 have been deducted from my account for VAS techzone GSM. i dont know what is going on. when i check they show that no VAS is activated on this number. so why the money has been deducted?? please help me to stop this problem permanently.

I disappointed with your service. How I explain here. 1. I requested you on 30th April 2015 that deactivated my VAS. Your customer care officer Mr. Anil Shinde takes quick action and deactivated VAS service and refunded my deducted amount. I appreciated also him. 2. After that 06th and 7th of May 2015 again your company has deducted amount Rs. 20.00. How it is possible when VAS service is deactivated? I can’t understand? 3. Then I again send email for deactivated VAS service on 7th of May 2015. 4. On 8th of May (Time 2.21 pm) I received SMS from your company that my VAS service is deactivated, I was very happy for that. 5. But on 8th of may (Time 2.48) I received SMS from your company that Rs. 20.00 has deducted for VAS service, I surprised and shocked how it is possible after 30 minutes only, while it is deactivated. On the base of above facts it is proofed that your company cheating with costumer. I requested that kindly do needful action of your employee who working like that. I am customer of Reliance since 14 year. Kindly do action of my complaint otherwise I will change the company. It is my forth complaints for deactivated VAS service. My Mobile Number is[protected]..

                    My name is ashutosh sood and my number is [protected].this is the number on which I m facing problem.my complaint is on dated 2nd April my number is barred by the operator without any in for information . simultaneously I received a messg from the operator that ur llimilit is exceed .at the same time I called the customer care abt the message .I called the customer care and share the complaint.he told me that it's a error message you need not to worry for the same.for the whole month I recvd same messg and number is barred.sosome time they unbar the number but after one call the number get barred.now they have exceed my bill to 1600/-Rs.I have called the customer care again now they said u have used GPRS services for which u have to pay the amount to unbar or activate the number. in short I have to pay for the services I have not used the customer care .I am not using Internet on my mobile so why should I bear the loss.kindly help i[censored] can.I have send many complaint to customer but they didn't respond.                       dear team, i am nupur i have submited my bill of reliance data card ([protected])on date 13/05/2015 in cash to a relince outlet .but my bil is not post online i have a bill respite also, but again one bil of rupiess 801 is generated .how much money i have to pay in a same month & how many call center call i have to attend, i m freadup with the service of relince data card, i submit my complain to a costomer care through mail n telephonic too, i hava complain number[protected] &[protected] but same problem is not resolve scan copy is attected can u please help me out from this problem regard Nupur

                        Complaint no's since 24th :[protected],[protected],[protected] + many more I took a new Reliance broadband connection at borivali on 11th april 2015...Paid advance of 1200 for installation n advance rental...worked till 24th april and till today ie 10th may 2015 its down...Most frustrating is they close complaint automatically without even intimating or confirming client...I call almost twice daily to rel cc to confirm weather complaint is open or closed...spoked with their applette officers 2-3 times yet no resolution...Their DP is down due to rental issue and these guys are just buying time...to add more frustration their billing dept started calling me to pay bill of some 200 bucks...totally shameless company policies...i even lodged complaint on consumer forum and there also i got stupid reply that we have resolved the issue...Am fed up as my work has been badly effected due to their false promises and delay and till now there is no sign of working...Paid 1200 for 12 days of internet and also to have all sorts of frustrating experiences and to receive calls frm their recovery agents to pay more for internet that is down since weeks

                          sir i am the post paid customer of reliance company my no is [protected] i was using it last year but so many problem occurring during payment of bill always they had given wrong bill. when i called to convert my plan from post paid to pre paid they not given proper response and guide after long time he gave me address and process to it. i go to reliance mobile store arya infotech sop no 14 A sri ram kunj east boring canal road patna on 20 oct 2014 i have paid my aall out standing till date र्‍र्‍s 675/- and given request for convert my no from post paid to pre paid but till date he has not given and sending me bill and calling me threating me to pay the bill which now lumsump 1000/-/ now on 99 may 2015 a company lawyer call me and threating me to come delhi court or pay the bill . sir give me favour i am so much suffring mental pain.. bill no is 1112 (i have bill copy)

                            I keep gettiing vas charges wither differnt amount when you reach customers care they would reverse the charge but you would be charged again in next 1 or 2 days. Post my last charge im not even able to reach customer care seems they have blocked my nnumber [protected] (reliance)

[protected] on 25.04.2015 and today also has been deducted of Rs. 20/- total Rs/-40.without any notice. It has become a habit of reliance of deducting money. Earlier also we have complaint through consumer complaint registration form but no response has been received from your end. Is this is the way to earn money ???                                       I recharged with 95 on 4-April and in this All Local / STD mobile calls @ 25p/min and valid for 90 Days. But current charged is different. For 1:22 min charged was approx 98 paisa on 9-May at 6:23 am. Please check and revert my extra charged that taken from 5-May.

