Hello, I had a Reliance Wimax connection on my name with below details. BAN Number: - [protected] MDN NUMBER:[protected] I had made all the payments on time. I raised a request for termination of connection on 29th Nov 2014 and they mentioned that it will be actioned with in 3 DAYS. Termination Request no.:[protected] Instead of acting on request promptly, they keep sending me payment reminders and did not terminate the connection until 17th April. I also sent them couple of emails with request no but they did not took any action. Even till today no one from their team has come to collect Wimax Router. Now they are harassing me for payment which is actually not due towards me. I am not going to pay anything after 2nd or 3rd December (considering 3 days time to terminate the connection). Its not my fault that their team is so negligent and they in turn charge customer for their mistakes. Please get it resolved.

    Hello sir my name is Dr Saurabh singh, customer ID[protected] .( mob no -- [protected]) .. I had put a complain regarding termination of reliance broadband connection on 20/04/15 ( Complain Id[protected] and was told by customer care executive that within 48hrs I will receive a call and services will be terminated but no call came so I again called customer care on 27/04/15 and they issued me a new complain ID[protected] on that day and again said that within 48 hrs I will receive a call but no call came so I called customer care again on 29/04/15 and was told by customer care executive that I will get a call in 7 days... What is this nonsense... This is frustrating due to callous attitude on behalf of company... I will request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon...thanks

      I have been using this reliance netconnect since Oct 2012. I have been having serious issue on the monthly charges billed to me. I have taken under advance rental plan but each time I need to communicate monthly basis for this. The last 6 months have been real problem. Even after telling and writing e mail continuously they charge very high bill to me. It has been worst service and communication, frustrate me for the kind of company and staff you have. Could you kindly look into this and arrange to correct everything. Give me a call if you need to understand anything, however you can check all my e mails sent to the datacard.support e mail id. Please treat this as urjent..

      The case is not resolved as usual. You couldn't reach me a strange and useless justification rather you could have written here the solution. Kindly write your number here and I will call you. I was out of India and I had received as good as 5 calls per day from the number[protected] that payment is due. After coming everyday people call (isn't it strange they can get connected but you can't) and I explain them the same. Each call and call waiting is not less than 30 minutes. I asked a senior guy please send the email I will send all the previous communication.

      Could you be kind enough to let me know what have you done to the complaint I gave you on 29th April. It is mentioned in the site File a complaint and get resolved in 24 hrs, its more than 2 months now.

        Hi, Yesterday at 11:13:23 there was a deduction of 487rs from my number [protected], I had a talk with your agent Praveen kumar and Rupesh on 198 and they told me that sir you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had 400mb net remaining in my acc, This has happened 3rd tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days so I dont want that to happen again so kindly process it asap and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as third tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap...           I am not sure i can post about reliance broadband here, but i have no choice, i have reliance broadband [protected]my customer number My service is not working from 19th of April and i called customer care on 20th they said its 24 hours to get it fixed and again i called on 21st they said its a metro train issue, i said in the same building its working for ground floor and they said ok give 24 hours and then after 48 hours i called them back and again they said give us 24 hours, then on 24 i got frustrated so thought of cancelling it, i wondered even for cancellation i have to wait for 48 hours, i waited again no calls from them i called on 27th and spoke to some supervisor they said i will be getting a call in 24 hours and again i called 28th april evening three times i was disconnected by customer support agents even i was not rude finally someone said some one will call you in 24 hours, finally i got a call 29th April afternoon 3 p.m and that guy told he will be coming by 5 so i waited for him by not going to office and they by 5.30 i called him he didn't pick, i kept calling him then he said he is not sure what time he will come and he said if you want you can leave to office, i will come and see, then i called him by 8.30 he said its a back end issue not sure it will get paid, please atleast get me disconnected real real worst customer service i ever had so far

            I don't understand why Reliance is all time charging my account by activating different VAS packages to my mobile no. [protected]. This time they have charged my account for VAS Shemaroo GSM Rs. 5.0 and VAS VideoStore Rs. 1.0 while I have not activated these packs on my number. Few days ago also they charged me more then Rs. 150/- (I don't know why) but they only returned the balance after I complaint on this website). This is happening again and again. Why are they behaving like this? Reliance people please stop this nonsense, I don't have money to pay for these nonsense packs activated by you and charge only those packs I activate.

