Dear Sir, My problem solution has remained short lived. Again VAS charge for India times V Pak is being done from 8th May onwards, after reversal of earlier charges again Rs.35 has been deducted from my pre-paid balance amount. I registered my complain on 7th April, 2015. Complaint number being[protected]. Even after 35 days of registering the complaint, my connection is still not discontinued. I have repeatedly called and mailed you people but of no use. I have always a reply that your complain has been escalated. The bills are getting piled up even without using the connection from last 2 months....

I have been using reliance broadband connection in chennai for almost a year.. The connection does not work for 15-20 days a month. They have the worst customer support, when you call them for complaints, they ask you many idiotic questions before taking the complaint.
