my mobile no. is [protected] ...daily any vas service is activated on my no. without suscribing and my bal. also deducted daily sometime 1 rupee some times 5 rupee and when i call to your service centre theydidn't pick my any call im trying to call your service centre about 50 times but no. response from there...plz deactivate my vas and return my all bal.

      I had recharged with Rs. 678 on 22nd October 2014 which gives 1 gb data per month for 12 months on my reliance cdma no [protected]. It was Diwali offer from Reliance cdma. My net balance was around 1500 MB when I started using internet on 22nd Nov 2014 but all my main balance got deducted to zero instead of deducting from net balance. My main balance was Rs. 210, before I started using internet, which reduced to zero. I have called several times on Reliance customer care for lodging complaint on 22nd Nov 2014 but they just say to keep the phone on hold and after sometime the call get disconnected. Sometime they say to call after sometime. You are kindly requested to do refund the amount of Rs. 210 which was wrongly deducted. Please do the needful at the earliest. Regards, Shabnam Chimthanawala

      As per the telephonic conversation it was told that the matter will be resolved. No resolution was made on the call. Only it has been assured that necessary action will be taken. But no action has been taken to refund the balance of rupees 210. Please take the matter seriously.

        Sir, I m using reliance netconnect [protected] in October I made request to deactivate my connection they registered my complaint and said ur connection will be deactivated in a week, only u have to pay ur last bill of octoeber.As per their information I paid October bill I paid but again nov bill comes I talk to the customercare representive about this matter he told me u have paid ur last bill late so it is not disconnected u have to paid before the due date n ur connection will be activated I paid before the due date now again a Dec bill once agqin come in what to do they are just looting me plz help

          This is to draw your attention to the problem I am facing with my Internet Connection. My Subscriber ID is[protected] and the issue is that my Internet connection is dead I am even unable to open the Login Page. I had complained against the same in your Toll-Free Number on [protected] vide Complaint ID[protected] which said that it would be resolved in 24 hours. It was 48 hours when I placed my 02nd Call and they said it would take more 24 hours and it would be resolved as the same has been escalated. Today is the 4th Day and still my issue stands the same. I tried calling your customer service Thrice today but after listening to the issue they simply put the phone on Mute for almost more than half an hour. Now I don't have all the time to hold my phone and sit beside it.

            My name is shahrukh khan... My reliance no is [protected] The reliance have cut my balance three times in last three days ... First 10 then 50 and then again 10... I tried to connect with customer care but they didnt response me... They send me message "amount charged for vas"... But i didnt apply for any vas services... Sir pls help me... I want to return my balance and also a hope that its not gonna happen again... Thanks in advance ...

            U cheated on me...
            I want return my blnc as soon as possible...

              Subscriber Id[protected] My Internet connection is not working since 30th November. Whenever I call your customer care, you always say that it will be fixed soon or there will be a permanent solution soon. Now its been almost a week since I lost my connection. I am monthly paying for using the Internet not for free complaint registration service. I expect an appropriate extension in my billing date. Solve my problem fast. You are wasting my time.

                Listen, now m very frustrate, of their VAS USSD service, reliance guys also don't do anything, again rs 3 deducted from my account twice, every time am complaining for the same thing, and they are refunding, thats it. Can anybody concern person over reliance so i can talk n get the permanent solution, to deactivate VAS Service from this no. [protected]. I want 6rs refund in my account balance. listen pls, this time i want permanent solution, other wise i will take other legal action. hope u will do well...

                  This is regarding mob no[protected] I submitted port request but it's pending from reliance end. I contacted with other operator they said pending from reliance end. May I know why this pending for long. Try to contact with reliance customer care but unable to reach. Sent so many emails to customer care and appellate officer but they didn't answer my issue. Now it's pending near about one month. Request you quick action on this issue.

