I checked the special offers for my no. By dailing *121#, the offers was to recharge with rs 95 get 2 gb 3 g data for 20 days but when i recharged with rs 95 i got 1 gb 3g data for 5 days and 1 gb 2 g data for 14 days . resolve my problem . u can check it on my reliance number [protected] . poor customer care

      I m existing customer of reliance postpaid, consumer no [protected]. I have recently port my number reliance to vodafone. At the time of portability 65 Rs. Bill was generated against my number. When i go to reliance office malda to payment the exist amount then they told me that they are unable to receive the payment from his side. And they advised to go to siliguri sevok road office for payment the amount. After that when i go to siliguri office and meet Mr. Goyenka, he said they are also unable to receive the payment. I also try online payment but its not working. Now my number is suspended from reliance. Thats why i m writing this mail. Its my working number & its very important. Why they are harasing me. Please do the needful. My recent contact no is [protected]. Please its very urgent.

          This is for the second time when company has deducted balance in the name of value added services. after the first time of deduction of balance i contacted costumer care they have assured me this would not happen again but then after 2 days the same thing repeated. without any extra services i have to pay reliance..!!

            I have registered with DND 2 months back.But i'm still getting messages from RM-eNews. While tried to call to Reliance care on 198, call is getting disconnected automatically. Really Frustrated with these messages and Reliance too. I have raised a complaint also.No :[protected] on[protected] Reply came as ..Your complaint has been processed. But problem not solved.             It's not got resolved. I'm still getting SMS from RM-eNews. How many days it'll take to resolve ???
            And without confirming how can you write as "Issue is resolved"...??
            It's really frustrating with you guys.

DETAILS: RSN: RZTCDC[protected] MEID: A000002BEEE1C2 MODEL: AC8720 FCC ID: Q78-AC8720 When i boughT this i was A minor. So The store dealer was gave me this and charge full money. he gave me this Dongle On Another's Indentity As i was minor. Actually I had lost the Slip On which dongle number was written. So I dont have the number and i was niether learnt it. As i used it very rare. In 2015 i have niether used it as i lost the number. on visiting Reliance store they refused to help me and asked me to contact reliance customer care and tell them truth they will provide you Number of dongle. so with Proof And snapshots (Attachments attached with this email.) kindly Provide Me Number Of my dongle so that i can Surf Internet. this would be fine if you can check attachments and see the snapshots of dongle. I am also sending You Adhaar number That was not linked with this dongle as that time i was minor.                 It has been more than a month now that I don't have network and not even a single executive from your poor customer care have been able to answer if I will get network. Finally I have requested for the termination request. It has been really poorest service by I any brand I have received in my life. At least remove name of my village from your website as coverage area and stop cheating customers for bills without providing service. The Attached image shows why I don't need your worst service, my mobile works a lot better.

                  Sir, My Name is Mohammad Zeeshan. On April 27th, 2015 I lost my phone. The service providers of the sim card used in the lost phone were Reliance GSM [protected]. I reissued duplicate SIM from Reliance store, "AYISH INTERNATIONAL, Shop No. 20/13-A, GF, Prop No. 20, Mandir Wali Gali, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi" on 28th April. But my number is not activating till till the date. I call daily to Reliance store and they response my case has been forward ahead. I call Reliance Customer care, but never ever my call connected to customer care executive

                        Reliance GSM number having issue is [protected]. I brought a new phone which needed a nano sim. So i went with the above number's micro sim to Reliance Gallery on S.V.Road, Goregaon (W), Mumbai - 400062. There i asked Mr. Lavkush Shukla to provide me the nano sim for this same number. He cut the micro sim i had but it did not work. So he made me fill a form. Along with form i submitted my registered account documents and photograph. He cut a new sim into nano SIM and said it will start working in half an hour. Its almost 3 days now, the number hasnt started. I switched off/on the phone and reinserted sim in both slots but it shows limited service for the nano sim. I went to the same gallery next day but this Lavkush Shukla was very impolite and rude and refused to check details. He asked me to leave. This was very annoying plus the service still hasnt started. On the same day i went to airtel for the second sim and he gave me a nano sim which started working immediately. It is really surprising to see a big company like Reliance providing such pathetic service. When i called customer care number they asked me to visit the gallery even when i told them the gallery is not ready to solve my issue. I would recommend everyone to please avoid Reliance service. It is very poor and dissapointing. I will definitely inform everyone around me to avoid Reliance. If this is the way Reliance continues, it will gradually lose all its customers. The goregaon west branch should be closed and Mr. Lavkush Shukla should be removed. He is a very aggresive and mannerless person.

