From last 10 to 15 days Min 50 rupees deductet from my account. I called so many times to Custer care. No posstive response getting from cutomer care executive. Some time they are saying there is sytem error so the can not help. Please note amount is deducted for has. But there is no has a tone in my mob. Please help on this matter as soon as possible

      Dear sir It is requested that one day my balance abruptly was deducted after noticed this I called to the customer care service and told about it. Then he checked out the detail and found that my balance had been wrongly deducted. Then the request was made by me to refund the balance, then he registered the complaint and also provide the complaint no..[protected] and make promise to solve the problem within 6 hour. But the problem wasn't solved then I make call again and got answer that the deducted balance is non refundable without any satisfactory reason. So please solve this problem as soon as possible.

        Sir, My name arup and my ph no- [protected].22th feb My have a offer message comming Rs.247 rechage and get 1gb 3g data+150 tt and india & south affrica world cup india per run 2 mb data or india win 4 mb data 30 day validity ke sath. i recharge but no data avilable my number.call i castomar care said inside 24 hours the facility activited but no data comming my number.pls sir solve this problem.

          Respected sir/madam, I was really put down first by reliance network connection and then by their useless customer service. Feb 14th 2015 i recharged my reliance dongle and tried to connect through reliance cdma datacard. But I could not connect for more than 3 days and so I called their customer service many times and they told its a outage issue persisting for more than 2 days. Then after 3 days I explained to their Customer service that I will post in the complaint forum if I am not getting proper high speed connection which is 3.1 mbps. They registered a complaint and within the 5th day morning i received the 3.1 mbps without any issue. Timingely I got a call from mumbai reliance CS asking that my problem was resolved or not and I was happy for that day. Then after one day of connection again I am facing the same problem, this time I called the customer service and again they are telling this problem is there for just 2 days. They are fooling the customers. I am from Tamil Nadu Chennai, and my data card number is [protected], they gave a complaint number today [protected] stating that their bandwidth is gone down in three South Indian states for 2 weeks. Now what i have to do with my recharged datacard??? Ambani Sir has many dreams but I want him to dream not only to accumulate wealth but at the same time to take care of his customers. Now the date is 23 rd and just imagine a big company and their total network is down for 2 weeks. Atleast those who have viewed this forum please dont recharge under reliance in future till the problem is solved if you do then you can be a victim like me

            An impotant notice for reliance Customers : NOTICE VALUE ADDED SERVICES Date : **/**/**** All the people suffering from VAS Please Stop using reliance services because after my research, I got that by complaining to customer care or dialing 155223(they will not connect you to any customer care) for deactivation of your VAS packs at your convenience or deactivate VAS packs thru SMS, type "STOP" and send to 155223 are all useless because still they deduct VAS charges enen tho I have not activated any VAS Services. till now they have deducted my 70 Rs in 3 months. so i decided to stop using reliance services, After stop using services my life totally changed I got new Job, I got married and have my own house and a new car...So Dear customers Please join my swachh telecom yojana .And if you don't belief in the above statement you can try any tricks to deactivate your VAS services but still reliance will deduct charges from your main balance without any activation... ...CHOICE IS YOURS...               Sir you have erected a big ms pole for Reliance broad band connections very adjacent to my main gate which is causing it s lot of inconvenience and obstructing our vehicle movement in that 20 feet road. And also, the pole was erected exactly on the top of my drinking water pipe line which now giving problem and we have to dig the ground there for replacing the pipeline.                 I bought a 6 gb Internet pack from reliance. It was very frustrating. Most of the days it is not connecting at all. Sometimes it is connecting for few seconds or minutes. After suffering for more than a month I lodged a complain. I got a reply from Reliance to feed my details through their web interface. I fed my mobile no and all other details through reliance web based interface on 15 Feb. Although 8 days has passed nothing has happened. During these 8 days I have tried to connect internet several hundred times out of which It has connected only 2-3 times for few minutes only. The Internet is good for nothing. I could not even check my mails. I had to buy a docomo internet pack to write this complain against reliance. I have suffered for more than 50 days. It is so sad to see that Reliance communications is brutally cheating the poor and innocent customers.

