My name is byom and my reliance no is [protected] which i had ported from docomo recently... Yesterday (ie 3may) i recharged with rs 175 (2g unlimited for 28 days ) but it got expired in a day only.. I talked to customer care and they didnt give a about it... I want my data back with validity of 30 days or i will have to take some serious action against reliance ... Give me my 30gb 2g data or else i will port to another operator and ask the same to my relAtives and friends.

    Hi Team, I had sent a mail on 7-Apr-2015 for de-activating my Reliance Net-connect account as I was highly frustrated with your pathetic services. I am writing this with great sorrow that still my request hasn't been resolved. I sent a reminder mail as well but still I didn't get any confirmation from Reliance. I must say Reliance is India's most disgusting company & its staff is worse than the worst. Why don't you de-activate my account? Your customer care never picks the call. Every time it says all your Customer- service representatives are busy. I am surprised how your customer care can be busy as they rarely work. I raised my complaints on following Email-ids - "[protected]@relianceada.com"[protected]@relianceada.com" This is last time I am writing this complaint & if it doesn't get resolved by 4-May-2015 then I will go to Consumer court.       Hi,
      after writing the complaint history here, I was contacted by a lady from reliance. After speaking to her, I got to know that waiver for 66 days was provided to me. Although my actual waiver period should have been 4 months, the reason given to me was that my complaint was filed 2 months after the services had gone off, and hence they can only give me waiver from the time my complaint is taken by them in their account which was fair. I do understand the legal complexity.

      On calling the customer care several time and following up with them, they kept on saying that my account waiver has been granted but the billing team will take time as the procedure is under process. They did not give me any time period. The lady also told me to pay Rupees 1, 500 in order to get my account activated which I did. Ending lines were "Reliance account will get activated in 24 hours."
      Post 24 hours I called the customer care again, a reminder for the same was taken. My account was still deactivated.
      On calling them back to back for 3 days and following up, a lady told me that Fibre Optic cable has got cut in Juhu Tara Rd and that its a technical fault from their end, and told me to wait for few days. Reliance will get back to you. I couldn't believe that it's exactly the same reason what happened to me back in May 2014.

      I was upset to know that the customer care officers are unable to speak English properly. What's worse is that, when they take down our complaints, they write it in such horrible grammar that the eventual meaning changes or comes out random. I had to dictate my complaint word by word.

      I won't be surprised if I receive a bill from reliance broadband by the end of this month. This is what exactly happened to my in 2014.
      And then their recovery Dept will call and irritate saying "aap ka bill penidng hai"

      This is just fleecing people's money.
      Not everyone out there will go through the trouble of writing all this for just Rs 1500.

      Not to mention all the emails that I have written to Reliance Broadband.ada was simply waste of time.

      My Problem has yet not been resolved. Customer care says they I've been given waiver from relaince for 60 days, but the billing dept is still working on it. However, as per them, they have activated my account on May 21st 2015 after receiving a payment from my end. I'm still not able to use the internet as I was not getting services. On calling them and following up, the customer care siad that they were unable to do so because Reliance internet services are down in Juhu Tara rd due to Fibre optic connection being cut due to BMC. However, I remeber this being the very case why my internet connection had got disconnected back in 2014. Its June 25th 2015. I've been calling them again and again to tell them send me a technical person from their end to reslve the matter, but they have been making false promises saying that reliance techical team will contact me within 24 hours, yet no one has yet called me yet.
      However, I wanted to add saying that please take my new request for giving me waiver for the period May21st to June 21st as they have received the payment from my end, and that they add this 30 to my prior waiver of 60 days, but as per them they can only take this request then my earlier complaint No is resolved. Until that is resolved, the customer care cannot take another fresh request from my end.
      It is so hard to even launch a complaint in Reliance internet customer care, as these people who represent Reliance are not capable of writing complaints in simple english language. On insisting to read what they had written regarding my case, I was frustrated to know that that write it in such horrible grammar that its impossible for a lay man to understand what exactly they are trying to say. They cannot write one simple english line properly. They are under qualified.
      Please help me resolve the matter. This thing has taken for ever. I'm begginning to think there is no justice. I have been on this case from one year. I'm sure, so many people must have just let go of such situation.
      I seek justice.