                        Want to convert my micro sim into nano sim .what to do
                        I am using the number [protected] since 11/12 years . Since 2014 whatever amount i am atop up with the number that is getting deduct automatically with some non sense messages. Though u complained many times they are never refunding the amount. Really frustrating . It happens whenever my phone is switched off too . I lost more than 280 rupees and request all the similar customers to stand against this issues.

                          I have place a request with Reliance Datacard service on the 8th of Jan'15 to Disconnect my service since i got a corporate different service provider connection. But reliance customer care did not disconnect my service rather they have upgraded me to a different plan and they have charged me till march'15 which is not my fault. I have spoken to more than 100 customer service executive and replied on several mails for which they are saying they will resolve my issue by till today no one came to solve my issue. Today a lady by name Priyanka called me (from this number [protected]) and said she is from legal team and there is a legal case filled in your name and she is speaking so rude for which she does not have any rights to talk to me in such a manner. Did legal team give her rights to speak to customers so rude. Its a mistake of reliance team for not disconnecting my service and changing my plan without my permission and creating such a mess to me.

                            I am using mobile number [protected]. My recent bill Mar-Apr 2015 showed that I have been charged Rs. 1226 towards value added premium service 51234. In fact I have never used this service neither opted for couple of months back similar incident happened when Reliance conveyed their apology and reverted charges back however this time again the same thing has repeated. In spite of complaint lodged with Reliance there response is you might have used the service whereas I am not mobile savvy and my mobile operations are limited to making & receiving calls and sms.                               Dear Team, I have applied for Reliance net connect deactivation on 20/12/2014 with service request number[protected]. With deep frustration i would like to let you know that they didn't suspended my account & keep generating the bill.Till date they have generated around Rs 3000/.Now they are telling me to pay the amount after 6 month or face legal notice.The customer care executive was really rude in behavior & not ready to accept the fault. They are creating mental harassment by calling even by family members to get my contact details which is already available to them. I want urgent solution in this topic.I would like to attach their last communication email for reference. ... Dear Mr. Roy, This is with reference to your e-mail dated December 29, 2014 for your Reliance Netconnect+ number [protected]. Your request for service termination is already registered with service request ID:[protected]on 12/20/2014 at 12:45:59 pm). It would be resolved within 15 days from the requested date. The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request. Kindly note that the payment of Rs.1093.27/- is updated successfully on[protected]. Currently, there is no outstanding amount reflecting in your account. However, the full and final amount will be known to you from Reliance Mobile Store while making the payment for termination.                                 i had today done a recharge of 198 on the no. [protected] via freecharge 1 was mistaken with the recharge had to do a recharge of 199 talk time plan, now with 198 rs plan 1 got 2 gb 3g data which is of no use to me kindly return my money back .. regards thnxx in advance...

                                  The company just is taking money and is not providing services from more than a month. ...it is just telling that it will be resolved but it has been more than 15 days...they are just be fooling customer. ...just a big shame on your part...having such a great owner ...these stupid persons sitting at the lower post just making money and brieving customers

                                    I am customer of Reliance Communications. My User ID is[protected]. My connection is not working for the last 4 months because of slow speed connection and connectivity. I have Complain many times. Without solving my complain they close my complain. After calling in the Rajkot office they say that they do not have Device. When device will come they don't know. the company position is So poor that it is not able to provide device to the customer and when my complain will solve. We don't know. I have call many times toll free Number but I do not get answer. I have complain to you also 8 march 2015 but I do not get any answer. So please solve my complain as soon as possible.

                                        I had purchased a new data connection from Reliance Communication by enrolling into services for Reliance Pro 3 on 18th April 2015, my data card connection was activated and handed over to me the same day however as it was working for 2 days post which my connection went inactive. Upon calling up Service Center i was informed that there is a technical situation and would take 2 days to resolve and that i should wait for it, there was no complaint reference number provided for the same, however on calling up on 25th April as my connection was not active i had logged a complaint a reference number was provided and i was assured my issue will get fixed in next 3 days. The assurance was fake as i continued to have the same problem till 30th April, i had logged a complaint again and i was provided a complaint reference number and assurance that the issue will get fixed by 3rd May 2015. The issue continued and now i have once again received an assurance that the issue will get fixed on 8th May 2015. In the meantime i have received a bill of Rs140/- from reliance for my data card billing cycle since 18th - 24th April. I am giving up on the datacard connection as it has taken me into immense stress full experience and a lot of time gets wasted when i keep calling up the service center asking them to help resolve my issue.I have taken this issue and escalated to Appeallate Authourity in Reliance and i have once again recieved a reference number, all that i want is to have my cash refunded which i had paid for my subscription as reliance had failed to provide me service so that i move on another service provider, on requesting this to Reliance Customer Care i recieved a response that this is not possible as there is no way i can have my cash refund. I feel i have been cheated and that i was fooled with brand and fake promises.