                    Last month I have experience "No Service" for the 3G data and it was cited that due to technical problems, data services were temporarily not available. It was not available for 4 days. After several complaints, it was restored. Again from the last 3 days my 3G service/Data service is not working. After repeated calls, i was assured that it was due to technical faults at Reliance, and same will be restored by 3pm (everyday of my call), but from last 3 days this 3pm has not arrived for Reliance. The pack i took is for 30 days and fraudulently, the services are not provided for 30 days and many a times, it works on 2G speed.

                    Now my calls are also not being taken by the Reliance customer care. they have deliberately disconnecting my calls, from the morng i would have called 10 times, but no response...
                    I recommend all never to have Reliance number.

                      Hi, I have a reliance postpaid Data card (MDN : [protected] ). My Bill cycle date is 20th of every month. On 11-Aug-2014 I went to Reliance store in Koramangala and paid full month bill (Receipt No:[protected], (as per reliance policies paid for future not used dates) and filled the form to terminate. The data card was de-activated from 12-Aug-14 onwards and am not able to connect to internet (and dont activate now). Hence, as per the reliance process the suspension of services & billing should be stopped within 7 days but in my case still the services are not suspended even after multiple follow-ups and it seems reliance is not following their own process for suspension/termination. Almost every day reliance payment division is calling ( Phone No: [protected]) and torturing me to pay the bill. I went to the koramangala outlet thrice and they are promising to solve the issue. I lost the Request number sheet, reliance should have alternate way to find my request number and inform me but no help from them. Am not using the data card device from August and it is not working. I wont pay the bill since I filled the form and connection is terminated. Reliance should have good computer system such that they should not charge peoples who terminated the connection and device not in use. Please help me in suspension/termination of reliance netconnect+ datacard number :[protected]

                      Thanks a million to this site, reliance communicated me so quick. Am waiting for them to resolve this completely.
                      In 11Jul 2014 I gave request number [protected] for post to pre paid conversion of Reliance datacard. Why it is not yet done? Am getting torture calls to pay the bills. Customer no: [protected]
                      Still am receiving torture calls to pay bills for the period when the card was inactive. There is a biggest problem in reliance billing system, Connection is Terminated but bill amount is getting generated every month.

                        I am using[protected] for last 10 years.Initially the number was in the company name Saranya Garments Pvt Ltd and there i am working as accounts manager. Last 1 1/2 years back i had relived from the company and they transfered the number to my individual name venkateshwarlu. after that i had used the number for 5 months. After that with out my knowledge reliance staff has cancelled that number. while asking in the reliance store, they are telling you have given letter to cancel the number. But i had not given letter to any body. i am asking last six months in the store, but they are not giving the proper reply to me.

                          My reliance Internet connection stopped working on 9th July 2013. I raised complaint for the same, and was told that there is a fiber cable cut in my area. I waited for 2 weeks and then raised disconnection request on 27 july 2013. But I got confirmation of disconnection from company on 10th sep 2013. There was a delay of 1+ months from company's side. As my internet was not working due to technical issues as discussed with reliance executives, I raised 2 waiver request. Reliance communication Limited (hereinafter referred to as reliance broadband), which is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Circle Office at 7th floor, Kumar cerebrum, Next to Iadlabs Multiplex kalyani nagar, Pune 411001 serve you this notice of demand, the contents whereof you may note as detailed herein below- 1. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2. A connection was allotted and sanctioned to you on your request on a duly executed Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("Agreement" hereinafter).                             Recently a sales representative of Reliance Communications Mr.Biki Shaw approached me & requested for a reliance cdma postpaid phone connection with a good number i.e. [protected] @ Rs.850/- per month with unlimited phone calls (Local or STD) to any network and collected my KYC documents, a passport size photograph along with a cheque of Rs.850/- on 29/12/2014 and on 01/12/2014 provide me a sim card & a Reliance handset and again collected Rs.1399/- by cash assuring me that my will be activated with in 2 hrs. his manager Mr.Abhishek Das also assured me that my no. would be activated within 2 hrs.but till now my no.is not activated.Further when I am trying to call over phone they are not responding and also not answering my e.mails.

