        I am user of DTH Reliance BigTV consumer no.[protected]. I have recharged my card for 8 month subscription on 28/07/2014 and that will continue till date 24/03/2015 but Reliance BigTv stopped my channels on 13/01/2015 and not restarting it after my repeated request and was asking for refill again. Reliance BigTv is a big cheater and no one should purchase and also did not recharge long term pack. This is a cheater.

              My user id[protected] on the name of vijendra Maingi (UP Lucknow), my connection is not working from last two months, every second day there's a technical issue in my connection and it goes down, every time we have to make complaints for the same but no response from company's end. After sevral persual internet starts working and same problem happens again. From last two months December and january i am facing the same problem, and whenener i complained about the vaiwer no actions were taken . Purchased new cell ZTD 286 for Rs 2300/ on 29 Jan 2015 cash memo no, 1259 from Noida Electro Appliances Gallery Pvt Ltd. F21 Sector 18 NOIDA. After I came back to Sector 25 (residence), the Cell phone was not working. I went back to the shop and Miss Deepika showed me that the phone was functioning, she advised me to get it fully charged again and try. After full charge it did not work. Ms Deepika said that my sim card may be old and it should be changed. As advised, I went on 31 Jan with Adhar card and my wife's photo, paid Rs 150/ for a new sim card and she assured me that it would work but it did not. She told me that she would lodge a complaint and I will be informed on my Cell [protected]. Nothing has happened so far. Most of the phone numbers given in the cash memo do not work which posed a big problem. Ms. Deepika's (Reliance outlet), cell phone no is [protected].                   Hi, My number is [protected] registered with name of Manoj Yadav, on 30th jan in evening there was deduction of 511rs from my account.I was having a balance of around 8183 before deduction, after deduction it was around 7672.

                  On 30th jan When I contacted your care to confirm same, Dilip picked up phone and he told me that your balance is deducted for GPRS and than he confirmed that I have a GPRS pack activated and still I have 5.15 mb of net balance remaining from same pack so your charge is wrongly deducted and it will be waived in 6 hours.
                  Complain he filed is[protected], than I asked him to transfer my call to supervisor, than I asked supervisor about issue and he confirmed me same wrong deduction and I was having 5mb of GPRS balance still remaining.he assured that I will get return in 6 hours.I also asked him can I activate new GPRS pack or will it be a issue, he said yes u can than after that only i activated new GPRS pack of 74rs through used code on 30th after complain
                  [protected].

                  At tym when deduction happened I was having a net pack of 74rs which was activated through used code *777*74# on 28th Jan, so this pack was pack was to be expired on 1st Feb but somehow my net balance went low on 30th.I switched off data and checked remaining balance, it was 5.15mb, I thought will activate new plan but when I checked my main balance to my surprise it was 511 short for which I filed complain on same day and ur agent also confirmed wrong deduction with still 5mb data remaining.

                  After complain is closed but I have not got refund than again a new complain[protected] was filed on 31st Jan for same and same promise but still no refund after that complain resolution.

                  Than again on 31st I called up in your care and again the promise of new complain[protected] is filed and agent also told me that earlier other agent filed a complain with 92frc which is not your case, I will file a new complain and u will surely get refund dis tym but just now that complain is closed too but still no refund,

                  I am really disappointed with your service, my call was hanged up 3 tyms on 30th as I have asked to talk with manager or senior on floor, I think manager or supervisor are not interested to handle queries and after that my number is blacklisted as I am not able to connect in your customer care now, it gets disconnected after repeated IVR speech, I have filed last two complain from others number which is really a shame.neither able to connect with reliance applet authority, call always land in south zone

                  There is deduction of 5-10rs Every alternate day for VAs service which I never activated, its really furstating to bargain for my money everyday

                  This is my last try to get a solution from you as having all proof your care is not listening to customer, I have all calls with your agent recorded with me and that remaining 5mb net balance on 30th screenshot which is attached here otherwise I need to find some other alternative because I can't leave 500rs as such

                  Hope to get a resolution asap
                  1 with refund of 511rs
                  2 call should connect with your care
                  3 no deduction of 5-10 rs should happen

                  this is second tym i am having such complain, earlier there was deduction of 1400rs so pls luk in matter and it should not happen in future

                  All complain closed and I am still short by 423rs in my account, really can't understand what u r doing, neither u contacted me by phone directly yet, u placed complain yourself neither I receive any message for resolution of closed complain even after a week of closing I never receive resolution of closed complain and I also not get any VAS service deduction message, I need to manually check my balance all the tym to figure out any deduction.y is it happening?I have confirmed the resolution of complain from your care where last complain says deduction of 423 is correct.how that possible when I know with proof that its wrong.

