Subject: Complaint for horrible service from Reliance broadband.
Hi,
I've been using reliance broadband for a while now.
I'm an old Customer with 3 separate reliance broadband connections registered to the same residential address.
I pay all my reliance bills on time, but some how your reliance connection doesn't work half the time.
It is bothering me that, inspite of playing so much, I'm getting bad service from reliance broadband.
I had spoken to one of your hot line executives, they gave me this Complain no:[protected]
It's been more than 2 months that your services have been on and off..
I'm not paying for this service which works 8 days in a month.
I'm hereby requesting you to give me credit time for your bad service.

Explained the problem to the lady. She said the the only account activated on their end is the Office Reliance internet account.
Complains for all the accounts will be launched in the office internet ID as it active. Date of missing Reliance services has be registered from June 15 2014 to Mar 26th 2015.
I would be contacted by the Reliance team in 72 hours.

As you see above, the Subscriber ID[protected] is active. I request you to add all the credit on Sub ID[protected] as all the accounts are registered on the same address.
Reliance services started giving us trouble by frequently not working. It worked only 8 days in a month rest all of the time there was no service from your end. Inspite of bad service from your end, your billing Dept insisted that we still make the payment in order to keep the accounts active so that the credit could be given for the days it didn't work, but which was not true. This matter has been continuing from June 2014 and now I'm writing this email for the second time hoping to get credit for the extra payment acquired by you. Reason for internet not working in Santacruz was technical reasons, Wiring work was going on... Please read below to see the history.
I last spoke to the Reliance customer care last on the Mar 26th 2015, I was told that Waiver request has been submitted and my Request ID is :[protected].
I was also told to re-email [protected]@relianceada.com which is why I am writing back to you for the second time.
I was not aware of the Subscriber ID[protected] being active. I was not asked by you to know my preference as to which account did I want active. I repeat please activate my ID[protected] with 9 months credits of above mentions subscriber ids.

Reliance replied back by asking me to pay for service that I haven't received from them. And now about 5 days back I got a call from them telling me that they now file a case against me. I have written everything regarding the case history, no one has bothered to read my email and have sent me a rediculous reply which I have attached to this complaint in the proof section.
