Even after repeated requests made to various agents at 198, money is being deducted from my post paid balance. Deductions started without my express and known consent. Once I noticed the deductions, I complined to 198. Every agent promises that, the two services active in your mobile will be stopped within 24 hours. But in reality, they are not stopping the deduction. They are still deducting the amount. As a consumer i have few options. Please help. My mobile No. from where unauthorised deductions are being done by Reliance Communications is [protected].

    my name is vikas vij my reliance postpaid no is [protected].i ported my no on 12 january to reliance and from first day iam facing serious network issues although i hav complained but nothing has been done .iam facing this problem at my billing address that is c54 ramprastha colony near DAV public school ghaziabad 201011.all i get is false assurances and lame excuses.but nothing has been done.can somebody help. vikas vij [protected]

      Sir,

      This is to inform you that we are discontinuing with your broadband services. We are not satisfied with your services, we have continually been in touch with you but we did not get any response from you.

      Sequence of mismanagement by you:-

      1. We contacted you for change in address and your call centre executive had logged in ticket for the same. Timeline given was 72 hrs

      2. After 72 hrs when we contacted you we found that ticket was logged but there was nothing mentioned in the ticket by your executive!! Though it was your mistake we were once again asked to register our new mobile number (since we were calling from other number). Again we were asked to wait for 48 hrs.

      3. Again post 48 hrs we called you this time call center executive told us that he could not see any request and we will have to again lodge a request through email. When we asked which email ID is registered with you, your executive was very rude and did not give proper reply. When we asked him to transfer the call to a senior executive on the call floor we were straightaway told that the call would be disconnected.

      We regret the day when we had tied up for your services. Our business has been impacted due to this. Also to mention that every time we call you we have to wait for atleast 15-20 mins in the call queue.
      We inform you that we do not need your services. Kindly refund our deposit amount and acknowledge to this email within 72 hrs.

        Respected Sir, I am a regular customer of Reliance CDMA no [protected] named at MOHD SHAREEF, for the last 3days my services are been barred for the reason I called the customer care no 198 they told me to call at *333 and with the carry on massage they told me to call *222 but the customer care representative services was also barred then i went to reliance mobile store they called me next day morning but still my services are not relieved form the reliance side and I also don't know about the reason why my services are been barred. As I am reliance customer more than a year and half, THERE IS NO RESPONSIABLE PERSON AT THE TIME OF TROUBLE CAUSED BY RELIANCE, MY ALL THE PAYMENT ARE PAID ON TIME TO AVOID INCONVIENCE, ALTERNATE NO [protected] PREPAID(APROX 10YEARS) PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL THANK YOU

        due to the number has been disconnected I am getting mentally ill because I cannot get in touch with my family which is very serious problem created in our family, and this feels very disgusting to me even I have paid the bill on time since I have bought the connection, I am a patient of blood pressure, since my connection has been disconnected I am not feeling well

        as per the telephonic conversation with the customer care associate, there were no discussion on the phone but the associate addressed me to the nearest reliance Town Office, As I have visit over there the staff told me to call again customer care,

        As today there is 11th day when my phone services are not active till date but reliance will charge me the bill without my fault

          Hello Friends, I am Rahul from Bangalore, working as Software Developer . There are are service providers like ACT, which really have commitment for their words. If they say, we will have plan for 15Mpbs for 40 GB/month.ACT stick to the words. Reliance People are nothing but cheaters., I have taken combo plan for 1Mbps. First let me tell u, I never had this speed .This was also fine with me. As i Can work in my Virtual Desktop. Later on..after very next month, it reduced to 20-30 kbps..and it continued as it is... As we do'nt other options in my area. I had to tolerate for another one month. It's my humble request to all of my friends. Pls never go with Reliance for broandband connection. Rahul...             Dear Sir, I got a call from Country Club on 10/02/2015 [protected] (country club) and reliance is answerable to my question how my data is being sold. This is to inform you that time and again the reliance communications are selling the customers data (Phone numbers) to third party. On this day i.e. 10/02/2015 I got a call from "Country Club" Begumpet, when enquired they said they got the data from the reliance. How can the relaince sell the customers data. Apart from this My number is registered in DND (the so called Do Not Disturb). Whats the use of DND, the reliance communication itself selling the data, where is the privacy, where is the security? Will The Reliance communication answer my question "How and why my data is being sold to third party" instead of giving repeated and parrot trained answers like "we look in to the matter" and sorry for the inconvenience" I request the reliance to stop playing cheap tricks.               Dear Sir, My MOB No is[protected]Reliance GSM). When I've checked my balance on 4th Feb 2015 around 10 P.M. I came to know that Rs. 00.010 only left in my main balance. At that time 5.77 Mb 3G data left in my account. And on that day I've also made some calls but not that much of Rs. 1077.00 will be deducted. On 5th Feb 2015 I have also access Internet and used 1.40 MB. After accessing of 1.40 MB on 5th feb there is no deduction from My main Balance. The validity of 3G data is upto 6th Feb 2015. After that I never used Internet and till the validity of 3G Data I've 4.35 MB left in My Account. I've also complained on 5th Feb 2015 regarding this matter ( SR No.[protected] the Costumer Care Executive assured me within 12 hrs you will get your refund of Rs. 1077.00. But after 3 days no refund is made and today I got a SMS that "if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request reply yes else no." After getting this SMS I've made a call to CC and Asked them about the resolution (SR No.[protected] The CC Executive said "we have no information about your deduction. Our computer shows your deduction is eligible." When I'm asking them the reason to deduct they don't have any answer. Now I'm trying several times to talk with any Executive by dialing 198, they have cut my call and do not respond. So, Kindly make refund of my amount. I must go for further action till getting my amount back. And requesting to the people never go for RELIANCE. They didn't respond of their mistakes. It's your fault. Refund My Amount. Thank You

