I am an old reliance netconnect customer no [protected] with more than 7 years of association. Always before the payment date I get so many calls to pay the bill which is so irritating at times though my track record in terms of payment has been upfront. I am travelling right now and all of a sudden my account got exhausted. I tried to top it up and asked raised several service request through their customer service agents but everytime i come with an answer that due to some technical issue it cannot be done. This has been happening to me for more than 5 times now and they have no resolution, other issue is the agents and their supervisors dont understand & speak english properly. I then asked them to change my plan to unlimited download plan. I was promised that it would happen in 3-4 hrs by one of the supervisors and i get a message from reliance that SR is processed now i realise and understand from the customer care that it takes 24 hrs for the same. Are you folks trying fool your loyal customers by taking them for granted. Hence i am discontinuing your service WEF from today. Its one of the worst customer service experience I had and I dont want to associate myself with Reliance Communication as a customer ever.

    Hello, To whomsoever it may concern, i have been using the Pro 3 data card for one month now but for more than 5 days i have been facing the issue where the data card has no signal. I paid the bill in advance thinking it might be the reason which was due on 15 feb. But still i am facing the same issue. I tried to contact the customer care representative but no one is able to help me right now. I am living in Pimple gurav area Pune. I keep hearing the same reason every time that maintenance is going on in my area but what kind of maintenance goes for one whole week. I chose Reliance because it is reliable but i am doubting my decision now as i ma not able to use the data card. Please look into the issue and i hope you will try to resolve it ASAP.       Problem-3G balance is getting deducted on using 2G internet Details-I called on custmore care(Reliance) they told me " to use 3G I have will have to recharge with 3G data plan", I recharged no.[protected](my no.) with Rs67, I used 3G service for few time from my Micromax data card(modem), next I day didn't got any signal, I switched to 2g, (I also have 2G data balance), I used internet, found that Reliance is deducting my 3G data balance not 2G. I have recorded a call to customer care I would also like to know what to do next ?

      well I'm still not getting any 3G service so I'm forced to use the 2G & 3G costs more than 2G

        I wanted to disconnect my 3g postpaid sim no [protected]. I went to YOUR AUTHORIZED RELIANCE STORE named MOBILE WORLD in gogji bagh, Srinagar, back in OCTOBER -2014 to disconnect sim, they said " It would be disconnected after couple of days before the NOV bill is generated", But it did not happen...and I received my NOV bill. I again went there they again said the same . After visiting them several times, they said, "We would disconnect it, only after you pay Rs 2200 for the month of oct, nov and dec" I was shocked to here this...but then i decided to pay them Rs 2200 in dec... It is Feb-2015, and my connection is still not deactivated and they are harassing me by calling 7 times a day which is simply not acceptable . Now, 1) I want you to disconnect my net... 2)refund my security deposit plus 3) Rs 2200 which i paid you unnecessarily.in dec... Thanking you in anticipation, Faizan ul haq [protected]

          I am using reliance smart GSM Number [protected] from last 2 years (app.) for 3G data dongle net use only. & always I am gating the balance data carry forwarded when I recharge Rs.-255/- 3G dataplan. Always I recharge on the last validity date. & Last time the date was 01st. February 2015 & I have tried several times to charge 3G data pack through reliance web site, through several e corner. But always all trial failed. Finally I have come to know that any 3G data could not be charge on that day due to some technical work but they could not clear the exact time when I could be able to charge my 3G Data. Even they have not given any prior information about that technical work. As I could not be able to to charge on the last validity date the accumulated balnce of 3G data (6612.80 MB) has lost & it costs to me (Rs.- 1685/- app.) I have mailed to the customer care on 01st Feb.-2015 & they replied that there is no any condition available in data plan whichever remaining data will get carry forwarded in second recharge attempt. Again I replied them, that If I was not getting the carry forward balance, from 2 years (app.) then the said balance data (6612.80 MB) will not accumulate as balance & & I will consume all the data in each month before validity expiry date. Then they have not relied me more & today on 05th. Feb 2015 I talked with senior representative of customer care & relied me that there is no any system to get me the data loss which cost me Rs. -1685/- app. If there was no any technical problem on 01/02/2015 regarding your 3G Data recharge, then I am sure that I will get the carry forward balance, on recharge of Rs.-255/- as per my experience. So please arrange to get me back that as I think it is not my fault.as you see also. I am one of your very old customer & help me to get back the data lost.