      I made her update the complain with mention the fact that my connection got re activated on may 21st, but my connection was not started fromreliance end in spite of making payment for reconnection.
      They could have informed me, as this problem has been since 2014 may, as my connection went down due to the same reason but, waiver of only 66 days went in customers favour due to technical legal reasons. ( customer date of proof for complaining of internet going down was made late... Hence as a proof only 66 days can be given to him as waiver records hold)

      How ever, the previous complaint no was shut automatically by the system as there is Wire work going on so... Fault happened from their end, the system automatically closed the complain.         I have recharge my reliance 3 modem with 797 on 28/4/2015. Truly unlimited plan for 30 days. When i use the modem. the speed was down to High speed 1X mode. And i check the account details, the HSD data was in 0. The why reliance communication display the wrong information in the website.

            Reliance are the biggest cheats ad liars. I initiated a port out request after abysmal service from reliance. I am allocated 5gb of data 3G per month and every month my 3G quota would finish after 500mb. Every month I would complain and they would sort the problem for a few days and then the same problem would reoccur. I have tried to port out on three different occasions, and reliance keeps rejecting my request. Reliance customer care keeps saying they have not received a request from vodafone but I have personally seen the vodafone system message saying my request has been declined by reliance without any reason. These thieves are holding my phone number hostage. I would advise anyone not to ever use their service. Vikram [protected]

                I wrot about my Internet Connection No.[protected] as on 27-04-15 as flow But there is not any response The speed is slow from 10.02.15 after recharge of 3001.00 But when i recharge For rs. 255.00 as on 01.05.15 The speed getting Some high I think you are making fool to customer that 3001 recharge give you 1 Gb each month with a speed up to 3.1 Mbps Any way i would like request you please not make fool to customer and save your company repo. if there is any technical issue with the recharge amount 3001.00 please solve the same Hope you will take a action very very soon Now i am with customer care person on *355 for speed issue with Mr. Sanjay 1 St complacent was as on 22.03.15, 04.04.15 There is issues for 3001 & other recharges tell me please recharge of 3001.00 date was 10.02.15 and next recharge 255 was as on 01.05.15 in between speed was very slow it mean your commitment is wrong But i am not satisfied with your service Thanks Mukesh [protected]

                    Sir, I was using reliance CDMA post paid No [protected] for the last 3-4 years and my bill was never above Rs 500/- in any of the month and was paying bill in time through internet banking.In March 2015, when i got bill of Rs 1476, I was surprised and i wrote a mail to reliance commn ltd about it but they wrote since you used VAS i.e. network usage of 110 MB so you are correctly charged whereas i have never used network. Thy have registered my complaint vide Service Request ID:[protected]on 3/6/2015 at 6:09:02 PM ).

                        hello sir/madam i have been facing connection problem over 16 days but reliance communication has stopped responding my complaints. on 17/04/2015 suddenly internet connection stopped working i contacted customer care, THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PAY VISIT AND CHECK THE CONNECTION STATUS. AND THEIR APPELETE AUTHORITY OFFICER MR ABHISHEK HAS ARGUED WITH ME BADLY AND ASKED ME FOR WAIT FOR 33 DAYS TO GET RESOLUTION ( HE WAS THE MOST ARROGANT EXECUTIVE I TALKED WITH.) as following compaint no [protected] SHWETA [protected] VARSHA [protected] SAGAR [protected] SUSHMA [protected] ARCHANA - secretariat appeal authority [protected]abhisek - secretariat appeal authority [protected] nayana - secretariat appeal authority its been 16 days but i havent received any call back / any technical / support engineer visit to my place . they are replying any of complaints. these is too much . even for last month between 07/03/2015 to 17/03/2015 i faced similar problem . almost 10 days my connection did not worked and they didnt contacted me as well no compensation received for those 10 days. reliance is giving pathetic service to their customer .                             I have purchased a Reliance 3 prepaid data card from the reliance outlet ( Sri Sidhivinayak Mobile store) at Dadar west Mumbai. At the time of purchase I was told that unlimited data was free for three months. Only because of this offer I purchased the new data card ( No. [protected]). Actually I had gone to the store to convert my post paid data card to prepaid one which I had with me earlier. But tempted by the three months data free offer, I purchased another new data card. But after one month reliance stopped the service. When I enquired customer care, I was told that there is no balance. When I told that I was taken the three months free data plan, I did not get a proper reply. Then I approached the reliance outlet at Dadar (W), but they told me to recharge to get the service and was not ready to hear my grievances about the three months free plan offered on data card. Then I have made E mail complaints to Reliance Customer care on 13/04/15, 15/04/15 & 16/04/15 But I did not get a proper response. So I made complaints to second level Rcom Appellate Authority. Then I got a reply on 17/04/15 that my complaint was registered with ID[protected] and it will be resolved in 5 days. But nothing was happened in 6 days and I have repeated my complaints to Rcom Appellate Authority on 23/04/15, 24/04/15 & 25/04/15, but there was no response. Later I got a mail informing me that my complaint was registered on 25/04/15 with another Service Request ID: 2326334 and the issue will be resolved in two days. But nothing happened yet and RCom did not respond to my mail on 28/04/15.