                i call a week earlier and say to customer care to not start any extra service .Except calling/normal messaging and data service.and they take it, now suddenly i feel my balance is deducted again.when i call customer care today his behaviour is not good and he cut the call in between.My no-[protected]. i have only three questions which i need to asked from reliance side. 1. When i call customer care that i m not interested in any extra service .Except calling/normal messaging and data service.and they take it, how any service can start automatically. And they always say you did it mistakenly. 2. Why i not received any message that this or that service activated on my number?? 3. why i not get my balance deduction message ??

                  This is deepali i had given request to port my contact no i.e [protected] to reliance distributer named KT Enterprise. in andheri but the distributer had give me wrong sim card which he is not activated. After complaining him he send me other sim through courier, but till not he had not swap the service to this simcard my contact no is not active now they are not recvied my call and not replied to msg also.                     I used Reliance dongle bearing the number [protected]..in the month of October I raised request for termination till date I paid bill...after raising Request their is no call r msg from Reliance I thought my termination request was processed after 3months I.e is in on January 6th I got msg on my mobile saying out standing due is 670Rs on the very next I dailed customer service people they took two complaint s one for termination and another for waive off...till now my complaint s were not resolved...day by day out standing due amount is increasing now iit is1258Rs...these contact centre people are not responding to my complaint s and they are very rude to me...please resolve my complaint...

                      Service Request ID:[protected] Mobile no & Data card no: [protected] & [protected] Dear sir / madam, I was using your reliance data card along with a sim which they gave for free along with the data card and after one month o[censored]sing the sim i completely stopped using the sim and i have given many request for its deactivation but still it continued without any rent and now i gave a request in the reliance outlet for the deactivation of my data card and anyother relavent services with reliance communication and paid and amount of rs1700 as a closure charge but still your executives are demanding for this month rental . I have received a call from reliance local collection agents asking for the CVF no of the termination of the connection and after providing them with the CVF no also they could not locate the bill and now they say after my request of termination also the connection was not terminated and i have to pay the current outstandings .This is not a fair deal with collection agents and i have all proof regarding the closure of my accounts with reliance communication and i do not wish to receive any disturbing calls from reliance asking for the bill outstandings since i have made the payment after loosing my connection also and its the mistake of your side to have actually kept it active. I have attached once again the copy of the termination forms and i would strictly condemn the behavior of your collection agents.

                      After all these also i received a call from reliance communication from the number [protected] claiming to be the appointed executive for resolving my problem and he said a final payment of INR 450 has to be made as a final settlement and i have done that also and now atleast let me see is there a permanent solution.

As my whole day is spent over there and i won't be able to use my number since december, 2014.Due to which I faces a lot of problems as this is my main number. But still I am paying full billing charges, which is not reasonable. I have complained so many times but still no action has been taken. Earlier I have written to you but you also didn't took this seriously. Kindly give relaxations in bills so that I can continue with reliance postpaid connection. So i request you please understand my problem and solve my all issues very fast and refund my all balance if you don't understand my problem than i will complain consumer court. i will waiting your positive response.                           Last day i receive my cut balance 10 rupee but i telling you 10 rupee is not a big issues for me but i cant receive answer from your side why you cut my balance without my permission. This is totaly unfair and not proper respons by your Reliance company. So give me answer why u cut my balance without my permission with SORRY mail.                           Really this is too much, telephonic conversation between me and your customer service associate only 10-15 sec. so tell me where is discussed in this time. conversation day your associate tell me sir i will call again but he is not call again. So please check your services before than tell me. And right now i cant receive your answer " why you cut my balance without my permission ???" I think you not give me my problem solution. if you one day time in not give me answer so be seriously i tell your complain in pg portal government.
                          Dear Sir/Mam,
                          Again my balance cut without any choices my services i dont know why you do this. Last 10 days in my 9 rupee cut for VAS ONE97STALKDP. So i request you please deactivate this services and refund my 9 rupee. I am waiting your response.

Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Legal Office at B2/3 New friends society Opp vanaj corner Paud rd kothrud pune 411038. serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2.A connection was allotted and sanctioned to you on your request on a duly executed Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("Agreement" hereinafter). The aforesaid connection and account ID was allotted to you. You availed best of the service/s provided by Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited after activation of the said connection. 3.As per the terms of the Agreement, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised by Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited upon you in respect of the availed services. However, inspite of the receipt of the said bills, you have grossly failed to make the due payment in time. Due to the non-payment of your legitimate dues, Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited was compelled to bar/suspend/disconnect your aforesaid connection.