              I am trying to make payment for my bill for the month of April 2014 for phone no [protected] is for the amount of Rs 412. When trying to pay it online it gives an extra security step which says a one time password will be sent which needs to be entered in order to complete the online payment. I did not get any one time password on my phone sent to me and am clueless what to enter to complete the payment. I have called *222 several times and get no response- NO ONE KNOWS what is to be done.( and this call is charged) Ultimately I went to a retailer ( on April 27th)who handles pre and post paid charges for Reliance and gave Rs500 in cash to make the payment for my phone. NOW reliance is calling me 15 times to indicate that payment has not been received. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. IF YOU GUYS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE FOR MAKING A PAYMENT USING ONLINE SYSTEM AND DO NOT HAVE ANY PHYSICAL CENTERS TO MAKE PAYMENT, HOW DO YOU EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT? All the Reliance person calling up is interested in is to get this months payment and finding out if I would refer this service to someone else. WITH THIS RIDICULOUS service even I would not want to continue with RELIANCE PLEASE GET MY PAYMENT ISSUE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST. Even *222 charges customers for the calls and IS NEVER ABLE TO PROVIDE EVEN CLOSE TO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER AT THE EARLIEST. Per the retailer my phone payment has already been made. Please check and respond asap. This new security feature is introduced after march 25th. How and where should I get the one time password to complete the payment. Look in the logs, the payment attempt failed multiple times. Dr TN Singh

                My name is Byom and my number is [protected] today i recharged with rs 147 which earlier used to give unlimited data but now it gave me only 3gb.. as i have researched that pack is upgraded to rs175... so i wanted to upgrade to rs 175 pack (2g unlimited) But as i had contacted customer care they niether upgraded my pack nor returned me my money I want to upgrade to rs 175(ie 2g unlimited) by deducting rs28 from my balance 147+28=175

                    Reliance say that it serves India with no. 1 High Speed Internet network. I trusted these words and bought a new Reliance 3 dongle in this year January. My data card no. is [protected]. Holder name is SOBHANA KUMARY. After the purchase and activation I get only about 150 kbps. speed in Reliance 3 mode (HSD). The signal bars I am getting is only one. Sometimes or everytimes there is no signal, though there is two Reliance CDMA tower s there within 2 KM from my house. I m really trapped. I don't get3.1 mbps speed as assured by Reliance. I complained everywhere, including appellatte authority of Kerala. Everybody said upgradation is going in my location and soon I will get 3.1 mbps download speed. But this is one month since they said the upgradtion is going on. There is no result as wished. Again the same speed of 150 kbps is getting. My contact no. is [protected]. Please help me Reliance. I think appropriate authorities will sonn try to get into my issue.

                    Reliance responded for my complaint on April 29. Now this is 3rd May. There is no response from you other than above comment. Please, I beg you to resolve the issue at the latest time. It is my fault of purchasing the dongle. After all I can't get any refund, so that I registered this compliant.                     No, My problem wasn't been solved. One Reliance Customer care authority called me and said they are forwarding my complaint to nearest Rcom technical representative and I could expect a callback within 24 hrs. But this the 4rth day, there is no response from my nearest customer service representattive. I m truly trapped. When I called Appellate authority, they are not responding. Now I m using internet via a net cafe by paying amount. If you would like to solve the issue please call at [protected] from 5 p.m. or pls e-mail at [protected]@gmail.com. I m eagerly waiting for any further action to be taken by you.

                        Hi, I am Software Engineer. I am facing too many problem because of Reliance Broadband Connection Service. They are not giving problem service. My Internet connection shutdown again and again so many times. After doing so many complaints, They didn't visit on my home or give any services. I always pay my bill on time of worth 840rs per month. Reliance Broadband Connection is doing harassment of his users. I am the live example of Harassment done by Reliance Broadband Connection I have registered 3 times complaints on Reliance customer care[protected] within last 7-8days. I am facing big loss due to bad service given by reliance. I am paying too much money to him as compared to Internet speed and service provided given by them. Please help me.                         Why are you people doing wrong words?
                        Totally wrong company bad service, bad Internet service.

                        You people are not as per your skills. Please hire good staff.
                        At least user can get good service.
                        I think you people don't know the value of time and money of another person. I think, you don't know the meaning of 24hrs that you always told to your users.

