Dear sir I m not able to connect my reliance net connect in broadband Mode from last one month. Regarding this i have complained at customer care twice in a day from last one month but i m not getting any result. I have been using this data card from 2010 n my data card number is [protected]. every time when i call at customer care they said it resolved in 48 hours but i m waiting from last one month for your response. Your executive are making fools only.They are not able to resolves any problems. Reliance Communication is a big brand i m not expecting this. Its a prePaid plan i paid first then i used the Net but from last one month i didnt used it. I m stuck just because of you guys. Please Return my money because i dont want your services any more. You didnt care for your customer.Every one have so many options in the market for internet connection and even they are not cheat customers like you guys doing from last one month. I m living in jaipur where i got this kind of problem. I want my money back. I dont want anything. Regards Rahul

Whats about My loss of 2 month internet.. I have called to your customer care and they didn't do anything. They said Sir humne aapki request aagay forward kar di hai.. From last one month they only forward request. Where they forward god knows. One more thing i write a complain one day ago and i didn't got the solutions and you said that in 24 hour you got the solutions.

            I already give the compliant for very worst network coverage connection, compliant date 07-May-2015 number[protected] after that got the call from customer care (11 May 2015) they gives some offer like low rental plan. Now i didn't use that data card he give one more date for to checking but after that not yet call again today 13 may 2015. I want to disconnect my data card "net connect+", And also live chat did not connect. i want to close not needed that data card That data card not yet use last 1 month, they did not respond me. i do not want that data card. They very worst customer service. Almost half of day waiting not yet connect my chat.

              Hello, I had a Reliance Wimax connection on my name with below details. BAN Number: - [protected] MDN NUMBER:[protected] I had made all the payments on time. I raised a request for termination of connection on 29th Nov 2014 and they mentioned that it will be actioned with in 3 DAYS. Termination Request no.:[protected] Instead of acting on request promptly, they kept sending me payment reminders and did not terminate the connection until 17th April. I also sent them couple of emails with request no. but they did not took any action. Even till today no one from their team has come to collect Wimax Router. Now they are harassing me for payment which is actually not due towards me. I am not going to pay anything after 2nd or 3rd December (considering 3 days time to terminate the connection). Its not my fault that their team is so negligent and they in turn charge customer for their mistakes. And now they have started threatening me with calls and emails. Can someone from Reliance Sr. Management look into it. I am a Reliance customer since around 10 years but this attitude and behaviour of them is really not upto the mark.

              If that is the case, why did you mentioned in last complaint that issue has been addressed.

              Also, till the time you are checking, can you ask Reliance Legal to not harass and threaten me with calls. They talk rudely and with a strange tone. I wonder why you have hired people who don't even listen to customers.

              I talked to customer care again today and asked the status of my request[protected] which was raised on 29th Nov 2014. They mentioned that from their side they have action-ed the request on 1st December 2014 and forwarded to termination team. But termination team did not took any action until now. Even today its showing as activated.

              Customer service manager even accepted that its a mistake from Reliance team then why these hired goons are threatening me with legal action. If they want to initiate legal proceeding, I have absolutely no problem as I have all my proofs with me.

              If my intention was of not paying bills then I would not have paid November bill as well on 25th November, just before terminating the connection. I also absolutely agree to pay bill till 1st December 2014 (for last 10-12 days) but if they ask me to pay all pending amount due to negligence by Reliance team, then I will prefer legal route.

              I got a call from Mumbai office yesterday[protected] and thye said that they will look into it.

              As discussed there, I have no problems in paying pending bill amount for last 10-12 days, as I have already paid bill of November cycle on 26th Nov. But I will not pay in any scenario any bill for period after 1st or 2nd Dec 2014.

              Can this be resolved. Otherwise if Reliance wants to take Legal route, I have absolutely no problems with that. In turn I will file a defamation case against them for all the harassment, mental stress and threatening calls from their team.

                I was an existing user with SubscriberID[protected] services(Broadband +Landline) already terminated on 11th March 2015. However, I have been charged for the period 23rd February 2015-22nd March 2015. My connection has not been working since 24th February 2015 for which I had registered a complaint also. It look 15 days to get my connection terminated as services were not restored. I also have advance rental already paid. So why I have been charged incorrectly?. Moreover late fine charges have also been added. Please revoke all the charges which have been imposed incorrectly. Billing account number [protected] Last payment made on 13th Feb 2015- Rs.600 I have already paid for December 23rd-January 22nd cycle as mentioned above. The last bill cycle applicable for me January 23rd to February22nd should have been adjusted with the advanced rental. I have been charged for 23rd February to 22nd March incorrectly. Moreover I have sent this mail to the reliance authorities, have not got reply for the same as well. Contact Number-[protected] Kindly look into the issue.

                        Hi Reliance Team I have been calling to get a broadband connection since over 4 days now because i desperately need an Internet connection to make memes and upload them on really important conversations on Facebook. Every time I've called the customer service reps take down my details and promise me that the installation team will get in touch with me within 24 to 48 hrs. Well either the installation team is in the far reaches of the outerspace fighting a aweinspiring battle with the aliens to protect earth from an eminent extinction OR they're all in a coma. Haaaaaaaalp !!!