                                        Hi This is Pradeep Chandran from Chennai, I am Reliance Broadband customer since November 2012. User ID: [protected] Complaint ID:[protected] dated 20th April 2015 Since November 2013 I've been facing frequent connectivity issues and EDP shutdowns. 2013 November 29th - December 26th - Connectivity Issue ( no internet for a whole month) 2014 January 8th - January 23rd - EDP Shutdown June 8th- June 20th - EDP Shutdown August 14th- August 21st - EDP Shutdown & Connectivity Issue November14th- November20th - Connectivity Issue [protected] December 29th 2013 - January 8th 2015 - EDP Shutdown Since i had frequent issues regarding EDP Down, during the month of December when there was outage, i had a visit to the residence where this so called EDP was installed, which is two buildings away from mine, and came to understand that it was intentionally shutdown because of rental due for five months which was supposed to be sent by Reliance to the owners. When i called the customer service they had an answer ready "fibre cut", after explaining the issue in detail they registered the issue and gave me request id. After repeated phone calls and shouting to the customer service employees and repeated calls to the Appellate authority they finally fixed the issue on January 8th 2015. April 19th- till date (May the 9th)- EDP Shutdown From 19th to 23rd April, 23rd - untill now (9th May) Connectivity issue ( no internet till now) Connectivity issue from 23rd onwards On 19th of April the problem started again with EDP down, as i knew where the problem might be i registered a complaint with the customer service Exec. Mr. Sudarsan on 20th April 12.20 am, stating the issue and mentioning EDP shutdown. As always they promised me with 24hrs resolution crap. The next day called the Appellate authority Mr. Sivamaran answered the call he said has spoken to the local field technician Mr. Ramesh and he said there is a fiber cut issue in the locality and will be resolved within 24hrs, Even after mentioning the EDP issue he insisted that the problem was fibre cut. Since 21st April i have been calling them everyday to check for update and every time they say "technical team is fixing the issue, it is complicated so it will take some time". It's been three weeks without connection, I really don't understand what kind of issue they are fixing till now. Each time they give me an excuse saying 'give us two days' 'three days' 'until Monday' '24hrs' and so on. Last time i called them the Exec. said "they are laying cable and will take till monday, to get permission from EB". After making several calls to the Appellate authority and them making fake updates and promises and misleading statements it is clear that they have no intention of resolving the issue because the issue must have been created by the technical team itself for some stupid reason or they are incapable of handling such issues. Until now i haven't received any calls from the technical team or the Customer service team no one has yet visited the spot where the problem is and they are making stuf[censored]p to fill in the report. The customer service team and Appellate authority just answer the calls from customers and they communicate with the technical team, the local field technician make up some irrelevant goofy update like fibre cut. At the end of the day the technical team either closes the issue without resolving or makeup some irrelevent or misleading statement and says 'tomorrow it will be resolved'. People i have contacted regarding this issue Mr. Samundeswaran (Reliance Head Office, Haddows Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai) Appelelate Authority Executives (Chennai) Mr. Sivamaran Mr. Satish Mr. Sekar Mr. Murali Local Field Technicians patched through the Appellate Authority Exec. Chennai Mr. Ramesh ( updated me that issue is fiber cut) 20th April - 4th may Mr. Dinakar (Updated with issue reg. permission from EB on 7th May 2015) Customer care Exec. on 20th April 2015 (Registered the issue) Mr. Sudarsan I dont know who to trust or what to believe, even though i know its pointless to write here, but after going through tons of complaint given by Reliance customers in these consumer forums and having been gone through this crappy service, i thought this might be a source of info for others. A word to other fellow Reliance Customers out there, 90% of the time when there is a connectivity issue the problem is with the EDP, it may be regarding shutdown or power failure, another 10% is IP issue which resolves by itself after a while. And for proof for negligence/ignorance of these Exec. as a response to this complaint some stupid Exec. will respond stating " We have noted your complaint and the same has been forwarded to our customer service team. They will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns.” or " We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is to inform you that your problem has been escalated and our concerned team is working on the resolution. We will get back to you shortly" without reading it fully and just by changing the name.
