    I am using Smart pre-paid [Reliance GSM services] in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Circle. My mobile no is [protected]. I have problem with "Call Divert" facility, it does not work with my no. When i tried it display "Request Not Complete" and when i check "Call Divert" status it display "Service Not Active". I had call Customer Care and complaint about my problem. They just replies that " It is your hand set problem Or This service in not available. I have tired by changing handset but problem is not solved. Please Help Me.

        Dear sir, I bought Relaince 3G dongle last week(Chennai). For the first 2 days it was working properly.After that it was never connected.Hybrid tower is also nil. My data card No. is [protected].I called up the person named Mr.Suresh (marketing-chennai reliance) and Customer care[protected] several times and i got an customer request ID-service request[protected] saying my Grievance will be redressed in 48 hours (on 7/12/2014).Till now my complient is not redressed by our personnel, and on top of everything my number is blocked by customer care[protected]!!! pls do the needful.         Sir,

        I just bought Reliance Pro 3 last week. When I put my computer to sleep, the green light in the instrument starts glowing continuously, but that is not my concern. Once I resume my work, when I wake up my computer, there is no tower signal. I have to pull out the instrument and plug in every time. I called your customer care many times but no use. They are not able to troubleshoot it. I have been using Photon Max for the past 6 years and I had no problem. I used to resume my work at ease. I shifted to reliance just for speed. Kindly help me in this regard.

              I am using Reliance gsm no. [protected]. Unnecessary deduction was done from my account for some vas service. rs 25 was deducted. Previous also I hv this problem but some how solved .now they again started same thing. I want my money back. Customer care guys not picking my phone. Plz Slove this . And also don't want any vas service in future also.

                Sir i have called to Reliance customer care executive and asked about roaming voucher. They informed me about 54 rs voucher with outgoing call @ 35 paisa/mint. So i recharged from a shop. But i didn't get the benefits as told by the customer care executive, do not even get any balance also. I called 3 times but every customer executive said that system up gradation is going on for more than 4 hours of time. So please look into the matter immediate effectively, i need strong legal action. Please help me while getting refund of my 54 rs or activate roaming plan and do not entertain such kind of customer care executive

                  Hi Sir/Madam,
                  my name is khem raj meena, I belongs from kalamassery 30km frm KoChi in kerala. I mostly like to talk daily 7-8Hrs. so due to chepest Call rate from reliance i decided to take new Prepaid Cdma sim, i tried to bought it in my nearby Reliance Mobile store in aluva, or pallarivattonam but due to non aviablity of sim, I went Kochi aNd I brought new cdma sim from reliance mobile store opposite pioneer tower, marine drive, Ernakulam, kerala. On 27-28 Nov 14, i SubmItted mah All documents, ids and pHotoes And signed where your service pRovider asked me. I told him to make my first recharge FRC of 999rs that have unlimited free call for 30days. I also confirmed my telephone address confIrrmation of same day. My sim Activated and i was used it 3-4 days.
                  Suddenlly it have stop to outgoing Call or incoming call on 2nd dec 2014. I thought there may be same issue with my hAaNdset, But finally i Confiremed from customore care that my siM is suspended, and i have to submit my document again. The next Day I went again on same RelIianCe Mobile store to submit my document. The reliance mobile represantative told me that your sim wil Start work by today Evening.
                  After tHat today is 8th Dec, my sim still not working, i visited there 2times In reliance Mobile store and They always saying sir yours sim will be activate after 4-5 hrs. I called many times to reliance cutomare care but They also not guiding me what to do, so i Contact to consuMare helpline thEy Guide me to intimate You once, and tell me whaT is the problem and why they are irratiNng me...i visited there 3times...and called them more tHen 25times in last 5days.
                  So sir it is requested from you to solve my issue as soon as possible and my activation of my FRC 999 reactive again from the day sim will active again, and one more thing you have to inform once to custmore why you making deactive of any no. my other contact no is[protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is Ashish Singhal and I’m writing this mail for complaining careless attitude & approach towards customer complaint. My wife having reliance postpaid since 1.3 yrs. Last to last month I went to reliance store(Address: Reliance World Sayaji Plaza, Side Walking Rd, Sajayi Hotel, Scheme No.54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010) and request them to convert my wife’s mobile no. from postpaid to prepaid. They proposed me that in next 6 month I’ll get Rs. 100/- discount. But I am getting same amount bill. When I contacted to customer care then they told me that I am getting Rs. 100/- extra talk time. I was get surprised after knowing that. As your representative said I’ll get Rs. 100/- off in bill but actually I am getting Rs. 100/- extra talk time, this Rs. 100/- extra talk time is completely waste for me. Even I’m completely unsatisfied with such type of fraud from reliance. Adding to above, below is worst experience with reliance world office: On last Friday I called your customer regarding mobile no plan change(Postpaid to Prepaid), he suggested me to go to Reliance world office (@ Bcm Heights, Plot No A 5, Pu 4, Commercial 2, Scheme No 54, Vijay Nagar, Near Bombay Hospital, Indore – 452010). I went there at 10.30 AM on Saturday. But my experience is more than worst there. Customer attending girl came to office at 11.30 AM. I was waiting there for 1 hr to get connect to anyone to solve my problem. After waiting 1 hr. I got response that I have some other office for changing plan. At that time I was I thing why my wife took reliance postpaid plan. Even I am using reliance sim since last 7-8 years, but now me & my wife planned to move to some other network provider. Also we have reliance broadband connection at home.. I will keep only broadband for next couple of months, but in near future definitely switch to Airtel or some other provided. Reliance communication specially need to look into such cases where your long associated customers are moving to some other provide. I’m really annoyed with such type of behavior. Try to solve customers’ problem instead of creating new challenges for them. Please consider this is as my official complaint. Please take appropriate action against it.                       Dear Sir, I have a Reliance Prepaid Mobile No.[protected], From October 2014, Rs.25/- was repeatedly deducted from my Balance once every three days till today.I have already informed my problems at Customer Care at Aizawl, Mizoram, but my problems remains unsolved till today, Within the month of November, 2014, Rs.25/-for VAS Shotformat is charged Six times(25x6=Rs.150) and within this month ie December, Rs.5/- and Rs.25/- is also deducted from my Balance.I have already sent SMS to deactivate VAS Shotformat GSM to 155223, but i have received sms from Reliance stating, "Dear Customer, You are not subscribe to any VAS Pack", but in sipte of this Rs.25/- is always deducted from my Balance.I therefore requesting you to solve my problems, or else i'll go to other service providers.                       On Yesterday[protected], after noting my complaint to Customer Service regarding VAS Shotformat GSM, I've received SMS stating "Waived Successfully" and Rs.25/- deducted earlier was refunded to my Balance.But this morning[protected] Rs.25/- was deducted again on account of VAS Shotformats GSM.I am seriously disappointed to Customer Service Team, How much money was deducted from my Balance without subscribing any VAS Service..If my problems is not resolved within 12 Hours from now on...I will approach to claim my rights to Legal Intervention.