                  I'm a user of reliance 3G dongle and I'm based in netaji subash place, pitampura, Delhi. Since Oct 2014 I'm facing speed related issue due to which my work suffers a lot and i have registered around 15-20 complaints regarding the same. In second week of dec when i agin call the customer care they said there some congestion problem in your area and our team is working there and it will be sorted out by 31st dec. Then again i called in first week of jan 2015 they gave me revised date of 31st jan 2015. But till now I'm facing the same problem which is so frustrating. For the month of nov and dec they gave me around 50% waiver in my billing amount due to the problem which i was facing. But for the month of jan and feb they denied to give any waiver and when i asked the reason they said you have already got two waiver so we cant give you anymore. I told them but what about the problem which i'm facing because its still there and its a fault from your side so why should i pay for it but they just dont want to listen and instead of working on this issue they call me everyday to pay the bill for the month of jan and feb.                     CAF number is [protected] This is to bring to your notice, that your employee Gajanan had taken 1500 Rs in November 2014 in lieu of broadband internet connection to be given to us. After 15 days of taking money, he informed us that connection cannot be given at our address, so we requested for refund. After continuous follow up for 1 month he told us he would install the connection instead of giving refund. We further followed up for 2 more weeks and then started communication with reliance customer care for refund ('Reliance=[protected]' RE:'Reliance=[protected]') From reliance center I was given the number of Param who was supposed to take complaints, but Param never answers his calls. The situation now is such that your customer care desk doesnot even revert to emails, my last communication with customer care has reference no 'Reliance=[protected]'. Request you to check on this, if at all any customer service desk @ reliance is serious about resolving customer grievances, my last resort will be take the complaint to consumer forum. For anyone looking for Boradband would recommend NEVER to go for Reliance.

During the conversion, I. had paid the dues till then and an additional 300 rupees as prepaid amount for usage for the month of January. however, after taking money for prepaid and moving to prepaid, they seem to be sending the bills

                          I checked my balance on 21st Feb'15 when it showed RS.60.08 but next day early morning when I tried to make a call the IVR said" YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE" I am shocked with such an happening. I trusted reliance and hence used MNP to switch to it from airtel but I think I made a mistake. The balance being shown on 22nd Feb'15 was 0.8, which means Rs 60 was stolen away from my account. I request reliance officials to look into the matter for providing me the exact reason for such a deduction along with making the refund of the deducted amount immediately. Also I urge the company to prevent the happening of such things as Indians are already suffering from so many peoblems of corruptions and mismanagements, atleast telecommunications should be clean and trustworthy.

                            I am using Reliance GSM sim ([protected]) from delhi ncr circle for past few years. They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money periodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs” If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account?

                              I am Using Reliance Pro 3 Data Card, from 15th Feb i am not able to connect to the internet when i called reliance customer care they told me they have network problem - reliance network is down and it will be solved. After waiting for 1 or 2 days i called reliance customer care again i told them i am still not able to connect to the internet they told me still the network problem was not resolved.I called reliance again they told me network issue is resolved i told them i am not still able to connect to the internet.They made troubleshooting and i was still not able to connect to the internet.They rasied a compliant and gave me a reference number.They told me i will get a call from reliance backend team which i did not get.when i called reliance to my surprise my compliant was closed saying i am not reachable on the phone.Again I raised a new compliant for which they told i will get a call back from their escalation team or backend team...which i didn't get...i called reliance on saturday...21st of Feb..enquiring about my compliant...the customer care representative told me i will definitely get a call back she told she had escalated it and mail has also been send to backend team to call me. To my suprise when i call reliance on sunday they told me my compliant was closed again...saying since i have consumed all my data allocated amount and speed will be slow for the rest of the connection( my compliant is i am not able to connect to internet reason given for closing my compliant is i will have slow connection till my next billing cycle what a nonsense). With a great Heart i have again opened new compliant with reliance on sunday...I am hoping atleast there will be some light at the end of the tunnel...i am not able to connect to the internet for the last one week...I think i will create Guiness Record with the number of compliants created with Reliance...Customer Care...I wonder any official from reliance read my review...take necessary steps...I think Reliance should be ashamed for providing such a bad customer service...for its customers...One of the worst ...I hope...it improves...