                          Hi, I called customer care for my problem but the guy shouted on me and used abusive language and disconnected my call. I called back customer care many times but everytime they are picking the call and disconnecting it. Is the the behaviour i should expect from such a big service provider.                                 My reliance broad band is not working for more than 8 days. My user id:[protected] i have complained about my issues on 22.4.2015 still 29.4.2015 my broadband is not working. they have closed my complaint with my knowledge on 25.4.2015. and i have called them why they have closed my complaint they simply saying our back end team has closed. how can it happen customer called for an issues without solving the issues how can they close my complaint. and i have called them on 26.4.2015 and mention this also they are telling the same thing but they are not solving my issues. they just saying that technical person will call you still now i don't get single call from your technicians. i have called your customer support and speak with your supervisor for daily 3 times. still now i cant get my connection back. they simply saying within 24 hours it will be resolve. I have working in IT and i will work from home also by this issues my work are been bending. i have called the customer care for more dhan 3 time in a day by this my Blood pressure gets high while speaking to them they are giving irresponsible answers to me. MY COMPLAINT NO:[protected] now 8*24 working hours has been taken by you technical person. What is the remedy for my complaint. i will not pay the bill for this month. and please close my connection i don't need anymore.

                                  This is the second time i am registering this complaint here...I have recharged netconnet for rs.999. But when i try to connect to the hybrid mode signal reduced to one and speed is very less...I have used this dongle for more than 1 year. Most of the time i am experiencing the same thing. There is no signal problem near my home. This is a real case of cheating. I tried to call 3 times and executives are not ready to give a reference number either. Really tired of their service. Worst service ever. I am going to break this useless dongle and use idea Reliance number [protected] Contact no. [protected]

                                    I have a Reliance broadband connection in Bangalore which does not work most of the time. The worst thing happening now a days is when ever I give a complaint about connection issue they just close the complaint lying that the issue is solved. I have to raise so many complaints through phone and email and it takes more than a week to solve!! Most of the time their service engineer doesn't appear or contact me, he does nothing but closing the complaint. I told this to customer care so many times and they say that they are helpless!!! They don't know who is the service person - no name, no contact number. Only thing they can do is creating a new ticket. My connection has not been working for last 5 days.                                     A guy from your Mumbai office had called me 4-5 days back. He had promised that he will follow up the issue and get it fixed.
                                    But he did nothing - neither solved the issue nor contacted me after that.
                                    My problem has not been solved yet. Today I called again to customer care only to find out that my complaint is closed !!!
                                    I took a new Reliance broadband connection at borivali, Mumbai on 11th april 2015...Paid advance of 1200 for installation n advance rental...worked till 24th april and till today ie 10th may 2015 its down...Most frustrating is they close complaint automatically without even intimating or confirming client...I call almost twice daily to rel cc to confirm weather complaint is open or closed...spoked with their applette officers 2-3 times yet no resolution...Their DP is down due to rental issue and these guys are just buying time...to add more frustration their billing dept started calling me to pay bill of some 200 bucks...totally shameless company policies...i even lodged complaint on consumer forum and there also i got stupid reply that we have resolved the issue...Am fed up as my work has been badly effected due to their false promises and delay and till now there is no sign of working...Paid 1200 for 12 days of internet and also to have all sorts of frustrating experiences and to receive calls frm their recovery agents to pay more for internet that is down since weeks

Even after confirmation, the same was not implemented.then i also got sms stating your representative is going to call me but no call yetwhen reminded for bill, i always insisted to talk to some senior person regarding my problem but never got such call though promissed every time.even when talking to me, your people have faced network problem while talking to me. In fact all other Network are doing fine except Reliance. In fact People dont wont me to talk to them from my Reliance Mobile. All these months, I had credit balance and as on today I have settled balance in cashThe present payment is not towards the services enjoyed by me. I have paid only to keep my old number and also that i m not treated as a defaulter.i have been again and again trying to send sms about Port but the message doesnt go. It takes hours and hours to get your people on line but i have reported subject matterSame is with *222 but that also I have done after trying today for the whole day. What I am shocked is that Port request can not be accepted in any other way except sms. Now i dont know the outcome of my complaint of not able to send sms for port.as usuaal, I am being told that you understand my problem and next time there will not be a chance to complaint. Understand my problem ???? Next time ?????? I was just on the subject of Port. Changing my service provider from Reliance to somebody else.In view of whatever is stated hereinabove, I have to state that if sending sms continues to be a problem, then whatever confirmation/verification you need, please complete and bring logical end to the subject matter.