            I have submitted the application for termination of the Post-paid connection bearing mobile no [protected] on 22 Nov 2014 at RT Nagar centre R COM Bangalore by clearing all dues, & it has terminated on 29 Nov2014.I am really surprised when I receive the bill for the period[protected] to[protected], I don’t know how company like reliance can send a bill after termination, complaint has been registered with service request ID: 22859888 on 02/01/2015 at 06:52:13 pm with Reliance Appellate Authority, But up to know it has been not resolved, but i am getting call from Reliance Communication & Asking the Bill Payment for January 2015 for the connection which is terminated on 29 November 2014 & biggest Blunder is daily one person will call & they cant access the bill, But they want clear all dues for which i haven't used. Today i receive a call from one call lady Introducing her that she is calling reliance, for her it takes 2 min to open the bill, & to check the Tarrif plan it requires 2 mins for her, later i asked her to open Page no 3 of bill it 2 mins for her & finally she can't manage call with me started speaking like a Road side shop vendor & disconnect a call. Please concern person should look at the issue. & let me know from where mistake has happen.

                  I have applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 31th January 2015 through one of Reliance Sales executive - Suriender (Mob. [protected]) - at Mohali only after he kept on pushing me to take this broadband connection even when I was having Airtel Broadband. But since then I have been calling him regarding the installation but every time he gives me the same reason stating some problem with server and blah blah. It's around 5 days today and the connection has not been installed till now and I have even paid a sum of Rs 1550 (Cash) for the installation and the plan charges. My Form no (CAF No.) is [protected]. I would request you to look into this ASAP as now it's too much for me to wait further that too without any reason.

                  I am facing too many problem because of Reliance Broadband Connection Service.

                  They are not giving problem service. My Internet connection shutdown again and again so many times. After doing so many complaints, They didn't visit on my home or give any services. I always pay my bill on time of worth 840rs per month. Reliance Broadband Connection is doing harassment of his users. I am the live example of Harassment done by Reliance Broadband Connection

                    Hello there, my name Liju, and I currently have a Reliance unlimited plan (Customer ID[protected]. To my utter disappointment, I have not had internet access up from the 27th of December 2014. After numerous complaints and follow ups there was no response from Reliance end of any kind and the customer care executives were only taught to explain the following statements “ Sir, I regret the inconvenience this may have caused you, but I assure you that the connection will be rectified within the next 24hrs” – this stance was repeated every single time I spoke to a customer care executive. None of the executives were able to provide any concrete solution to the “server and network issues”. I had also requested a call back from the supervisors and technical team, none of which were heeded. In fact, I do not know if the executives actually note down the issues the customers tell them in the service request. The worst part of all this is that, I was in the country up until the 5th of January 2015, and so my last complaint before leaving the country was on the 4th. I landed back on the 31st of January only to find that the internet is still in a non-usable state. I have registered a complaint everyday uptill the 3rd of February (the date of typing this complaint) for non-working net issues. To make matters worse, during my last call to the customer care, I was shocked to hear that the complaint was closed when the issue was NOT RECTIFIED. THE EXECUTIVE HIMSELF STATED THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHY THE COMPLAINT HAD BEEN CLOSED WHEN THE ISSUE WAS IN FACT NOT RESOLVED. If Reliance cannot rectify an issue for customers but rather demand payments on time, I demand a refund or reimbursement for the whole month I have been unable to use the internet. I wish to take legal action if this is how it is going to proceed for the next day. The following is the list of complaint numbers since the 31st of January: 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] Another issue is the poor maintenance of Reliance equipement, I had clearly informed the Reliance customer care regarding the condition of the Reliance box placed outside the premises. No-one has bothered to show up to rectify the condition of the box so far.

                    Thank you for rectifying the issue(temporarily). However, the matter is not fully resolved. I am not available at home everyday of the month and so i cannot constantly make complaints. The issue was resolved on 6th Feb 2015 after i made a heated call asking for the refund of the amount and disconnection of service. The very same day a technician came by and rectified the issue. He told me the issue was local, when every single executive i had spoken to told me its a Server issue or a Fiber cut issue. On the day i had to leave (12th Feb 2015) the connection was not working again, and only this time i was not getting connected through to the customer care executive itself. On the 18th, the connection was really sloppy, as in out of 24hrs a day i may have internet access for about 2 hours altogether. What is the point of having such a connection? I was supposed to book an emergency ticket on the 21st, and guess what? No connection when you need it!!

                    1. I need this rectified - When i say rectified, i mean stable internet connection all throughout the day and not at short intervals when Reliance feels so.
                    2. I need a complete refund of the 6 months payment for the non existent internet connection for the month of January 2015. Everytime i asked the executive to take this request down, they were hesitant and stated to please request it after the connection has been rectified. And when i do call after the connection has been rectified, i do not get access to an executive at the customer care.