I wont to clear the due amount but they never send me the actual bill generated till 15/02/2015.                             Dear Sir, I am a subscriber of your landline services phone no :[protected]-[protected].For the past one month my phone lines have been down. I have visited your Reliance customer Centre office at St.Inez -Goa, three times and it is appalling that they still cannot fix my phones. First they said our lines must be disconnected at the Centre but we have brought technicians from out who say that is not the problem. Now they saying it must be the instrument which cannot be so as for one, all four instruments cannot be damaged at the same time, besides we have 5-6 lines connected on the instrument and the other service providers on the same instrument the phone is working. What is appalling is that till date you’ll have not had the courtesy to send your Service Engineers to our Centre in spite of repeated requests for the same .Could it be that you’ll have no interest in Customer Satisfaction?? I really do not know how to get this problem sorted as the staff in the Reliance Centre refuse to give me any Managers number so that I can speak to them directly nor are they able to solve my problem and today they have the audacity to ask me to clear last month’s bill, which is just the rent charges for a DEAD PHONE .If you go through our records you will find that we have always paid our bills on time.                               I have been using reliance gsm postpaid for 2+ years by transferring my prepaid connection to postpaid for paying extra Rs 300. Which they told that it will be deducted from your next months bill and it never happened., and now i believe this is the worst experience i have. Initially the plan was of Rs 321 which offers 1 gb 2g data, 600 local/std mins per month.First couple of months bills was good, but then, they started tricking by billing more than 100% of the plan. I have called up the customer care to report this issue and they said my internet usage is exceeding. Okay! then i have checked my next months bill by using nearly 512 Mb of 1 gb, then also the billing remains same. And when i call customer care they are unaware and telling me that its my net usage issue. I have stopped wasting my time on this and using the same plan for last 2 years, billing also was the same with 500-700/month for 321 plan. But recently the worst thing happen, Since i was not in the city i have delayed the payment of march months bill, but on april 14 they have BARRED my all incoming and outgoing calls. I was shocked! due to the non payment of a months bill, they have barred my incoming calls too. then whats the point of taking the postpaid connection?. Due to this i have lost an important calls from my client and I have lost a valuable Business from them costing Lakhs rupees. Now i am really fed up! and I called up customer care to port this connection to airtel and i have told the matter. and they said i need to play all the dues of 934 something which i am not ready to pay due to my business loss. But they have also offered a 300 rs discount from my dues from their side. Finally to get lost with this crap connection i have paid 800 (taking only 100 discount from the 300 offered). Today morning, they again barred my incoming and outgoing connection for the nonpayment of Rs 134. I have already lost valuable business from my client earlier worth lakhs due to lack of communication. Its really uncomfortable and difficult to ascertain relaince postpaid service.                                 HI, This is Prashant. My Reliance Netconnect 2G internet dongle no is : [protected]. Service Terimnation Request ID:[protected] I cancelled this connection 4-5 months back but still iam getting the bill every month. I was getting a call from Reliance care since 4-5 months asking about the reason for cancelling the connection.I told iam not using.iam having another broadband.I told them that bill is getting generated.They told it will be closed but still iam getting the bill. Before 80 rs was coming then last month the bill came around 250.Then it came 920. After going to Reliance Z.R Communications store in Marathahalli, Bangalore also there were no improvements.That service guy wont even bother to respond to my questions and behave rashly. Still i thought its ok and paid the bill and told them to cancel the connection as soon as possible. I got a mail from reliance that connection will be terminated within 7 days . I thought it was closed.But yesterday again i got a bill of 562Rs.Are you people kidding with me or not. Please look into the issue and cancel the connection as soon as possible.I wont pay this bill

                                I got a call from Reliance communications.I told hello then immediately they cut the phone.THis happens always with the reliance customer care.They wont even bother what customer is saying.The worst customer service i have ever seen.Even in the reliance showroom the service guys are the same.They wont take proper action on customer complaint and they wont respond properly
                                Nobody called me from reliance.
                                I gave secondary number also but of no use.This reliance customer care is a big crab doing nothing out there !!

                                  Sir/ Madam, I am a subscriber of reliance gsm from last 5 years. On May10, 2015 my main balance was Rs. 235.028 and 2G Net was 666.87 Mb. On Next morning at 6.59 AM my balance remains 22.628 only. Rs. 212 has been deducted without my information. I have not received any message for renewal of data pack or its deduction from main balance.It is very wrong on behalf of service provider to deduct from customers main balance without his consent and that also in fraction of seconds so as to get any decision to continue or discontinue the VAS. You are requested to provide me the relief.

                                        Dear Sir, I had made a recharge of Rs 127 on mobile no [protected] from ICICI bank website on date 04-05-15 & following is bill no (BIL/[protected]/1120/[protected]/[protected])& immediately got message your recharge is not successful. Still Rs 127 is debited from my account.When I contacted reliance customer care they told that your amount will be refunded in your account within 48 hours. It's been almost 8 days still I didn't receive any money.Every time I call customer care they give me same stupid answers"It will be refunded" & I really had a pathetic experiance with reliance customer care. Request you to help for the same & my refund