                              Reliance Broadband - TORTURE BY RELIANCE AGENT - PRATIK GROUP

                              i am receiving repeated emails from Pratik Group (Mr. Balaji) who do not have phone number to even contact them back. i fail to understand why Pratik Group is torturing like this. They have no clue about our current bill status. Sending email with Bill dated for Jan 2014 which makes no sense. They have no updates from Reliance as well. I request that these emails and communication to be stopped from them. Also request a personal from Relaince Billing team to contact me regarding the bill issue which never seems to be resolved.

                              Reliance Broadband - VERY RUDE LANGUAGE BY RELIANCE AGENT - PRATIK GROUP

                              i being a customer of Reliance Broadband for more than 7 years and had never defaulted the payment but
                              still this MR BALAJI from pratik agency has been harassing me every month by sending EMAILS & By Calling and speaking in a very abusive & very rude language. They have no clue about our current bill status. They have no updates from Reliance as well.

                              Pratik Group (Balaji) is like a harassment, I am receiving regular sms & mails from this group even though I have disconnected the connection as the broadband connection is not working for past one month, after giving several complains to reliance customer care for the same. Instead of rectifying my complain this reliance & balaji has harassed me for the bill, & if I receive any more mails, massages or calls from them I will complain against them. Remove all my contact details from this entire group. Reliance user ID no.[protected]
                              Hi,

                              My reliance broadband internet connection is not working from last 15 days. Called several times to customer care, at least thrice a day but same thing i am hearing from them that my problem will solve within 24 hours of time but daily they auto close the complaint and say problem has been solved from heir end. Please let me know if i can call any authorized person. My User Id is[protected].

                                dear sir/ madam. i am a reliance gsm customer from odisha, p.o.bhubaneswar, dist khurda-751025, , , my reliance no is [protected] i have recharged my mobile no. with 3g pack card of 123, but deduction from my main balance rupees 73.68 from my card, i have called reliance customer care but disconnect my call if i ask more questions regarding my complain, after calling them several times they have registered my complain.my complain no is[protected].but sill they have not taken any action against my problem.Kindly help me

                                  subscriber id[protected] Registered a complaint regarding broadband modem issue(service request id[protected] on 26/11/2014. But the complaint has not been resolved yet. I called the customer care 6 times, called yesterday too. Everytime i was told that the technical team would contact me and issue would be resolved in 24 hours. But i didnt get any call from the technical team yet.

                                  I didnt even get call from your technical team yet. I had registered the complaint on nov 26th. Why there is so much delay in resolving the issue? The worst service i had ever seen in my life. If you are continuing like this, i dont have any option other than terminating the connection
                                  i called customercare today. they were telling that the issue was already closed. what nonsense they are doing, closing a complaint without resolving the issue and they have created a new complaint( service id[protected]. fed up with there service.

                                    My connection is terminated without any intimation on 29 September. I requested many times to reactivate but reply came that it cannot be resumed.you have to apply for new connection. now I am using new connection.i have already returned modem of old connection but now you are saying toue connection is working. and bill is generated again.what fraud is going in your company

                                        hello sir mera reliance cdma number [protected] hai. mene about 1 month pahle 198 ka recharge karwaya tha jisme mujhe all india call 30p/min mili hia. mene 2 dec ko about 8 pm par ek std call kiya tha aur 51 min bat ki jiske mere main balance se 76.50 rs cut gye hai jabki meri call rate 30 p/min hai. aur customer care walo ne mera number block karke rakha hai jisse unke pas call hi nahi jata. dusre number se unko call kiya to bola ki aapka koi wrong call charge nahi cut hua hai. hum kuch nahi kar skte aur phone rakh diya. so please sir resolve this issue and refund my balance. thank you armaan khan [protected]