                                We have a reliance Netconnect+ data card which we are not using due to poor coverage of reliance in dabaspet Nelmangala and we want to cancel the connection as the data card was no longer useful for us.We called up the customer care[protected]. They advised to visit the nearest reliance outlet. Since we do not have any reliance outlet nearby Dabaspet and do not have enough time to go out of office to reach the Bengaluru city Reliance outlet, we requested him an alternate option to apply cancellation request online. He advised me to write a cancellation request email to the following email ID: rcomappellateauthourity.[protected]@relianceada.com. We wrote email on 5-march-15. But till now there is no response from reliance team and number is also not cancelled. Outstanding bill amount of Rs.1235 is generated due to irresponsibility of reliance team. Whenever I call up the call center team they tell they will update their backend team to call my number but i never receive any call.I once received call from backend team. They requested me to retain in reliance tried to offer me 1GB free data. I clearly told them I cannot continue as I do not have coverage in my place and I am using airtel 3G connection and I asked them to cancel the connection. But still the connection is not cancelled.I believe Reliance is a thieving company who cheat customers and make money.                                     Hi Team, I have been using this reliance data card number [protected] for more than four years and i always relay on this network for my internet connectivity(Personal and Official use). But few days i am unable to connect to the network and it always fails. I am only able to connect in 1x Mode and Hybrid (Very slow 1x ) modes. Due to my work nature i will be travel for few days in a month. So i bought reliance Netconnect plus. My usage also will be more or less 1 GB. So i opt for 3001 Recharge and getting 1GB topped up to my account on monthly basis. I hope i wont get back my Rs:3001 back to me. Having that point reliance sould provide at least a reasonable network connectivity. I would like to put this concern to reliance very much seriously and act upon this issue bit fast. I lost my creditability from my higher officials, Once lost is lost. Now i need to again put lot of efforts to get it back. These many days I was recommending reliance to my colleages, friends and Marketting them to purchase Reliance data card. If they too face the same kind of problem and no response in reliance customer care, they will call me and trash like anything. If my problem is not going to fixed in sometime, i definitely i will throw away my reliance data card and will go with some other data cards available in markets. And also will stop recommending Reliance to my friends and Colleages, also will refrain them from buying reliance data card. Peoples from customer care are not understanding the problems and issues we face as a customer. I am not using reliance data card for just downloading movies from torrent, downloading mp3 and videos. I have been using this for professional work. So pls provide a soonest resolution in my case. Please find the attached screenshots, which would help in understand my issues. -- Regards, KARTHICK

                                        I am utterly surprised at your silence and reluctance to shift the aforesaid tower from my premise even after my repeated requests since November, 2008, in several occasions by dismissing our agreement in this regard. I also request you to clear all backlog rent dues payable to me. The request was placed after the occurrence of two fire incidents in the panel board of the tower within a short span of only two months (Sep’08 & Nov’08) due to installation machineries and equipments of sub-standard quality and also poor maintenance of the same from your end. Subsequently, I lost faith in your future safety measures assurances, as in several occasions earlier also your office failed in ensuring safety measures to our lives and property against the previous unprecedented similar incidents. So, it has got no meaning o[censored]nnecessarily keeping your said tower in idle conditions on my premise without paying its due rents to me since January, 2010. Moreover, due to lack of maintenance of the structures, equipments and machineries by you, these are gradually going to be damaged inflicting further risk to our lives and property. Therefore, I lastly request you to take a positive step in shifting the tower within maximum 2(two) months without showing any further apathy in this regard to maintain a good relation in future.
