Hello, I had recently a problem regarding deduction of complete Internet data. I had complained through this portal. After 3 days my problem was resolved and got my data back. But again after a day, the same problem was occurred and now when checking my data, its showing only 45 MB of data. Now how will my problem resolve? Thank You Contact No-[protected]

    Sir/Madam, The video store service of Reliance GSM got activated on my mobile number [protected] without my consent, and they are deducting Re 1 per day. There is no service to deactivate the same, and the customer care is not reachable. Please deactivate this service as it is increasing more dissatisfaction towards Reliance GSM.       I recharge at 12.04.2015 @ Rs. 177 containing 1gb 3G data with unlimited facebook & watzaap streaming on +91 [protected]. But on dated 28.12.2015 my sim balance @ Rs.52 deducted on the behalf on net pack . As i called to your costumer care services ;but they said no to reimburse my balance & net pack too . I use only facebook & watzaap after 12.04.2015. Then how can be 1gb 3g data will come to end wether it have 28 days validity . I takked to Miss. Lalit & Miss. Kanti in Reliance costumer care and a senior executive too ; but they didn't reimburse the net balance and talk time balance . Time details of calls been made to costumer care : 1:37 pm @ 28.04.2015 11:42 am @ 28.04.2014 You are requested to kindly take a warm action as soon as possible against this complaint.

          I'm lodging this complain against Reliance Communications. This is by far has been the worst service ever, my broadband connection has been down from over a month and these people are just not ready to get it fixed. This is the first company where I've seen complain tickets getting closed automatically in a day without any resolution. I've kept on registering a new complain daily and they have been giving me an assurance that my issue will get fixed in 24 hours, its been over a month but those 24 hours are not getting completed, no executive or service person has visited my place even once to even have a look at my issue. There has not been a single day I've used the service and they have given me a bill of Rs. 1500. Its about 3 months since I've subscribed to their connection and I've paid 3 bills and I've hardly used it for a month only, rest of the time it was down. All my money has gone to total waste

              Dear sir, My Reliance pro 3 no.[protected] (Gujarat Circle). I activated it on 19th March. But from the first day I am facing connectivity and speed issue. Regarding this issue last month I registered complaint and also continue followed it upto 15days, there after reliance technical team call me to find out problems, on telephone they inform me to change some setting for pro 3 device although the problem was same so without take any further action they immediately decide that the device is faulty and inform me to get repaired or replace it.Now today after 19 days I received my replaced new device, I update it's RSN by visiting Reliance Mobile store. I start to use it and with surprise I found the problem is still continue as same as before. More slow speed than before. So now what you have solution for my issue? Here below I have mentioned my problems from start to end, please read it completely and reply me positively. Some times I could not connect it in single try, I have to restart device twice or some times more than 5 times to connect it. My Main issue is speed, Reliance a big company with it's pro 3 device claims 14.7 Mbps speed, but this Wifi device currently gives me only 400kbps to maximum 1mbps speed in centre location area of Ahmedabad City. Now in a days internet is most important thing in our life, we can't do anything without net. First complaint I registered on 22th March and upto today I followed up this issue, but still reliance could not resolve my issue. So please inform me what further step I should take and what you will take, because already more than one month over and my problems are still continue, I am very unsatisfied with your slow service, now I don't want to follow your time consuming process. Now in a days Internet is most important thing in our life, we can't do anything without net. For last one and half month I am facing lot of stress and trouble due to this issue. I am totally disappointed due to such low quality product and service from such a big brand reliance. Within 2 days please send any technical person to my place to find out problem and give me permanent solution or inform me the process to stop my pro 3 service and how can I get full refund which I spend for this poor quality pro 3 service. Because from the first day I am facing this problems and it not my fault if your device is defective or your pro3 service is poor quality. It is responsibility of reliance to resolve my issue within 2-3 days or refund my money without give me any more stress. Now I am at the end point of frustration with pro3 service.

                Hi I tried to make a payment for my reliance data card no: [protected] using my syndicate bank account through paytm.com for the amount 449 on 27/5/2015, I tried it for three times when the processing fails, I paid the amount 797.0 in reliance website. Following is the transaction details Receipt no: AMIR70400977, Transaction reference no: 86242041. When the payment is made the validity for one month is added into the account ie until 27/05/2015. Later on, to my surprise the payment from paytm.com account is also deduced, following is the transaction details; Transaction No 5D0DA16B18E36787. Now suddenly the validity is only for 15 days that is to11/05/2015. I request you to either revert any of the transactions or update the validity period as 45 days Thanks Udhayan. J

                    My reliance number is [protected].In the last few days from my number they are deducting Rs 5 twice on the day 22 and once in 27 april 2015.The message has been recieved as Rs 5 has been deducted for value added service for techzone..Even though none of the value added service(VAS) is activated in my number as i checked .They are deducting the money unnecessarily.This is to kindly inform to refund my deducted money.I hope a proper action will be taken to this issue and wait for your response.

                      Hello, My Data Card number is [protected]. My dongle was not working and after had a word with customer care i came to know that in my main balance amount is zero. So i have recharged my main balance and then my main balance was deducted due to reliance technical problem. it happened twice. I have registered a complain with customer care and they told me it will resolve in 24 hrs. But now it is 48 hrs and problem is not resolved. whenever i am talking to customer care, they are not behaving good and transfer my call to unrelated person. what the hell is this. very very bad reliance services.