                    I will be looking forward to your response on this issue.

                    Correction to the 2nd statement regarding the refund, i did not mean a full refund of rhe 6 months amount, but a refund for the month of January 2015 from 9th to Feb 6th since the 6 month payment period starts from 9th January2015.

                      Sir, I am having hard time resolving my complaint with reliance customer care & connection provider executive(s) Mr. Hardik Thakur & Ms. Zoya.I have switched my previous vodafone postpaid connection to reliance postpaid using call portability features and expecting more reasonable and better services from reliance.But for past 6 days I am unable to resolve my complaint and still my connection is withheld due to some call barring activity through reliance. . I already followed a lot with customer care & reliance executive but they are unable to resolve my problem for 7 days.Even, they stopped receiving my calls, forget about resolving the problem.                         I had around 41 rupee balance at night and just the next morning my balance was nil and I could'nt make a important call. I raised a complain with SR No as[protected]. The care executive explained that the balance was deducted for data usage. But I still had 95MB left with my number. Though I had maintained a separate data balance they deducted it from main balance. This was not the first time I experienced this. The complain got resolved today itself and I received the balance back. Again while i switched on the data, they again deducted around 10 from main balance keeping the data balance intact. What kind of a situation is this? I am seriously thinking of moving from Reliance to Airtel which has a better customer support. The number on which I am facing this is [protected].

                        I already had to recharge a different connection, for making the urgent calls, because reliance took 48 hrs to give the balance back. It is not practically possible to sit with a mobile connection of zero balance for 2 complete days.

                        The same thing happened yesterday again. The same procedure they follow every time, and it again happens the very next month when my data balance is about to finish. I had 120 mb data still deducted RS 15 form my main balance. Ridiculous this is, many of my friends left reliance because they were frustrated of complaining every time.
                        Now my Internet balance is 112 MB. But Internet not working.
                        Reliance sucks.

                              I ported my mobile number from vodafone to reliance, considering there promise for good network strength and services. Initially before they activated my mobile number into reliance i repeatedly asked them for coming on saturday/sunday for verification as i happened to be at my office when they come for verification but they didn't listen to me and rejected my address verification. After long struggle they suddenly ported my number into reliance without giving me the ported new sim. I continuously called them to deliver my sim and they made it after 3 days. I was without sim for 3 day. and then after activating my sim they again blocked my sim without verification saying we didn't find you at your address instead i repeatedly told them please come for verification on weekends only. Now for 4 day my number's outgoing is blocked.from 28th jan my nuber is off. They promised to come for verification on 31th jan but in spite of calling repeatedly they didn't come for verification. And on 2nd feb they even didn't pick my call. I am very frustrated and can't do anything as they have captured my number and by the rule i have to suffer there poor service for 3 month more. I just want to take strict action against them.

                                My name is yogesh Kumar Bhuarya. I am recharge my mobile no. of plan voucher 491 rs . In their plan 15 gb net for 180 days. I recharged 491. I Msg are receive the recharge is successful. but no data will be is giving to me. Its also mentioned they plan is run 491 its official website. But they no any benefit me.                                     Hi my name is Shashikant Nirmnal, i am using Reliance 3G services from couple of months, On 22 Jan 2015 i recharged my account with Reliance 3G 246 plan which has a benefit of 2GB 3G services but when I recharged my account i only received 1GB so i called reliance customer care by dialling 198 and got hold of Mr Indrajeet and he transfered the call to his senior and i talked to a lady and in return she told me that they will credit the remaining 1GB in next 48hours hence i trusted her and i was out of town after coming back i checked my balance and foung there was no credit done hence i called customer care on 29 Jan 2015 and talked to Mahesh and he transfered the call to his senior and told me that they dont keep record for more than three days and he told me that i should have called Relkiance the same day mi informed him that i called Relianbce the same day and Reliance assured me that they will credit the remaining 1GB after 48hours, now the senior said that he cannot do anything as they dont keep record and i have to deal with only 1GB and i will not get the remaining 1GB, kindly check the details i havent received the remaining 1GB and i have paid for 2GB 3G plan ie rs246, my number is [protected] the same card inwhich recharge was done.                                       Reliance communication was pushing me to pay BILL which is not free like in my bill plan 1000mins are free & my total min used is 1400min something but in my bill discounted min was only 700min. After the complaint they were like you have to pay... as well as they automatically changed my bill plan without my information or on request.