                  I was having hopes from you as last tym u solved same matter and at that tym I got calls from your side too before placing complain but dis tym its not d case even when I have recorded proof with both your agent and supervisor on floor where they both accepted that I still have 5mb of gprs remaining in my account for which deduction of 511is done so its wrongly deducted, this is a strong proof to make u penalise in consumer court.there u will not not only be ready to pay refund but also a penalty.after confirming with your supervisor only i have activated new data pack over that remaining 5 mb, he told that will not be a problem as he noted all data but i think u r dening me on same basis only as i have activated new data pack same day but you can check, ui have activated after successfully placing that complain.so I have no choice left now as at the moment no complain in processing and 6 complain closed with same matter so give me final verdict and also screenshot I have already provided you of same day with 5mb GPRS data remaining,

                  Give me a final reply otherwise no choice left to be in consumer court, u really terrified me

                    This is Deepak singh my broadband connection is not working since 22 day I am complaining almost every day but no one take my complain seriously .if anyone take my complain seriously then till now my problem will already resolved but they always misguide me .your executive always told me a different story .i have also talk to your upper level but also trite me same. And I want to know what should a customer do in this circumstance you have give only one ways either I will disconnect my connection either I will receive this delay.                       Hi . I recharge my no by 156 using rcom portal there its showing in 156 they will give 1 G.B data for mobile use I recharge my no by 156 but I got only 600 M.B . And got msg ur handeset is activeted as modem still I not msg ur no is recharge with 156 and and u got 600 data benift . All u can see how these reliance companymake fool and make money its like a chor and in english thief I don't know gujrati . Begger make like this type money see thinking of reliance agar india ki population 1 arab hai usme se agar 10 caror log reliance ka network use kar rahe hai or unse agar kisi tarah average 1 rs chori kar le to daily 10 caror ka profit hoga. Like bigger thinking if bigger want to think agar india mai jitne mai jitne bhi log hai agar sabhi 1 rs use daily de to arabpati ban jaayega same thing use by reliance . I think reliance company mangment have 10 years experiance in bhikh maangne ka near some temple or near some railway station . So they r using this type trick to make money . Qualifaction for top managment job in reliance comunication bhikh maangne ka experiance 10-15 years in dense population area

                        I have been using reliance net connect for past three years and due to my movement to other location, I was not able to access the services of netconnect. I have called customer care and checked with them whether they have services in Kanatal( Tehri) they told they have services and had ensured that my services will resume soon. I was in touch wt them for a week and checking for status, they had been giving ref number again n again and this went till week. I checked if they dont have services they can take my request for termination of number. They said it will be resolved soon. I also mentioned that my billing will be starting from 27th of every month so they can take this request. They still said you dont have to worry for same, if it will not be resolved we will take the request and you will not be charged for services not utilised. As such I had not used their services from 16th -17th Dec, and once I reached this place I tried using netconnect, but it didnt worked so I called custoer care and address this issue from 21or 22nd dec 2014. Now I getting mails from Reliance legal office to clear my outstanding.With late fee and billing for some 10-12 days, in which there has been do data usage since there is o connectivity. I had addressed this issue to Appellate authority also, but I am getting very strange answer that the data they had provided is correct and you have to pay the amount. I am very surprised to see such kind of answer from Appellate officer. I am here by attaching mail received from appellate office.                           Sir, my mobile no is [protected] and I live in Silchar, Assam. My post paid mobile plan is new joy 99. I have been using this no from 2006. Under this plan I get 50MB mobile internet free but in every month Guwahati office charge me with some money for using 2 or 5 MB. Last month it was Rs 72 for using 6.5 MB of mobile internet. I have contacted Mr. Pranab Sharma, Customer care executive several times and told him regarding correction of my mobile bill. But he has not done anything regarding correction of my mobile bill. I have to pay my bill within 9th Feb to avoid late fee of Rs 100.00. But if the bill amount is not corrected during this time I will have to surrender my post paid mobile connection. I will not continue your service and I will not pay anything extra for mobile internet which you suppose to provide me free. Thanking you. Amitava Dey Purkayastha.                             while trying to online recharge for internet pack it has failed I got message from reliance for same. I tried again but something happened again. Both the recharge amount has deducted from my account. In the beginning they were not ready to refund amount. After multiple communication done in 20 days they imposed me to use reliance talk time instead of refunding. I do not use reliance to call I use only for internet purpose. After providing all evidence if they are not ready to refund then it is fraud. Why do I use their service their call rate is high and balance get duduct itself for message while I do not send. Second thing their calling service is poor. It shows roaming in Delhi ncr and in some other area of Delhi. I would not suggest anyone to use reliance service. Do not stuck in their net luring cheap rate.