                                I had recharged my mobile ([protected]) for Rs247 on JAN 22 2015, getting Rs 175 talktime and 1 GB data pack. On FEB 19 Rs 151 was deducted leaving Rs 0.015, ie deducted whole balance. When I complained it was notified that it was on pretext of GPRS, but I already had data pack. 1. Full balance deducted Please look into matter I have been proud Reliance Smart member for 5 Years and never had such a problem. Thanks & Regards [protected]

                                2. The reply of GPRS was via a sms and not what you try to affirm as telephonic conversation.

                                I want to talk to some one who actually resolves a complaint and just
                                not take complaint. There is communication gap. Hope you we can have a
                                one to one talk.
                                Full Story once again
                                1. Jan 13: Rs 150 talktime in mobile via recharge ( should remain reserve until used)
                                2. Jan 22 : Rs 247 recharge Talktime Rs 175 and 1GB data ( For 30 days).
                                3. Feb 18: Rs 151.015 balance in moblie ( of which 150 should remain as it is as per pointer no 1)
                                4. Feb 19: Rs 0.015 balance in mobile
                                5. Lodged a complaint.

                                  I have to file complain for charging me extra bill for 22 international sms even after i told them i have never done any international sms. I do have all records of my incoming and outgoing msgs. They are just saying that you have done sms and have been charged for that and not listening me. I want to complain for charging me wrong sms bill. This is not the case with me only. My several friends also complained the same about reliance that they charge wrong amount to them. This is a serious issue. There will be many more people who will have charged more but they don't check their bill properly and simply pay the bill. They are robbing unaware people. I am never going to pay this amount to reliance and would go to the court.

                                      My MDN is [protected]. In last 3 months I've recharged my Reliance Mobile 3 times with INR 85, 110 and 85 but suddenly my balance goes down to zero. Customer care does nothing. I've made complaint through mail where I got the complaint ID and was asked for resolution within 6 Hrs. but after 3 days they did nothing. Can anyone help here.

                                      I'm attaching the snapshot of mail I got recently from your team. This is complete nonsense. Still they are working on it. There is no time limit of working of any complaint while at the time of complaint registration, 6 hrs SLA was decided. In my previous communication I had said that if my balance is not reverted upto 22-Feb 20:30, I'll take the issue to consumer court.

                                      I got a call from Reliance Customer Care on 24th Feb 2015 stating that all wrongly deducted balance would be deducted within 3 working days. But still not reverted.
                                      I've already submitted my complaint to RCOM Appellate Authority, Rajasthan with all evidences and waiting for their response. I'm going to file a case of cheating and misleading consumer in Consumer court, if I don't get the solution.
                                      The only problem is nobody does the head hunting for such small issues that encourages such kind of cheating.
                                      Still the issue is not resolved.
                                      I've submitted the issue to RCOM appellate authority, Rajasthan on 26th Feb with all the proofs. They are same as RCOM Customer Care.
                                      I was told that first I need to complain to Customer care, if not satisfied then should go to next level i.e. appellate authority and can go to consumer court if not getting satisfactory action from appellate authority.
                                      RCOM is pushing me hard to face it in consumer court. I'll do that, I'm waiting for 30 days limit of appellate authority.

                                      Actually everyone who faces such issues, should escalate it upto last level. Companies like RCOM that are having bad network and worst services attract people with their unique plans. When customer subscribe to RCOM, they start their cheating and try to increase their revenue through wrong deduction or such same methods.

                                      People generally make complaints upto a level, then they don't go into details and give up and change the operator, Such incidences encourage RCOM to cheat people. If everyone go in detail and push it upto last level, RCOM will automatically go in loss by facing consumers in court.

                                      Every nonsense step of RCOM making me firm to get my cheated money back and I'll get it.

                                        Dear sir I was using reliance post paid No [protected] from last 8 eight years but three months ago they closed out let in my city so it is very difficult to pay monthly bill so I visited their warehouse and convert this No as prepaid and submitted the documents as they asked later I received a massage, " your No is converted in to prepaid" But I noticed that there was no incoming and outgoing calls on my mobile I talked my time in customer care but all was useless I also talked to their secretariat office twice but no response was found at present I do not have incoming and outgoing on above mentioned no please help My alternate no is [protected]