                      I have one more complaint that why customer care commits for 24 hrs if the issue is not
                      resolved till that time. it is more than 48 hrs and still issue is not resolved. As per my knowledge this is
                      very small issue and same cases almost come every day to you.

                      Please let me know how much more time you needed to resolve this.

                        I have registered with DND 2 months back.But i'm still getting messages from RM-eNews. While tried to call to Reliance care on 198, call is getting disconnected automatically.                           My account balance is getting deducted for VAS services, even if I have not applied for any of them.It has become more frequent now. I have complained on 198 many times, they refund the amount that time but later on again same thing repeats. This time they have deducted Rs. 31 from 23 april till now. I want my amount back as soon as possible. Else I am going to port from reliance and will never prefer anybody to opt for reliance.

                            In past I have posted complaint here against Reliance Netconnect when I didn't get network for around 45 days, back then instead of taking responsibility for poor service they asked me to pay bill. Current Situation: I had a complaint registered with request no.[protected]. On 7th April I called customer care because it had been 5 days without any network and within two hours of call I got the network. But by the evening I lost the network again and next day was same. I made many calls and they keeps promising that they have some work going on in my area and that the problem will be solved within a day or two. My new billing cycle starts on 18th every month and till 17th April I frequently kept getting problems with their network. When I asked about waiver they suggested me to call after bill generation. So far I had faced network issue for around 12-13 days in that billing cycle. When my new billing cycle started I was getting good network for two days so I thought maybe it will stop so I didn't call for waiver but from 20th it started again. So I asked them when will it be solved and again they kept promising in 2-3 days so I asked for waiver about previous month. The executive I was talking to kept saying that they can't give waiver for previous month and disconnected call, when I called again this time the female executive took 31 minutes to understand that I am talking about previous month. So basically their two executives don't even know how to read calendar. When their executive called me for waiver, he refused to offer any waiver for not providing proper service for 12-13 days because I had usage beyond their rules. But my plan is unlimited plan and what about their responsibility of poor service for 2 weeks? On 25th I called again because I had no network and same response, they keeps asking you to wait for couple of days and refuse to waiver the bill. Today was my last call to reliance where I spoke with senior executive who responded nothing different. While speaking with me she kept saying she understands my problem but she can't do anything about it. I gave her example of bus service and asked her if she will pay entire months bill if her daily bus doesn't arrive half month? And she replies to me that she will give it a months try. I have been their customer for 4 years now and finally she gives me offer to keep my modem for 3 months and pay monthly rental of rupees of 150 plus service tax for not providing service. In these 3 months I should keep checking network and I won't be able to connect or use service at all. When I get assurance that service has become stable, I should call them and ask to restart the service. So if I use example of bus here, someone must pay bus service for 3 months just to watch whether bus is coming everyday or not. When I refused to opt for it and asked for termination process details, she says to me that I am valuable customer and I must save it. Isn't it big joke on part of reliance? She says to me I am valuable customer and asks me to save a myself for them plus pay them to keep my dongle and not use service. In total they have provided me poor service for 20 days so far and I have decided to pay my bills by 5th may and terminate their poor service at last. By bill I mean charity for reliance. Hard to believe that such a huge brand can act so careless and have low ethics.

                                This is my user id[protected] i paid 2150 rs for the installation of modem for reliance thunder 4 MBPS plan. i recieved my user id and caf number in an email after 2 days and verified my number after 3 days on a phone call. Now the drama began ... i was told by the person who charged me that connection would get setup in just 3-5 days ... After 5 days i called customer care and wrote emails and their reply "sir abhi system me info update nahi huyee hai 48 hrs wait karna padega " After 7 days "sir abhi system me info update nahi huyee hai 48 hrs wait karna padega "After 7 days Same thing happened everytime called Now its more than 15 days with no internet and reliance hasnt made a single phone call to me or have no sign of installation Finally after getting frustRated i finally told them that i do not need connection refund my money StoStill waiting for the reply I definately expected better from such a large ISP

I am Facing my number closing process from Dec 2014, but i will make this formalities in written on feb 2015. i process as exit my number via written application in name of Reliance COMMUNICATION and handover 1 copy to collection Person Mr. Amit Kumar and also send one copy to store executive of reliance situated at MG Road, Opp TI mall, Indore. After process all this exit formalities, i am not use this number.. now i received bills and calls, i told all your tele executives about my problems and what step i took for process in closing my number and now i got new bill also.                                     Mobile number : [protected] Problem : Every month, these , so called RELIANCE, are deducting my account balance of Rs.30/- per month from last 5-6 months. Each and every time, I have to call customer service and get refund. But from last 2 months, even after complaining about the issue, RELIANCE GSM is not providing me the REFUND for their system glitch. I've got confirmation from these that, there is no caller tune service activated on my account AND reliance tune is free and could not be deactivated. But, even this month also, I have lost my Rs.30/- for CALLER TUNE SERVICE, which is FREE!!! Someone please help me, and help me to file a case in consumer forum and get my last 2 months deduction back. I am attaching the trail mail as received. Also, reliance gallery store in ulhasnagar is pathetic customer service, not at all ready to listen.                                         I have recharged my net connect dongle for 999 (15 gb unlimited), but i am not able to use the HYBRID mode, when i connected the hybrid mode it shows only one signal. When i try to connect 1x it shows full signal, so its not the problem of signal. I am an online marketer have to do lots of work, because of this issue I am not able to complete my works.
