I am Ajay Kumar ghai .my reliance prepaid no. is [protected]. My 3g connection always goes down, even many times 0 connection is their in my area 5th pusta, gamri extension near bhajanpura and many places of Delhi. In roaming area, very worst condition of 3g services. And many times reliance has deduct my money from my prepaid ac by giving the excuse that u have activated many services but I have not activated any services. Kindly solve my 3g speed problem at every place and please don't activate any service and don't deducted my money without my permission. I will be thankfull to you.

    respected sir, I made a port request and converted my no. [protected] to CDMA and I received a message on 27 that my sim is ready to use but since last few days it is still on process . And i am not able to use my number .please do work up on it sir its humble request...please sir...

        [protected], , , , i asked abt request number[protected], , but without noticing it, he gave information of other request...when i asked to check the number wat i have send, , ...he have not excused his fault, , but proving that he gave information for other request...and just said ."request closed...i am talking abt no..[protected]...its under process.. okay."..but i didnt asked u this request."but we can ans this request only, its under process"...is this the way to answer...who told u to talk abt other no...did i asked u abt[protected]???? why they are talking like this, ..., customers are their enemies once the device and plan has been sold...or they want us to terminate the service.and want to be freed from us after selling the device.. They are not answering the chat in sequence also, ..., i waited more than 30 mins stating request no...but no ans... but when i requested abt online payment, , , in question, , i had been answered within a minute, but that chat, ...abt request no still in queue..more than 30 mins Regrads, Harish

          Sir I m very disappointed by reliance communication company . My prepaid mobile [protected] balance has been deducted by 3 on dated 13-04-15 in day and night approximately 60and 70 and again on 28th night deducted Rs. 70 . When I call to customer care lolots of time but no solution and also closed my customer care service by my mobile no. [protected]. Kindly short out my problem as soon as possible

            i am using reliance 3G service.but for the past two days there is so much problem that i am not able to use its service. The service for which i paid . The problem is this H+(3g) network comes and in less than a second it goes out. secondly i recharged my mobile with rupees 50 and after making one call i check out my balance . it shows your balance is not sufficient to make a call. the question is if they are not giving their service for what they are charging i have a Internet plan which is not working and i recgharged my mobile it also goes out. so again i am highlighting my problem i had paid for 3g service but i am not receiving it plus the validity of that service is also expiring . i recharge my mobile all money went out. my mobile no is [protected]

              subscribers no [protected], there are many problems related to data usage and slow speed...19 hrs of difference in data usage given in cdr report, compared to my data card logs. I informed customer care and to appellate authority abt this issue...before the bill gets generates, , i asked the customer care daily through live chat, to give me the usage details, they said, "there is a problem with ur data usage, so it cannot be provided right now, you can come back to us after...72 hrs..." till the date, before the bill gets generates...they also asked me to check myservices, data usage for reference...i checked and confirmed it too..to continue the usage.. my bill gets generated with a unbilled usage of Rs.1735/-...when i asked related to this matter to appellate authority, he said, , just, sorry for the inconvinence..but ur usage details are correct..as given in cdr report. when i compared my data logs and cdr report, , the usage timing differs abt 19hrs... I need a clear explanation abt this issue, , is that a trick for reliance, to gain profit, , without informing sufficient data usage, , when i requested for the data usage details, till the bill date...and why there is a usage timing difference...which varies a lot, , and makes me to pay 4 times higher than my usual rental plan. they barred my connection the next moment the bill gets generated, , and they requested, to pay half amount to continue usage the usage of card... Sir, why they have not provided me the correct details, well in advance(not on theirr own, , atleast when i requested for the details, daily) and just sorry for the inconvinience from appellate authority doesnt make any sense, , , .               u can contact with my registered number, which is still in use...starts and ends with 9566...703...and just dont say ur request has solved through telephonic contact without calling this number(since i have seen in the other forum, , no calls yet, but request closed with telephonic contact.)

                    नमस्कार, मेरा नाम सुनील कुमार शर्मा है और मेरा cell फ़ोन न.[protected] है। गत् 28 अप्रैल 2015 को मैंने *121# पर फ़ोन कर रिलायंस द्वारा मुझे दिए जा रहे offers की जानकारी ली। इसके अनुसार मुझे rs.247 के रिचार्ज पर 2gb 3g data 30 दिनों के लिए और 150 tt 30 दिनों के लिए मिलेगा - ऐसा बताया गया। इसके बाद मैंने *333 पर फ़ोन किया तो वहां भी इस offer की पुष्टी की गई । उसी दिन यानि 28 अप्रैल को मैंने 247 का recharge किया, परंतु मुझे कंपनी से ये msg प्राप्त हुआ। RC of Rs 247 successful Enjoy 2GB 3G Data nd Unl Free FB, Whatsapp, Twitter for 28 days, Rs 150 TT Valid for 15 days. Best offers dial *129# 28 दिनों के लिए data और 15 दिनों के लिए tt उसी दिन मैंने cutomer care अधिकारी से बात की और उन्होंने ऐसे किसी ऑफर के होने से ही मना कर दिया और फ़ोन उच्च अधिकारी को देने का बोल कर काट दिया। और उस दिन के बाद से cc पर फ़ोन ही नहीं लग रहा। plz जल्द से जल्द मेरी इस समस्या का निदान किया जाये। धन्यवाद् सुनील कुमार शर्मा

                      hi, i have been using a datacard for quite some time, this signal issue has been there for quite a while, I tried to deal with the appealiate they are also reluctuant, I don't get HSD signals at my place, I am on advance rental plan.                         I had filled the application form for new broadband connection on 25th Feb 2015 with one month advance + installation charges was Rs.1630/- with cheque. After a few days my cheque is clear and amount has been credited from my bank account then after their executive said that they can't give me the connection because of the long distance. So I said then give me the refund of money. Then after 2 months i am still follow up for my refund but they are not giving me the response yet. Their executive don't even pick my phone and customer care saying you are not our customer so we can't help. I have been dropped so many mails to their broadband team but nothing happen. This was really low level service they have given me.

