Hi, My number is [protected] registered with name of Manoj Yadav, on 30th jan in evening there was deduction of 511rs from my account.I was having a balance of around 8183 before deduction, after deduction it was around 7672.
On 30th jan When I contacted your care to confirm same, Dilip picked up phone and he told me that your balance is deducted for GPRS and than he confirmed that I have a GPRS pack activated and still I have 5.15 mb of net balance remaining from same pack so your charge is wrongly deducted and it will be waived in 6 hours.
Complain he filed is[protected], than I asked him to transfer my call to supervisor, than I asked supervisor about issue and he confirmed me same wrong deduction and I was having 5mb of GPRS balance still remaining.he assured that I will get return in 6 hours.I also asked him can I activate new GPRS pack or will it be a issue, he said yes u can than after that only i activated new GPRS pack of 74rs through used code on 30th after complain

At tym when deduction happened I was having a net pack of 74rs which was activated through used code *777*74# on 28th Jan, so this pack was pack was to be expired on 1st Feb but somehow my net balance went low on 30th.I switched off data and checked remaining balance, it was 5.15mb, I thought will activate new plan but when I checked my main balance to my surprise it was 511 short for which I filed complain on same day and ur agent also confirmed wrong deduction with still 5mb data remaining.
After complain is closed but I have not got refund than again a new complain[protected] was filed on 31st Jan for same and same promise but still no refund after that complain resolution.
Than again on 31st I called up in your care and again the promise of new complain[protected] is filed and agent also told me that earlier other agent filed a complain with 92frc which is not your case, I will file a new complain and u will surely get refund dis tym but just now that complain is closed too but still no refund,
I am really disappointed with your service, my call was hanged up 3 tyms on 30th as I have asked to talk with manager or senior on floor, I think manager or supervisor are not interested to handle queries and after that my number is blacklisted as I am not able to connect in your customer care now, it gets disconnected after repeated IVR speech, I have filed last two complain from others number which is really a shame.neither able to connect with reliance applet authority, call always land in south zone
There is deduction of 5-10rs Every alternate day for VAs service which I never activated, its really furstating to bargain for my money everyday
This is my last try to get a solution from you as having all proof your care is not listening to customer, I have all calls with your agent recorded with me and that remaining 5mb net balance on 30th screenshot which is attached here otherwise I need to find some other alternative because I can't leave 500rs as such
Hope to get a resolution asap
1 with refund of 511rs
2 call should connect with your care
3 no deduction of 5-10 rs should happen
this is second tym i am having such complain, earlier there was deduction of 1400rs so pls luk in matter and it should not happen in future