                        My reliance broadband subscriber id is[protected]. The broadband modem has not been working since 26th november. I had registered a complaint on 26th nov itself(service request id[protected]. I called the customer care more than 10 times, always they were telling that i would get a call from technical team and issue would be resolved in 24 hours. When i called the customercare last saturday they told me that the issue is already closed and created new complaint(service request id[protected]. Still no resolution, called yesterday too, but same response.

It works for few minutes and than lost again for uncertain time. I had filed a complain but they are unable to fix it. A guy cam with no knowledge about anything. Even he don't know how to go into control pannel. Funny... Anyway is there any hance of getting this net connection fixed bcause I just paid the bill for prvious month also.                               Dear Sir, Earlier I complaint for deducting my balance with naming different VAS Charges, and customer services wrote one of the executive spoke to me and resolved the problem, There is no conversation done with your associate but some deducted balance credited by number ( [protected]). And the same problems occurs " deducted 5.00 VAS IndiatimesVPak on dated 08/12/14 - 6.06 Am and deducted 5.00 VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack on 05.12.14 - 03.41 PM. This is ridicules to deduct my balance without activation of any type VAS services on my number, so please reimburse my deducted balance.So I once again requested to please stop VAS Services for deduct my balance. Once again the same will happen, there is only one option to PORT my number to other NETWORK. Thanks & Regards JAN REDDY V

                                i have internet connection in pune cust id[protected] i opted for ur wired broadband connection on 04/12/2014 it started working well but on next day it stopped working . i complained about this issue to the tollfree no and on 06/12/2014 there service engineer came to resolve the issue but didnt solved it and said he need to to go to office for some server settings and will come back but then he switched off his mobile phone for 2 days since then there is no contact from reliance office ...pathetic people pathetic service (the mobile no of their service engineer is - [protected])

                                  Hello, This is Hitesh Varwani, from Kalyan, Maharashtra. I'm facing problem while calling to Vodafone users. It always says "This route is busy".                                     Hi, My reliance gsm sim card is not good ng incoming and outgoing call. One day while using internet suddenly whole 1gb data packagepackage finished and all my balance around 200 Rs also gone . Now even after recharge balance not coming and ofcourse due to customer care is not reachable I m putting my concern here . Plz help me out.

                                    Same problem raised again. My problem is still not resolved.
                                    Reliance mobile is very irresponsible ppl feel like company is running only for money not for service.
                                    Atlease sweeper gives service after taking money but Relinace Mobile is even not giving service and deducting money from customer.
                                    Feel cheated :(

                                      I am Post paid consumer of Reliance communications since a long, since inception they are charging me a advance monthly rental from my monthly bill, last week i visited thier office to convert it prepaid service. But they asking me for next 15 days rental which i have charged already from my monthly bill. my billing date is 25 to 25th of every month they have already charge me advance rent in my bill till 25th Dec 2014 then why i should pay next 15 days rent ?                                         Hi Team, Data Card Number:[protected] Mobile Number:[protected] ID: [protected]@gmail.com This is to inform you that to please disconnect my reliance postpaid data card from current plan and change it back to monthly prepaid plan.The main reason for this is that I am not getting proper network connection in my area and my data card is also too old.Apart from that I can able to notice the bills are getting differed in each month, please check and do the needful ASAP.Please disconnect from the current plan and change back to pre paid itself.