                          Dear Sir, As per the talks with customer care, Reliance Communications claim that termination process gets completed in 48 hrs from the date of registering the request. The termination request was submitted by [protected]@gmail.com on 21st April, 2014 after 10 days of registering complaint for no Internet connectivity. We had to initiate the termination process as even after continuous follow ups with customer care for no connectivity, there was no support from the customer service executives. Complaint reference:[protected] Now, we requested for termination of service via reference id:[protected]. Today, 10 days after, there has been no call from the retention department. Also, as no Internet connectivity has been provided to us since 10th April, The bill with Rs. 833 payable shall be void and null. Requesting you to terminate the service and refund the deposits given. Such a harassment to customer. How the hell can you claim that the customer service is completed within 48 hrs. Pathetic after sales service. After getting exhausted from the customer services, I have to put this up on media. Suscriber Id:[protected]

                          We have not received any call from your side. Please give us the contact details of the contact person because we don't think the customer care has time to speak to us.
                          This is the worst experience of my life till now with any service providing company.
                          Its has been 10 days and still the complaint is not resolved. Is this the way to treat the customers? Are these you corporate services, social responsibility ? The name Reliance had much more expectations than this. Such pathetic consumer support. This has seriously led to mental harrasment and if the same does not get resolved, the same is issue is going to be reported to Consumer Court for harassment to customer, no availability of services promised etc. Even more, the same will be reported via mail to Head office as complaint towards the organisation.

                            I am reliance pro 3 data card user. My data card service was deactivated on 14 April for some problem in doc verification but I again submitted my documents on very next day (15 april), still they took 5 days to activate it...no proper response was given from reliance outlet & customer care at that time. I earlier also complained about this but didn't get any positive response. This data card also having problems in connecting some times. I have used many other data cards but this is the worst among them. This kind of service is not expected from such a reputed company . My data card no - [protected] Vikash [protected]

                              Dear People at Reliance, I had a Broadband connection in the name of AGRAJ TYAGI Registered Email ID- [protected]@gmail.com Registered Mobile No.- [protected] In the month of March I called reliance customer care and cancelled my connection. I was assured my connection would be disconnected and a call-back would be arranged. I never received a formal E-mail from Reliance; I thought my connection was disconnected. After a couple of days, I started receiving BILL on my email for the month of March and later on for APRIL. I used to get calls daily and I used to tell the person to confirm and get back to me as i had already disconnected the connection. I have moved out of the country now. It is actually so embarrassing and humiliating to get payment follow-up in front of colleagues. I emailed the customer care but never got any response. I told the staff to call me and report back, but I never got any response. WHY SHOULD I BEAR ALL THIS? it is not about 1000 Rs but the service and response. First of all the 3rd party servicing agency for collection of payment, if they cannot respond to the queries then why do they commit to servicing? I had even there might be bill for MARCH (i had disconnected by then- but still), WHY there was no revert, after some time the messages/email for March bill Stopped, but again unwanted email's/ Calls started for APRIL. Why is the service so poor? why should i spend so much calling from bhutan unnecessarily? Why should i termed as a defaulter even after terminating my connection. I dont expect an early reply, but yes i dont want this to happen to other people.

                                Being billed for a data connection which is not used for past 4 months or so. At least if the data is used and they are billing for four months is fine. When it is lost how would we even use it. We raised a complaint when it is lost itself. But now they force us to pay the bill. I was using this datacard for more than a year and paying the bill properly. They do not know how to respect loyal customers. Data Card number is [protected].

                                  This complaint is for my data card [protected] I have paid advance rental for 3 months on 16th October 2014 which means I should not be getting any bill till 18th January 2015 although they have wrongly billed for the month Dec to Jan and forcing me to pay bill.

IN MY USER A/C:[protected], THAN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED MY PROBLEM, THAN SHE ASKED ME, DON"T WORRY, WE HAVE NOT REC. PAYMENT BANK ALSO RESERVE THIS AMOUNT, THAN I REC. RS/-625 BY BANK, THAN AGAIN I PAYMENT RS/- 625 BY DEBIT CARD, BUT THIS MONTH BILL REC. AND YOU DEBIT RS/- 100 LATE PAYMENT CHARG. SO RESERVE LAST PAYMENT CHARG, AND MY OTHER COMPLAIN SO MANY TIMES WE ASKED LOACL PERSON & CUSTOMER CARE MY INTERNET SPEED VERY SLOW, PLS CHEAK IN MY COMPLEX MANY USER COMLPIAN, I HAVEGIVE PROOF IN WRITING.                                       , I didn't complain it's been over a month and my problem is not solve till now and then complaining so many times in a customer care number for technician is coming at my home as you telling me and still I am facing the problem my number net [protected] No one is solve dongle problem

                                        Dear Sir/Mam, My Mobile no. is [protected]. Reliance GSM Activated the VAS video store on[protected] and rs 1 deducted for the same from my balance on the same day dated[protected] rs 5 again deducted from my a/c for VAS Hungama voice ckt and again yesterday dated[protected] rs 3deducted for VAS USSD service on my no. without subscribing and balance of rs 9deducted from my balance till yesterday from my a/c without any notification. in last 10 days. When i called to rcare their is no response from their side. Kindly book my complaint and get my balance back. Regards Harsh Maheshwari