                              Data Card Number: [protected]. The said data card is marketed with information to provide seeds of 14 mbps. Am facing Internet slowness of speeds less that 512Kbs. I use this data card in city and the Reliance tower is just 50mts from my connection location. An initial complaint was logged with service request number[protected] on 5th JAN 2015. The technical team had confirmed that it is a network issue in the region which will be solved in 3 days but after 3 days to till date the problem exists and the complaint is resolved without any notification or actual resolution. Following this i have raised multiple service requests which are again resolved by customer care without solving the network bandwidth issue and neither informing me. History of service request raised: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Interaction ID: [protected] [protected] [protected] I have escalated the issue many times but the i just receive a false promise stating that the issue will be resolved in 48hr or 3 to 5 days. I am fed up of calling the customer service who cannot provide resolution but also cheat by resolving the ticket to save their SLA. CAN YOU HAVE THIS ISSUE FIXED???                               Worst customer service from Reliance. I am also facing the sane issue with Reliance data card. I have adviced many ppl not to go for reliance data card. I have not seen such a useless service like thi s from a telecom sector.

                                  Hi, i have taken a broadband connection[protected], i have been using this from May 2014, suddenly on 13th Jan i received a mail that my connection will be disconnected and hence i have called and informed that no request has been raised for termination but it got disconnected and after that they solved my issue. Now again my connection got disconnected and customer care is telling me to meet head office. I dont know how my connection is getting terminated and who is requesting termination request for my account and how you guys are terminating without owner's intimation.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam, This is for your kind information that my mobile no [protected] is recharge by 95 plans on 19 January for with 3G data for 10 day. The whole balance was debited on 29 January from Main Balance account although I have saved the setting don’t use cellular Data in phone, in this regard I have approached customer care many times and phone automatically get disconnected on IVR Recording Call by saying that : thank you for Calling in reliance customer Care . I am not able to connect to Customer Care on 198 or 333. Same Problem occurred last time one month back, that time I went to Reliance Store and raised the Complain regarding not able to connect reliance customer care and main balance deduction and two day later amount refunded in my account back. Same Problem occurred on 29 January 15. The complain of same nature was posted by me in Earlier. This time again my account has been wrongly debited by Rs 150/-. I called up 198 to raise a complain at least 55- 60 times but every time my call is been disconnected this is a mental harassment. I am sick of calling Reliance...Please helps me in this matter.

                                      I gave a request for the change of My service location ON 14 Jan 2015 and they told me it will be fixed within 5 days. But it seems they are not interested In Fixing the Issue, MY neighbour at new location just requested for a new connection from them around 4 days Back . He got the connection within three days. But there seems to Be a problem with My connection alone. I have already faced this kind of treatment from them during last month's Issue. But I thought its just once in a while situation.But it seems so unprofessional and unethical from reliance's end . I never would have guessed that such a big company will behave so cheap. And On top of this I get a call For my bill today for the Next month, since they use prepaid system. On what grounds they expect me to pay for next month when I didn't got my service for the paid month.

                                        This is the third time I am complaining regarding my two reliance gsm no [protected], [protected]. Of very poor network at my residence address that is C 54 ramprastha colony Near DAV school Ghaziabad 201011. Every time I complain I get a feedback that our network is at optimum level in your area. Is this some kind of joke. Nobody has the courtesy to call and enquire about the problem on the contrary u guys lie about your network IA at optimum level in my area. I am looking for a solution here and I vil make sure that I keep on complaining till the time u except that ur network IA at fault and sincerely rectify it.

                                        I don't know how many times I have register my complaint for poor network of my reliance gsm postpaid no [protected] at my billing address that is C 54 ramprastha colony Near DAV school Ghaziabad 201011. Yesterday I got the reply through your forum that as per your telephonic conversation with our executive your issue has been rectified but in reality no one called the network issue remains the same. How can u people lie and make fool of customers like this please in place of living like this you get to work and and rectify the problem rather than openly living about the issue
