Reliance data card connection not cancelled

We have given a data card cancellation request to rcomappellateauthourity.[protected]@relianceada.com on 5-march-15 as per the advise of reliance call center support agent. But till now we have not received any confirmation for the cancellation request which we have given. not providing the things that they are showing in sites

Few days ago I recharged my reliancereliance no [protected] by amnt 65 .in the company site it was written that I will get 70 rs promotional balnc and 250 mb data but after rechrag I get only the talk time not the data so it is a clear case of cheating....

Unwanted Balance Deduction

Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore) charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same. Yet not refund money

On 3rd March 2015 I paid broadband installation money (Rs. 1450) but after receiving the money they told me after a week that there was no peer free in my location because of that they didn't give me connection. Regarding Balance Deduct

Yet not refund the money.

On March 3rd 2015 I paid 1450 rupees for the installation of my broadband connection. But after a week they told there is no peer to give me the connection to my home. So I told them to cancel this on 12 or 13th March and they have to refund complete payment (i.e Rs 1450 ) after 40 days but now its reached almost 2 months they didn't send my money. Also their employ not picking up my phone calls. Now I found this forum is the only last option....

I am having a prepaid GSM connection of Reliance Communication since last 2 years period. unauthorised charges and stoppage of services

Disconnect of internet & link breakage

validity wrongly deducted again..

My name is byom and my reliance no is [protected] which i had ported from docomo recently... Yesterday (ie 3may) i recharged with rs 175 (2g unlimited for 28 days ) but it got expired in a day only.. I talked to customer care and they didnt give a about it... I want my data back with validity of 30 days or i will have to take some serious action against reliance ... Wrong Recharge Information

I have recharge my reliance 3 modem with 797 on 28/4/2015. Truly unlimited plan for 30 days. When i use the modem. the speed was down to High speed 1X mode. And i check the account details, the HSD data was in 0. The why reliance communication display the wrong information in the website....

I am allocated 5gb of data 3G per month and every month my 3G quota would finish after 500mb.
